The CDC has quickly removed a page from their website, which is now cached, ( but now has been removed) admitting that more than 98 million Americans received one or more doses of polio vaccine within an 8-year span when a proportion of the vaccine was contaminated with a cancer causing polyomavirus called SV40. It has been estimated that 10-30 million Americans could have received an SV40 contaminated dose of the vaccine.

V40 is an abbreviation for Simian vacuolating virus 40 or Simian virus 40, a polyomavirus that is found in both monkeys and humans. Like other polyomaviruses, SV40 is a DNA virus that has been found to cause tumors and cancer.

SV40 is believed to suppress the transcriptional properties of the tumor-suppressing genes in humans through the SV40 Large T-antigen and SV40 Small T-antigen. Mutated genes may contribute to uncontrolled cellular proliferation, leading to cancer.

Michele Carbone, Assistant Professor of Pathology at Loyola University in Chicago, has recently isolated fragments of the SV-40 virus in human bone cancers and in a lethal form of lung cancer called mesothelioma. He found SV-40 in 33% of the osteosarcoma bone cancers studied, in 40% of other bone cancers, and in 60% of the mesotheliomas lung cancers, writes Geraldo Fuentes.

The matter-of-fact disclosure came during discussions of polio vaccines contaminated with SV40 virus which caused cancer in nearly every species infected by injection. Many authorities now admit much, possibly most, of the world’s cancers came from the Salk and Sabin polio vaccines, and hepatitis B vaccines, produced in monkeys and chimps.

It is said mesothelioma is a result of asbestos exposure, but research reveals that 50% of the current mesotheliomas being treated no longer occurs due to asbestos but rather the SV-40 virus contained in the polio vaccination. In addition, according to researchers from the Institute of Histology and General Embryology of the University of Ferrara, SV-40 has turned up in a variety other tumors. By the end of 1996, dozens of scientists reported finding SV40 in a variety of bone cancers and a wide range of brain cancers, which had risen 30 percent over the previous 20 years.

The SV-40 virus is now being detected in tumors removed from people never inoculated with the contaminated vaccine, leading some to conclude that those infected by the vaccine might be spreading SV40.

Soon after its discovery, SV40 was identified in the oral form of the polio vaccine produced between 1955 and 1961 produced by American Home Products (dba Lederle).

Both the oral, live virus and injectable inactive virus were affected. It was found later that the technique used to inactivate the polio virus in the injectable vaccine, by means of formaldehyde, did not reliably kill SV40.

Just two years ago, the U.S. government finally added formaldehyde to a list of known carcinogens and and admitted that the chemical styrene might cause cancer. Yet, the substance is still found in almost every vaccine.

According to the Australian National Research Council, fewer than 20% but perhaps more than 10% of the general population may be susceptible to formaldehyde and may react acutely at any exposure level. More hazardous than most chemicals in 5 out of 12 ranking systems, on at least 8 federal regulatory lists, it is ranked as one of the most hazardous compounds (worst 10%) to ecosystems and human health (Environmental Defense Fund).

In the body, formaldehyde can cause proteins to irreversibly bind to DNA. Laboratory animals exposed to doses of inhaled formaldehyde over their lifetimes have developed more cancers of the nose and throat than are usual.

A Greater Perspective on Aerial Spraying and SV40

The Defense Sciences Office of the Pathogen Countermeasures Program, in September 23, 1998 funded the University of Michigan’s principal investigator, Dr. James Baker, Jr. Dr. Baker, Director of Michigan Nanotechnology Institute for Medicine and Biological Sciences under several DARPA grants. Dr. Baker developed and focused on preventing pathogens from entering the human body, which is a major goal in the development of counter measures to Biological Warfare. This research project sought to develop a composite material that will serve as a pathogen avoidance barrier and post-exposure therapeutic agent to be applied in a topical manner to the skin and mucous membranes. The composite is modeled after the immune system in that it involves redundant, non-specific and specific forms of pathogen defense and inactivation. This composite material is now utilized in many nasal vaccines and vector control through the use of hydro-gel, nanosilicon gels and actuator materials in vaccines.

Through Dr. Baker’s research at the University of Michigan; he developed dendritic polymers and their application to medical and biological science. He co-developed a new vector system for gene transfer using synthetic polymers. These studies have produced striking results and have the potential to change the basis of gene transfer therapy. Dendrimers are nanometer-sized water soluble polymers that can conjugate to peptides or arbohydrates to act as decoy molecules to inhibit the binding of toxins and viruses to cells. They can act also as complex and stabilize genetic material for prolonged periods of time, as in a “time released or delayed gene transfer”. Through Dr. Baker’s ground breaking research many pharmaceutical and biological pesticide manufacturers can use these principles in DNA vaccines specific applications that incorporate the Simian Monkey Virus SV40.

WEST NILE VIRUS SPRAYING

In 2006 Michael Greenwood wrote an article for the Yale School of Public Health entitled, “Aerial Spraying Effectively Reduces Incidence of West Nile Virus (WNV) in Humans.” The article stated that the incidence of human West Nile virus cases can be significantly reduced through large scale aerial spraying that targets adult mosquitoes, according to research by the Yale School of Public Health and the California Department of Public Health.

Under the mandate for aerial spraying for specific vectors that pose a threat to human health, aerial vaccines known as DNA Vaccine Enhancements and Recombinant Vaccine against WNV may be tested or used to “protect” the people from vector infection exposures. DNA vaccine enhancements specifically use Epstein-Barr viral capside’s with multi human complement class II activators to neutralize antibodies. The recombinant vaccines against WNV use Rabbit Beta-globulin or the poly (A) signal of the SV40 virus. In early studies of DNA vaccines it was found that the negative result studies would go into the category of future developmental research projects in gene therapy. During the studies of poly (A) signaling of the SV40 for WNV vaccines, it was observed that WNV will lie dormant in individuals who were exposed to chicken pox, thus upon exposure to WNV aerial vaccines the potential for the release of chicken pox virus would cause a greater risk to having adult onset Shingles.

CALIFORNIA AERIAL SPRAYING for WNV and SV40

In February 2009 to present date, aerial spraying for the WNV occurred in major cities within the State of California. During spraying of Anaheim, CA a Caucasian female (age 50) was exposed to heavy spraying, while doing her daily exercise of walking several miles. Heavy helicopter activity occurred for several days in this area. After spraying, she experienced light headedness, nausea, muscle aches and increased low back pain. She was evaluated for toxicological mechanisms that were associated with pesticide exposure due to aerial spraying utilizing advanced biological monitoring testing. The test results which included protein band testing utilizing Protein Coupled Response (PCR) methods were positive for KD-45. KD-45 is the protein band for SV-40 Simian Green Monkey virus. Additional tests were performed for Epstein-Barr virus capside and Cytomeglia virus which are used in bio-engineering for gene delivery systems through viral protein envelope and adenoviral protein envelope technology. The individual was positive for both; indicating a highly probable exposure to a DNA vaccination delivery system through nasal inhalation.

I claim

1. The method of producing precipitation from a natural atmospheric cloud comprised of super cooled water droplets, which method comprises introducing into said cloud particles of a finely divided solid substance having a high solubility in water and a large endothermic heat of solution and selected from the group consisting of urea, potassium nitrate, potassium nitrate and ammonium nitrate.

The method of causing precipitation from a natural atmospheric cloud consisting of super cooled water droplets which comprises introducing into said cloud particles of a finely divided solid material foreign to said cloud having a high solubility in water and a large endothermic heat of solution in water and selected from the group consisting of urea potassium nitrate, potassium nitrite, and ammonium nitrate whereby the water droplets are simultaneously condensed and cooled by the said particles thereby causing crystallization of the water droplets in the aforementioned natural atmospheric cloud.

Description:

The invention described herein may be manufactured and used by or for the Government of the United States of America for Governmental purposes without the payment of any royalties thereon or therefor.

The present invention relates to weather modification and more particularly to the production of rain or snow by introducing into natural atmospheric clouds seeding agents having a high solubility in water and a large endothermic heat of solution in water.

Precipitation in the form of rain or snow begins with the formation of clouds by the condensation of water vapor into small stable droplets, and in order for water vapour to condense, condensation nuclei must be present in the atmosphere. These nuclei are composed of sea salt, sulphates, or soil debris, and the smallest are commonly called Aitken nuclei. According to the widely accepted Bergeron theory, rain or snow is precipitated from a cloud when the particles are formed in the cloud. Ice particles, because of favourable equilibrium conditions, can increase in size at the expense of liquid water droplets, and as the ice particles increase in size, a point is reached at which they become heavy enough to fall to the ground. The formation of ice particles in clouds requires the presence of ice nuclei; however, the source of natural ice nuclei is presently unknown.

The artificial production of rain or snow has consisted mainly of attempts to initiate the formation of ice particles in natural atmospheric clouds. In general, two approaches have been used previous to the present invention. In the first, foreign material having a hexagonal crystalline structure similar to ice is introduced into clouds in order to stimulate by an epitaxial mechanism to growth to ice crystals within the clouds. Epitaxial ice crystal growth occurs by the accretion of water molecules on a seed crystal with a matching lattice structure and similar molecular distances. Typical of materials capable of acting as an ice nucleus in this manner are silver iodide, lead iodide, cupric sulphide, and kaolinite. Silver iodide has been the most widely used artificial seeding nucleus because of its high threshold temperature. The threshold temperature is the highest temperature at which a seeding agent is effective in producing ice crystals in a cloud of water droplets. The second approach has been to drastically supercool a local area of the cloud, thereby causing homogeneous ice nucleation in the cloud. A typical material employed in this manner is solid carbon dioxide or "Dry Ice."

