Singapore has been known as a center for a wide range of products around the world. There is a quoted that says "There product is not regard as quality if it has not yet entered Singapore". This is what makes Singapore a very attractive place to shop.

Singapore gained independence from Malaysia after being together with Malaysia formed Union. Singapore's past history was recorded as one of the important areas for the royal Malay Kingdoms before the Kingdom move to Melaka.

It was said that at one time, Maharaja Prameswara met with a sleeping Lion while resting on the small island (Singapore). But when the Lion approached it even ran away that what make origins name of the word Singapore. Lion = Singa, Pretend = Pura.

I wonder which version is actually a reference to the name of Singapore's up to day. Clear during the reign of the Johor-Riau, Singapore was known as Temasek. In a further development, Singapore is located in the territory of Johor-Riau Kingdon until finally purchased by TS Raffles. In era of Raffles, Singapore began as the foundation initially as regional distribution centers across the continent.

Singapore community living in the present era, is a unique community and consist of various tribes. Singapore national language is English, but in fact they have a distinct British accent. Jewish is a religion that worships the presence of a single creator who created the universe. Jews used to call his Lord as the "YHWH" or also often called "Hashem / Holy Spirit of God". These religions believe some great prophet who recorded in history such as David, Solomon and Moses. The prophet Moses was a great prophet for the Jewish, the law of the Prophet Moses is the legal basis for the Jewish adherents worldwide. Common symbol for the Jewish religion is the David Star. Holy book for the Jewish is a Torah, that given by God to Prophet Moses. Jerusalem is believe for Jewish as holy land that God gave to them

Christian

Christianity is a religion that believed the figure of Jesus is the embodiment of a child of God, for Christians Jesus is the savior of the most precious beyond anything. Christian adherents symbol is the Cross. Most of the prophets were believed by Jews also believed by Christians, but the Christians glorify Jesus rather than Moses. Christian believed in holy book Torah and Bible (New Testament). Christian also have the same holy place as Jewish, Jerusalem and the Bethlehem.

Islam

Islam is a religion that believed Allah is the only one God who create all universe. The biggest prophet in Islam is Muhammad, Islam also believe there are some similar prophet as Jewish and Christian dose such an Abraham, David, Moses and Jesus. Muslim believe in holy book that given by Allah to the Muhammad, Al Qur’an. Despite Al Qur’an, Muslim also believed that Torah and Bible is the holy book that given by God into Moses and Jesus. Muslim holy land is a Mecca, Medina and also Jerusalem.

When Charles was born in Ghent in 1500, it was clear that he would one day come into an extensive inheritance, but few could have realized that he would be lord of wider dominions than had been ruled by any previous European monarch. When he was six years old, the death of his father, Philip of Habsburg, gave him possession of the Netherlands and Imperial Burgundy (Franche Comte).

When he was sixteen, the death of his grandfather Ferdinand made him King Charles I of Spain, with its dependencies in Italy and overseas in America. At nineteen, the death of his grandfather Maximilian brought him all the hereditary territories of the Habsburgs and the expectation of being chosen Holy Roman Emperor.

Though the title of emperor had come down in the Habsburg family continuously since 1438, the office was still elective, and in 1519 there were in addition to Charles two young and ambitious rulers who put forward their candidacies: Henry VIII of England, and Francis I of France. The latter was the more formidable rival in the election. By diplomacy and bribes Francis sought to win the backing of the church and the votes of the electors. Charles already ruled so many lands that it could easily be argued that he would have little time to devote to Germany or to his duties as emperor.

But in the election Charles had certain advantages. The tradition of electing the Habsburgs was strong, and as a habsburg Charles seemed more like a german than did Francis. He borrowed some money for the purpose from the Medici at Florence, and still more from the Fuggers, the German bangking family of Augsburg which had long been loaning money to the Habsburgs, the Fuggers now surpassed the Medici and had more funds at their disposal than any other bankers in Europe.

They had branch offices in Antwerp and a dozen other cities from which they financed merchants, towns, provinces, and kings. In 1519 Charles gained the election and in 1520 he was crowned as the Emperor Charles V at Aix-la-Chapelle (Aachen).

It was a sign of the times that capitalists could help make emperors. In the fifteenth century the center of capitalistic credit and banking had been in northern Italy, and particularly with the Medici family at Florence. But in the early sixteenth century it passed to Augsburg in southern germany, where the family firms of the Welsers, the Hochstetters, the Meutings, and others vied with the foggers. Many of the banker merchants finance commercial and industrial ventures, but the Fuggers had two main interest-mining, and loans to the Habsburgs. They reaped rich profits from the copper, silver, and lead mines of the Tyrol and of Hungary. They loaned more and more money to the Habsburgs, until in 1560 Charles’ son, Philip II of Spain, owed them some 4000.000 gold gulden, a gigantic sum for those days.

For by the sixteenth century Antwep had displace the older city of Bruges as the commercial center of northern and western Europe. There the products of the north, especially English cloth, were exchanged for those of the Mediterranean and for the new goods that began to come in from America and the Far East. Antwerp had a great Bourse, or Exchange (opened in 1460), for trade in goods, and another (opened in 1531) for financial transactions such as loans to merchants and king. Its river harbor was thronged with shipping, its streets crowded with drays and carts. To Charles V, it was a great source of strength that he was ruler of the rich Netherlands and of the busy city Antwerp.

