How to Make Homemade RC Helicopters

Flying RC helicopter is really very exhilarating. Their versatility gives a RC pilot a complete access to the three-dimensional space in such a way that no other machines can! I have played RC helicopter for more than one year but still find that I have just learnt a few tricks that it can perform.

There are generally two micro-helicopters ( indoor ) in the RC market. I have already planned to buy one of them as they can fly inside the living room and even take off on ours hand. Unlike those operated by gas, these electric helicopters are very clean and give out no terrible noise at all. In one nightfall, I visited a web site, which is about how to make a hand made RC helicopter. I was totally impressed and started designing my own helicopter. Here is my helicopter:

  Making the main body
  
  The material that I use to make the main body of the helicopter would make you feel surprise. It is the circuit board ( after removing the copper layer ) that purchased from electronic shops. It is made of a kind of fiber which gives abnormal strength to it. (1)

  The circuit board is cut to the rectangular shape as above( 98mm*12mm). As you can see, there is a hole on it which is used to house the main shaft holding tube as below: (2)

  The main shaft holding tube is made from a white plastic tube (5.4mm*6.8mm) and two bearing (3*6) are installed at both ends of the tube. Of course, the ending of the tube are first enlarged in order to house the bearing firmly.
  
  Up to now, the basic structure of the helicopter is completed. The next step is to install the gear as well as the motor. You can take a look at the specification first. The gear I used is from Tamiya gear set that I bought long long time ago. I drill some hole on the gear in order to make it lighter and have a better look.. (3)

  Would you think it is just too simple? Well, it is really a very simple design as the tail rotor is powered by a separate motor. This eliminates the needs not to construct a complicated power transfer unit from the main motor to the tail. The tail boom is simply fixed on the main body by 2 screws together with some epoxy adhesive:(4)

  For the landing gear, 2mm carbon robs are used. Totally 4 holes are drilled on the main body ( each end 2 holes ).(5)

  All the robs are glued together by instant glue first and then by epoxy adhesive.
  
  The skid set is made from balsa. They are very light and can be shaped easily. (6)

  Making the Swashplate
  
  Swashplate is the most sophisticated part of a RC helicopter. It seems to be a simple unit of a factory one. However, it is a whole new thing of making one by yourself. Here is my design based on my own little knowledge about the swashplate. What you need includes:(7)
  1 ball bearing ( 8*12)
  1 plastic spacer (8*12)
  rod end set ( for holding of the aluminum ball in the swashplate )
  aluminum ball ( from ball linkage set 3*5.8 )
  aluminum ring
  epoxy adhesive

  The rod end set has first been cut into a round shape. It is then inserted into the plastic spacer as shown below:
  Make sure that the aluminum ball placed in the rod end can be moved freely. 2 holes were drilled on the plastic spacer in order to house two screws that used to hold the ball linkage.(8)

  In my design, the swashplate is fixed on the main shaft. This is simply done by applying some glue between the aluminum ball and the shaft (10)

  My instructions are too confusing? Here is my draft of the swashplate which might help you. I still find that my design is a little bit too complex. If you have a better design, please let me know!

  Making the rotor head
  
  For the rotor head, I choose the same material as the main body - the circuit board. First of all, I have to claim that the rotor head must be sturdy enough to withstand any vibration or it could be very dangerous.
  The control system I used here is the Hiller system. In this simple control system, the cyclic controls are transmitted from the servos to the flybar only and the main blade cyclic pitch is controlled by the flybar tilt only.(12)

  The first step is to make the middle part:
  It is actually a 3mm collar which can be fit into the main shaft. A 1.6mm bar is inserted horizontally into the collar. The above unit makes the rotor head movable in one direction.(13)

  There are two holes just above the collar which is used to, as you can see, house the flybar. All the parts that I used was first fixed together by instant glue. They are then fixed firmly by tiny screws (1mm*4mm) as shown below.(14)

  In addition, I add epoxy adhesive. The rotor head will spinning at very high speed. Never overlook the potential for causing injury this little machine has if anything got loose. Safety is paramount! (15)

