Moving towards ‘Naya Pakistan’

As of now, Pakistan’s political picture is very clear. We got a glimpse of the Imran Khan who finally approached to be a ruler. His party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf passed milestone with success. Abraham Lincoln stated that “If you want to test a man’s character, give him power”. It means IK got a power (besides how), now he is in a spotlight and voters will assess their choice. Though the power is not always pleasant and there are difficult things to deal with. How IK will meet the challenges, that’s the most interesting question. There are multiple challenges need to be addressed soon to a lacking experience government. There’re various demands that required an immediate response. From the beginning of the probationary period, PTI’s leadership is to face some severe and foremost challenges. The prime, economy challenge, twisted international relation and never-ending domestic challenges as well. In my opinion, the most back-breaking task is to meet with the public expectations. The expectations are high since IK is struggling to convince the public on his tabdeeli (passion of hope) agenda. Imran Khan’s promises are alone a big challenge.

I believe my society and especially our educated class knows very well the magnitude of complications. They knew that addressing such an oversized volume issues is a tough assignment for a naïve government. Moreover, they can support the naïve government to take difficult decisions as well. But at the same time public at large desires extremely instant tabdeeli (a passion of hope) and approach towards improvement.

On the subject of Pakistani economic condition, a prominent American newspaper analyzed that Pakistan’s current account deficit (CAD) skyrockets to historic high and crossing $18bn during 2017-18. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has reported Pakistan’s net international reserves after excluding its foreign exchange liabilities are depressing $724 million. Whereas, with remaining net’ reserves new government cannot survive for more than 2 to 3 months. Pakistani rupee is incredibly in intense condition. The tax collection progress has still remained slower and poor in Pakistan. A country of 200 million population and its taxpayers are not more than 1 million. The incoming finance minister Asad Umer addressing a US think-tank from Islamabad, said: “Pakistan had been running a current account deficit of $2 billion a month for the last three months.”

PPP’s Naveed Qamar and PML-N’s Tariq Fatemi also spoke at the think-tank — the US Institute of Peace — and endorsed the study that Pakistan was facing a major financial crisis, perhaps the worst ever in the history. The incoming finance minister is found always talking about the challenges to Pakistani economy. He also came up with suggestions on how to conquer the crisis. Asad Umer always used to say all possible measures will be taken to strengthen and stable our economic condition. As he wants strong mutual relations and wooing at national institutes to work together.

How we can oppose the facts that in Pakistan there are many projects in progress with the help of China and we are to pay loan amount to Beijing. Furthermore, IMF can also apply some hard and fast conditions as well. In this regard don’t forget American foreign minister Mike Pompeo’s statement as he realized that “IMF’s dollars actually belong to Americans taxpayers and this is not for Chinese companies to pay. We are closely watching and will not let to do this”. In this chapter Pakistani authorities disagreed to there is no relativity of IMF program with Chinese loan. And it’s a different subject. Whereas China is among those countries who are itself a contributor to IMF funds, asked America to be a part of One Belt One Road (OBOB) project to turn into beneficiary. Another opinion about American foreign minister’s statement is that he just tried to put some pressure on Pakistan.

There are further little positive activities in international politics’ drawing room, winning our hearts. A phone call between Iranian president Hassan Rouhani and Imran Khan- and a delegation led by US acting Ambassador to Pakistan John F Hoover met PTI chairman at Bangala. Issues of mutual interests, as well as Pak-US relations, mutual trade, and solidity in Afghanistan, came under dialogue. These are some positive gestures.

Why the poverty? Why has it persisted? How do you think we can best go forward to ensure that it doesn’t well? These are the questions which always surface in our minds. Let’s answer these questions.

It is obvious that no single sector has ensured the reduction of poverty. Whereas you need government, you need a private sector and you need the citizen and each of these sectors have their specific role. However, the role may play better when there is a collaborative partnership between these sectors. I would come out on the side of governments, they must have to guarantee the right system of governance and they must be held responsible. Besides above all, there must be an interest in economic policies, especially social inclusive policies that share the benefits of economic growth to a large number of just citizens. That’s the way you begin to reduce poverty.

As the truth, we are really fast and for most, we need the redistribution of political power. As long as we don’t have a redistribution of political power that incorporates the people at the bottom of the pyramid. We will never overcome poverty because the ones at the top of the pyramid want to keep it that way. So the likelihood is the distribution of politicians’ powers mire equalization of political power in our society and on a global scale as well.

We are in the land where apartheid was created and apartheid was put behind. And we are now in a moment of human history where there is an ecological apartheid being created. Where more and more recourses that generated livelihood and loves are being concentrated in a few hands. So the first thing we need to remove poverty is the more equitable distribution of resources. Where there’d be land or water or seed or biodiversity or in the climate issue our equal share to atmospheric commons. Second, I do think we need to put bad measures behind us, growth is a very ill-conceived measure, it worked fine for the period of war to mobilize resources for the war, it is defined on the basis of if you don’t, if you produce what you consume you are not producing which means. We need to take real production into account and that’s what so many countries are moving beyond the growth measure too well being. And let's not forget that wealth never meant money it meant well being. That’s where we need to move and it will come from justice. How can we make sure that poverty is consigned to history?

I think we should be far more practical about it. We should actually learn from what has worked. Because, not all the countries have remained in the same situation since, last 30-40 years. So the idea we can learn nothing from the way the world is developed is absurd. Whereas, developments in Africa, in Latin America, in Asia, we can learn from them, learn what works and what doesn’t realize. That at the heart of this always will be politicians making decisions about those choices better taken and why are more likely to lead to the outcomes. I want, if they’re taken within the system that is democratic and accountable, those are open that are honest and where there is a focus on policymaking that is practical and evidence-based less about ideology. Which I think is very most important in 21st-century things are far more about what actually works and how can we make that work.

Non-political forces are pulling strings

The current political scenario; whoever is observing closely knows the truth that non-political forces are pulling strings.

The current political scenario; whoever is observing closely knows the truth that non-political forces are running it. But sadly few political forces are being used to gain some power however they are not sure how long they can secure their power. Who will arrest and at what time? All is been decided. A certain directors’ directions and writers’ script is being followed thoroughly. These non-political forces are much powerful, everyone knows even the names but none of them can point out. Then think how conspiracy will get undressed?

The above discussed nonpolitical forces are concerned with Pakistani politics but they by no means understand one minor and a basic thing about politics. They couldn’t get that without an authorized system a politician can never dismiss permanently. Politician’s sentence, exile and putting him to jail always seemed appealing to the public. How the punishment will crueller he will get public sympathy and respect. There is a quote which guides us clearly, “They buried us. They did not know we are seeds.” I think politician are seeds and non-political actors cannot wipe out them easily.

Another bad luck flies with these non-political forces that they are to retire after a certain time period. They only manage their time slot because they are to deal with their promotions, facilities after retirement, postings, vacation and other family issues and worries. So they manage the time period for they are appointed- nothing else. Those who are planning today about political set-up don’t know when they were under training at that time our ousted PM Nawaz Sharif was dealing with their seniors. He was dealing like now captain Imran is doing to dispersal his opponents. Today Nawaz Sharif is much beware of their plans. Now is much experienced and mature enough. He has parted his ways and got separation from these non-political forces.

Politicians have many key benefits. Nonpolitical forces get to retire after a few years and their story ends badly, no one recalls them. But politicians become more visionary and established how long they spend time in politics they become extra worthwhile. In the current script, we found many weaknesses from the day first. Somehow point of view shots (calculations) were also incorrect. First, it was assumed, after expelling Nawaz Sharif will straightly go to Jati Umra and will accept everything calmly. Meanwhile, he marched towards Lahore against supreme courts’ verdict and began asking mujhay Kyun nikala? (Why I expelled?) Then analysis said N-League will break into pieces. But nothing happened like this, only about 20 members left Nawaz Sharifs’ party and few others joined. Then rumours floated Nawaz Sharif will go to London and will not back and thinking political asylum maybe. When Nawaz Sharif discarded all such possibilities- a messenger asked Nawaz Sharif to stay there in London, will provide you with some relief. Nawaz Sharif cared about nothing and he flew from London to Lahore with his daughter Maryam. It means these calculations become again false and against the agenda. On their return to Pakistan courts’ verdict became further blurred. Although he is proved guilty he gained public respect as well and people are forgetting the actual allegations and sentence charge. This is totally against the director and script. While it was assumed that people will not vote for Pakistan Muslim League-N in general election 2018. Yet ball is in the public’s court. If Nawaz Sharif and Mariyam Nawaz is a judicial victim then don’t forget Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was also a judicial victim. But he became a hero to the public and many of political leaders. Even if Nawaz Sharif is not Bhutto but mutiny is common property between both.

The script is quite pretty but on the paper only, because practically there are flaws and little inappropriate stuff which do not match our national political environment. This script and directors’ direction may hit the picture but how our country will suffer we have no idea. It will be definitely damaging.

Political polarization, leap to conclusions

Political polarization is not leaping to conclusions but you know political polarization will affect worse.

General elections-2018 going to hold on the 25th of July. I’m not enthusiastic at all but a bit reluctant about the event taking place on Wednesday. I have got the same reservations as other opinion makers are concerned. Numerous people believing that general election-2018 will bring a big change in favour of us. However candidly, I’m spotting many stumbling blocks which will confine a positive move. Furthermore, the difficulties will increase shortly after the GE-2018. Former director of the independent Human Rights Commission of Pakistan, I A Rahman has addressed "I am apprehensive that Wednesday's vote can improve anything. It will get worse."

Our political affairs are staggering at the moment. The election forecast is rather sensible that a hung parliament will be formed. At the back of this idea, there are some facts, causes and consequences. I don’t think any political party could barely get even 100 plus seats out of 272. Are you getting me? Another fact is our most of the political parties are based on political dynasty. If you go through past two general elections (GE-2008 and GE-2013) you will examine there was the only tug-of-war between former ousted PM Nawaz Sharif and President Zardari. A bit in 2013-elections and properly now in 2018-elections Imran Khan secured the nominee. Election results were accepted by both parties (PML-N and PPP). Now, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf will also race for the formation of a federal government. Definitely, all these three parties will effort to win the race to form the federal government. One more reality is Punjab province decides who will form the government in the centre. But this time in Punjab PTI is obliged with a full batting pitch and prepared a dead pitch wicket for PML-N. Soon after Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Safdar’s arrest, Bilawal Zardari visited Punjab and he tried to change the political dynamics as well. Actually, the PPP is all but finished in Pakistan's most populous and electorally significant Punjab province.

The state of Pakistan is facing the severe crisis, yet none of the major political parties is addressing these issues. No leader and representative is telling people how they want to resolve them. That’s why I don’t think any single party could get the majority. If a major upset is not taking place. I think this is the first time when none of the parties is assured about their position. They are not in a position to form a separate or independent government. What I’m suspecting is a poor and defective government is resulting after GE-2018. Perhaps, PTI leader Imran Khan has also same reservations. Therefore he is saying repeatedly in his political rallies that the poor parliament will not be in the favour of Pakistan.

One more thing- do anybody thinks is there some kind of ideological relation and affiliation between our political parties? Definitely answer is a big NO. Since political polarization is not letting it. We have observed some sort of ideological understanding between 1960- 1990. But now it’s not anymore offered. We know political polarization will affect worse. Though ideology is not an inconstant thing it directs to a certain direction, unfortunately, today our political parties have no direction. While Pakistan's two major political parties are struggling for power, hard-line religious parties are gaining strength. A number of religious parties, including some banned outfits, are contesting elections despite international concerns about their involvement. The groups are now cashing in on political divisions and the power struggle between the PML-N and the military

In the end result of GE-2018, I’m bearing in mind not only a hung parliament but weak too. As well as the ruling party and ruler will also not acceptable to many stakeholders. I wish upcoming government complete its tenure and meet up with crises effectively. But beyond my wish, I’m not guaranteed the resulted government will complete even its two years.

Welcome our naive & established PM but people on social media and on my personal behalf my friends asked why are you saying, Imran Khan, an established man? While my single answer to them was, without establishing a person can not make an impressive entry. I also realized them where a clean and clear ground before the election was provided him to practice and bowled the wickets. So, do you think this was not pre-poll rigging? How can you justify only Nawaz Sharif found a corrupt and dishonest man in Pakistan? Do you think other politicians, judges and generals are pious and upright? If your answer is No, then justify why they are not captured and detained by the law, yet? Why are they not in the eye of NAB? In fact, nobody satisfied me and give a suitable answer. I really don’t think that Imran Khan has no public acceptance and he cannot lead well. He is public demand; he can lead, he is not corrupt, he is not found guilty and obviously, he has a large number of voters and supporters. However, when he will be given a free hand and others will be restricted, this will be doubtful. His vigorous launch and enforcement on the entire public will be considered as rigging.