Although these approaches have proved useful, they have not been entirely satisfactory under all conditions. Silver iodide is expensive and requires special generating equipment; further, it tends to decompose after a short exposure to the atmosphere. Lead iodide, cupric sulphide and kaolinite are characterized by low threshold temperatures. Furthermore, all previously known ice nuclei required super cooling of the cloud. Solid carbon dioxide suffers from the disadvantage that it readily sublimates under atmospheric conditions. Furthermore, it is relatively insensitive since the number of ice particles produced per particle of solid carbon dioxide is relatively small.

The general purpose of this invention is to provide a method for weather modification which embraces all the advantages of the prior art approaches and possesses none of the aforementioned disadvantages. To attain this, the present invention contemplates the use of seeding agents which have a high solubility in water and a large endothermic heat of solution in water. By an endothermic heat of solution is meant the absorption of heat on dissolution which results in cooling of the solution. Such a seeding agent is capable of acting both as a condensation nucleus and as an ice nucleus. Typical materials which have a high solubility in water coupled with a large endothermic heat of solution in water are potassium nitrate, potassium nitrite, ammonium nitrate, and urea. Laboratory and field experiments have shown finely divided, crystalline urea to be an effective seeding agent having a threshold temperature at least as high as silver iodide and being at least as potent as silver iodide.

It is an object of this invention to provide seeding agents for weather modification which have a high solubility in water and a large endothermic heat of solution in water.

Another object of this invention is to provide seeding agents which function both as condensation nuclei and a ice nuclei.

A further object of this invention is the provision of seeding agents which have a high threshold temperature and which do not require supercooling to be effective.

Still another object is to provide seeding agents which are inexpensive and readily available.

A still further object of this invention is the provision of seeding agents which are easily dispersed into the atmosphere and which are relatively unaffected by exposure to atmospheric conditions.

Laboratory experiments conducted in a Bigg-Warner chamber have shown urea to be highly effective ice nucleus with a threshold temperature as high as +6° C. A Bigg-Warner chamber is essentially a closed chamber which is capable of being cooled to a controlled temperature and which has the necessary means for introducing water vapor and a seeding agent. Nucleation of the water vapor in the chamber is observed with the aid of a saturated sugar solution. A complete description of the construction and operation of a Bigg-Warner chamber similar to that used in these experiments, appears in "Elements of Cloud Physics" by Horace Robert Byers (University of Chicago Press).

In these experiments, the temperature of the Bigg-Warner chamber was first lowered to the desired temperatures and sufficient water vapor was then introduced into the chamber to produce an artificial cloud having a liquid water content of 2 to 3 grams per cubic meter. The urea used in these experiments was industrial grade obtained from a commercial source and which contained approximately 0.1 percent impurities including water. Before use, this urea was milled so that approximately 10³ -10⁴ particles were contained in0.1 mg., the amount of urea used to seed in these experiments. Nucleation of the cloud in the chamber was considered to have been effected when one ice crystal was observed in the sugar solution.

These laboratory experiments indicated that urea generated ice particles from a temperature of +6° C. to well below -15° C. While an ice crystal which formed in a cloud with a temperature greater than 0° C. would, of course, immediately begin to melt, positive indication of cloud nucleation required only that it survive long enough to fall into the sugar solution. Preliminary tests disclosed that the sugar solution would not be affected by either urea particles or supercooled liquid droplets. Visual observation of the ice crystals in the cloud, which requires the existence of unobstructed crystalline faces, could be made at temperatures of -8° C. and below. Above -8° C., the crystal faces are obscured since both water and ice are formed together.

The seeding agents of the present invention operate both as condensation nuclei and as ice nuclei. At temperatures above and below the freezing point of water, they act as condensation nuclei since their high solubility in water renders them hygroscopic. As water is absorbed, cooling results because of the large endothermic heat of solution. As cooling progresses, a point is reached where an ice particle is formed which results in cloud nucleation in the conventional manner. For example, with urea, bulk aqueous solutions will be cooled to the eutectic point, -11.5° C., and small aqueous droplets will be cooled to -20° or -25° C. Assuming that the maximum cooling obtainable is to the eutectic point, thermochemical calculations based on the solubility of urea and its heat of solution indicate that urea can nucleate a cloud with a temperature of 18° C.

To form an ice particle, the urea must cool the droplet to a temperature at which ice nucleation can take place. The freezing temperatures of urea solutions were determined by freezing solution droplets, 100 to 120 microns in diameter, suspended in silicone oil. Droplets of 0.83 and 6.8 molal urea solutions were observed to have median freezing temperatures of -42° C. and -48° C. In comparison, pure water droplets of a similar size have a median freezing temperature of -36° C. There is no evidence that urea solutions can cool themselves to below -40° C. While urea has a tetragonal crystal habit, it can, under the proper conditions, promote the growth of ice crystals by an epitaxial mechanism. Assuming +6° C. is the upper limit for ice nucleation by urea, it can be shown that the epitaxial threshold temperature is -20° C. As small quantities of saturated urea solutions have been observed to cool themselves to -20° to -25° C., the formation of ice crystals in a cloud seeded with urea can be explained on the basis of an epitaxial mechanism.

A series of field tests using urea as a seeding agent for super cooled clouds was carried out during midwinter in off-airways areas in the north-central United States. A specially instrumented airplane was used for releasing the urea and for monitoring the results. In three of the field experiments the urea was manually released by allowing it to flow out a 4 inch diameter plastic tube that was fitted into a hole in the fuselage of the airplane. Twenty pounds of urea were dropped in these field releases and the average seeding rate was between 5 and 10 pounds per mile. In the first and second field experiments, the urea used was similar to that used in the laboratory tests. Before use in the field experiments it was milled so as to have an average particle diameter of 25 to 30 microns, and each gram contained about 10⁷ -10⁸particles. Wind tunnel tests indicated that clumping milled urea would not be a serious problem in air releases. In the third field experiment, the urea used was a reagent grade material obtained from a chemical supply house. This urea had an average particle diameter of 150 microns. In the fourth field test, industrial grade urea was released through a specially constructed pulverizing mechanism mounted on the aircraft.

In all tests, the urea was released in the upper 200 feet of the cloud. Previous experience indicated it to be advisable to use "Dry Ice" drops as an aid to navigation when testing unproven seeding agents. A "Dry Ice" drop was made in the first field experiment but was not used in subsequent tests because of the marked visual effects which accompany urea seeding.

In the first field experiment, the cloud seeded was of the stratus type. Its top was estimated to be 6.7 kilometres above the ground level, while its base was estimated to be 2.5 kilometres above the ground level. The liquid water content of this cloud was 0.5 grams per cubic meter, and its temperature was found to be -16° C. Urea was introduced into this cloud at a seeding rate of 9.3 pounds per mile. After a short period, a hole developed in the cloud with the appearance of sundogs and a heavy snow shower was observed to fall to the ground.

In the second experiment, a stratus cloud was again seeded. Its top and base were 6.0 and 3.3 kilometres above the ground level, respectively. Its temperature was -13.8° C., and its liquid water content was 0.6 grams per cubic meter. Urea was introduced into this cloud at a seeding rate of 4.8 pounds per mile, and a very dense snow shower and a broken hole in the cloud was observed after seeding.

In the third experiment, an altostratus cloud, with a top 10.8 kilometres above the ground level, was seeded. The base of this cloud was 9.8 kilometres above the ground level, and its temperature and liquid water content were observed to be -13.1° C. and 9.2 grams per cubic meter. Urea was added to this cloud at a rate of 12.2 pounds per mile and produced a well-defined snow shower that was strongly sheared by the wind below the cloud base.

In the fourth field experiment, a thick stratus cloud with a base approximately 0.9 kilometres above the ground level was seeded, and the temperature of this cloud was observed to be -10° C. Ten grams of urea were seeded into the cloud over a 2-mile flight path. About 10¹¹particles were produced by the pulveriser, and a definite snow shower was observed to fall from the cloud.

The seeding agents of the present invention have not only utility in themselves but are also useful when admixed with conventional seeding agents. For example, a mixture of potassium nitrate and cupric sulphide was observed in tests in a Bigg-Warner chamber to have a threshold temperature several degrees higher than that observed for cupric sulphide alone. The seeding agents of the present invention can be used in the form of mechanical mixtures with conventional seeding agents, but they can be more effectively used as an exterior coating on conventional seeding agents.

Depleted uranium from ordnance threatens thousands of lives around the Iraqi oil hub of Basra, Iraqi experts say.

In the area surrounding the Iraqi rich oil city of Basra, pummelled by years of war and swamped with industrial and agricultural pollution, there are concerns that cancer cases are on the rise due to the presence of depleted uranium found in war debris in the area.

Incidences of cancer, deformed babies and other health problems have risen sharply in the area, Iraqi officials say. And although it is difficult for doctors to isolate specific causes for cancer, many suspect contamination from weapons used in years of war and accompanying unchecked pollution as a cause.

Residents of the town of Abu al-Khaseeb, about 20km (12 miles) south of Basra, have for years lived among mounds of scrap metal that include war debris, the brown rust flaking off into the wind and carried into peoples homes, food, and lungs.

Locals say Iraqi and US. teams surveyed heaps of scrap metal scattered in residential areas. But no procedures were taken to remove the metal contaminated with uranium, they say.