  Making the cyclic control system
  
  As I mentioned before, the Hiller control system is used in my design. All the cyclic controls are transmitted to the flybar directly. (16)

  There is a metal bar ironed perpendicularly to the flybar. It holds the metal ball of the ball link in position. Here is how the ball link is made: (17)

  The rob ends are shortened and a metal bar is used to connected them together. the metal bar should be inserted deep into the rob ends and fixed with epoxy adhesive.(18)

  In addition to the ball link, an "H" shaped anti-rotating unit is a must for the control system. It helps to keep the ball link in position. The materials needed are showed in the above photo.(19)

  In order to stop the lower part of the swashplate from moving, an anti-rotation unit is also needed here. It is simple a small board with two pins inserted on it.(20)

  Making the tail rotor
  
  The tail rotor consists of a motor, tail blades, tail shaft holding tube and a blade holder. The tail control is managed by changing the RPM of the tail motor. The drawback of this kind of control system is its sluggish response as the rotor pitch is fixed. However, it makes the whole design much more simpler and reduces a lot of weight.
  
  In an ordinary R/C helicopter, the gyro work together with the tail servo. However, in this design, the gyro has to work together with the ESC (electronic speed controller). Will this work??? At the beginning, I try this with an ordinary gyro ( the large one for the gas helicopter). The result is really bad that the RPM of the tail rotor changes from time to time despite the helicopter is standing on the table. I buy a micro-gyro later which is specially designed for small electric helicopters and to my surprise this works great.(21)

  Here is the measurement of the tail blade. It can be shaped easily from a 2mm thick balsa. the tail blades make an angle of ~9°on the blade holder (22)

  The photo shows all the things that the tail part consists. The two balsa blades are hold by a hardwood holder which helps to give a fixed tail pitch. It is then secured on the gearwheel by 2 screws. The motor is simply glued on the tail boom by epoxy adhesive and the tail shaft holding tube with the same way on the motor.
  
  The tail blade is made of balsa. They are covered with heat shrink tube in order to reduce the friction between the blade and the air.
  
  The pitch and the weight of the two blades must be exactly the same. Tests must be performed to ensure that no vibration occur.(23)

  Installing the servo
  
  Only two servos are used in my design. One is for the elevator and the other one is for aileron. In my design, the aileron servo is installed between the motor and the main shift holding tube. In this way, the tube has made use of the sturdy plastic case of the servo as one of its supporting medium.

  This arrangement gives extra strength to the main shift holding tube as one side of the servo is glued to the motor while the other side is glued to the tube. However, the mobility of the servo as well as the motor is lost.(24)

  In order to make the whole structure sturdier, an additional support is added to the main shift holding tube. It is also made from circuit board with some holes drill on it.

  Electronic Components
  
  Receiver
  
  The receiver I use is GWS R-4p 4 channel receiver. Originally, it is used with micro crystal. However, I can't find one which fit with my TX's band. So, I give my try to use the large one from my RX. It eventually works great and no problems have occurred up to now. As you can see in the above picture, it's really big when compared with the micro receiver. The receiver is only 3.8g ( extremely light weight ) which is very suitable for indoor helicopter.
  
  #Although the receiver has only four channels, it can be modified to a five channel RX. (25)

  The tail Esc
  
  Here you can see the speed controller that is used in my helicopter. It is placed at the bottom of the gyro (see the photo below). Woo!! Really small size with only 0.7g. It is a JMP-7 Esc that I bought from eheli. I really can't buy one from local hobby shops here in Hong Kong. Also, this tiny Esc works great with the gyro. I just simply connect the signal output of the gyro to the signal input of the Esc. (26)

  The micro-gyro
  
  This perfect micro-gyro is made by GWS. It is temporarily the lightest gyro that I can find in the world. Unlike the previous GWS gyro that I used in my gas helicopter, it is very stable and the center point is very accurate. If you plan to buy a micro gyro, it would certainly be a good choice for you! (27)

  The tail motor
  
  The motors in the above photo are 5v DC motor, micro DC 4.5-0.6, and micro DC 1.3-0.02 ( from left to right ) In my first attempt, the micro4.6-0.6 is used. The motor burns out quickly ( or I should say that the plastic component in the motor melts) as the power demand of the tail rotor is much larger than that I expected. At the moment, the 5v motor is being used in my helicopter which is still in very good condition.
  