Now, let's talk further do we think Imran Khan will be happy? Although before the elections he and non-political forces denied foul play, of a rigged election. But every institute ensured that the PTI enjoys privileged access to media, backing from powerful people. Nawaz Sharif and Mariyam Nawaz’s arrest was, in fact, a campaign of harassment and it affected other parties’ workers far more than the PTI’s. While the others have also suffered assassination attempts and terrorist attacks in KPK and Baluchistan.

The non-political forces have long pulled the strings of Pakistani politics. Whether in the 1970s in the era of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto or in the 1990s during Nawaz’s earlier terms, the non-political forces first sponsored biddable civilian leaders. After all, they squeezed them when they grew too independent and tried to rid. Imran Khan, for his part, started off posing as an anti-establishment politician, railing against the corrupt duopoly of PML-N and its rival PPP.

However, one thing that sets this election apart from previous ones is the greater objection over the non-political forces’ concern. Unfortunately, this story could not break that well-known journalists and media groups were endangered into promoting the PTI and muting coverage of its rivals. At a press conference on July 16th, Pakistan’s Human Rights Commission declared that there were sufficient grounds to question the legitimacy of the elections. Mr Khan, who is earning from non-political forces support today, should be aware that he will pay for it tomorrow.

As for the establishers, they must see that they are hurting the country they claim to defend. In the 70 years since partition, Pakistan has been raged by war, terrorism, coups, instability and religious extremism. It has paused ever further economically and on other fronts.

We welcome to Imran Khan’s naive government that does not have the time for a honeymoon period. It’s facing a declining economic situation. He has to take immediate essential steps and measures to stabilize the position.

Now the PML-N, MMA and PPP are challenging the legitimacy of the election process and results. A lot can be said about the election process and political engineering, but this has not occurred for the first time in Pakistan. We face the same allegations after each election. The winning PTI should be given a chance to deliver on its promises. We will always raise our voices that the election process should be made more transparent, free and fair. We need several reforms in its administrative, social and economic structures.ve, social and economic structures.

Today on 25th Dec, I want to wish the worlds 2.5 million Christians by sharing my different views to them. Although I’m Muslim I believe in Christians are followers of the prophet Isa. In Islam, Isa refers to Jesus. Isa ibn Marium is understood to be the penultimate prophet and messenger of Allah. And in Islam Jesus is believed to have been the precursor to Muhammad attributing the name Ahmed to someone who would follow him. So I pray that many more Christmas to come with you. Enjoy with your family and friends. Moreover, remember those who can not be with their loved ones. I also pray for those in treatment fighting for their loves and those who do not get vacations from their constant battle.

I hope you all have such an amazing day. Go and hug your family members and tell them you love them.

As Christmas is a moment of delight, this year, the feeling somehow somber as the bombing of the Methodist Church in Quetta prior this month is still a new injury. Regrettably, Christians and other faction of minority faiths in Pakistan stay behind the threat, particularly in their holy places, embattled by the terrorist. On Quaid’s birthday, I desire to declare that the creator of Pakistan affirmed in no hesitant conditions that factions of all religions, next to Muslims, would be free to practice their belief in Pakistan. In Jinnah’s mental picture, unhappily, is clear for everyone to see.

All are having their reserved rights to look good, handsome and smart as well. When word ‘smart’ comes in our minds, it makes everyone feel and think typically kind of Hollywood & Bollywood leading Hero or Heroine sort of personality. Rather they need to think wishing a healthy and strong and good nature person. All are thinking well but doing negative. Whereas if someone has gained his weight, he is trying to trim down no matter how substantial it would be a danger to him. He is looking forward to the each short-cut. In fact, short-cuts are not mostly vigorous to us.

One simple thing through this article I want to make you realize that for goodness’ sack doesn’t put yourself into trouble pleasing weight loss. To do, you should emphasize a bit on start behaving punctual, regular and courageously. Do not go with short-cuts and never feel the load on your brain- behave positively.

First, I want to discourage you all who are losing weight with short-cuts and going against nature. Secondly, I want to encourage all those are not fleshy due to their healthy and good habits.

Someone who wants to lose his/her weight needs weight loss motivation from the inner self. In weight loss motivation you need to understand that the only exercise is also not enough for good health. Including exercise, you need healthy food, weight loss motivation, enough rest & sleep and major part of courage to fight with your fitness. In above mentioned if missing anything your weight loss motivation will not complete. And you have no right to think a smart man.

Today everywhere there is competition, everyone is in a race compete others and all are having competitors. I really think people feel it a fatigue to give time to them. Instead, they prefer to watch movies, play video gaming, internet and busy on mobile watching videos on Youtube. They feel good in entertainment but not having a moment for healthy activities. They consider sleeping on time a bad habit, they avoid eating fruits, vegetables and eat junk and market foods- never go even for 15 minutes walk. All above things are very much essential to practice. But nobody wants to pursue. When people have no concern with good health and objective is an entertainment. Then they will go through the short-cuts.

Weight Loss Diet:

There are so many diets with the name of Weight Loss Diet. I recently came to know about a weight loss diet named GM diet. Someone told me that this diet is very good and assisting weight loss. But when tried, it wasn’t working at all and no benefit granted. Thus, there are so many diets which are very popular among so many people but by no means helpful to anyone. So again I will say not a single weight loss diet can help you until your audacity is not involved. At the end of the day, these diets become the cause of a headache, irritability, fatigue, constipation, Dizziness, hair loss and even muscle loss. Then why you are still encouraged to follow these kinds of diets when these are not healthy and giving you payback.

Weight Loss Faster:

I have seen many promotions regarding weight loss fast. As I know not a single medical doctor recommends you to take these. Even a legitimate doctor has no medication to tell you about quick weight loss. Every remedy and medicine which you see on internet and magazines by different brnads on the name of herbal medicine, capsules, English medicine is against our ordinary system. Then why a person can accept. He/she is not only wasting his/her money but also putting itself at risk and wasting time. He/she is purchasing injurious things in the name of weight loss fast. So everyone can lose his weight with courage. I myself condemn not only those products but also products makers, advertisers and mainly those who go and pay for and waste their money for nothing.

Weight Loss Cabbage Soup:

Not only cabbage but many other greens, fresh vegetables, and fruits are good for health but I will not mention any fruit or vegetable in helping weight loss. Because looking healthy should be a destination. If your destination is to simply look handsome, tall man, smart and you are unhealthy then all efforts are wasted.

Weight Loss Medicine:

I request you all never try to use weight loss medicines, herbal and techniques which can be a reason in making you unhealthy. Weight loss medicines are not found positive to individuals. These weight loss medicines have so many side effects because this is not a natural way.

A Weight Loss Plan:

One thing I can find healthy is your weight loss plan. I think if someone is fat and fleshy he should not emphasize on weight loss tricks; he needs to plan his routines. Healthy man always has good routines and unhealthy man has so many fatigues and exhaustion in his everyday life. In a plan, one should be the most important thing to a person is to be healthy. If a person is not serious about his health, he can never be experienced and look healthy; even by diets plans, home remedies, herbal medicines, and other weight loss short-cuts. All is rubbish.

Women Are Equal to Men in Non-Muslim States rather Muslim States

If you go through the Muslim countries which are under-govern by the Muslim’s governments. They are not protecting the rights of women. In spite of that fact, nearly all non-Muslim countries and non-Muslim governments are protecting women’s rights, transgender rights and giving religious freedom. I would be very much interested in when someone comes to me and show me one of the Muslim nations where women rights, transgender rights are greatly protected because I haven’t seen it. All the above statement builds in my mind when I read a report released by Women Peace and Security Index (WPS Index). I’ve observed that few people do not trust in facts and figures provided by the several survey reports, to them these reports are nothing but propaganda. To me, if these people are considering it propaganda then they have to come out with their own reports and research. Because it is necessary to see what is fact and what is the theory, working behind the scene. Muslim countries and Muslim organizations need to gather all the statistics by themselves for their own satisfaction. Regarding women’s concern is with her security, participating in the judicial system, practising in politics. Meanwhile, by comparing their own reports with prior-statistics their confusion could be clear-up. Whereas Muslim governments are really failed to provide women’s rights or there is something else; doubtful like propaganda.

Moreover, disagreement is possible on above matter but we should not feel embarrassed by saying that non-Muslim countries are much developed than Muslim countries and step by step they are looking forward to extra advancement and evolution. Where law and constitution are in practice, ensuring to provide equal human rights to everyone, exercising merit in the institutions, learning from past mistakes, eradication of illiteracy, hate to bribery system, knowledge about basic rights and responsibilities. This is the only reason where non-Muslim countries’ women are much brave than us. Which is the very much frightening situation for Muslim countries? Another thing which took my intention, in non-Muslim countries’ output and the man-powers ratio is much high than Muslim countries. Behind this good image education and freedom, the factor is playing its role. Our women even after being educated have restrictions to do a job. If we talk about Pakistan, there are so many families who think that women have no need of education. To them, women’s duty is restricted to work within the home structure being a housewife. And luckily for this purpose, they feel no need to give education because there is no need of it. For them, women job means suppose to lessen “Men’s” dignity and self-respect. Since there are many women who are educated and degree holders but those are working simply in-house limited ‘institution’ as a housewife. This practice is the foremost hurdle to fetch man-power for the country.

Our governments made law but there is no implementation. Whereas all over the world in progressive countries women are equivalent part of man; in making law, performing socially or for the sack of country. To us, a very small proportion of women is part of those activities. In the political career, only Muhtarma Benazir Bhutto is one and only example but never a 2nd case produced. On no account than her, any lady approached and struggled to become Prime Minister or President. While in other countries Queen Victoria of England, Hilary Clinton, Angela Markel, Theresa May, Sheikh Hasina Wazed and Christina Fernandez are those individual’s (ladies) who holds the key of their politics and left an irremovable mark of women’s participation in politics.

This object is upsetting me that all teachings like; women rights, gay rights, human rights, minorities rights, freedom of religion, freedom of speech are spiritual judgments of Islam. Whereas before Islam women were not treated equal to man, they been putting alive into the grave, there was no respect for her but Islam recognized her status. If non-Muslims are following Islamic thought and wisdom which is moralized by the Holy Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H), non-Muslims are right to follow but we need to feel feeling guilty in this worst order.

There are so many existing examples of that kind and the recent one is President of America Donald Trump. He is not just punishing Americans only but for also trying to exploit the entire world. Theoretician and intellectuals of America especially I would like to mention here Noam Chomsky. Including him many other have started saying that arise of America is now towards fall. However, it will take some time. If it is said after 2nd world war where American’s uphold was retained, now it’s leaving to end with Trump’s harsh policies. It is no exaggeration to say that American uphold resulted just after world war one. And after 2nd world war with the help of allies, their success promoted it to big. And soon! Meanwhile American used to say that 20th century belongs to America only. But with the presence of Soviet Union, this claim was false. Whereas world was presently bipolar. And after most horrible defeat in Vietnam, America was a bit reluctant as well. Moreover, Soviet Union was nearly equal in strength to America. So, the cold war era began in world politics. In that time both superpowers not became face to face but their allies keep engaged in infighting. Furthermore, when their matters been sent to United Nations both powers play their role to help the allies. In 1991, Soviet Union crushed in Afghanistan and the Union dissolved. After that only one superpower worldwide was remained. Due to having no rival America started ordering to the entire world. They established the military foundation in all worlds. They damaged Iraq and after 9/11 they cope up Afghanistan. There was no one, following the cheerfulness of Arabs but America. Whereas, America only struggled to misuse against those were a risk for the illegitimate children Israel. Of course itself Israel is a big threat to the Middle East. Plus America helped Israel to gather stacks of modern weapons.

If you go through the election campaign of Donald Trump there was nothing than hatred against Islam and in the favor of Israel. However, the matter of Iran and Syria they fought hard against America. Their allies also helped on every ground. I think the day was just waste when Trump visited Arab land. Since in that visit Trump gamed and spoke about Iran to isolate. That was the day when he attempted to make divide among these regions’ Muslims. And up to some level, he got succeeded. When Qatar opposed the policy and neighboring country [Saudi Arabia] annoyed at. On the other side, Yemen’s matter also got complicated. Due to this reason several terrorist attacks occurred in the region. On the same visit Trump attend Israel. Where he placed his hand on the wall which is regarded as one of the holiest places in Judaism. In addition to this, he also announced; “Am here to fulfill my commitment.” This commitment exposed on 6th Dec when Trump declared Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. This news was surprising and shocking not to Muslim Ummah only but to the entire world too. The curse Trump wants to run the world as per his instructions. Of course, it is like that- regarding China Pakistan Economic Corridor matter Trump’s speech is on record. Where he said in the world no one’s rule will regulate with the exception of America.