"This mound of scrap metal is harmful to the health , this is the radiation from the war. They came here three times and said ninety percent of the scrap metal is a harmful, but no action has been taken so far. It has not been removed yet," said Mohammed Hussein , a resident of the area.

Large quantities of depleted uranium were used in the first Gulf War in 1990, some of it near Basra.

Hussein believes that some of the people he knows are ill because of their exposure to contaminated metal.

"Now, you can see different types of disease, there is a man who got cancer, we have been told that because of the contaminated scrap metal . There is another man whose leg will be cut also because of the contaminated scrap metal. My mother suddenly lost her sight , all the cases are because of radioactive pollution,'' he said.

The use of depleted uranium in US. and coalition weaponry in the 1991 war to liberate Kuwait and the 2003 Iraq invasion is well documented, but establishing a link between the radioactive metal and health problems among Iraqis is hard, officials say.

Zuhair Mohammed Ali, deputy head of technical committee in Basra provincial council, said that the radioactive pollution varies from one area to another, and that not all areas are contaminated with uranium.

"The rate of pollution is different from one area to another. Everyone expects the rate of pollution to be the same everywhere and this is not the case. For instance the rate of pollution is one percent in the centre of town (in Basra), but it is two percent in Hayaniya city (a slum in Basra city). I expect the rate of pollution to be high in Abu al-Khaseeb town and in al-Madinaa town because we found big pieces of war debris during our visit to these locations,'' he said.

Zuhair added that around 46,000 tones of contaminated scrap metal with uranium will be buried at deserted area near the Iraqi-Saudi border.

"Around 46,000 tones of contaminated scrap metal are in Basra, most of the contaminated scraps will be removed to Khrashej area near the Iraqi-Saudi border to be buried . It will not affect water underground," he added.

A 2007 Basra University medical journal report found "no major rise" in cancer death rates, but that the proportion of children dying of cancer in Basra had jumped 65 percent in 1997 and 60 percent in 2005, compared to cases in 1989.

Morgellons has now become some what of a mystery, said to be a new plague, although if anyone is looking for information they will find contradiction at every turn, some scientist and researchers claim, it is an "individual imagining the symptoms" to other researchers and scientist they claim it to be "caused by nano particles" .

When people began complaining of itching or the feeling something is crawling under the skin it was labelled as every conceivable condition, Lymes disease, scabies, allergies you name it, once the influx of infected people had 10 fold, it was then research was taken seriously, or was it ? It would be passed off as "all in the head", although particles could be found in the skin lesions these were said to be" material fibers" which we come in contact with through clothing.

Through the research of Dr Rahim Karjoo was said to have found a strong presence of particles such as silica, silicone and polyurethane on the skin surface, it was not isolated to surface but also found in the deeper layers of the skin. Dr Karjoo noted Morgellons disease as a condition that effects the hair as well as the hair follicle, as a result the spread of infections including inflammation ulceration abscess formation fungi and structural changes to the follicle, this occurred in 85% of sufferers.

Microscopic examinations reveals obvious changes to the hair filament, varying in thickness colour and other abnormalities of the hair shaft. On every patient it was shown that they had a strong presence of silicone particles.

Based on the extensive research conducted by Dr Karjoo it was also clear that illness were being caused by the nano particle silica, which left unusual hair and skin conditions. The conditions became known as "Karjoo Phenomenon"

Biologist Mary Leitao refused to accept the medical skepticism surrounding Morgellons. Leitao’s son, Drew, was just 2 years old when Leitao noticed an odd sore on his lip that would not heal.“He very simply said ‘bugs,’ and he pointed to his lips,” said Leitao.

Leitao never expected to find herself at the center of a medical storm. But when her son complained about the strange sore, the biologist, who once ran the electron microscope at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, did what any scientist would do. She took a closer look.
“What I saw were bundles of fibers, of fibers,” Leitao says. “There was red and blue.” Even stranger, "they glowed under ultraviolet light".

Armed with research, Leitao took her son to a Dr at one of the country’s leading hospitals. He dismissed her tale of fibers and wrote to her pediatrician, saying that her son needed "Vaseline for his lips" and that his mother needed "a thorough psychiatric evaluation".

Undaunted, Leitao began poring through medical literature looking for clues. What she discovered was a 17th-century reference to a strange disease with “harsh hairs” called “Morgellons.”

Could this disease be what was referred to back in 1610, in the edition of Schenckius' "Observat. medicae rarae, Frankfort, Schenckius, in his VII Observation, Lib. V, in his VIIIth states

" Worms or, as others will have it, Hairs, which are wont to infest the muscles of the arms, calves, and back in infants and children, and which are unknown to the old authorities"

description of the condition with that was also given by Kufner in his appendix to the book on Diseases of Infants, written by Leonellus Faventinus de Victoriis. This runs as follows:

"There exists in little children certain living principles having the appearance of worms, that are called by the common folk Dracontia. They settle especially in the muscular parts of the body, to wit the arms and legs the calves especially. Occasionally they even congregate in the flanks under the skin, and sometimes occupy the whole of the back, or failing that at least the interscapular region. These little creatures have this property that, unless they are extirpated by the appropriate remedies, they lead either to a hurtful suppuration, or else forthwith cause the child to waste. We destroy worms of this type, that are in the habit of lurking in the pores of infants and little girls, with this cure.

Should they fail to become more prominent, that is should they, having applied warm fomentations and smeared on an edulcent (such as Melicraton) and spice, not thrust out their heads, then they must be positively shaken into coming out into the open. Take as much of the root of the wild vine, or of the white vine, as may be pressed into one hand: Boil this in a lye made from properly mixed oak charcoal. With this the whole body of the child, and at the same time the worms, should be sprinkled and washed. Having done this the mouths of the Dracontia which will have advanced forward are to be shaved off with a razor. When these have been beheaded in this manner, the child should be cleansed afresh from the aforesaid lotion by bathing in castor oil, and should then be washed and the exposed, and possibly cut, skin smeared all over with Syrian salve.

Other complaints of the disease come leaking in, Koch, of Clearwater Beach, recals how her life was good until one day in the shower when she noticed something strange tiny fibers running through her skin.

“The fibers look like hair, and they’re different colours,” Koch said. Koch said she knows that what she experienced “sounds crazy,” but it’s true. If I had a family member call me up and say, ‘I have this stuff,’ I’d say, ‘I’m sending a straight jacket over. You need some help,’ she said.

Koch went to the Mayo Clinic, where doctors didn’t believe that the fibers she’d brought them had grown from her body.

“I saw the infectious disease doctor, and I showed him some samples that I had and he snickered,” she said. “I can’t go through another doctor blowing me off or looking at me like I’m crazy. I know I’m not.”

Dr. Vincent DeLeo, chief of dermatology at New York’s St. Lukes-Roosevelt Medical Center, weighed in on what he’d say to someone who came to him with this condition. “I don’t think this is any different than many patients I’ve seen who have excoriations and believe that there is something in their skin causing this,” he told ABC News in 2006.

Then there was Anne Dill as she described a similar condition to Morgellons. Dill seemed to be living the American dream — her three daughters excelled in sports and were straight-A students.

However life in the Dill household was far from idyllic. Anne’s 40-year-old husband, Tom, died in January 2006, and she believes his death was due to a contagious illness that has infected her entire family. Dill described her family’s skin: “There’s this fibrous material. It’s in layers.” Dill said the skin on their hands was particularly." bad, very swollen and itchy, and said it felt as if bugs were crawling underneath the skin"

Dr. Greg Smith of Gainesville has been a pediatrician for the past 30 years, he claimed that a fibre came out of his big toe, he also claimed to hold the footage. (pardon the pun).
Dr Smith recals to ABC News in 2006,

"It felt like somebody had stuck a pin into my toe wiggled it, continuing to hurt"
He added he never thought he had bugs, "Iv'e certainly had those crawling sensations, and the fibers which came out of my body are very real and strange".

As a Dr he stated that if a patient had said the same he would of "wondered if he had taken his medication that day". Try to stop scratching, even if you can't reach. It seems these few people to mention have had real symptoms with real signs of something strange occurring to them.

I took note, monitored and researched in 2000 in the UK, this phenomenon is world wide. there is no plausible explanation for this, clearly these are not Contrails, its the easiest way to spread germ and disease, lets not forget Morgellons disease, the fact after chemtrailing there was an after metallic taste to be had.

Reported that since early March of 2009 the skies over Canada’s Capital City had been littered with chemtrails dispensed by jets that resemble Boeing passenger 747’s. It all started about a week or so before Swine Flu news hit the mainstream. From that point on, the amount of chemtrails being sprayed in to the skies has gradually intensified.

So the question that needs to be asked is what is being sprayed into our skies, and why ? It is known amongst certain groups of people, that chemtrails consist mainly of Barium salts and Aluminum.

This cocktail appears as a white spray (similar to a contrail, but lingers in the sky) and once dispersed can easily be mistaken for high altitude clouds. Some have even witnessed planes spraying a brown substance from low altitudes. This substance which has been observed, lands on the ground as a stringy/sticky gel. This gel has previously been analyzed by the Washington State Department of Heath and AmTest Laboratorie.

These jets make rounds over residential neighborhoods flying at altitudes as low as 500 ft. Neighborhoods that are a good 40 km away from the Ottawa airport. They seem to leave the airport fly in a circle over the city at extremely low altitudes and go back where they came from. The frequency of this type of occurrence in drastically increasing. The people need to ask why ? How come there are planes are flying low over houses every 5 minutes ? There certainly aren’t that many commercial flights coming in and out of Ottawa. Are the citizens being acclimated for some future event ?

