Be calm when you eat-and that means no TV, no distraction.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.       Listen to a relaxing music and light a candle if possible. This will improve your    digestion   and which in turn help you lose weight&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.      Chew your food properly. if you just gulp down the food you will also take in air along with the food and  as a result you will feel bloated.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.