Regarding Trump’s declaration- United Nations of 193 member’s general assembly, 128 countries voted against Trump’s decision. Whereas 35 countries were absent and only 8 voted in favor. Including Canada and many other countries supposed not to shift their embassies in Jerusalem. In this regard, Trump had been clearly told that if any country went against to the Trump’s decision their help and aid will be cut-down or shorten. It seems to him the world is a small village and America is Chowdhury of the village. If America’s behavior is like that then he must stop receiving credit, what he does with the humanity? Even though, only one declaration of the general assembly is not enough to suppose American demise and downfall. However American reaction would be interesting now to see that how policymakers prepare future plans. Thus there is rare hope that Trump will worry about the declaration of General assembly. Whereas 128 countries from different religions, languages, and regions are against Trump’s decision. Their decision is more wised with the respect of vote. They are eventually saying it is not possible to obey American order and it’s not merely possible. They think Trump’s decisions are fashioning hatred in the world and dragging the world into another war. American policymakers have to revise their policies and experiences. They also know too well that America’s grip is not too much physically powerful in comparison to past. Their military force in some way got weakened by deploying into parts after 9/11.

At last few words from my core of heart that millions of human’s blood is on the hand of America. Somehow, the world is now hating on America. The American economy is also no stronger as in past. Not only China but Germany and Russia are also challenging America in economics and sovereignty. In the competition of NATO, Shanghai Cooperation Organization is also established. In which only Russian and China’s military force is about 3.1 million. So if Trump is ready to make any mistake then it will be a big loss of all worlds. American Senate and American think tanks need to instruct Trump about international state of affairs. They are dragging America into alone position by their decisions. So they ought to make the problem solved without any disorder. Sometimes going back to the previous position people gets dignity. In this matter, American love with democracy will be more wised and will prove as America is peace-loving country.

Hafiz Saeed, Terrorism Sponcor in India

Lahore High Court has released Hafiz Saeed, 10 months after the government placed him under house arrest. Releasing him is an interesting mystery as detaining him was confused and puzzling. There is another ambiguity that there were no charges against him then why he was detained. Mr Saeed can also argue over that similar to former Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, who was disqualified by the Supreme Court of Pakistan, he was asking frequently that “mujhy kion nikala” (why I am fired)? Mr Saeed’s latest stint under house arrests was not the first for him, despite the fact he has repeatedly avoided long-term house arrest. He was placed under detention at least two times after 2008 Mumbai-Attacks. Both time he discharged dignifiedly.

Indeed it is proven that Hafiz Saeed is a law-abiding citizen of Pakistan, he never found disloyal to the constitution of Pakistan and nor disobeyed the law. In his different rallies, we never saw even breaking a tree-leaf even a street light did not crack by his followers. How he can be even more lawful that he did not try to stop anybody from arresting him, he went to the court for the justice and legally released. In the court government’s lawyer was frequently arguing that Mr Saeed was the threat to public safety, he freed could lead to international penalties, they will not fund Pakistan for the sack of removing terrorism. Meanwhile, the government was declared his house arrest seeming to bow to international pressure.

And behind this wisdom, there was no one else than Tariq Fatmi who advised the government to arrest Mr.Saeed. He encouraged that if we don’t take action against him then expectedly we have to face absolute reaction to great America.

This was the time even Trump’s companions did not know that what Trump wants to do; they don’t know the policy of trump. Even our authorities, stakeholders were confused. This was the actual reason that Pakistan agreed to Hafiz Saeed arrest. But after spending few months just little back American Congress declared and deleted Lashkar-e-Taiba from his terrorist’s list. Right now, he is emphasizing and imposing conditions only on Haqani’s network.

After all these developments one thing is crystal cleared that America has no interest in Hafiz Saeed. Now he is India who can pressurize Pakistan for Hafiz Saeed, I visited many stories which have been published in India after the release of Hafiz Saeed, these stories are clearly telling us that how Indian’s concern lies on Hafiz Saeed’s arrest. We know the facts that he was India who was requesting America to put pressure, apart from that Pakistan never considered Indian pressure. India’s statement is there is no one else than Hafiz Saeed who backed Mumbai-Attacks and in Kashmir, in the name Jihad Mr Saeed is supporting. Although, Hafiz Saeed is India’s need not American’s. What is a reality, America only prefer his own interests?

On his release, Mr Saeed has decided to jump in Pakistani politics to participate in general elections 2018. Probably he will contest election with Milli Muslim League’s ticket. If he gets a victory in general elections and successfully reaches to the parliament, this will be fruitful for Pakistan. Then he can easily spread his message and can tell the world about his ideology. Moreover, his terrorist's label might not be faded; he could be more faithful because he will be elected by the general public.

There are few suggestions for him, 1st that if he wins the election he should not focus only on the Kashmir cause but also talk about Pakistanis. 2ndly if you want to win an election you have to understand problems of a common person. Then you can create a space for yourself to protect your ideology and your cause.

Price of Attaullah, The Traffic Police Sergeant

Rules and laws apply to everyone equally; the rich, the poor, the elderly and children. No one has right to break the law, but the above-mentioned statement has been proven wrong in the case of Quetta’s elites. They consider themselves above the standards of law. I hope readers understand my point of view. I’m referring to the case of traffic police sergeant Haji Attaullah, who was rammed by MPA Abdul Majeed Achakzai’s SUV. He suffered serious injuries but unfortunately, succumbed to his injuries. The irony being, there was no doctor on duty when Attaullah was brought to the hospital. A nurse treated him by injecting morphine. Attaullah received no treatment on his death bed during those painful two hours.

Dear readers, throughout the case, as a nation, as rule of law, as ethical and as moral values, I have observed major flaws; Firstly, there was no FIR registered against Mr. Achakzai, Secondly, there were no emergency facilities at the hospital and Lastly, no justice is yet served for Attaullah and his family. Does Attaullah’s life worth a few lakhs? Why even bother! The poor will accept a few lakhs from a murderer and he can skip his punishment in jail? I’m sure that Attaullah’s family will be threatened to let go of the matter and quietly accept compensation.

Practising Religion in Public Place, Is It Justified?

We talk about freedom of expression and freedom to practice religion, everyone uses this freedom to justify his own provocation, in fact taking the liberty to freedom of speech and practising religion is being externally misused. A person who belongs to any religion he wants to spread his religion and for that, he even preaches the people to follow that particular religion. There is nothing wrong with and what is wrong will address always as wrong. To glorify Islam there is a particular way. I never understand why representatives of Islam (Muftis & Moulanas) are not exercising their Ibadah in their particular space which is “Masjid” (Mosque) or “Madrasa”? Why it is necessary to preach Islamic thoughts on roads & at public places after blocking the roads and by extorting the rights of other communities and the people who are not part of the practice? In Pakistan, this practice is now getting up. If the Shia sect wants to practice religion during the holy month of Muharram and then Sunni sect also want to practice religion in Rabi-ul-Awal both of them will choose public places & roads for procession (Jaloos). Do you mean that being in majority you can usurp minorities’ rights? Did you notice on Christmas day whether Christians block the roads for religious practice in a public place or they go to the allocated place which is Church? You ever saw Hindu in shape of Tollies when they practice their religious events? Even did you watch Sikhs during their religious events, whether they block your road or go to the Temple?

If all above-asked questions have a negative answer then how we Muslims can justify practising our religious events in roads and public places? It means the majority of the country need to think. Though my religion has no direct relation to any other religion every religious person give respect to others religion because his religion taught him.

Nevertheless, as being an independent Islamic state, we can not accuse and abuse Christianity because we believe that Allah has sent Prophet Eisa(Jesus) son of Mariyam and Prophet Daud for Jews. In short, every religion is respectable whether it is Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism or any other. And every religion taught their follower to live in peace and if we found a person which belongs to any religion and if he is extremist, terrorist or problematic; never means that his religion is bad or he is guided wrong by his religion to become a violator.

Recently when the holy month Muharram was started and soon after the holy month Rabi-ul-Awwal and then few days before when Faizabad (Islamabad) sit-in was held, I closely observed that right to freedom of religion is perhaps the most misused right in Pakistan. This is why because people wrongly believe it as a certificate to practice their religion on public places and highways; In fact, they use to violate other peoples right by performing their own freedom of religion. There is very harsh need to make a law to prevent from these kinds of protests and religion’s practices which violate others rights and which always create hurdle in the development of the country, where ambulances stuck on the road and innocent lives die.

As a citizen of Pakistan, we must feel the duty and we should learn not to transgress our limits and not to overemphasize on the freedom of speech and also the freedom to practice religion, most importantly in public place because by doing this we are often violating other people’s rights. Requesting to supreme-court if a law is possible soon or later it needs. And if this has been done, in the directives must be abided by all citizens as well as authorities irrespective of religions.

Daylight robbery

Traders and businessmen all over the country have so many complaints with the State of Pakistan. They have less or no assurance from the state; their health, wealth and also any kind of security is not provided. The state cannot run without businessmen and traders which are why they must be protected. Since way back, we have observed that daylight robbery is increasing, dacoits are doing their best without any fear. Perhaps, police personnel might be involved? The traders feel fear as a result of robberies, as a result, they became unable to produce good things in their field. I am an eyewitness to a protest where traders protested against broad daylight robbery. In Sadiqabad Rawalpindi, protesters were saying there are safe havens in the city for criminals.

The state should provide only security and safety. Police should not protect looters and they must secure and give protection to the citizens. In markets and bazaars, police personnel should be deployed for the safety of customers and traders.

Media Houses Literally Ignoring Journalism Ethics

I believe that journalists can’t always ensure "truth" but getting the facts right is the fundamental principle of journalism. And if we can’t certify information we should say so. Journalists must be independent voices; they must not act, formally or informally, on behalf of special groups whether political, cultural or corporate. They should be aware of the impact of their words-simple is that it should do no harm.

This is the very absurd thing for us that media houses are ignoring journalism ethics. Meanwhile, their reporters will also do the same practice because of policy matters. In fact, a layman conceives that an agenda is at working behind. But media houses have no argue meant other that they are fighting for ‘ratings’. Recently in the event titled ‘PANAMA Leaks’, we saw no objectivity of media about the issue. Media houses which I believe that they have overlooked journalism ethics to increase their ratings and my advice is when an issue or case is pending in the apex court we should be avoided the discussion-for the sack of media trial. The language that we used In the PANAMA Leaks case was inappropriate and the aim of media houses seemed to increase their ratings only instead of focusing on professionalism and ethical values. At the same time, the most rubbish and an unfortunate thing I observed is that more time is allotted for noisy journalists. On the other hand, space for those having a serious scholarly background in connection with the media and political affairs are shrinking day by day.

We need a forum where complaints could be easily registered against the immorality of the media houses and journalists as well. When I’m asking for a "forum" certainly you would be thinking that why not PEMRA? But in fact, PEMRA itself is not impartial then how he can own a headache? So, an independent forum having no mutual interest can get rid of non-professionalism by media houses and the journalists. A journalists' duty is that he should avoid involvement in news stories which they couldn’t verify and also that there is no harm in having an opinion. But professionalism is that opinion shouldn’t have any impact on the objectivity of the story. At the end coming to the point, we have to realize that policies of media houses have a direct impact on reporter’s performance. As PANAMA Leaks concern the judiciary should not be overlooked the sensationalism spread by the media as well as political gathering held outside the premises of judicial academy and the Supreme Court.

‘Love Jihad Stories’, Not on the Behalf of All Hindus

Lots of time I have listened through Indian media that India is a secular state. A bit, this statement has proven horribly wrong. It seems this is not a secular state but a Hindu State. Since I witnessed in an ‘India Spend’ report according to details in 2017 only 11 people have pushed to death by Hindu nationalists’ group, which track hate crimes in India. Those 11 lives were mostly Muslim’s and few Dalit, Sikh, Christian, Hindu and Tribal. Nearly all killing were incited by rumours of the slaughter of the Cow, where the cow is considered Holy in Hinduism. This is nothing that “an assault” on a secular constitution of India.
I recently watched a video on youtube, where a Hindu extremist named Shmbu Lal is seen hitting at Muhammad Afrazul with an axe. When he felt not satisfied he is setting him in fire by wetting his body with Kerosene. I think it is not the first occurrence in India as I have discussed India Spends’ report. To be very honest Muhammad Afrazul will not be the last butchery casualty by Hindus. Whereas governments of Rajistan and Hindu nationalist group have made an industry of hate videos are just complicit. Moreover, Shambu Lal was also enthusiastic to watch this kind of videos. These kinds of activities are the direct attack on India’s people right to life, liberation and equal opportunity, freedom of religion and viewpoints. The Prime Minister of India Mr Narendar Modi & other officials of his government [BJP] is an encouragement for the rise in killings. Since they called in several public-speeches. Afrazul’s murder is also an attack on Indian secular social structure. The government of India should realize that these hate killings do not suit their entire country. But the government is failing in his duty to guard the people of this territory.