On the topic of Barium, it is known that it is toxic to humans. Not only does it disrupt digestive tract function, but it affects the immune system. The immune system destroys pathogens by producing T-Cells. Barium in known to bind to T-Cell receptors and effectively deactivate them (http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/articlerender.fcgi?artid=1541830).

Is it just a coincidence that we are being warned about a deadly re-emergence of A/H1N1 this fall and our immune systems are being assaulted on a daily basis with Barium ? Probably Not.

In regards to low flying jets. Is it possible they are practicing to release a bioweapon over densely populated areas ? It has been said that biological agents must be released at lower altitudes to ensure they aren’t damaged by the low temperatures found at high altitudes. Everybody knows the NWO crowd likes to acclimate the sheep. This sets the stage for a coordinated release of some bioweapon as Steve Quayle has previously spoken of.

There are actually reports coming in that such an event may be in the works. Most pieces of evidence are mere eye witness accounts; but such is the world of intelligence. This kind of information would never make it into mainstream news. In March 2009, a youtube video was released of a call someone made to a radio show called the Power Hour.

The caller had been in touch with a truck driver, working on contract for the Department of Homeland Security. He was getting paid $500 USD a load for trucking bird flu vials to various destinations within the US. All of the deliveries were made at night, and the truck(s) were all escorted by armed undercover ex-cops/private security. Many of the loads were either picked up or dropped of at underground missile silos.

The personnel receiving the deliveries were often in full Hazmat gear. The truck driver and his family were inoculated for ‘protection’ against bird flu. This truck driver was paid at a Bank of America branch in a back room. He anonymously gave a number to the bank and was paid in cash on the spot. He was summoned randomly by DHS for meetings at 3am, and examined regularly to make sure he had not contracted the virus. One of his colleagues who owned an especially long flat bed was hired as part of the operation to haul an 80 ton missile across the country.

The extremely heavy load blew his breaks and DHS promptly reacted and had them immediately fixed so he could complete the delivery. Many of the truck driver’s deliveries were extremely mysterious in nature. He was often told to drive an empty truck from one location to another and then was stopped at a random site and led down a private road to a dropoff point, (many of which were underground missile silos) so if interrogated he could not divulge sensitive information.

At one of his deliveries, he deliveried clear, refrigerated vials containing white liquid which were then loaded into a military C-130 plane. The driver earned at least a hundred of thousand dollars delivering these loads. He and and his family have since been relocated to safe housing on a military base. The woman who called in this information to the radio show has presented it to the local Police and the FBI. The response from both of them was , “this thing is so big we won’t touch it with a 10 foot pole”. Obviously something big is afoot.

In addition to the truck driver’s story one of Steve Quayle’s credible intelligence sources divulged the following information on August 25th 2009: “One notable report from the Flaming Gorge Recreation Area in Utah, Wyoming, and near Colorado cited large numbers of Italian men in one cabin and large numbers of French men in another all speaking only in Italian and French .

Also this report included excellent detail of some of these getting on Harley Davidson motorcycles after a Chinook Helicopter passed over the lodge. They were seen riding out to meet the Chinook and receiving something from it which then was taken back to the lodge. Noticeable were the large numbers of coolers at these respective cabins….perhaps the type that might keep samples of some Virus or Flu cool enough for preservation until samples were to be distributed?

With all of the clues available is it possible to conceive that after unsuspecting citizens have consumed excess amounts of Barium which has made It’s way from the clouds into the sewer systems and back into drinking water, that we are caught in a globalist conspiracy to lower our immune systems for the coming “second wave” of the so called swine flu ? Will there be a synchronized aerosol release of weaponized influenza on the masses , or will there be live virus (in addition to deadly amounts of Squalene)inside the H1N1 vaccine, or both ? In terms of a method to achieve population reduction, bioweapons can theoretically be the most effective (only second to nuclear fallout) because after the initial release it continues to spread and multiply among humans.

It’s evident from all of the mainstream propaganda about swine flu these days that we are being prepared for something big, even if the current swine flu outbreak up to this point has been no more than a joke. Time is running out for Obama and the NWO crowd to seize dictatorial control of North America. The masses are awakening at an unprecedented rate. How will the next few months unfold? Who will be victorious ?

Benefits and cures from bicarbonate Maple syrup

The bicarbonate maple syrup cancer treatment focuses on delivering natural chemotherapy in a way that effectively kills cancer cells but significantly reduces the brutal side effects experienced with most standard chemotherapy treatments. In fact so great is the reduction that the dangers are brought down to zero. Costs, which are a factor for the majority of people, of this particular treatment are nil. Though this cancer treatment is very inexpensive, do not assume it is not effective. The bicarbonate maple syrup cancer treatment is a very significant cancer treatment every cancer patient should be familiar with and it can easily be combined with other safe and effective natural treatments.

This cancer treatment is similar in principle to Insulin Potentiation Therapy (IPT). IPT treatment consists of giving doses of insulin to a fasting patient sufficient to lower blood sugar into the 50 mg/dl. In a normal person, when you take in sugar the insulin levels go up to meet the need of getting that sugar into the cells. In IPT they are artificially injecting insulin to deplete the blood of all sugar then injecting the lower doses of toxic chemo drugs when the blood sugar is driven down to the lowest possible value. Instead of artificially manipulating insulin and thus forcefully driving down blood sugar levels to then inject toxic chemo agents we combine the sugar with the bicarbonate and present it to the cancer cells, which at first are going to love the present. But not for long!

This treatment is a combination of pure, 100% maple syrup and baking soda and was first reported on the Cancer Tutor site. When mixed and heated together, the maple syrup and baking soda bind together. The maple syrup targets cancer cells (which consume 15 times more glucose than normal cells) and the baking soda, which is dragged into the cancer cell by the maple syrup, being very alkaline forces a rapid shift in pH killing the cell. The actual formula is to mix one part baking soda with three parts (pure, 100%) maple syrup in a small saucepan. Stir briskly and heat the mixture for 5 minutes. Take 1 teaspoon daily, is what is suggested by Cancer Tutor but one could probably do this several times a day.

“There is not a tumor on God’s green earth that cannot be licked with a little baking soda and maple syrup.” That is the astonishing claim of controversial folk healer Jim Kelmun who says that this simple home remedy can stop and reverse the deadly growth of cancers. His loyal patients swear by the man they fondly call Dr. Jim and say he is a miracle worker. “Dr. Jim cured me of lung cancer,” said farmer Ian Roadhouse. “Those other doctors told me that I was a goner and had less then six months to live. But the doc put me on his mixture and in a couple of months the cancer was gone. It did not even show up on the x-rays.”

Dr. Jim discovered this treatment accidentally somewhere in the middle of the last century when he was treating a family plagued by breast cancer. There were five sisters in the family and four of them had died of breast cancer. He asked the remaining sister if there was anything different in her diet and she told him that she was partial to sipping maple syrup and baking soda. Since then, reported by a newspaper in Ashville, North Carolina, Dr. Jim dispensed this remedy to over 200 people diagnosed with terminal cancer and amazingly he claims of that number 185 lived at least 15 more years and nearly half enjoyed a complete remission of their disease. When combined with other safe and effective treatments like transdermal magnesium therapy, iodine, vitamin C, probiotics and other items like plenty of good sun exposure, pure water and clay treatments we should expect even higher remission rates.

It is very important not to use baking soda which has had aluminum added to it. The Cancer Tutor site reports that Arm and Hammer does have aluminum but the company insists that is not true. One can buy a product which specifically states it does not include aluminum or other chemicals. (e.g. Bob's Red Mill, Aluminum-Free, Baking Soda). Sodium bicarbonate is safe, extremely inexpensive and unstoppably effective when it comes to cancer tissues. It’s an irresistible chemical, cyanide to cancer cells for it hits the cancer cells with a shock wave of alkalinity, which allows much more oxygen into the cancer cells than they can tolerate. Cancer cells cannot survive in the presence of high levels of oxygen. Studies have already shown how manipulation of tumor pH with sodium bicarbonate enhances some forms of chemotherapy.

“The therapeutic treatment of bicarbonate salts can be administered orally, through aerosol, intravenously and through catheter for direct targeting of tumors,” says oncologist Dr. Tullio Simoncini. “Sodium bicarbonate administered orally, via aerosol or intravenously can achieve positive results only in some tumors, while others – such as the serious ones of the brain or the bones - remain unaffected by the treatment.”

The maple syrup apparently enables and increases penetration of bicarbonate into all compartments of body, even those which are difficult or impossible to penetrate by other means. These compartments include the central nervous system (CNS), through the blood-brain barrier, joints, solid tumors, and perhaps even the eyes. IPT makes cell membranes more permeable, and increases uptake of drugs into cells.

The maple syrup will make tissues more permeable, too. It will transport the bicarbonate across the blood-brain barrier and every other barrier in the body for sugar is universally needed by all cells in the body. The essence of IPT is that it allows cancer drugs to be given in a smaller dose, far less toxic to normal cells, while building up lethally toxic concentrations in cancer cells. Both IPT and bicarbonate maple syrup treatments use the rabid growth mechanisms of the cancer cell against them.