Because he had been born in the Netherlands, had live there during his boyhood, and spoke the local language (Flemish or Dutch), Charles V always thought of himself as a Netherlander than as an Austrian or a Spaniard. They, in turn, regarded him with pride and affection and even paid the taxes he levied without too much murmuring or discontenc. In Spain, on the contratry, Charles was regarded, when he went there first in 1517, as a foreigner and he did not increase his popularity by making use there of advisers and officials from the Netherlands. But though Charles looked upon Spain merely as a source of wealth and military strength, he was able to crush all opposition and rule the country with a firm hand.

Charles was indeed an able ruler, who could adapt himself to the needs of the moment. If he was amiable in Ghent he could be haughty in Madrid and stern in Vienna. Though he was afraid of mice and spiders, he was an able an courageous general on the field of the battle. He could persuade as well as command, and he could employ guileful diplomacy as well as military force. All his life he showed a deep devotion to the Catholic faith. Thin if face and with the protruding lower jaw of the Habsburgs, Charles was bearing were those of the great monarch that he truly was.

Though there are still some scholars who argue for Egypt, the weight of the evidence seems almost conclusive that any early borrowing of cultural elements was by Egypt and not vice versa.

Israel Attack Gaza to revenge the deaths of three young men were killed by a group of Palestinians. This war has resulted thousands innocent people were kill. Israel launched operation on 8 July until 26 august 2014. 66 Israel soldier we kill in this war while Palestinian casualties about 2000 kill (including 500 militans).
Israel and Palestine war always become trending topic in almost every year. Weapon has become familiar style for both sides to controlling the region. Even this war is not balance. While Israel used much modern weapon, Palestine (Hamas) military power is not equal to face the Israel military.
This year, we have witnessed the continuing tragedy of Israel and Palestine. It is not easy to stop arrogant claim from both side. Some people said, Gaza war is not “war” but “genocide”. In Gaza side we always found statement that they are fighting for their right, for “freedom”. In Israel side we get the statement that they are just trying to keep national safety that terrorizing by the Hamas rocket.

8 march 2014, Malaysia Airline flight 370 reported disappeared after less than an hour takeoff from Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Malaysia to Beijing Capital International Airport, PR China. Until the end of 2014, this Airplane still remain as the biggest mystery in missing airplane history. At least 26 countries take a part to find the airplane wreckage. But still there’s no satisfied result.

World cup 2014 take place at Brazil, started from June 12 until July 13. Germany became champion this year after won against Argentina 1-0 at the final match. This the fourth title for the Germany this is the first title since the reunion of West Germany and East Germany.
This world cup, recording some of surprising moment, such a big defeat Brazil 1-7 by the Germany and Costa Rica entering second phase, resulting as a first place at group D featuring Uruguay, Italia and England that well known as common power in Football.

17 July 2014, the second Malaysia Airline reported crashes because of missile shot at the Ukraine-Russia border. Malaysia Airline Flight 17 scheduled to fly from Amsterdam, Netherland to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 298 Passenger including the crew were killed. This tragedy has let Malaysia fall into deep sorrow. This is the second airplane tragedy for Malaysia in a year. Malaysian Airline Flight 17 was innocent object that become victim because of Ukraine crisis.

Pro Russian group (anti Russian) has start the rebellion against the Ukraine government. This war took place at eastern Ukraine, has make more than 2000 casualties both side. Ukraine side claim this as revolution to change the Ukraine government System, but for Ukraine side this was as the rebellion for the legitimate government.

CHARACTERISTICS AND ELEMENTS OF AEC

The AEC is the realisation of the end goal of economic integration as espoused in the Vision 2020, which is based on a convergence of interests of ASEAN Member Countries to deepen and broaden economic integration through existing and new initiatives with clear timelines. In establishing the AEC, ASEAN shall act in accordance to the principles of an open, outward-looking, inclusive, and market-driven economy consistent with multilateral rules as well as adherence to rules-based systems for effective compliance and implementation of economic commitments.
The AEC will establish ASEAN as a single market and production base making ASEAN more dynamic and competitive with new mechanisms and measures to strengthen the implementation of its existing economic initiatives; accelerating regional integration in the priority sectors; facilitating movement of business persons, skilled labour and talents; and strengthening the institutional mechanisms of ASEAN. As a first step towards realising the ASEAN Economic Community, ASEAN has been implementing the recommendations of the High Level Task Force (HLTF) on ASEAN Economic Integration contained in the Bali Concord II.
An ASEAN single market and production base shall comprise five core elements: (i) free flow of goods; (ii) free flow of services; (iii) free flow of investment; (iv) freer flow of capital; and (v) free flow of skilled labour. In addition, the single market and production base also include two important components, namely, the priority integration sectors, and food, agriculture and forestry.
Free flow of goods is one of the principal means by which the aims of a single market and production base can be achieved. A single market for goods (and services) will also facilitate the development of production networks in the region and enhance ASEAN’s capacity to serve as a global production centre or as a part of the global supply chain.

By that read at some point on the blueprint, we can see that ASEAN has great vision to welcoming 2020. However each member of ASEAN will gain profit by this agreement. Despite this ASEAN decision, ASEAN also have agreement with some country in East Asia, such as Japan, Korea and China.