They have to discontinue the politics of hate. As further news reports of killings will come in, the poison of hate will be penetrated in Indian villages, towns and cities. So, we are hoping that BJP officials will soon act in response; if they consider there is anger about the current situation. Because, there are a lot of people, they do not agree with the policy of antagonism and hate. Instead, the state ought to protect the Constitution; but the government is coming out as a supporting unit and tolerating to this hatred to increase.
Today India’s environment is chock-full with poison; most of the provocative statements are made by the people in command. Even in a video as well the statements made by the alleged killer is the same language of executives of the ruling party. It means that an assassin is getting his motivation from; otherwise, he is not a crazy man.
Yet again, the government should understand that this country was not established on these principles, and they are absolutely pitiful right now. It is an occasion for the people of India to stand up. That for what this country stands for. They can pressurize the government; it is in the interest of a large segment of the society. It is with their contribution, whether secret or open, inactive or violent because the monster of hate has full-grown.
The fresh butchery of this Muslim man [Muhammad Afrazul] is extremely hurting, but I am shocked by the impunity and the coolness with which the murderer performed. He even did not hide his identity; he was showy this on social media.
The guy in the particular video thinking he was on behalf of all of Hindu people and that he was combating "love jihad", to me this is nothing more than nonsense. That can be witnessed that all Hindu are not part of that because to hold an opposing view in Indian capital; writers, activists and students get together underneath a banner of a blood-sprayed pair of shoes, gripping up posters that said, "Not In My Name"

Education for a few

Do you know education is limited only to specific people? The aristocracy might enjoy the fruit and taste of education; the proletariat will just suffer and struggle. Most things are happening against the principle of merit including taking hefty payments from students. This is the only unsympathetic case for government. Admissions against merit are not issued for medical students, the same practice is now for all. Private educational institutes, as well as universities' behaviour, is merchandising. Moreover, an education tax is also applied which is unbearable for the poor and middle classes. In the QS World University rankings, Pakistan’s Higher Education System is worst. In that condition, it was necessary to spend at least 5% of GDP for education.

As a further matter, the government has given a free hand to the private sector to charge maximum-fees. Charging maximum fee is governmental iniquity with their poor people, who have the urge to educate their children. The government is discouraging them leaving them hopeless. When we go through the reason behind it, we need to set our priority in order and make policies that would benefit all. I ask the government not to crush the poor if you have planned to educate Pakistan and your future.

The Lost of Jerusalem

Since Donald Trump became the President of Super Power America he has not proven himself a visionary man or leader. As his foreign policies and global statesmanship concern, he mounted an ever worst President for the US. He did not yet spend a lot of time in White-House but he did open so many controversies. So many statements and incendiary decision that he made is the hazard to the international order. In his deferent talks and speeches, you do listen to him by saying, he will totally destroy North Korea. He also decertified the widely approved nuclear deal of Iran. Recently on Wednesday, Trump has dictated on the most formulated and sensitive issue, in fact, this issue is the global issue of the present day. He changed the status of Jerusalem and recognized it as Israel’s capital. He also pointed out that all the preparations are going to made soon to shift American embassy from Tel Aviv to Al-Quds. On this decision US President Trump disregarded in global opinion on the matter, the UN Secretary-General has also led the condemnation of the decision. He has suggested to the some of American’s most closet allies to one fell dive because Trump has made lawful five decades of Israeli occupation of Palestine.

The rest of the world also has been highly critical of the move, led by the Palestinians. Leading the Palestinian groups, Fatah and Hamas have banged the verdict, with objection breaking out in the occupied territories. The reply from Arab and Muslim Capitals has been also very much significant. Al-Quds reposes in the heart of Palestinian identity and for the US to ‘gift’ the disputed city to Israel is for sure to end the two-state solution. As per the 1993 peace treaty, the final status of Jerusalem was to be determined mutually. It seems the agreement no longer holds.

The question becomes in mind that so what now??? While Israeli leaders have been rejoicing over the progress, the occupied territories are overflowing with displeasure. There have been many prophecies of a third tremor being launched; this thoughtless move by the US leader will be the spark that gives origin to this disturbance. Embarrassed by the Israel for decades & treated in a subhuman approach, now identity being grabbed away from them. While there is not much room for optimism, I don't know the global community can pressure the US to re-examine this highly unwise and precarious move.

Another thing that US President like his all forerunners has clearly told us by his deeds that he has no objection for calm between Israel and Palestine. Jerusalem is the home of the third big religious site of Islam, granting it as capital to Israel is cheering them to make more illegal statement touching Palestine people. After Trump’s speech, Israel will believe more encouraged than to previous. The history of Palestinian statelessness is an account of its existence a disappointment by countries that claim to be its friend. Those countries have to step up now and show their assurance to the mainly significant cause of our time.

Human Rights Law is to Breach Muslims Rights?

"All the human being are born equal in dignity and rights"

it is discussed in the article -1 of the Declaration of Human Rights. Today is 10th Dec and this day is dedicated to celebrating as Human Rights Day across the world, every year. This was the 1st major achievement of the new United Nation (under United Nation logo), 70 years ago. When we are celebrating this day how we can forget the teachings of different beloved religions in regard that all human beings are equal. In this address Muslim’s prophet, in fact, A Mercy for Mankind said;

O mankind, your Lord is One and your father is one. You all descended from Adam, and Adam was created from the earth. He is most honored among you in the sight of Allah who is most upright. No Arab is superior to a non-Arab, no colored person to a white person, or a white person to a colored person except by Taqwa (piety)." [Ahmad and At-Tirmithi]

In other narration it found, the prophet asked the people; who among men is most favoured by Allah? And the reply “A man who does the most good to people.”
If every religion is stressing to perform equally to one and all then who taught the lesson of ‘majority’ and ‘minority’? This is the occasion to address that all wrongdoings which are being in practice, it is essential to condemn them, not a soul even gives the right to behave inhumanly to the minority and no one even believed in, a majority is superior. Equity should not be limited. The one who teaches the lesson, first he need put into practice and he must learn himself. Then his duty lies & he is eligible to instruct others to do practice.
An important note to United Nation (UN) today is; you are asking to celebrate the day for the sack of human equity, why first this lesson is not learned by you. Why this is not practicable by the superpower? Do you believe in violating rights of others is not against humanity? Do you also believe in spreading violence against other societies is simply strategy not against humanity? If this so, then every false doing by anybody/ power must be considered as incorrect. There should not be any justification and do bogus could not be justified by anyone.
There are so many things which should be carried out on justice base, like, we must support women’s enjoyment of equal rights. In the eyes of those who loud their voices in the favour of humanity, they don’t think that Muslims are also the human being. Human beings, indeed whole sentient being have the right to chase happiness, live in peace and freedom.
One thing more, today UN is celebrating Humans Rights Day but what is its hypocrisy that it is not playing its role in stopping aggression against innocent people in Kashmir, Palestine, Gaza, Rohingya and Syria? Human Rights Day celebration’s means is that to tell again the nations to maintain peace where human rights being violated; human rights organizations and human rights networks are, to support humanity, but its misfortune that to them only non-Muslim’s rights matter. If Muslim’s rights also matter to them then there should be UN’s intervention in the favor of Yemen, Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Kashmir, Somalia, Sweden and Palestine.

Trump's posturing on Pakistan is to impress India???

Mr. Trump who is president of super-power America is now doubling down on Afghanistan affair. During the period of time preceding, his own admitted instinct to withdraw from his longest war. Recently a psycho president (to whom their intelligence officer has said psycho) of super-power said that ‘’we will fight to win’’. It indicates that he is confessing his non-success of winning the war against terrorist & terrorism in Afghanistan. Are you Okay Mr. President? Are you admitting your failure? If, then why you blaming Pakistan as he did quick action against terrorism and terrorist under the operation ‘zarb-e-azb’ and operation ‘radd-ul-fasaad’. And if you say so, Pak is the safe haven for terrorist, then why your foregoing governments were supporting and funding Pakistan to help you. Pakistanis want to avow you that this is not a Pakistan of 2001, the Whole scenario has been reformed. Now you have to think before you speak or decide. We have seen Mr. President that each day you thinking different to other days. Once you favored your withdrawal from Afghanistan and now you assumed it dishonor because now you have realized your defeat. Blaming on Pakistan is very simple because you invested in Pakistan, but do you know that you didn’t fund for Pakistanis development. In fact, your only concern was your own attraction. Don’t you even know you gave birth to terrorists and grow the tree of terrorism on Pak and Afghan land? But sad to know your own grown tree is not allowing you to mow down. In fact, this is your defeat and you have to accept it one day. Otherwise, you have to face all new born challenges. You should not howl on us- but you should change your policies. So, this could be safe-way for you and for us as well. Your previous governments always asked for do-more. We did cooperate and will contribute for next time too for illumination terrorism. At least I could have no problem on your asking of help from India too. Because we all know that struggling towards peace should be our combine agenda. And if you are not accepting this option then you should think about withdrawing your troops from Afghanistan instead of prolonging the war, because you became failing in getting success, as you have admitted as well. Facts and realities are totally against you, though you have pride on your power and military force once you have to accept that you disappointed in Afghanistan. And Taliban forces are still committed to keeping fight to free Afghanistan of American invaders.

After seeing Donald Trump as president of super-power I feel that when God decided to do something against someone wishes it really works. And If Allah wants to defame power of a nation then he gives them president like Mr. Trump. Barack Obama wasn’t a gigantic politician and conciliator but against Donald, he became a true man seems Canady and Roosevelt. And what kind of this president is to whom their former intelligence officer is calling psycho.

I suggest to those countries that if Donald Trump is criticizing your country you should not worry. But they should worry about whom he is supporting right know like India. His favor could damage them because he has his own interest. Trump is not only jeopardizing Indians who is living in Afghanistan but in this way, he will also jeopardize their future and business too. By saying this Mr. Trump has pushed Indians to Taliban’s mouth. Trump is saying to Pakistan that do-more otherwise we will take serious action. But I feel that Pakistan of 2017 is much changed as compared to 2001. At that time recently 9/11 incident happened (This is another matter that who did, why did and how did).

Another fact was that at that time a president was ruling in Pakistan who itself gained power from ‘Colombo flight’. Definitely, he was compelled to own American’s stance. American representative just phoned and Mr. Pervez Musharraf ensured his all support. But all of us have to understand that Todays Pakistan in the matter of sovereignty is moved-on not only 16 years, in fact, 1600 years. Though Pakistani politics and economy is not too good at that time Pakistan was deprived to get F-16 and other war weapons. And now he is not only producing own war weapons but also Pakistan has made JF-17 Thunder which has no compare with f-16.

America himself has to admit that today’s America is also not that America of past, means each and everything has been changed. Even now NATO countries won’t support him and they are withdrawing their support. Trump needs to think that by using above 1 lac American force he could not fight with few thousand Taliban- as American forces were well equipped.

عمران خان‘ وہ کہتے ہو جو خود نہیں کرتے؟

کیا لوگوں کو بھلائی کا حکم دیتے ہو اور خود اپنے تئیں بھول جاتے ہو۔کتاب لاریب، سورۃ بقرہ کی 44 نمبر آیت میں اللہ تعالیٰ یہ ارشاد فرماتا ہے۔ لیکن ہم عمومی طور پر اس فرمان کو نظر انداز کر دیتے ہیں۔ ہم اکثر اچھے اچھے کلمات تو ادا کرتے ہیں لیکن خود اس پر سرے سے عمل پیرا نہیں ہوتے۔ ہمارے لیڈر کہ جن کے ہاتھ میں ہم پورا ملک اور فرداً فرداً اپنا ہاتھ دینا چاہتے ہیں وہ اپنے موقف سے خود ہی پھر جاتے ہیں۔ ہمیں ان کا منشور اپیل کرتا ہے، ہم انہیں اہل سمجھتے ہیں اور انہیں با کردار و با عمل سمجھتے ہیں۔ ہم انہیں اپنے لئے، ملک کے لئے اور پوری قوم کے لئے منتخب کرنا چاہتے ہیں کہ وہ ہم سب کے حقوق کا تحفظ کریں گے، ہماری جان و مال کی حفاظت کریں گے۔ وغیرہ وغیرہ۔ یہ تمام توقعات خوامخواہ نہیں جڑتیں۔ دراصل ہم ان کے گفتار و کردار سے متاثر ہوتے ہیں۔