Dr. Jim did not have contact with Dr. Simoncini and did not know that he is the only oncologist in the world who would sustain the combining of sugar with bicarbonate. Dr. Simoncini always directs his patients to dramatically increase sugar intake with his treatments but has never thought to mix the two directly by cooking them together. Because his treatments depend on interventionist radiologists who insert catheters to direct the bicarbonate as close to the affected area as possible, or physicians willing to do expensive intravenous treatments, I pushed bicarbonate up into the number six slot in the IMVA cancer protocol. With the discovery of Dr. Jim’s work bicarbonate comes back into our number three spot right behind magnesium chloride and iodine.

That number three slot for a brief time was held by hemp oil containing THC. The great advantage that maple syrup and bicarbonate treatment has over this type hemp oil is that it is legal thus easily obtainable. The two together, backed by a solid protocol of other nutritional substances makes winning the war on cancer almost a certainty. When using these substances it is safer to change one’s vocabulary and not say one is treating and curing cancer. Far better to conceptualize that one is treating the infectious aspect of cancer, the fungus and yeast colonies and the yeast like bacteria that are the cause of TB.

Dr. Simoncini says that, “In some cases, the aggressive power of fungi is so great as to allow it, with only a cellular ring made up of three units, to tighten in its grip, capture and kill its prey in a short time notwithstanding the prey's desperate struggling. Fungus, which is the most powerful and the most organized micro-organism known, seems to be an extremely logical candidate as a cause of neoplastic proliferation.” pH of the blood is the most important factor to determine the state of the microorganisms in the blood.

“Sodium bicarbonate therapy is harmless, fast and effective because it is extremely diffusible. A therapy with bicarbonate for cancer should be set up with strong dosage, continuously, and with pauseless cycles in a destruction work which should proceed from the beginning to the end without interruption for at least 7-8 days. In general a mass of 2-3-4 centimeters will begin to consistently regress from the third to the fourth day, and collapses from the fourth to the fifth,” says Dr Simoncini.

There are many ways to use sodium bicarbonate and it is a universal drug like iodine and magnesium chloride. Raising pH increases the immune system's ability to kill bacteria, concludes a study conducted at The Royal Free Hospital and School of Medicine in London. Viruses and bacteria that cause bronchitis and colds thrive in an acidic environment. To fight a respiratory infection and dampen symptoms such as a runny nose and sore throat, taking an alkalizing mixture of sodium bicarbonate and potassium bicarbonate will certainly help.

The apple cider vinegar 1/4 teaspoon and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda taken 2 times or more a day is another treatment as is lemon and baking soda, or lime and baking soda formulas. Perhaps honey could be substituted for maple syrup for those who live in parts of the world where maple syrup is not available but to my knowledge no one has experimented with this.

Uuuh Chemtrail Container ?

Like any other day we had been encountering the Airial attack of chemtrails, I proceeded to capture some of the delights, in my venture to capture pretty scatterings of fluffy toxins a bearly visible Object/plane came into view, having a chemrail I decided to take a few pictures of the little culprit, I took a few pictures then proceeded in capturing a piece of footage.

Here you are looking at the first sign of the Object/Plane, although very hard to see, it can be seen in the center bottom, appearing at the side of the skinny branch, please copy and zoom, you will see a faint chemtrail and slightly in front of the trail is an object/plane, I have also tried to enlarge and give a negative image of the actual picture. Please View

Here is another picture it has been altered to the Negative picture, it was taken momenterily after the picture above. You can see the Chemtrail clearly in this shot coming in from the Left off center, just under the larger trail, no object/plane has been identified in this picture.! Maybe I just failed to spot it.

I proceeded in obtaining video footage, as my phone is slow at changing from camera to video it seems I might of caught the last 2 seconds of the object/plane still moving

The object/Plane from start to finish was 3 minuets at that point it just vanished, disappeared gone, leaving a nasty streak in the sky. !

Which was quick to spread, as you will see from the pictures. This then hung around for most of the evevning

Due to what I had witnessed there is little doubt
in my mind that I clearly saw an object/plane vanish before my eyes what was also evident is the nasty sky it left behind

What was the Object it couldn't have been a plane there was no way it should or could have dissappeared.

You Judge for yourself. Was it a Chemical Container ? Failed Rocket launch ? Or a disappearing plane ?

Abstract

The information contained herein is now established fact. Feel free to check with a competent Lawyer.
There is law. Irrefutable and permanently applicable law which, as a peaceful individual is unlikely to ever affect you. It is called Common Law. Provided you keep the peace, do not cause injury, harm or loss to another individual, then you will remain within the terms of Common Law and will not break it.

The definition should be: "Provided you keep the peace, do not cause harm or loss to another individual, and do not employ mischief in your promises and agreements, then you will remain within the terms of Common Law and will not break it."

But Statutes, as passed by Parliament (any Parliament or Congress) are not, necessarily, "the law". And, that being the case, there are circumstances where it is possible to ignore them - as if they did not exist. The circumstances and reasoning are fully explained herein.

It is unlikely that you will have been told about this by your parents, friends, family and acquaintances because it is not the subject of any known school curriculum, and consequently they would not know themselves. And there are reasons for this. Simply put, if you were told, you would become empowered. You would become empowered to take full control of your own life, as a fully-responsible individual, and would remain outside the grasp of any 'nannying' governmental 'Statutory' control. To all intents and purposes you can freely ignore anything your Government may do.

If you don't like something your Government does, you can say "I don't accept that rule, and will not abide by it. I, personally, see no valid reason to". And a court can be made to uphold your right to say that, and your right to ignore the Statute created by your Government. In a sense this is the real, fundamental, law that no-one ever told you about. However, while you may whoop for joy at the possibility of freely ignoring Parking Tickets, etc., just remember you are never free to cause harm, injury, or loss to another individual. On the other hand if, by parking in a certain place, you caused no harm, injury, or loss to any other individual, you are freely able to do that and remain within the law.

".. just remember you are never free to breach the peace, or cause harm or loss to another individual, and you must not employ mischief in your promises or agreements. On the other hand if, by parking in a certain place, you caused no harm, nor loss to any other individual, you are freely able to do that and remain within the law".

But how is it that people are 'done' for parking?

Because they are deliberately deceived. They are deceived, by means of a Grand Deception, in which the Government, Police, and Judiciary (and Media) all collude to pull the wool over their eyes. These agencies combine forces, using 'legal-speak' to hide the truth from you. To be fair, this is really only collusion between the Government and Judiciary. The other agencies mentioned are deceived into doing the dirty work. To be absolutely fair, it is perfectly possible that MPs - certainly in the lower echelons - have no idea about the Grand Deception. This may even be true for most Solicitors and Lawyers, and so on. It is possible to envisage formal legal training that omits to mention this most fundamental aspect. And without a doubt, the Police have absolutely no idea.

But, the point is, Judges know. And, if you know as well, that's all that matters because everything else will always fall into line. Judges know, but they won't 'tell you'. They assume you - like everyone else - have fallen for the Grand Deception. And they will try every trick in the book to trap you into admitting they have jurisdiction over you. If, one the other hand, you are being prosecuted for violating a Statute and 'you tell them', their immediate response will invariably be "Case dismissed!".
Oh yes. Judges know. And, if they don't, higher courts certainly do.

What is Common Law?

It's the "law-of-the-land". And the Grand Deception starts when you do not realise the implications of the apparently insignificant word "land". And the very real difference between "the land" and "the sea". There is "law-of-the-sea". It's sometimes called Maritime Law. Or Admiralty Law, and so on. Other terms, meaning the same thing, are Civil Law, Commerce Law, Fleet Law, etc. Statutes are the "law-of-the-sea" and, if you committed the (apparent) violation on dry land, then you are only subject to the law-of-the-land. And the only "law-of-the-land" is Common Law. Statutes, passed by any Parliament, are the "law-of-the-sea". Statutes will be discussed in more detail later.

Common Law derives from the mists of time. It comprises those customs and traditions that make a Nation or Country what it is. The following description applies to the United Kingdom, specifically England but - since all Common Law stems from this (world-wide), it is generally applicable to everyone on this planet.
Back in the Celtic times the British Isles were populated by tribes. They had traditions and customs. Nothing was permanently written down, but they lived by rules that everyone knew. This entirely mirrors the situation world-wide. There was a time when everything was tribal, and each member knew the rules that governed their lives. If anyone broke these rules there would be some kind of Tribal Meeting, and the Chief or Holy Man would preside. A judgment was made on the basis of arguments put forward by both sides, and that judgment was executed.

In the year 1100 the English Monarch Henry I took the first step towards rationalising the situation by actually writing it down. He issued what is known as the Charter of Liberties. It was a small-ish step to codify the customs and traditions at the time. This codification was felt necessary in order to provide some semblance of order and unification of justice, thereby preventing 'wayward' decisions/judgments resulting from various forms of corruption. The idea of 'money' - in place of pure bartering - had already taken root, and any Monetary System always provides golden opportunities for corruption. (And getting away with it!)
But it was recognised that a living breathing human being had certain fundamental requirements. It is not necessary to go into those in any detail - food, water, shelter, and so on. And that, if these were not available in sufficient quantities, that individual would surely die.

It was therefore recognised that a living breathing human being had, basically, fundamental rights to the "necessities for sustaining their life".

