Nokia 5300 Xpress Yourself !

Designed to be user friendly, the Nokia 5300 is a music player with features such as Bluetooth , 1.3 megapixel camera and an expandable memory slot.Despite the fact that the phone is slightly bulkier than the conventional anorexic phones these days,the Nokia 5300 is rather light.It's also armed with makes it easy to slide the phone open or close with a gentle push.One can expect the 5300 to be quite sturdy as the midsection is wrapped in a rubber cover to protect the dedicated player key.The handset design is innovative and refreshing, with its target audience obviously aimed toward youth and younger adult.

The sound quality over the stereo speaker is exceptional but fall short compared to a Sony Ericsson W810i stereo speaker.included features are shuffling and repeat modes,stereo widening,an equalizer with five settings and even an ' airplane ' mode. The dedicated media keys of Nokia 5300 are fashionable and highly visible,but require more ' push ' to navigate them than I would have liked. The QVGA screen is 31 x 42 mm and produces good and vivid images.On the bottom of the screen are two soft keys with a five way toggle joystick in the centre.There is a noticeable gap between the button which makes it susceptible to dust.The phone's numeric keypad button are adequately sized for comfortable pressing.

The 1.3 megapixel camera is located at the back of the phone but doesn't come with any flash. It takes pictures at a maximum of 1280 x 1024 and included a variety of image processing features,including five different colour effect,note mode,sequence mode, self timer and an 8x zoom.

Song transfer was simple and convenient as you may directly compose a playlist on the PC before porting it over to the phone.50MB worth of songs took less than 4 minutes to transfer,which is pretty decent.But after transferring the music files,the phone require to update the Music Library to access the new tunes from the player,which my take some time and cause a minor annoyance.My conclusion Nokia 5300 is a solid,fun and musically entertaining phone.

The keyboard's sliding mechanism is smooth but not to the point of being flimsy.The grey metal casing also serve to complement further the overall toughness of this cookie.

Most connectivity options such as Quad band GSM,GPRS , Edge and Bluetooth are available except 3G as mentioned before.Nonetheless,this is compensated with a built in Wi Fi adapter.The phone's camera takes good pictures and has a wide range of functions such as ' white balance ' exposure control and 7 different modes of shooting.Most media files played on the C800 without any hitches,partly credit to Windows Media Player software inside.

The TI OMAP 850 processor is not the fastest I have seen but is still sufficient to smoothly run applications on the device.Navigation lag is minimal compared to other PDAs,but it did slow down when memory resources were low,as typical of most Windows Mobile phones.Battery life lasted longer than I estimated;on typical usage of making or receiving calls,SMS,playing media files and surfing the internet with Wi Fi,the device lasted us 3 whole days before running out of juice

One of the finding stated in the journal is that ion channels in the membranes act as electrical dipoles and hold a lot of energy in the smallest of spaces.Although the scientific work does not directly deal with mobile radios,these facts can be applied to day to day life.

Danger of radiation,mobile phone heat the brain.Even the cell in our brain communicate with each other through such ion channels; so while conversing on a mobile phone,these cell might have major role to play in heating the small areas of the brain stronger than percieved earlier. The current theshold values restrict the " Specific Absorption Rate" ( SAR) to 2 watt per kg for mobile phones. The digital music entertainment revolution is just beginning.Microsoft announced at last year launch of the Zune music player,but does Microsoft new device live up to its hype as the "king" music player,iPod? I try to compare both of it

The zune is only available with a 30GB hard disk and at USD 250,it cost the sma as a comparably specified iPod.The size of the device reminds me of the first generation iPod but unlike the Apple player's glossy surface, the Zune makes do with a matte plastic material.That make surface more resistant to scratches but it does look a bit dull.The Zune is also chunkier and weight 30 grams more than its competitor.The plus points are it comes with a five way switch and 2 buttons for easy handling.