اگر میں حق گوئی کا ساتھ چھوڑ دوں تو مجھے نہیں لگتا لوگ پسند کریں گے، اس لئے ہمیشہ اپنی دانست میں جو رائے کسی بارے قائم کرتا ہوں، اس کو اچھا یا برا کہنے میں بھی پورا پورا انصاف کرنے کی کوشش کرتا ہوں۔ اس لئے تنقید کرتے ہوئے دوسرے کے حق میں جو بات جاتی ہے اس سے منافقت نہیں کرتا۔ ہم عمران خان کو کئی حوالوں سے جانتے ہیں۔ مثلاً کہ وہ پاکستان کے پہلا کپتان تھا جس کی قیادت میں پاکستان کرکٹ ٹٰیم ورلڈ کپ جیتی، وہ پہلا شخص تھا جس نے معاشرے میں نوجوانوں کے کردار کو محسوس کیا اور انہیں تحریک میں لایا، وہ پہلا انسان تھا جس نے خواتین کو معاشرے میں اپنا کردار ادا کرنے کی ترغیب دی، اسی طرح وہ پہلا شخص تھا جس نے جاگیردارانہ نظام کی مخالفت کی اور موروثی سیاست کے خلاف نفرت کی حد تک گیا۔ موروثی سیاست کی حوصلہ شکنی کے علاوہ اپنی سیاسی جماعت تحریک انصاف کے ماتھے پر بھی یہ لیبل لگایا کہ یہ جماعت واقعی عام لوگوں، نوجوانوں اور خواتین کی جماعت ہے۔ یہ موروثی سیاست کا قلع قمع چاہتی ہے، یہ نظام عدل کو بہتر بنانا چاہتی ہے اور انتخابات میں شفافیت کی متمنی ہے۔ یہ جماعت پولیس کو سیاسی اثر و رسوخ میں استعمال کرنے کے سخت خلاف ہے۔ یہ پٹواری کلچر سے متصادم ہے۔ غرضیکہ جو تمام اچھی اچھی باتیں کوئی توقع کر سکتا ہے سب ہمہ وقت اس جماعت میں پائی گئیں۔ اسی لے لوگوں نے قبول کیا اور گزشتہ چند سالوں میں میڈیا اور اداروں سمیت عوام نے اسے ہر طرح سے کوتاہیوں کے باوجود مواقع فراہم کئے۔

قارئین کرام ابتدائیے میں جیسے بیان کیا کہ اللہ تعالی فرماتا ہے؛ کیا لوگوں کو بھلائی کا حکم کرتے ہو اور خود اپنے آپ کو بھول جاتے ہو۔ تو کیا یہ بات ہم عمران خان کے گوش گزار نہیں کرنی چاہئیے کہ جنہیں ہم نے زمین سے اٹھا کر آسمان بٹھا دیا۔ جو پوری قوم کے لئے نیک نیتی کے ساتھ مثبت رویوں پر بات کرتا رہا۔ جب انہیں اس کا ثمر ملنے لگا تو وہ خود اپنے کہے کو فراموش کر بیٹھے۔ کیا وہ دوسروں کو کٹھ پتلی کہتے کہتے خود بھی ان سے متاثر تو نہیں ہو رہا؟ کبھی وہ شیخ رشید کے اشاروں پر سیاست کرتے دکھائی دیتا ہے تو کبھی اپنی جماعت کے چند بااثر اراکین کے ہاتھوں استعمال ہوتا ہے۔ درحقیقت وہ اپنی تحریک کو خود نقصان پہنچا رہا ہے۔ انہوں نے اپنی جماعت کا نام تحریک انصاف تو چنا، لیکن اب اس میں نہ کہیں تحریک نظر آ رہی ہے نہ ہی انصاف دکھائی دیتاہے۔ کہیں ایسا تو نہیں کہ وہ ہر کام میں تحریک تو پیدا کر دیتا ہے لیکن انصاف نہیں کر پاتا؟ کیا انہوں نے جہانگیر ترین جو نا اہل ہوئے ان سے سیاسی فاصلہ رکھا؟ تحریک انصاف کے کارکنوں اور عمران خان کے موقف کی تائید کرنے والوں کو کتنا دھچکا لگا ہو گا جب انہوں نے علی جہانگیر ترین کو ضمنی الیکشن میں ٹکٹ دینے کا فیصلہ کیا؟ نا اہل سیاستدان اور جاگیردار کے بیٹے کو ٹکٹ دینا کیا موروثی سیاست کی کھلی حمایت نہیں؟ لیکن صد افسوس پارٹی کی باقی قیادت چپ رہی ما سوائے نعیم بخاری کے، جنہوں نے اس فیصلے کی مخالفت کی۔ تو کیا عمران خان کا اس کی اپنی جماعت میں کوئی عمل دخل نہیں؟ ویسے کچھ لوگ یہ بھی کہتے ہیں کہ عمران خان کا کوئی سیاسی وژن نہیں جس سے مجھے بھی سو فیصد اتفاق ہے۔ یوں بھی ہر کوئی جانتا ہے کہ وہ آج تک اپنے ذاتی تشخص کی وجہ سے کامیاب ہوا ہے۔ وگرنہ اس کے وژن کا اللہ ہی حافظ ہے کیوں کہ اس کے ارد گرد بھی جولوگ موجود ہیں وہ سالہا سال بدبودار سیاست کا حصہ رہے اور آج بھی انہوں نے اپنی اصلاح نہیں کی۔ عمران خان اگر کامیاب ہوا ہے تو وہ اس لئے کہ اس نے متوسط طبقے کی بات کی۔ لیکن اسے اس بات کا بھی ادراک کر لینا چاہئے کہ اب وہ کامیابی اور ناکامی کے بہت قریب ہے۔ وہ چاہے تو مجبوریوں کے آڑے آ کر ناکام ہو جائے یا پھر میرٹ کی بنیاد پر اپنے فیصلوں کو ری وزٹ کرے تا کہ کامیابی کر طرف بڑھ سکے۔ عمران خان تحریک انصاف کے منشور کا پیش لفظ ہی پڑھ لیں جس میں واضح لکھا ہے کہ یہ پارٹی انصاف کے اصولوں پر قائم ہوئی۔ معاشرے میں نا انصافی کے خاتمے پر یقین رکھتی ہے۔ تمام شہریوں کو یکساں حقوق اور موقع فراہم کرنا چاہتی ہے۔ اقلیتوں کے حقوق، خواتین کے حقوق، نوجوانوں کے حقوق کا تحفظ چاہتی ہے۔ منشور میں یہ بھی درج ہے کہ دوسری جماعتوں کی طرح تحریک انصاف خاندانی سیاست کی جماعت نہیں۔ اب فیصلہ عمران خان کو ہی کرنا ہے آیا اس کے لئے کیا بہتر ہے۔ یوں بھی عمران خان نے علی جہانگیر ترین کو ٹکٹ دے کر اپنی پارٹی میں خاندانی سیاست کی بنیاد رکھ دی ہے لیکن ابھی کچھ نہیں بگڑا۔ وہ اس فیصلے پر نظر ثانی کر سکتے ہیں۔ انہوں نے قوم کو باشعور بنانے میں دن رات ایک کئے ہیں۔ دن رات کی محنت سے پھلنے پھولنے والی کھیتی کاٹنے کا وقت سر پر ہے۔ اب ان کے پاس دو حقِ انتخاب ہیں یا تو تیار کھیتی کی دیکھ بھال چھوڑ کر اسے برباد کرلیں یا پھر ذرا انتظار کر کے ثمر پائیں۔ ابھی تو پارٹی میں صرف نعیم بخاری نے آوز بلند کی ہے اگر اس بات کو کارکنوں نے سنجیدگی سے لیا تو کیا ہو گا۔ ایک طرف عمران خان مریم و بلاول کو برا بھلا کہیں اور دوسری طرف علی جہانگیر ترین کو قبول کریں۔ ایسا دوہرا معیار ناقابل قبول ہے۔

گناہ سے بچوں یا جرم سے؟؟؟

ہمارا ایک ہی المیہ ہے، ہم بات بات پر مذہب کو گھسیٹ لاتے ہیں اور بے تکی بحث میں دخیل ہو کر موضوع بحث سے بھی بھٹک جاتے ہیں۔ گزشتہ دنوں اس بات کا عملی مشاہدہ ہوا۔ میں نے سوشل میڈیا پر حرف امرت کے گروپ میں گروپ ممبرز سے ایک سوال کیا۔ ’’بتایا جائے آیا گناہ سے باز رہا جائے یا کہ جرم سے؟‘‘ تو حسب روایت اکثریت نے مذہبی نکتہ نگاہ سے کہا گناہ سے بچنا چاہئیے۔ اور پیشتر روز میرے ایک ہم جماعت اسامہ خان نے بھی سوشل میڈیا پر ایک سوال پوچھا۔ ’’شادی سے قبل جنسی تعلق کے بارے آپ سب کیا کہتے ہیں؟‘‘ تو عمومی جواب مذہبی نکتہ نظر سے ہی دیے گئے۔ مجھے فوراً ادراک ہو گیا ہمارے معاشرے میں جرائم کی شرح کم کرنے میں جو چیز مانع ہے۔ وہ یہ سوچ ہے۔ حالانکہ اکثر سوچ مثبت بھی ہوتی ہے لیکن اس کا اطلاق منفی ہو رہاہوتا ہے۔ اوّل تو کوئی گناہ اور جرم کی تعریف ہی نہیں جانتا۔ تو یاد رہے ہر جرم گناہ ہے لیکن ہر گناہ جرم نہیں ہے۔ جرم کا تعلق فرد یا معاشرے سے ہے جبکہ گناہ کا براہ راست تعلق صرف اور صرف اللہ تعالیٰ، اس کے رُسل اور ان کی دی گئی تعلیمات کی نفی سے ہے ۔ جرم کی پوچھ گچھ دنیا میں ہوتی ہے اور گناہ کا حساب کتاب بعد از موت ہوتا ہے۔ نہایت شاندار کلیہ کہ قانون کی خلاف ورزی جرم ہے جبکہ خدا وند تعالیٰ کی مرضی کے خلاف کوئی فعل گناہ ہے۔ اب اس سوال پر آتے ہیں کہ آیا میں گناہ سے بچوں یا پھر جرم سے؟ اس میں تو کوئی دو رائے نہیں کہ جرم سے بھی باز رہنا چاہئیے اور گناہ سے بھی بچنا چاہئیے۔ البتہ تر جیحات کا تعین کرنے سے مشکل آسان ہو جائے گی۔ جب تک ہم گناہ و جرم کے فرق سے آگاہ نہیں ہونگے ترجیحات کا تعین ہرگز ممکن نہیں۔

ہم بچپن سے اپنی دینیات کی کتابوں میں پڑھتے آئے ہیں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ اپنے حقوق تو معاف کر دیتا ہے لیکن اپنے بندوں کے حقوق معاف نہیں کرتا۔ یعنی اللہ تعالیٰ اپنے بندوں سے سخت ناخوش ہوتا ہے اگر وہ اس کے دوسرے بندوں کو تکلیف پہنچائیں۔ ان کے حقوق کا استحصال کریں۔ ہاں اگر کسی ایک شخص سے دوسرے کو تکلیف پہنچے تو ضروری ہے کہ وہ اس سے معافی مانگے اور اگر وہ معاف نہ کرے تو اللہ تعالیٰ بھی کسی صورت معاف نہیں کرتا۔ خداوند کریم کو حقوق اللہ سے کم غرض ہے کیوں کہ اس کی رحمت کے خزانے بہت وسیع ہیں۔ اللہ تعالیٰ رحیم ہے لیکن کسی دوسرے کی حق تلفی ہو یہ اسے گوارہ نہیں۔

قارئین کرام، تو کیا سمجھے آپ؟ اگر ہم جرم کو حقوق العباد کے کھاتے میں ڈال دیں اور گناہ کو حقوق اللہ کے حصے میں تو ہمارے جملہ مسائل سہل ہو جائیں گے۔ جب جرم کا تعلق دنیا سے ہے تو اس کا حساب کتاب دنیا میں چکتا نہ ہو تو فلاح نہیں،تو کیا اب بھی آپ جرم کرنے پر مصر ہیں؟ گناہ تو اللہ تعالیٰ کی ڈومین میں آتا ہے اور وہ گناہ اس حال میں بھی بخش دیتا ہے اگر اس کی مخلوق کے ساتھ بھلائی کی جائے۔ توکیا درست ہو گا کہ ہم جرم تو کریں مگر گناہ سے بچیں؟ حالانکہ گناہ کے اثرات انفرادی ہیں اور جرم کے اثرات اجتماعی ہیں۔ انسان گناہ کے سبب صرف ایک اللہ کو فراموش کرتا ہے لیکن جرم کرکے اس کی پوری مخلوق کو فراموش کرکے قصور وار ٹھہرتا ہے۔ اگر کوئی گناہ سرزد ہوتا ہے تو اللہ تعالیٰ سے توبہ استغفار کرے گا اور دوسری طرف جرم کی پاداش میں اس کی مخلوق سے معافی طلب کرے گا وگرنہ مروجہ قوانین کی بدولت اس جرم کی سزا پائے گا اور خلاصی چاہے گا۔