  The current tail motor is a 16g GWS motor which provide much more power. For more information, please go to the page "flybarless CP modification II" (28)

  The main ESC:
  
  　
  The first photo shown above is a Jeti 050 5A brushed electronic speed controller. It was used to control the speed 300 motor in my helicopter before. As the speed 300 motor is now replaced by a CD-Rom brushless motor, the Jeti 050 had been replaced by a Castle Creation Phoenix 10 brushless ESC. (29)
  
  The following diagram shows how the components are connected to each other. The connections at the receiver is not in order. The GWS R-4p is originally a 4-channel Rx. It is modified in order to provide an extra channel for the pitch servo.

  In a fixed pitch design, only 2 servos are needed.
  
  A computerized Tx is needed as the the tail control must be mixed with the throttle control. For a Piccolo micro helicopter, this task is performed by the Piccoboard. For my design, this is done by the function "Revo-Mixing" in the Tx.(30)

This is the Bank Hacking page, here I will explain how to hack a bank in Uplink, without getting cought.

Since I saw that a lot of people had problems, with the hacking of a Bank, I made this page. Here I will explain, step by step how to hack a bank without getting cought.

Tools for the bank hack:

To hack a bank you need a few standard tools. Like the passwordbreaker, the Decypherer, the monitor and proxy bypasser(which require a HUD ConnectionAnalysis upgrade), and also the voice analyser to get voice-access as the admin on the administration part of the Bank(don't close the analyser until you're sure you are done with the complete bankhack. I would advice you to buy the newest version of all of them as soon as possible, because if you immediately buy the newest version it will save you money and also you can immediately hack any bank system. You could also use the proxy disabler, but that will immediately start the bank to trace you. And in my explanation i will only use the bypassers.

Entering the Bank server:

Ok, so now first make a safe connectionto the bank you want to hack. The click on the LAN HUD view, and bypass the security with your monitor and proxy bypassers.

Getting the information of the Bank accounts:

Next part is to get the information about the bank accounts. There are two ways to get that. One is by doing missions like "find financial details of someone", the other one, the way I do it, is to hack into the administration part of the bank and write down all the account numbers and passwords. To do this click on "administration", then break the password with your passwordbreaker, decypher the eliptic curve code with your decypherer and get admin voice authorization, by using you voice analyser. To get the admins voice, go to the public server of the same Company as the bank, then add the admins phonenumber to your bookmarks, connnect to it, and start your voice analyser. Now if you're in the administration part of the bank go to "view all accounts" and then write down all the account numbers with the accessory passwords on a piece of paper. after you wrote this all down, exit the administration part.

Checking the account for the amount of money:

Now, check every account number for the amount of money. To do this click on "Manage existing accounts" and fill in the account number and password, enter it, check the amount of money, and only if it is more then 100.000, write it down(most of the time I only wrote down the accounts which had atleast 1 million on it. Do this for every account number you've got. It is possible to hack transfer money from different account numbers in one hack, but I will just explain how to transfer money form only one bank account.

The final preparing:

Now if you wrote down the account whit the most money, then choose one account yo want to hack(the one with the most money). Then write down, the money which is on it, the IP of your bank(the uplink Bank) and your own account number. You can find the ip of the uplink bank in your bookmarks, and to find your bank account number just click on the money button on the bottom and you can see your account number and the amount of money which is on it right now. So write down the ip of the uplink bank, and your account on it.

The transfer:

Now you're ready to transfer the money to your account!(you could also disconnect and delete you logs at Internic to be sure you will not get traced earlier then you expected. Ok, if you're in the bank(with all security bypassed), go to the "Manage existing accounts" section(or you could go first to the "Loans" section to take the maximum Loan on the account you're hacking), then fill in all the info you got, like the ip of the uplink bank, your own bankaccount number and the amount of money you want to transfer to your bankaccount. Don't press the "transfer" button yet! First open your log deleter(v4.0) and then press the transfer button. Now immediately exit the transfer section and go to the "Statements" section, then delete the upper statement log, which says that you transfered the amount of money. Then after you've done that, immediately disconnect. Then connect to your bank(the uplink bank) and bypass the security, go the "Manage existing accounts" section, enter your own account and then go to the "statements" section, and delete the logs which says that you received the amount of money(you send yourself from the hacked account). After that, immediately disconnect and delete your logs at Internic.
That should do the trick! you will soon receive a message that your ranking went up one or a few levels!! And ofcourse you still have that huge amount of money on your own account!

