 Gish ...I just noticed that I haven't posted nothing since November.Does that mean that I'm dead.. virtually?
Hopefully not ..I have been active on Facebook which unfortunately is Fucking addict able..but I managed to not spent most of most of my day just watching people posting shit ..so I'm making progress

  So, I spent my Christmas with my family in Romania which was quite nice , eat a huge amount of food for like 5 days in a row ..but I have no worries cause I have the necessary discipline to make the over weight gain disapear.No I don't do magic:))..Just starting to eat like a normally do ..when I'm hungry and not so much at one time staying within the limits of my daily callorie intake(in my case its around 1800).

  Since the 8 of January I came back in New York where I will most probably spent my first half of the year ..trying to make it :))like the song says(Still I'm not sure what the person in the song is trying to make:))) 
  
  My biggest problem regarding my physical recovery is that I need to get a Gym membership which sucks.I cannot do any exercise at home since I live in a room as big as a match box and its way to cold outside to go for a run.
 Last time I was a member with Equinox but its way to expensive for what they have to offer at least for my needs ..cause in order to stay in shape I basically need some old school free weights and probably a running machine.In rest its all managing the calories intake.Unlike Romania where I am used with paying monthly with no obligations whatsoever,USA Gyms act like they are banks or something asking for some membership price (which I don't understand why is it for..why why why??) and last month's pay which you will never ever going to use..and try to put you in a one or 2 year commitment with no way to escape...I say FUCK THAT!! 

  
  Right now I'm at a job in Columbus Ohio for Express online clothes very relaxed job, staying in a huge German Village Guest house which I have for myself apparently:D:D. 
 So I raise a glass of tea on a bad weather and see u guys soon!!

So, i'm 18 years old and weight 170lbs, 5ft 9inches. I try running 3 miles a day but what gets me is the food!! It's so hard cause it taste good.. :/ Can you help me out with like suggestions? I'm trying to drop weight to like 160lbs. If you can reply, that would be great :)

Hey ..Thank you for writing me
I'm not even running 3 miles per day:)..so working out for you shouldn't be an issue ..still your body can get used with the usual movement and tends to not burn as much calories because it will get into survival mode(the body is saving up calories)..so my suggestion is to combine sometimes the workout with another type of cardio ..like bicycle , rope skipping , aerobics, kangoo , stepper ...there are so many choices.
About the food I can only tell you that you have to quit eating as much ..there are some great iPhone or blackberry applications (the one i use sometimes is myfitnesspal) that can measure the amount of calories you eat or drink every day ..so you can keep track .
And the beautiful part is that you don't have to starve yourself or eat only salads all day ..you just have to not cross the calories number you set as a limit..minus the amount of the calories burned when you work out .
Be careful to have enough proteins and preferable the morning carbs when you start changing your way of eating and remember that this will not be a diet that you keep for a period of time and then start with your previous routine ..this should be your way of life..

I have no reason to be tired and still I am . I haven t overused myself or maybe my limits are not that far as I thought would be , can it be the age?
Nah, I'm only 27.Last week I was bored and felt the needy o do stuff ,today I just feel like I don t wanna see no one, I don t wanna talk with no one and I feel good with myself.
And that makes me antisocial ..Is that a bad thing ?
Or maybe I'm just lazy but that doesn't characterize me as a person..I always fight for everything , I need to and I cannot accept me giving up, I'm not that guy ,I can't be a loser , that's not me.
It feels good not to think..but that cannot last more than a nanosecond ..