گناہ کو مختلف مذاہب میں مختلف انداز میں لیا گیا ہے۔ ہندومت، بدھ مت اور عیسائیت میں گناہ تصوراتی ہیں یعنی مثبت سوچ، مثبت فعل، سچ کی خلاف ورزی گناہ شمار کی جاتی ہے۔ ہندو مت میں کسی دوسرے کے مذہب پر بولنا بھی گناہ ہے، بدھ مت میں اگر کوئی سوچ، لفظ یا کام دوسرے کے لئے باعث تکلیف سر سزد کرے گویا اس نے گناہ کیا۔ جب کہ عیسائیت میں امن و پیار سے نہ رہنا بھی گناہ ہے۔ لیکن مسلمان اور یہودیت میں گناہ اور جرم کی تفصیل درج بالا سے خاصی مختلف ہے۔ جیسا کہ میں نے پہلے عرض کیا ہر جرم گناہ لیکن ہر گناہ جرم نہیں۔ ان دونوں مذاہب کے ہاں گناہ سے زیادہ جرم یعنی کسی خاص حکم نامے کی خلاف ورزی کو ایک ہی وقت میں جرم اور پھر گناہ دونوں سے تعبیر کیا گیا ہے۔

آج اس موضوع پر قلم اٹھانے کی جسارت ایک خاص مقصد کے تحت کی گئی۔ اکثر مشاہدے میں یہ بات آئی ہے کہ کوئی خلاف قانون واقعہ پیش آ جائے تو اس کو گناہ کی عینک سے دیکھتے ہیں۔ ابھی زینب قتل و زیادتی کے حوالے سے بھی بے شمار لوگوں کا ایک ہی بیانیہ سننے کو ملا کہ عمران نے گناہ کیا ہے، اس کی سزا ملنی چاہئیے۔ اس کے برعکس بہتر مطالبہ تو یہ ہے کہ اس نے جرم کیا ہے اسے اس جرم کی سزا دی جائے۔ چوں کہ گناہ کی سزا کا حق صرف اللہ تعالیٰ کا ہے۔ ہم معاذ اللہ خدا وند تعالیٰ کا استحقاق چھین کر خود کیوں استعمال کرنا چاہتے ہیں؟ حالانکہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے اپنے بندوں کو با اختیار بنایا کہ تم اپنے قانون بناؤ، تم اپنی عدالتیں بناؤ اور جو تم انصاف کرو گے وہ میں قبول کروں گا۔ اس لئے ضروری ہے کہ اپنے اختیار کا درست استعمال کریں۔

کسی دانا کا قول ہے کہ گناہ سے نفرت کریں گناہ گار سے نہیں۔ اور پاکستان کی جیلوں پر بھی کندہ کیا گیا ہے کہ نفرت جرم سے ہے مجرم سے نہیں۔ آخر کار اگر ہم اس وقت معاشرے سے برائیوں کا سد باب چاہتے ہیں تو جملہ مسائلہ قابل حل ہیں۔ بس ہمیں جرم سے باز رہنا ہوگا کیوں کہ اس سے جمعیت متاثر ہوتی ہے۔ جرم سے بچیں گے تو ہم گناہوں سے خود بہ خود بچ جائیں گے۔ یقین کیجیے ہمیں ادارک نہیں کہ مخلوق کی خدمت کیا ہے، اگر ہمیں پتہ چل جائے تو ہم دنیا کے سب کام چھوڑ چھاڑ کر مخلوق کی خدمت میں لگ جائیں۔ واصف علی واصف کا قول ہے کہ ہم ہر حالت سے سمجھوتہ کرلیتے ہیں لیکن ہم انسانوں سے سمجھوتہ نہیں کرتے۔ اور ایک جگہ انہوں نے کہا بندہ جب اللہ کی تلاش میں نکلتا ہے تو دوسری طرف بھی اسے ایک بندہ ہی ملتا ہے۔ اس لئے میں کبھی بھی مخلوق کو تکلیف دے کر جرم کا ارتکاب نہیں کروں گا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ اس کی بدولت میرے دیگر گناہ بخش دے گا۔

شادی کیا ہوتی ہے؟ یہ سوال ایک سائنس دان کے ذہن میں مسلسل کھلبلی مچا رہا تھا۔۔۔ اسی اثناء اس کے ذہن میں خیال ابھرا کہ کیوں نہ شادی کر لی جائے۔ یوں اس نے شادی کر لی۔ اور جب سے اس نے شادی کی تب سے وہ یہ بھول بیٹھا ہے کہ اب سائنس کیا ہوتی ہے؟ کچھ ایسا ہی حال ہمارے ملک کے مذہبی سکالر ڈاکٹر طاہرالقادری کا ہے۔ جو زندگی بھر دین اسلام کی ترویج اور تبلیغ کے لئے امت مسلمہ کو آقا ﷺ کا پیغام امن، محبت اور اخوات دیتے رہے۔ انہوں نے اسلامی تعلیمات کا درست اور زبردست پرچار کیا، اسی بنا پر وہ ملک اور ملک سے باہر اعتدال پسند مذہبی سکالر کے حوالے سے جانے جاتے ہیں۔ دنیا میں انہیں سفیر امن کے نام سے بھی پہچانا جاتا ہے۔ لیکن انہیں زندگی میں متعدد بار ایک ہی مشکل پیش آئی۔ وہ بھی یہی جاننا چاہتے تھے کہ آخر ’سیاست‘ کیا ہوتی ہے۔ یہی کچھ جاننے کے لئے انہوں نے سیاست میں قدم رکھا۔ پھر جب سے وہ سیاست میں قدم رنجہ ہوئے (میں یہ نہیں کہتا کہ مذہب بھول گئے، لیکن کم سے کم) مذہب اور دینی سکالر والی ان کی پہچان خاصی مانند پڑ گئی ہے۔ سیاست میں آنے کی بے چینی ان کے گلے میں پڑ گئی اور ان کی زندگی کا منفی پہلو بن گئی۔ ان کے حصے میں اللہ تعالیٰ نے دین محمدیہ ﷺ کی خدمت رکھی تھی۔ مگر وہ جان بوجھ کر پارٹ ٹائم سیاسی رہنما بننے میں اپنا، پیروکاروں کا اور عوام کا وقت برباد کرتے رہے۔ انہوں نے اپنا دینی تشخص پامال کیا اور بھول گئے کہ ان کا شعبہ سیاست نہیں مذہب ہے۔ انہوں نے جب جب کارزار سیاست میں قدم رکھنے کا سوچا ناکامی بری طرح ان سے لپٹی۔ ان تمام ناکامیوں کے باوجود وہ پیچھے نہیں ہٹے۔ بیشتر لیڈر اپنے اچھے مشیروں کی بدولت کامیاب ہوئے اور بہت سے ان جیسے لیڈر اپنے نالائق مشیروں کی وجہ سے مات کھاتے رہے۔ ان کے مشیروں نے انہیں بتایا نہ خود انہیں یہ ادراک ہوا۔ جیسے پارٹ ٹائم عالم کی علمیت نہیں چلتی ویسے ہی پارٹ ٹائم سیاسی لیڈر کی بصیرت بھی کار گر نہیں۔

سخت تنقید کرنے کے سبب مجھے یہ بتانے کی بھی ضرورت محسوس ہو رہی ہے کہ میرے دل میں ڈاکٹر صاحب کے لئے ازحد احترام ہے، لیکن ان کاحمق اکثر دل دکھا دیتا ہے۔ اتنے سمجھدار، پڑھے لکھے اور فہم و فراست کے مالک ہونے کے باوجود وہ نہیں طے کر پاتے کہ کیا درست ہے اور کیا نہیں۔ لیکن اس بات میں کافی وزن ہے کہ ان کے مشیر نہایت نالائق ہیں وگرنہ ان کی ذات میں بظاہر کوئی کجی نہیں۔ چونکہ سپاٹ لائٹ میں ڈاکٹر قادری آتے ہیں، یہی وجہ ہے مشیروں کی نالائقی بھی قادری صاحب کے حصے میں آ جاتی ہے۔ ان کی اچھی سوچ اور مثبت کاوش غارت ہو جاتی ہے۔ فارسی کا مشہور مقولہ بھی ہے کہ؛ پیران پرند مریدان می پرانند۔
ایک تازہ مثال ہی ملاحظہ فرمائیں، جب مال روڈ پر جلسہ ہو رہا تھا تو قادری صاحب کے ایک مشیر خرم نواز گنڈا پورسے مبشر لقمان نے سوال کیا تو انہوں نے ایک عجیب درفنتنی چھوڑی کہ اس جلسے میں پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی اور پاکستان تحریک انصاف اپنے استعفے دیں گے اور اسمبلیاں توڑنے کا اعلان کریں گے۔ اتنی غیر ذمہ دارانہ بات پھٹ سے کہہ دی جو سرے سے زیر غور تھی ہی نہیں۔ اتنی بڑی بات چھوٹے سے منہ سے اگل دی اور ذرا بھر ہچکچاہٹ محسوس نہیں کی۔
اب بات کرتا ہوں حالیہ اجتماع بمقام مال روڈ لاہور کی۔ حقائق کچھ بھی ہوں لیکن دودرجن کے قریب جماعتیں اور ایک چُنی مُنی جلسی واضح پیغام دے رہی تھی کہ پارٹ ٹائم لیڈر کے جھنڈے تلے سب ایک نہیں ہیں۔ سانحہ ماڈل ٹاؤن کے معاملے پریکجہتی کرنے والی ہر جماعت کے ہررہنما کی اپنی اپنی باڈی لینگویج تھی۔ زیرو ہوم ورک اور ناقص حکمت عملی کے ساتھ میدان میں اترا جائے تو ایسا ہونا فطری امر ہے۔ یہ اکٹھ امرت دھارا ہی تو تھا جس میں ہر حکیم اپنے اپنے نسخوں کے ساتھ تشریف لایا تھا۔ طاہرالقادری کا ایجنڈانظر انداز، زرداری کا اپنا مسئلہ، شیخ رشید کا اپنا رونا اور عمران خان کی اپنی سولو پرواز۔ کوئی کسی ایک نکتہ پر اکٹھا نہیں ہوا تھا۔ کوئی اس پارٹ ٹائم لیڈر قادری صاحب کا کیا کرے، ان کی باتوں پر کیوں توجہ دے جو دو درجن جماعتوں کے ہاتھوں استعمال ہوئے۔ سیاسی لیڈروں کو اپنے دائیں بائیں بٹھا کر جب نشست برخواست کی تو کیا حاصل ہوا، صرف ناکامی؟ حالانکہ ان کا مسئلہ بڑا ہی حقیقی اور توجہ طلب ہے لیکن وہ خود اس مسئلے کو بگاڑ رہے ہیں۔ اپنے سیاسی مقاصد کے لئے اس مسئلے کو استعمال کرنے کی سوچ غلط ہے۔ بہت دکھ ہوا جب ان کے دائیں بائیں بیٹھے لوگ ان کے مہیا کردہ پلیٹ فارم کا نہایت غلط استعمال کر رہے تھے۔ شدید تکلیف ہوئی جب ان کی بغل میں بیٹھے لوگ سپریم ادارے پارلیمنٹ پر لعن طعن کر رہے تھے۔ کیا ڈاکٹر قادری نے مذمت میں ایک لفظ بھی کہا، کیا پارلیمنٹ کے تقدس کی امین بننے والی جماعت پی پی پی کے اعتزاز احسن نے جرات کی؟ جوجو وہاں نمائندگی کر رہا تھا انہیں یہ خیال تو کرنا چاہئیے تھا کہ آخر وہ اکٹھے ہوئے کیوں ہیں؟ طاہرالقادری کو بھی سوچنا پڑے گا کہ ان کے سٹیج کا غلط استعمال کرتے ہوئے ماڈل ٹاؤن کے مقدمے کو کمزور بنا نے کی کوشش کی گئی ہے۔ ان سب نے اپنی اپنی سیاست کو اہم سمجھا اور ماڈل ٹاؤن کے شہداء کو غیر اہم سمجھا۔ انہوں نے جو منفیت کی ترویج کی کیا یہ قادری صاحب کے ساتھ خیر خواہی تھی یا بد خواہی؟؟؟
ڈاکٹر صاحب کو چاہئیے کہ ان سیاسی گماشتوں کا آلہ کار نہ بنیں، ان کے اپنے مسائل ہیں، ہر کوئی اپنا الو سیدھا کرتا ہے۔ آپ براہ کرم ایجی ٹیشن کی سیاست کرنے کے بجائے، جسٹس باقر نجفی رپورٹ کو لے کر عدالت جائیں۔گلی محلوں میں عدالتوں سے انصاف نہیں ملتا۔ آپ کو گزشتہ دن جو رسوائی ہوئی اس کو لے کر ہی کوئی سبق سیکھ لیں۔ آپ نے متعدد کوششیں کیں پارٹ ٹائم سیاسی رہنما بننے کی، لیکن آپ ناکام ہوئے۔ آپ کو ان کوششوں کا ثمر کسی اور انداز میں مل سکتا ہے لیکن آپ پارٹ ٹائم کام چھوڑ کر اپنے فل ٹائم کام پر توجہ دیں۔ وہ کام متاثر ہو رہا ہے۔