PERUVIAN ANDES (FBW)—Several Florida Baptist churches and one association are becoming regular visitors to the Peruvian Andes after having adopted previously unreached people groups through the REAPSouth program of the International Mission Board.

According to the REAPSouth website, the following churches and association have adopted people groups: Carter’s Baptist Church, Lakeland; Bell Shoals Baptist, Brandon; Parkridge Baptist, Coral Springs; McGregor Baptist, Ft. Myers; Westside Baptist, Gainesville; First Baptist, Ocala; and Holmes Baptist Association.
First Baptist Church in Ocala is working to extend its commitment to missions to another generation, according to Pastor Darren Gaddis. A team of four fathers and sons made up the church’s latest mission trip to visit its adopted people in the Peruvian Andes.
Team members were Pastor Gaddis and his son, Ethan, 8; Minister of Missions Kevin Kite and Jacob, 10; Walter Johnson and Zachary, 9; and Adam Suydam and Aaron, 9.
The early October visit by the First Baptist team with the Lucanas segment of the AyacuchoQuechuas was the eighth since 2008, when the church joined the International Mission Board’s REAPSouth program. Gaddis said he hoped to recharge the partnership by going personally and by relating his experiences in live video feeds from Cabana, Peru, during Sunday worship services in Ocala.
Strengthening relationships with the AyacuchoQuechuas was made easier by the presence of his and other team members’ young sons, he said.
“The adults there love children and they would light up when they saw the boys. They talked to them like they understood them. Our boys played with other children their age even without a common language,” he said.
When the fathers proposed the idea to their sons, Gaddis said the boys were full of questions: “Is it safe?” Where will we sleep?” The boys, however, accepted the challenge and made the arduous journey with “no complaining and no arguments.”
“It is amazing how well the boys did,” he said.
Cabana, Peru, is “an old community just beginning to be touched by the 21st century,” he said. The adobe buildings have some functioning utilities, but the water is “undrinkable.” Old automobiles labor over the dirt streets often followed by carts and teams of oxen. The team stayed in a hostel where other Ocala teams have also stayed.
Gaddis said the trip was “the most difficult thing I have done in a ministry context.” The two-day trip to Cabana included a seven-hour flight to Lima, then 14 hours of driving, sometimes on unpaved, single lane roads that ascended to an altitude of 15,000 feet in northern Peru. For Floridians accustomed to sea-level, the altitude takes a toll, because “everything is uphill,” he said.
Building a ministry among the AyacuchoQuechuas, whom Gaddis described as “warm, but slow to reach,” may also be an uphill—and long—process.
“This is a reason it was good to take the boys. This will take longer than my lifetime, and we will need the next generation to continue it,” he said.
Gaddis said he and the other fathers also wanted their sons, all Christians and “just as called as we men are,” to become stronger disciples by experiencing international missions. He said he and Kite witnessed to an AyacuchoQuechuan man, Aldo, more than four hours. While they talked with him, the boys prayed for him, and even back home, remind adults to “pray for Aldo,” he said.

How to stop someone's internet access::::

1.close everything u r working in, and work on desktop. so click on prtscr on ur keyboard.
2.go to paint and click on edit then paste
3.save this file as (name).bmp and close the paint.

SHUT UR INTERNET PERMENANTLY:::

This is a slightly more advanced one. It shuts down your internet permanately. I tried it on myself accidently, i knew what it did, and it still took me a couple of days to get my internet back. works best on XP, not tested on vista or 7.
EDIT: At the bottom put a rickroll site or something. BTW, that 3rd line, isnt what disables the internet permanately. It is somethinge else, that just provides a fast response to shut down any connections.