Please note (for the record) this may, or may not, have been a benevolent attitude. There was undoubtedly some benevolence in it, but the necessity to have personnel available to fight wars on behalf of the King was undoubtedly an important factor. And that means live men are needed. And that means live women are needed in order to bring these men into the world. And, furthermore, to bring other women into the world, in order to continue the supply of men. This reasoning, you can be sure, did not escape our ancestors.
In fact the lack of benevolence next came to a head in 1215. This year, as many people know, is the year that the (original) Magna Carta was signed on 15th June at Runnymede. At that point the lack of benevolence had reached such proportions as to cause the English to say, fundamentally, "Listen: Enough is enough!". And King John was forced to listen.

(Once again this second important step was not entirely full of benevolence. The Nobility, who forced the King to sign, were mainly looking out for themselves but - once again - recognised that by ignoring the rights of the common individual they, themselves, would lack an army to defend their own piece of the pie)
And so it goes.

Nevertheless, the Magna Carta was a massive step forward in securing Common Law rights for everyone. Massive, as anyone who reads the original version can see for themselves. One major step was the introduction of the idea of a Jury to decide guilt or innocence. In other words a Prosecutor did not need to convince one single Judge, but needed to convince "13 normal people". People who could put themselves in the place of the Accused, and look at it from their own point of view. They could use their own discretion, and that was very important step. Alternatively it can be said that the Accused had to convince these 13 of their innocence.

A liar has more of a task when multiple individuals need to be convinced. And, furthermore, it was agreed that the verdict of this Jury was sacrosanct and should not be swayed by the Judge, nor could he overturn any verdict. It also said that if anyone was accused under - what was generally considered to be - an unfair or unjust law - then a Jury could find the law guilty, and totally acquit the Accused.

Now that is some semblance of power to the people. And it provides the basis for all Constitutional Republics world-wide, and came in particularly handy when the Constitution of the united States of America was drafted and agreed.

But that is only one aspect of the Magna Carta. Other essential and fundamental steps were agreed, the major ones being:

1) Trial by Jury as an essential right.
2) Everyone engaged in applying the law must know the law, and be minded to observe it well.
3) Property can only ever be seized on the basis of a verdict from a court of law.
4) Trivial offences can be dealt with based on "the oaths of good men in the neighbourhood".
5) No-one can be placed on trial based solely on their own unsupported confession.
6) The right to justice can never be removed, cannot be sold, nor can it be delayed. In summary: You have the right to know what you are charged with, the right to defend yourself, and the right to your day in court.
7) The right to petition the Monarch and allow 40 days for any grievance to be settled. The right to enter into a state of lawful rebellion if that grievance still remains after this period. In the state of lawful rebellion to be able to seize the Monarch's property and to throw every spanner in the works necessary to have the grievance resolved (apart from harm, injury, etc. In other words simple non-co-operation in every respect). And the right to encourage any others to help in this respect. To hand back any seized property once the dispute has been settled.

There are others.
And this was the kick-start to Common Law.
It forms the bedrock of Common Law.
Subsequently there were more distinct codifications, particularly in 1688/89 and 1701.
The bulk of Common Law has subsequently been derived from precedents handed down as judgments and verdicts since that time.

But it is important to remember that all (Case Law) judgments and verdicts have been based on, and do not deviate from, those fundamentals previously established by the Magna Carta, etc.
Common Law, real law, the law-of-the-land, addresses the fundamental human condition, assuming equality of all before it. It has been said "Don't use your head ... use your heart. If your heart tells you it's fair, right, and just, then Common Law will support and fully protect you. If you know, in your heart, it's wrong or unfair, and you do it anyway, Common Law will come down on you like a ton of bricks".

And, fundamentally, that's all you really need to know. You do not have to wade through Case Law because those concepts were employed in order to create that Case Law.

What is a Statute?

Put simply if you live peaceably, you will not violate Common Law. And you will not, therefore, end up in court charged with breaking Common Law. Consequently, if you end up in court, it will be because you violated a Statute. (And therefore you did not need to end up in court, as you will see if you read on. So, in essence, if a peaceful person ever actually ends up in court, it was because (they simply did not know their rights)

A Statute is the final result of a Bill placed before Parliament. If the Bill is passed by Parliament, it becomes an Act of Parliament. Upon receipt of the Royal Assent it becomes a Statute. Now, in a well-ordered society, we assume our elected representatives create our Parliament and make our laws, And this is where the Grand Deception starts. There is a long explanation and there is a short explanation. Which one do you want?
"Oh ... the short and uncomplicated one, please!"

This is it: A Statute is a rule created by a representative governing body of a society designed to create common goals, which carries the force of law by the consent of the governed.
Hold on to the thought "... by the consent of the governed", because that is a crucial thought. The long explanation (given below) can be crystalised into this definition. Are you the Government? No. Therefore you must be 'the governed'.

A Statute only carries the force of law upon you if you consent to it. If you do not give your consent, a Statute cannot affect you in any way whatsoever. And the courts know this. You may not, but they certainly do. And the last thing they will do is tell you. In point of fact they will hide this from you at every opportunity. On the other hand, if you tell them, they will accept it because they know it is actually true. This is the Grand Deception.

Does this mean that you can break the law with impunity? The careful answer to that is "No", because that is a sloppy question. 'The law' is Common Law, and you can't break that (without consequences).

The question should have been "Does this mean you can violate a Statute with impunity?". The answer to that is "Yes" because a Statute is not the law. It is, in reality, nothing more than Company Policy (as you will see). And, if you decide not to work for a particular company, its 'policy' does not in any way affect you.
Think of it this way.

You go to work for a Supermarket Chain. You will be given a handbook of company rules. While in their employ you must follow these rules or be sacked. For example, one such rule may be that - while working on Checkouts - you must not carry any of your own money about your person. This may be because it is impossible to tell money from money, and if you are caught in possession of money it might be the company's money, out of the till. And the only way the truth could be determined is if you are barred from carrying your own money while operating the till.

You either accept such rules, or don't work for that company. But, if you don't work for them, the rules don't apply to you. You can carry your own money about your person at all times with impunity. You don't expect to have to ask anyone if you can carry money, do you? During life, going about your peaceful business you don't expect to be barred from carrying money. How else would you pay for anything?

So how do you avoid such rules? Don't work for the Supermarket Chain. Leave the company, 'the society'. Work for some other company whose rules you can accept. OR BECOME 'SELF-EMPLOYED', and make your own 'Company rules'! And that, is actually 'it'. That's the nub, the kernel, the crux.

You can choose to leave the 'Statute Society', the 'Statute Company', and become 'Self-employed' - as a Freeman-on-the-land.

No, this is nothing to do with your job! That was just analogy! That's why 'Self-employed' was written in quotes. You don't need to become a self-employed builder, plumber, or carpenter, etc as your vocation in life. You can become Self-employed in terms of a 'lawful, sovereign, peaceful human being entirely responsible for their own actions and not having to take any notice whatsoever of company policy issued as Statute by a nannying (and thoroughly, utterly corrupt) Board of Directors aka MPs, with one who calls himself Prime Minister aka Managing Director, or one who calls herself Queen aka Chairwoman'.
Do I hear you say "That's all very well, but we are talking about England, not a company!"?

Well, here is some rather important news. The United Kingdom, like all other countries on the planet, is actually a Corporation. And you can check this out by obtaining a Credit Report on it via Dunn & Bradstreet.

A number of these companies, such as THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CORPORATION and THE UNITED KINGDOM CORPORATION are, in point of fact, in Chapter 11 bankruptcy - but being only Chapter 11 are still, therefore, allowed to trade.
So this is a bit more of The Grand Deception.

More of the Grand Deception is that the UK Ministry of Justice is a Corporation (yes, listed by D&B!), and that all courts are sub-franchises actively trading.

Consequently a Summons (according to Black's Law Dictionary synonymous with 'an invitation') is nothing more than 'An invitation to go to the company's place of business in order to be made a offer'.
And you are perfectly entitled to say "No thanks, not interested in any offers you may make"
The European Union is nothing more than a Corporate Merger, allowing them to dictate the size and shape of bananas, cucumbers, etc.

Who owns the UNITED KINGDOM CORPORATION then?

Like all companies, the shareowners of course!

Who are the shareowners? Who do you think? No, it's not the Government. No, it's not the Queen. It's you, if you were born in the United Kingdom. Your birth created a single share in your name.

How much is your share worth? The total viable assets of the United Kingdom as a whole, divided by the number of shares. The maths have not (at this time) been done (yes they have), but it is a fairly safe guess that the value of each share is in the millions of £s.

Because you have never asked for it, your share is held in trust for you. It is held in trust by the Government of the day. This means that the quarterly dividends on the share are sent to the shareholder i.e. those who are actually holding the share (as opposed to those who actually own the share), together with the voting right it carries.

When the Government votes to create a Corporate Merger with the other Corporations constituting the EU, it can use its Trustee Status to direct your vote to "Yes".

Claim your own share, become the holder of your share, and you enjoy the quarterly dividends and retain your own voting right to say "No".

Well, how are people prosecuted, fined and imprisoned, then????

Simply because they didn't know the truth. They did not know their rights. The courts will not tell them. And, more to the point, if they did not realise that the initial Summons was simply the invitation defined above then, by attending that 'place of business', tacit consent can be lawfully assumed. In other words - going back to "... by the consent of the governed" - attendance = consent to abide by Company Policy, and to plead guilty or not guilty to violating said Company Policy. Putting it another way they agreed the Statute applied to them. They accepted that the Statute carried the force of law upon them.

But what about Lawyers!? They must know, surely!?