انصاف کس کا؟

نہایت کڑوی مگر عین حق "بات اس ملک میں انصاف محض طاقت ور کا استحقاق ہے، ہم تو کیڑے مکوڑے ہیں۔" یہ الفاظ پریشاں حال اور دکھیارے زینب کے والد صاحب کے ہیں۔ قصور کی وہ زینب جو گزشتہ دنوں جنسی زیادتی کے بعد قتل کر دی گئی تھی۔ میرے نزدیک اس ملک میں انصاف کی عدم موجودگی بارے یہی کچھ کہا جا سکتا ہے۔ ایک بات اکثر سُنی اور جب غور کیا تو اس کی حقیقت کا اندازہ ہونے لگا۔ کہا جاتا ہے معاشرہ ہر قباحت، پسماندگی، منفی رجحان اور برائی کے باوجود انتہائے زوال سے بچ سکتا ہے "لیکن اگر معاشرے میں انصاف ملے"۔ پھر اگر انصاف ناپید ہے تو تمام اچھائیاں، ترقیاں اور تعمیری کاوشیں اس معاشرے کی بربادی اور ڈوبتی بیڑی کو ڈبونے کے لئے ناکافی ہیں۔ انصاف کی فراہمی ناممکن ہے، تادم وقت انصاف کے نظام میں اصلاحات نہ کر لی جائیں ۔

ہمارے معاشرے میں ایسی درجنوں حالیہ مثالیں ہیں جہاں ثابت ہوا کہ انصاف کا استحقاق فقط امیر اور طاقتور کو حاصل ہے۔ بااثر شخص اس دھرتی پر بہ آسانی انصاف خرید سکتا ہے۔ یاد کریں ذرا شاہد جتوئی کو۔ جس نے مبینہ طور پر شاہ زیب خان کا کراچی کی گلیوں میں ناحق قتل کیا۔ جب انسداد دشت گردی کی عدالت کے رو بہ رو پیش ہوا تو کس ڈھٹائی کے ساتھ وکٹری کا نشان بنائے میڈیا کیمروں کو ایک پیغام دے رہا تھا۔ باوجود اس کے کہ اس پر قتل کا الزام تھا لیکن اس کے چہرے پر نمایاں مسکراہٹ معنی خیز تھی۔ اس کی مسکراہٹ دراصل پاکستان کے نظام انصاف کو منہ چڑا رہی تھی۔ کیوں کہ وہ جانتا تھا کہ جلد یا بدیر اس نے مختلف قسم کی ساز باز کر کے پاکستان کے ناقص نظام انصاف کو خرید لینا ہے اور آزاد ہو جانا ہے۔ حیران ہوں کہ آج وہ واقعی آزاد ہے۔

دوسرا واقعہ بلوچستان کے ایم پی اے کا بھی یاد کیجیئے جس نے غریب پولیس اہلکار کو اپنی کار تلے روند دیا تھا۔ کیا اس کے لواحقین کو انصاف ملا؟ وہ بھی گزشتہ دنوں بغیر کوئی سزا پائے آزاد ہو گیا۔ کیا وجہ ہے کہ قانون کے لمبے سارے ہاتھ چھوٹے سے پڑ گئے، جب معاملہ بااثر اور طاقت ور کا آتا ہے تو ایسا ہونا یقینی بات ہے۔

پھر آپ کو وہ وڈیو ریکارڈنگ بھی یاد ہو گی جب کراچی میں ایک نوجوان لڑکے سرفراز شاہ کو رینجرز کے اہلکار نے گولیاں مار کے تڑپتے چھوڑ دیا تھا اور جب نیم مردہ ہوا تو ہسپتال لے گئے، اس کی بھی رحم کی اپیل صدر پاکستان کے پاس ہے اور کوئی وجہ نہیں کہ وہ اپیل کو رد ہو۔

پاکستان کو "پاکستان" تو کہا جاتا ہے لیکن یہ وہی پاک ستان ہے جہاں بااثر قاتل بغیر کسی رکاوٹ کے رہا ہو جاتے ہیں۔ لیکن اس کے برعکس ایک غریب اور بے چارہ شخص فرسٹ انویسٹیگیشن رپورٹ (ایف آئی آر) کے لئے دھکے کھاتا رہتا ہے۔ ترقی یافتہ ممالک میں تو پولیس کی پہلی ذمہ داری عام شہریوں کی جان و مال کا تحفظ ہوتا ہے۔ لیکن یہاں پاکستان میں پولیس اشرافیہ کے تابع رہتی ہے۔

قارئین، اگر زینب کسی بااثر اور طاقتور کی بیٹی ہوتی تو یقیناً اسے اور اس کے لواحقین کو ایسی صورت حالات کا سامنا نہ کرنا پڑتا۔ کم از کم جب اس کے اغواء کی رپورٹ داخل کی گئی تو پولیس بہتر رویہ اختیار کرتی۔ پنجاب حکومت اس وقت ہر طرف سے تنقید کی زد میں ہے۔ عوام، اپوزیشن پارٹیز اور قصور کے لوگ سخت غصے میں ہیں۔ وہ چاہتے ہیں کہ قصور میں کم سن اور معصوم بچیوں کے اغواء اور قتل پر فوری اور مؤثر کارروائی کی جائے۔ اور یقیناً حکومت وقت ایسے واقعات کی جواب دہ بھی ہے۔ لیکن آج اگر کسی اور سیاسی جماعت کی حکومت بھی ہوتی تو صورت حالات کچھ مختلف نہ ہوتی۔ کیوں کہ ہمارا نظام پولیس اس طرح ترتیب دیا گیا ہے کہ یہ محض اور محض طاقت ور کی خدمت کرتا ہے۔ آپ نے دیکھا کہ سیاسی جماعتوں کے ہر دوسرے معاملے پر تحفظات اور مخالفتیں ہوتی ہیں۔ لیکن نظام پولیس میں اصلاحات نہ کرنے کے حق میں تو جیسے ان کے درمیان کوئی معاہدہ ہے۔ پولیس کو سیاسی اثر روسوخ سے آزاد کرانے کے خلاف ان جماعتوں کا غیر تحریر شدہ سمجھوتہ ہے۔ جمہوری یا کہ آمر حکومتیں دونوں پولیس کو صرف اپنے مقاصد کی تکمیل کے لئے استعمال کرتی رہی ہیں۔ حتیٰ کہ آج بھی لوگوں کو اگر چھوٹا بڑا مسئلہ درپیش آتا ہے تو وہ کبھی پولیس کے پاس براہ راست نہیں جاتے بلکہ علاقے کے ایم این اے یا ایم پی اے کو درمیان میں استعمال کرتے ہیں۔ پھر پولیس وہی کرتی ہے جو ایم این اے یا ایم پی اے کہتا ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ کوئی سیاسی جماعت پولیس اصلاحات کی طرف نہیں بڑھتی کیونکہ یہ لوگ پولیس کا دھونس جما کر ہی نچلی سطح کے معاملات اپنے حق میں یکسو کرتے ہیں۔

ان تمام سخت اور ناگوار حقیقتوں کے بعد ہم نے زینب کے حوالے سے سخت احتجاج کئے لیکن یاد رہے یہ بھی کوئی پہلی بار نہیں ہوا۔ اس معصوم بچی کو انصاف نہ ملے تو اس گلے سڑے نظام انصاف کو کوئی پرواہ نہیں۔ سوشل میڈیا اور مین سٹریم میڈیا معصوم زینب کی سپورٹ میں تو بہت نکلا اور JusticeforZainab # کا ہیش ٹیگ بھی مقبول ہوا۔ وزیراعظم، اپوزیشن لیڈرز، آرمی چیف، چیف جسٹس اور ادھر ادھر سے مختلف بیانات بھی آئے۔ لیکن آپ یہ بات تسلیم کریں نہ کریں مگر ہمارا ردعمل کھوکھلا ہے ہم جلد زینب کو بھی بھول جائیں گے.

بہت ہمدردیاں کیں، ایک قدم آگے بڑھیں

کہتے ہیں، حد سے زیادہ خوشی اور حد سے زیادہ دکھ انسان کو اکثر خاموش رہنے پر مجبور کر دیتے ہیں اوراس کیفیت کو بیان کرنے کے لئے کوئی لفظ نہیں ملتا۔ 10 جنوری کو بھی کچھ ایسا ہی ہوا، ٹیلی وژن سکرین پر ایسی خبریں پہلے بھی دیکھیں، جہاں نو عمر بچیوں، بچوں کو زیادتی کا نشانہ بنانے والے انسان نما حیوان انہیں قتل کر دیتے۔ اس بار7 سالہ قصور کی زینب خبر بنی، جسے درندہ صفت انسان نے زیادتی کا نشانہ بنانے کے بعد موت کے گھاٹ اتارا اور بعد ازاں کوڑے دان میں پھینک دیا۔ غالباً گزشتہ سال قصور میں ایسے11واقعات رپورٹ ہوئے اور اس نوعیت کا سال نو کا پہلا واقعہ ہے۔ یقیناً ایسے واقعات کی تعداد اس سے کہیں زیادہ ہو گی، چونکہ لوگ رپورٹ نہیں کرتے۔ قصور پر پہلے ہی سات سو سے زائد بچوں کے جنسی سکینڈل کا بوجھ ہے۔ لیکن اس بڑے واقعہ کے بعد بھی کوئی اقدامات نہ کئے گئے کہ ایسے واقعات کی روک تھام ہو۔ اس مرتبہ کچھ تسلی بخش صورتحال اس لئے سمجھتا ہوں کہ کم از کم پہلی پرتبہ ہی سہی لیکن لوگ ایسے واقعات کے تدارک کے لئے ہنگامی اقدامات چاہتے ہیں جس کے لئے احتجاج ہوئے۔ اس جرم کا ارتکاب کرنا قصور والوں کے لئے شاید ایک رجحان بن گیا ہے۔ ایسے مجرموں کو اب سرعام لٹکانے کے مطالبات بھی میرے نزدیک جائز ہیں۔ کیونکہ سزاسخت اور دردناک ہونی چاہئے، ٹارچر کیا جانا چاہئیے کہ آئندہ کوئی حیوان معصوم حوا کی بیٹی کی جانب بڑھے تو اسے وہ منظر یاد آجائے۔ ایسے میں لوگ عبرت پائیں گے۔

قارئین، آپ کو یاد ہے جب ایران میں 7 سالہ بچی کے ساتھ زیادتی کے بعد اسے قتل کر دیا گیا تھا تو ایران نے اس درندے کو سرعام پھانسی دی تھی اور لوگوں نے اس سزا کو اپنی آنکھوں سے دیکھا تھا اور اس کے بعد سے آج تک ایسی نوعیت کا کوئی واقعہ سامنے نہیں آیا۔ تو کیا مشکل ہے کہ ایسی مثال پاکستان میں بھی ایک بار قائم کی جائے اور نشان عبرت بنایا جائے۔ تا کہ کوئی وحشی و درندہ ہماری معصوم کلیوں کو کچل نہ سکے۔ کیونکہ سرعام پھانسی کم وقت میں فوری اور دیرپا حل ہو سکتا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ ہمیں اس مسئلے کی تہہ تک بھی پہنچنا ہے کہ آخر کیا بنیادی مسئلہ ہے ایک انسان اس قسم کے گھناؤنے فعل کا ارتکاب کرتا ہے؟ آخر کوئی جذباتی، نفسیاتی، ذہنی یا جسمانی پریشانی اور خلل تو ہو گا، جو کسی دوسرے انسان یا اس کے خاندان کو تکلیف دے کر خود کو مطمئن کرتا ہے۔ وگرنہ عام حالت میں کوئی انسان ایسا ہرگز کرنہیں کر سکتا۔ جرم کی جڑ تک پہنچنا اور اس کو تلف کرنا ہو گا۔

اگر ایسے جرائم کا ارتکاب کم علمی کے باعث ہوتا ہے تو ہمیں زیادہ سے زیادہ سکول قائم کرنے ہونگے اور لوگوں کو تعلیم دینا ہوگی۔ اگر جرم کا ارتکاب بے روزگاری کے سبب ہے تو روزگار کے مواقع اور پیشہ ورانہ مہارتیں دینا ہونگی۔ اگر مایوسی یا ذہنی تناؤہے تو اس کو بھی اسی اعتبار سے ایڈریس کرناہوگا۔ ہم ایسی نسل کے متحمل نہیں ہو سکتے جو ہمارے بچوں کو جنسی زیادتی کا نشانہ بنائے۔ بہت ہو چکا اب بند ہونا چاہیئے۔