It takes a good three seconds to power up and for the simple,yet pretty menu to be displayed.Sub menus blend smoothly while changing and you can choose a background image.even those new to MP3 players will appreciate the intuitive navigation and it quickly becomes second nature to use.It also sorts songs faster than the iPod.

Although the Microsoft players could really pump up the volume,it loses out to the iPod when it comes to sound quality.However,concerning the different types of media supported,the two devices tied,apart from music,the Zune also handles photos and videos.It also does up over the iPod by having a screen that's 1 cm larger for better viewing.

Even the list of features is longer in the case of the new comer.The Zune offers an integrated FM radio as well allowing songs to be transferred over WiFi.Unfortunate that the received music files could only be played three times or kept for three days,they're automatically deleted - even if it's music that you recorded yourself.

Battery life didn't macth up to that of the iPod.After a good 13 hours of play( without WiFi) the battery was drained whereas the iPod continued playing another two albums.With the include USB 2.0 cable,the Zune can be connected to any PC but Zune software needs to be installed to add new songs.That doesn't make much more sense as it stops the player from being used as a mobile data storage device for exchanging files.

The Zune software reminded me a lot of Apples's iTunes.The user can buy songs from the Zune Markerplace and manage existing songs but you cannot listen to DRM protected files from another online stores,if you have existing library of DRM encorded songs from Napster,Rhapsody or iTunes,you are simply out of luck.At least the software is intuitive and easy to use.

When it comes to music,Microsoft's player cannot trump the entrenched iPod and its online iTunes Store.The Zune Marketplace offers 2 million songs compared to the 3.5 million available on iTunes and there are also no videos or podcasts currently available for the Zune.But the most irritating thing is strange payment system; you pay for songs in the online store using Microsoft points which are linked to the latest exchange rates.For example a song costing 79 points actually costs US 99 cents,so ti is hard to figure out how much you are actually paying.The points account can only be created after a minimum payment of US 5.00

Ok guys,Microsoft's iPod challenger reminds us of tape cassettes from the past,copies are never as good as the original.Nevertheless,Apple cannot underestimate the Zune as Microsoft has kicked off many products as mere copies before turning them into market leaders with its huge budget.The zune could well follow suit.Hopefully it will help my fellow readers to buy the bestMP3 players.

Even after defragmentation,a half empty system hard disk drive still doesn't run as fast as it should as compared to the feeling you get a after a fresh Windows installation.So how do we get about fixing this without too much effort.

The fragmentation of saved files on your hard disk drive by Windows Xp ( I used this windows) is directly proportional to the amount of occupied storage on the hard disk .-- this results in slower hard disk drive performance.

Hi,for a week I not make a new post because the personal problem.but I solved it already.I also busy with my work,emm.. To night ( for a local time in my country) I want to share with you about Mozilla fire fox.I think all of you like Mozilla,cause it so simple and better to surf internet. For Mozilla user,the memory requirement increases rapidly to more than 100 MB when you surf for a long time or when many tabs or windows are open and finally slows down the system :( but don't worry it can be changed.

Two things make the Firefox to increase the memory usage.All site opened in tabs and windows occupy memory space: this space remains occupied even after minimizing the windows.Furthermore ,Firefox also save 50 recently visited website in the main memory of the PC in order to facilities quick browsing through the session history.This number is unnecessarily big.You should reduce the number of saved sites.For that, enter " about : config " in the address bar.Search the following setting in the options list and double click on it to edit it:

Change the default setting " 50 " to a considerably smaller number or even to " 0 " and confirm with " ok ". When you enter " 1 " or " 5 " , you can still access the last visited website since they are still available in the RAM

Incidentally the saving the history is not effected by this setting.Thus you can browse through as many sites as you want; you only need to wait for renewed loading of these site.Morever you can also instruct Firefox to release the memory space that is not in use while windows are minimized.

Simply right click on any space in the list of configuration settings and select the context command " New | Boolean ".
Enter " config. trim _on_minimize as " Properties"
and confirm with " ok "
Click on " true " in the following dialog and again confirm with " ok"