Maybe they do, and maybe they don't. Who knows what Lawyers know (except other Lawyers)? However the facts are that, if someone realises they can simply ignore a Summons (knowing the situation, how to deal with it, and what to actually say, of course!) then Lawyers would be reduced solely to Common Law cases. And that law has already been decided over hundreds of years. There is very little scope for adversarial argument. And, of course, it is the preparation for, and the time spent voicing, adversarial argument that Lawyers can charge for. Take away the adversarial part, and what is left?
Consequently, even if Lawyers know, they have no incentive to tell anyone else. Lawyers thrive on adversary.
Remember: Everything stated herein is capable of being verified with reference to Black's Law Dictionary. Lawyers must have access to copies.

So, what can I do about this?

Put simply you can establish your own 'Self-employed-style' law. You can state your own terms for existence. Provided that your statements do not violate any aspect of Common Law, then this must be accepted by all other parties (by law!).This is achieved by means of a legal instrument called a Notice of Understanding and Intent and Claim of Right.

You state your understandings. You state your intent to live peacefully. You claim rights accordingly. You allow for objections during a reasonable period. You state that objections can be negotiated peacefully. You place the initial document in the hands of a Notary Public (and pay their fee). They will notify any relevant party with a copy of your Notice of Intent. After the time period has elapsed, and any objections resolved, the rights you claimed are yours until the day you die. You have created your own law, your own rules, and thereafter it is the law-of-the-land. It is the highest law possible. It trumps all other law.
Oh, for heaven's sake! No, you can't just claim anything and everything! You can only claim your rights under Common Law.

What's the good of that? You become more powerful than the Monarch, plus any Government, plus the Police, plus the Military plus the European Union combined!
What has that achieved? That you didn't have before? Actually more than you can probably imagine at this point. I'll give you one example. Do you mind if the police Taser you (for whatever reason)? You do? You mind? OK. Well, I certainly do. You can claim the right to compensation in the sum of, say, £500,000 per person involved in Tasering you. You can make that amount whatever you like. £5,000,000 per person if you wish.

And the court of law (Common Law, a court de jure) will uphold this under your Claim of Right. You just wave it under their nose.

So, explaining to a Police Officer that if he Tasers you, or tows your car away, or handcuffs you, or any non-peaceful action against you, is going to cost him his house, his job, etc. is likely to achieve ... what? What do you think? He won't believe you? Let him try it. He'll soon find out! It's pretty safe to say that, once he's lost his house and his job, his remaining colleagues will think twice about the way they go about their business. How is this possible? Simply because the police are not doing their job. When becoming officers they swore to "... keep the peace and uphold the law of the land".
Common Law is the law-of-the-land. And "keeping the peace" is what Common Law is all about. And that is their job. And that is only their job. But, by and large, they don't do that on a day-to-day basis. What they do instead is to 'enforce Statutes' i.e. 'enforce Company Policy'

They are paid to be Peace Officers. They swear to be Peace Officers. In practice they operate as Policy Enforcement Officers and Tax Collectors for most of the time. Their job is not to enforce policy. Their job is not to collect taxes. Their job is to keep the peace. Tasering someone (or even shooting them in the head 7 times on Stockwell Station) is seriously disturbing that person's peace. The police are the ones breaching the peace they solemnly swore to prevent. The police are the ones thoroughly breaking their own solemn Oaths of Service, and Common Law at the same time.

Personally I think it is about time this was stopped. And possession of a Claim of Right can achieve that. The more people who do it, the better. Everyone should do it, for their own protection.
Of course, there is nothing stopping any policeman from making his own Claim of Right. In doing so he will realise its full meaning, how it ensures peace all round, and he would fully realise what was meant by his Oath of Service. And, of course, the very real difference between Statute and Law.
No! A policeman couldn't make a Claim of Right to be able to Taser you!. A Claim of Right is only acceptable if it defines peace, no harm, no injury, no loss to anyone else. A Claim of Right cannot violate Common Law. It is Common Law. No! A policeman couldn't make a Claim of Right to be able to Taser you!. At the end of this document I append my own version. You can personalise it by substituting your own name in place of mine. But I suggest you stick to the format of the name. There are legal reasons for this. If you have more than one Given Name run them together, hyphenated. Make sure they terminate with a colon and leave a space immediately before your Surname, e.g. John-James-Arthur: Smith. It is also possible to write it as 'John-James-Arthur: of the Smith family'.

Orders

If you go into a shop that sells curtains, and place an order for some curtains, do you expect to pay? The answer is "Yes". If you place an order with a Mail Order firm, do you expect to pay commensurate with receiving the goods? The answer is "Yes". An 'order' is chargeable! The amount to charge is dependant on the one who carries out the order. The Mail Order firm, and the shop, set their rates. You decide whether or not you are prepared to pay that amount before you place any order.

If someone gives you an order (e.g. a PCSO, policeman, or a magistrate), you can say "Is that an order?". The answer will be "Yes". Therefore you can say "In that case, since an order is chargeable, I will charge you £50,000 for carrying it out. Are you prepared to pay?". I leave you, dear Reader, to guess what the answer will be. (Direct them to this WebSite, if necessary).

Remittances

A remittance is legally equivalent to a sum of money. It is just paper and ink, of course, but then so is a cheque and more-or-less a banknote. In the united States of America a Dollar Bill is nothing more than paper and printing ink. Even in the UK a banknote is worth nothing like the sum printed on it.
A Remittance Note is therefore equivalent to the sum of money printed on it. Consequently whenever you may receive a bill, which includes a pre-printed Remittance Advice, or Note, you can send it back to pay the bill. (If the amount of the bill is not pre-printed, then just write it in the box provided). Do not send an accompanying cheque. If you do the company will be being paid twice. They love that!
More Grand Deception.

They will probably write back saying "You forgot to enclose your cheque". You can reply "No, I didn't forget. I sent back the remittance to pay you the amount demanded". Stick to your guns. A remittance represents the sum of money written on it (just as does a cheque), so the bill is discharged by sending back the Remittance Slip. The company's Account Number will be on the slip. They can either use their own account to pay themselves, or they can deduct the amount from your Company Share (see above - your share in the UNITED KINGDOM CORPORATION).

If they continue to argue, you can write to them ("WITHOUT PREJUDICE") saying "Under the rules of commerce he who creates the LIABILITY must also create the REMEDY. You created the liability, therefore you must create the remedy. If you wish to do it via cheques, then send me your cheque, and I'll send it back to you".

Legal Fiction

It is important to distinguish between words. 'Legal', for example, does not have the same meaning as 'lawful', and 'lawful' is the only thing to worry about.

Similarly, 'understand' can have the legal meaning 'stand under'. Whenever a policeman cautions you, and adds "Do you understand?" s/he is asking you whether or not you "agree/consent to stand under ... the Statute law". (S/he doesn't actually realise that, of course. But the courts do). You will have been told that ANYTHING you say WILL be given in evidence. Say nothing whatsoever. (It may be possible to reply "No, I do not stand under", but this has not - at the time of writing - been tested)

And this all adds to the Grand Deception. Another thing that adds to this melting pot is the word 'person'. For example 'Any person' is nothing like the same as 'Any one'. Confused? No need to be. It is all very simple. There is a sleight-of-mind played to use the word 'person' in a special, legal, context. Now, you may have been led to believe that you are a person and, in common parlance, of course you are - but legally speaking 'a person' is not what you think it is. Legally 'a person' is considered to be a 'single-individual CORPORATION'. To whom Corporation (i.e. Admiralty) Law can be applied. (Check back, that's 'the law-of-the-sea').

The law-of-the-sea applies to SHIPs. are we not assumed to be vessels/ships by virtue we use their copyright udulterated English language which causes us a legal enjoinder? That's where ownerSHIP, citizenSHIP, LordSHIP, LadySHIP, etc. comes from. (Hey! courtSHIP, leading to a court-enforceable contract - marriage - between two people?) And, once a ship has docked, it can be pinned down (It's hard to pin down a ship while it is sailing).

The legal fiction called a PERSON associates a human being isn't that a corporation, a monster, a legal fiction also?, for legal purposes, as a CORPORATION, a legal entity, visualised as a SHIP. That's why, in court, they put you in the Dock. You are docked. You can be pinned down. Once pinned down, Statutes (Corporate Policy) can be brought to bear upon you.

It is no accident that the word 'birth' (as in Birth Certificate) and 'berth' (a place where SHIPs are moored) is pronounced in exactly the same way. You were awarded a Berth Certificate when born. However, in reality, you weren't 'birthed' ... you were born.

Do you see how important the correct word can be? That over-the-counter pharmaceuticals for colds & flu only ever claim to RELIEVE the SYMPTOMS ... not to 'cure'? That doctors only ever claim to TREAT you ... not to CURE you? There is a careful choice of words occurring all around you. The important thing is to recognize that the Summons refers to a legal fiction. A straw PERSON. That's why it will contain your name in CAPITALS or partially in all-capitals. If you respond normally, by tacit consent you become the legal fiction.

Well, that's the idea, anyway. Here is a more detailed explanation.

But, if you've read this far, you might get the idea that you don't want Company Policy Statutes to apply to you.

So, you received a Summons because you didn't pay a Parking Fine, what do you do?

The invitation to go to their place of business to receive their offer (the Summons) will appear most draconian. What is necessary is to respond in a polite and peaceful manner which fully indicates that you know the score, and that you have not fallen for the Grand Deception.