ایک اور بات کہ جب بھی کوئی ایسا واقعہ ہوتا ہے تو قوم کے تمام لوگوں کی اجتماعی آزاد قوتِ ارادی احتجاج کی صورت سامنے آتی ہے، یکا یک سوشل میڈیا اور مین سٹریم میڈیا پر ابال آتا ہے اور ہم اگلے دن سب بھول جاتے ہیں۔ لیکن اب وہ وقت آگیا ہے کہ ہمیں ایک قدم آگے برھنا ہے کیونکہ اجتماعی ہمدلی اور ہمدردی ناکام رہی ہے اب عملاً کچھ بہتری کی طرف قدم بڑھانا ہے۔

ریاست کے ذمہ یہ بھی ہے کہ ایسے جرائم کا تدارک کرے اور پولیس کو بھی تربیت دینی چاہیئے۔ ایسی حالت میں کیسے نمٹا جائے۔ افسوس کہ پنجاب پولیس نے بہ زو بازو اس احتجاج کو خاموش کرنے کی کوشش کی، جو زینب کے ساتھ زیادتی اور بہیمانہ قتل کے لئے برسر پیکارتھے۔ دو احتجاج کرنے والے شہید ہوئے جب پولیس نے فائر کھولے۔ یہ غضب ہے اور ایسا پہلی مرتبہ نہیں ہوا۔ اس سے قبل بھی متعدد ایسے واقعات سامنے آئے ہیں۔ ریاست کو اپنے عمل پرکھنے اور جانچنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ ضرورت اس امر کی ہے کہ ریپ کرنے والوں کا خاتمہ کیا جائے اور حقیقت سامنے لائی جائے، اس کے خلاف اٹھنے والی آواز کو دبانا خود شریک جرم بننے کے مترادف ہے۔ پولیس کو سخت تربیت اور تعلیم دینے کی ضرورت ہے کہ احتجاج سے کیسے نمٹا جائے۔ فائر دشمن پر کھولے جاتے ہیں اپنوں سے بیٹھ کر بات کی جاتی ہے اور تعاون برتا جاتا ہے۔ شاید یہ ایسا اس لئے بار بار دہرایا جاتا ہے کہ محکمہ پولیس میں کسی کو اس کا ذمہ دار نہیں بنایا گیا۔ ورنہ کسی کی مجال؟؟؟

ایک وقت ایسا تھا جب قصور یعنی بھلے شاہ کی نگری کو ان کی شاعری اور روحانیت کی وجہ سے جانا جاتا تھا۔ لیکن آج قصور کی تاریخ پر بدنما داغ لگ چکا ہے۔ جب اس کے بچے، بچیوں کی عزتیں محفوظ ہیں نہ جانیں۔ قصور سے اٹھنے والی چیخیں رندھی ہوئی ہیں اور ان کی داستانِ غم سنی نہیں جاتی۔میں حیران ہوں کہ ایسا کیا ہو گیا، ہم اچھی تربیت اور پرورش کرنے میں کب ناکام ہوئے؟؟؟ یقیناًہمیں اپنا قبلہ درست کرنے کی اشد ضرورت ہے، دماغی نشونما اچھے سے کرنا ہوگی، اس علاقے کے لوگوں کی فرسٹریشن بھی ختم کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔

ایک چھوٹا سا سوال ہمارے ذہن میں ایسے ہی ابھرتا ہے کہ جب زینب کے والدین عمرہ کرنے گئے تھے تو اس کا نگران کون تھا؟ اس کے علاوہ اور کوئی تسلی بخش جواب ہے ہی نہیں کہ ’’ہمارا معاشرہ‘‘۔۔۔ پوری قوم جو ناکام رہی۔ زینب کے لئے اگر بہترین انصاف ہو سکتا ہے تو وہ صرف یہ کہ آئندہ کوئی زینب اس ظلم کی بھینٹ نہ چڑھے، ہمیں اس کے لئے اقدامات کرنے ہیں اور یہی زینب کے ساتھ ا نصاف ہو گا۔

ایسے امریکی صدر سے خدا کی پناہ۔۔۔

مجھے معلوم نہیں، آیا آپ کو یہ بات یاد ہے کہ نہیں۔ جب ڈونلڈ ٹرمپ نے صاف صاف کہہ دیا تھا۔ بلکہ وعدے کے ساتھ کہا تھا، وہ ممالک جو اسرائیل کا دارلحکومت بیت المقدس کے فیصلے کے خلاف ہیں اور اقوام متحدہ میں برخلاف امریکہ ووٹ دے چکے ہیں، انہیں اس کے انجام جلد پتہ لگ جائے گا۔ بلاشبہ وہ اس کی سزا بھی پائیں گے۔ اس میں کوئی دو رائے نہیں کہ 71سالہ ڈونلڈ ٹرمپ کو 25 سے زائد امریکن ماہر نفسیات دماغی طور پر پاگل قرار دے چکے ہیں۔ لیکن عش عش کر اٹھیں اس دیوانے کی نفرت کرنے کی حس پرجو زبردست کام کرتی ہے۔ ادھر پاکستان امریکہ کے خلاف اقوام متحدہ میں قرارداد کا کُو سپانسر بنا اور اُِدھر ٹرمپ نے ذارا بھر دیر کیے بغیر پاکستان کی دہشت گردی کے خلاف لڑنے کی امداد روک دی۔یعنی اگر امریکہ 15 سال سے پاگلوں کی طرح 33 بلین ڈالر پاکستان پر نچھاور کرتا رہا، آخر اس کا کوئی جواز تو ہو گا؟ دوسری طرف ٹرمپ کا ہم پر یہ الزام ہے کہ پاکستان نے ہمارے ساتھ جھوٹ بولا اور دھوکہ کیا۔ اسی پر اکتفا نہیں کیا بلکہ یہ تک کہہ دیا کہ پاکستان نے اس امداد کے سہارے دہشت گردوں کے محفوظ ٹھکانے بنائے اوردہشت گردوں کی معاونت کی۔ لیکن اب نو مور! یہاں ٹرمپ نے نہ صرف زبان درازی کے اپنے سابقہ ریکارڈ توڑے بلکہ عملاً پاکستان کی سکیورٹی معاونت معطل کر دی اور پاکستان کا نام سپیشل واچ لسٹ میں شامل کرنے کے اشارے دیئے۔

مجھے یہ بھی بہت اچھی طرح یاد ہے، غالبا ابھی اس بات کو ایک سال ہی ہوا ہے۔ جب اسی امریکی صدر ڈونلڈٹرمپ نے پاکستان کے اُس وقت کے وزیراعظم نواز شریف کو فون کیا اور تعریفوں کے پل باندھے تھے۔ نواز شریف کو سراہا تھا۔ پاکستانیو ں کی تعریف و توصیف کی تھی۔ انہیں ذہین ترین قرار دیا۔ یعنی ٹرمپ اس حد تک متاثر ہوئے تھے کہ کیا بتاؤں۔ حتیٰ کہ پاکستان کے حق میں کوئی بھی کردار ادا کرنے کے لئے تیار تھے، جیسے بس نواز شریف کے اشارے کا منتظر ہو۔ اور بقایاجات کے حل کی بھی یقین دہانی کروائی تھی۔ یقیناًقارئین کو ایک سال پہلے کی باتوں اور آ ج کے ٹرمپ کے موقف پر شدید حیرت ہو رہی ہو گی۔ لیکن ان تمام باتوں سے پہلے یہ بات ذہن نشین رہنی چاہیئے کہ ٹرمپ کو اس کے اپنے ملک میں بہت ہزیمت اٹھانا پڑی ہے اور مسلسل پڑ رہی ہے۔ اس کا میڈیا اس کے خلاف ہے۔ ڈیلی نیو یارک ٹائمز کا کسی بھی دن کا شمارہ اٹھا کہ دیکھ لیں آپ کو ہر روز کم از کم دو سے تین کالم اور اداریے اس کے خلاف اور اس کے پالیسیوں کی مزمت میں ملیں گے۔ اس کی کابینہ کے لوگ اس کے پیچھے اس پر ہنستے ہیں۔ آپس میں بات کرتے ہوئے اسے اس کے مختلف ناموں سے پکارتے ہیں۔ امریکہ کے سیکرٹری آف سٹیٹ ریکس ٹیلرسن اسے ذہنی طور پر پسماندہ اور طفل مزاج کہتے ہیں۔ اس کا سکیورٹی ایڈوائزر اسے ناامید اور احمق کہتا ہے۔ اس کا چیف اکنامک ایڈوازر گرے کوہن بھی اسے کچھ ایسے ہی القابات سے نوازتا ہے۔ یعنی کس کس کا نام لیا جائے۔ اس کے بعد تو کوئی گنجائش باقی نہیں رہتی کہ اس کی اپنی بیٹی ایوانکا ٹرمپ اپنے باپ کے عجیب قسم کے ہیئر سٹائل کا اپنے دوستوں میں مذاق اڑاتی ہے کہ میرے ابا کی کھوپڑی بلکل بالوں سے خالی ہے جو اس نے سرجری کے ذریعے ڈھانپی ہوئی ہے۔

سب سے دلچسپ رائے سابقہ وائٹ ہاؤس کے چیف سٹریٹیجک سٹیو بینون ٹرمپ کے بارے میں رکھتے ہیں۔ جو کہتے ہیں کہ ٹرمپ اپنا ذہنی توازن کھو چکا ہے اور قابل مواخذہ ہے۔ عین ممکن ہے وہ اپنی اس ذہنی حالت پر استعفیٰ دے دے۔ دوسری طرف مائیکل وولف اپنی تازہ تصنیف فائر اینڈ فیوری میں لکھتے ہیں صدرِ امریکہ اپنے پرانے دوستوں کو بھی نہیں پہچان پا رہے۔ ہر کوئی اس کی اس ابتر حالت سے پریشان ہے۔ وہ ایک بات کو کئی مرتبہ دہراتے ہیں اور انہیں علم نہیں ہوتا کہ وہ یہی بات اس سے پہلے بھی کر چکے ہیں۔ پہلے تو وہ آدھے گھنٹہ پہلے کی گئی بات کو دہراتے تھے لیکن اب محض دس منٹ پرانی بات بھی بھول جاتے ہیں اور وہی بات بار بار دہراتے ہیں۔ مائیکل وولف کہتے ہیں ٹرمپ نے وائٹ ہاؤس میں کام کرنے والوں کا کیسے جوس نکالا یہ وہ ہی بہتر جانتے ہیں۔ یاد رہے ٹرمپ کی الیکشن میں کامیابی کے بعد مائیکل وولف نے ٹرمپ تک رسائی لے کر اسے کہا تھا کہ وہ وائٹ ہاؤس میں گزرے اس کے پہلے سال پر کتاب لکھنا چاہتا ہے۔ اس نے ان اٹھارہ ماہ میں اس سے مختلف گفتگو کے سیشن کئے اور اس کے سٹاف سے بھی انٹرویوز کئے۔ وہ لکھتے ہیں؛ ٹرمپ خود کو ویسٹ ونگ کی نمائندگی کے لئے بہترین انتخاب سمجھتے ہیں اور وہ نمائندگی کرنا بھی چاہتے ہیں۔ اس نے کہا کہ ٹرمپ سے متعلق دو سو سے زائد انٹرویوز یا گفتگو کے سیشن ہوئے۔ جن میں وہ اس نتیجے پر پہنچا کہ کس قدر اس کی ایدمنسٹریشن میں تجربے کا فقدان اور سیاسی اقدار کی کمی ہے۔ اور ٹرمپ کو کسی چیز کا لحاظ تک نہیں۔

قارئین ڈونلڈٹرمپ شام ساڑھے چھ بجے اپنے بیڈ روم چلے جاتے ہیں، کھانے میں چیز برگر کھاتے ہیں اور ہمہ وقت تین ٹی وی اپنے کمرے میں کھول کر بیٹھ جاتے ہیں۔ جب سے اس نے اپنا بیڈ روم لاک کرنے کا اصرار کیا تب سے اس کے کمرے کی چوبیس گھنٹے سکیورٹی سرولنس ہوتی ہے۔ ٹرمپ اس بات سے خائف ہے کہ کوئی اسے زہر نہ دے دے۔ حتی کہ اس نے سخت منع کیا ہے کہ اس کے دانتوں کے برش کو بھی کوئی نہ چھوئے۔ یقین جانیئے ایسے امریکی صدر کے ہوتے ہوئے دل سے یہ دعا نکلتی ہے کہ اللہ پاک اس کے فتنے اورمزموم عزائم سے پاکستان کو محفوظ رکھے۔ اورآ پ کو علم ہے اللہ کے قہر و جبر کے آگے کسی کی کوئی مجال نہیں۔