At the time of writing I am not is possession of a Summons but, should I receive one in the future, I would respond like the example below:

I have been led to believe that the usage of capital letters references a legal fiction known as a PERSON, which is, in point of fact, the name of some CORPORATION. I would be most grateful if you would kindly confirm or deny my understanding in this respect.
Being a sovereign human being NOOO, not human being! living soul or life force soul , a living soul, and consequently (as I understand it) under Common Law jurisdiction (i.e. the law of the land, as opposed to Corporate Law, namely the law of the sea), I'm not entirely sure why I have received this paperwork, and I would be grateful for any clarification in this matter, because I have no wish to dishonour any valid and lawful obligation on my part.

Article 45 of the Magna Carta 1215 states: "We will appoint as justices, constables, sheriffs, or bailiffs only those who know the law of the realm and who wish to observe it well", and this cannot be repealed or voided in any way because it pre-dates all Parliaments, and furthermore the document itself says so in other Articles. And said document bears the Royal Seal. In consequence of this I assume you can clarify, in lay terms, the points I have raised.

According to Dunn & Bradstreet there is a registered company known as FELTHAM MAGISTRATES COURT. Since I am able to obtain a D&B Credit Report on said company, it seems reasonable to assume that it is actively trading. Please confirm that your good selves have no connection with said Trading Company, and that said paperwork was not an issuance from it.

"WITHOUT PREJUDICE" Means that whatever the text of the letter it should never under any circumstances, be considered as waiving all the rights I possess. In other words "All Rights Reseved" strickly.: "I reserve my right not to be compelled to perform under any contract or commercial agreement that I did not enter knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally. I do not accept the liability of the compelled benefit of any unrevealed contract or commercial agreement".

It is always a good idea to include this. But be careful. They may try to trip you up by asking what it means. If you say, for example "It means that I'm not prejudiced against anyone", they will know you don't really know what you are talking about.
I would add: "In care of: " prior to my address that the top of this letter. I would place the Postcode in square brackets and add the word "Near: " prefix to my Postcode, viz [Near: MY POSTCODE]. (And let them wonder why I had done that, if they did not already know)

However, if you had already established a Claim of Right similar to mine (see below), you could simply respond with your Claim Reference and say "I have the established right to ignore this paperwork. Yours faithfully ..."

Notice of Understanding and Intent and Claim of Right

The use of the English common adulterated anguage causes enjoinder. English is the last major laguage created apparently by lawyers as a language of commerce to control and enslave the masses. Therefore the Notice of 'Standing' and Intent .... need be made in Quantum language.

THIS PART IS VERY IMPORTANT. QUANTUM LANGUAGE I DONT UNDERSTAND. IT DOES ANYONE?

This is my version. It is lengthy because it needs to set the scene. I can only suggest you study it carefully but - if you do - I'm sure it will all become clear to you. The long explanation of a Statute is embodied within it, leading up to how I can claim a right to ignore all Statutes.

Fundamentally it is in two parts. I set out my understandings (they can be objected to, but provided they all remain within Common Law, objections fail), and then I set out my claims based on my understandings. Again my claims can be objected to. Within my claims I set my terms for peaceful co-existence with all others in my Country, including the police, but I do make provision for being able to shoot any foreign troops on sight should they attempt to police or govern me (even though, personally, I abhor firearms. However I see no other practical way). I also make provision for creating a court of justice to try 'people in high office' for treasonous acts against my Country. I consider all this to be my indisputable patriotic duty.

Other countries? Remove the bits about the Queen and ECA1972 if they do not apply. Change the "United Kingdom", "England", "British Constitution", POUNDS STERLING" etc appropriately. You can up or down the amounts of compensation you will accept to suit yourself. Nothing other than Common Law is quoted. You don't know your laws? No need to. Just go for it. They will tell you (by objections) what you can't claim.. If they don't do that, your claim stands.

'de facto' means 'of fact i.e. simply established, and nothing more', de facto courts apply Statutes i.e. the law-of-the-sea i.e. Admiralty Law.

The Sumerian King List is an ancient manuscript, originally recorded in the Sumerian language, listing kings of Sumer from Sumerian and foreign dynasties. It records the location of "official" kingship, along with the rulers and their supposed reign lengths. Kingship was believed to have been handed down by the gods, and could be transferred from one city to another, reflecting perceived hegemony in the region.

Akkadian was a civilization and historical region in southern Iraq (Mesopotamia). It was one of the earliest known civilizations in the world and is known as the Cradle of Civilization.

The Anunnaki (also transcribed as: Anunnaku, Ananaki and other variations) are a group of Sumerian, Akkadian and Babylonian deities. The name is variously written "^da-nuna", "^da-nuna-ke₄-ne", or "^da-nun-na", meaning something to the effect of 'those of royal blood' or 'princely offspring'.

The Anunnaki appear in the Babylonian creation myth, Enuma Elish. In the late version magnifying Marduk, after the creation of mankind, Marduk divides the Anunnaki and assigns them to their proper stations, three hundred in heaven, three hundred on the earth. In gratitude, the Anunnaki, the "Great Gods", built Esagila, the splendid: "They raised high the head of Esagila equaling Apsu. Having built a stage-tower as high as Apsu, they set up in it an abode for Marduk, Enlil, Ea." then they built their own shrines.

According to later Babylonian myth, the Anunnaki were the children of Anu and Ki, brother and sister gods, themselves the children of Anshar and Kishar (Skypivot and Earthpivot, the Celestial poles), who in turn were the children of Lahamu and Lahmu ("the muddy ones"), names given to the gatekeepers of the Abzu temple at Eridu, the site at which the creation was thought to have occurred. The head of the Anunnaki council was the Great Anu of Uruk and the other members were his offspring. His place was taken by Enlil, (En=lord, lil=wind,air), who at some time was thought to have separated heaven and earth.

An ongoing dispute between Enlil of Nippur and his half brother Enki of Eridu regarding the legitimacy of Enlil's assumption of leadership in addition to being the God of fresh water, he was also God of wisdom and magic, regarded by some as an alchemist Enki, (En=lord, Ki=Earth).

When the Igigi went on strike and refused to continue to work maintaining the universe, on the Shappatu (Hebrew: שבת, Eng: Shabbath) Enki created humankind to assume responsibility for the tasks the Gods no longer performed.

The cities of Sumer were the first to practice intensive, year-round agriculture (from ca. 5300 BC). However, such agriculture appeared independently in multiple civilizations close to the same time as Sumer. The surplus of storable food created by this economy allowed the population to settle in one place instead of migrating after crops and grazing land.

It also allowed for a much greater population density, and in turn required an extensive labor force and division of labor. This organization led to the development of writing (ca. 3500 BC). Where these beings from our sky’s? In the Anunnaki King's List they are sometimes depicted as humanoid.

Morgellons disease

Morgellons is a multi-symptom disease that is just now starting to be researched and understood. It has a number primary symptoms: pyhysical, Sponanteously Erupting Skin lesions, Sensation of crawling, biting on and under the skin, Appearance of blue, black or red fibers and granules beneath and/or extruding from the skin Fatigue

• Mental , Short-term memory loss Attention Deficit, Bipolar or Obsessive-Compulsive disorders Impaired thought processing (brain fog) Depression and feelings of isolation. It is frequently misdiagnosed as Delusional Parasitosis or an Obsessive Picking Disorder.

Who : Adults and Children are equally affected by the disease. Individuals in families can experience symptoms of the disease while other members are unaffected.

So it is not known, at this point, if the disease is contagious or inherited. Multiple members of a family can have symptoms.

More than 3,000 households have registered with the Morgellons Research Foundation. The Morgellons Research Foundation is the main conduit for information and networking between sufferers as well as medical professionals.

Where : Most cases in the United States are from specific geographic regions of California, Texas and Florida, though all 50 states have had reported cases. Oklahoma has reported numerous probable cases. It has been reported worldwide in places such as Europe, South Africa, Japan, The Philippines, Indonesia and Australia

When : The Morgellons Research Foundation began registering people with symptoms of the disease in 2002. The name "Morgellons Disease" is based on the description of a similar fiber producing condition, found in children by Sir Thomas Browne in 1674. Microscopic drawings, dating from 1682 by Dr. Michel Etmuller appear to be similar to the fibers from present-day sufferers.

There is no evidence giving preference to one season being a more likely time to contract the disease. There are patients who have claimed to have had the symptoms for as long as two decades. Most were diagnosed with Delusional Parasitosis and/or Obsessive Picking of the skin. Medical research started in earnest in 2005 at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa by Dr. Randy Wymore.

Why : There are doctors who believe it is related to an infectious agent, perhaps in the same family as that which causes Lyme Disease. There is no evidence to prove this theory at the present time. Enhanced abilities to understand and manipulate matter at the molecular and atomic levels
promise a wave of significant new technologies over the next five decades.

Dramatic breakthroughs will occur in diverse areas such as medicine, communications, computing,
energy, and robotics.

These changes will generate large amounts of wealth and force
wrenching changes in existing markets and institutions.

This paper discusses the range of sciences currently covered by nanotechnology. It begins
with a description of what nanotechnology is and how it relates to previous scientific
advances.

It then describes the most likely future development of different technologies in a
variety of fields.

The paper also reviews the government’s current nanotechnology policy
and makes some suggestions for improvement.

Physics — The construction of specific molecules is governed by the
physical forces between the individual atoms composing them.

Nanotechnology will involve the continued design of novel molecules for
specific purposes.

However, the laws of physics will continue to govern
which atoms will interact with each other and in what way. In addition,
researchers need to understand how quantum physics affects the behavior
of matter below a certain scale.

• Chemistry — The interaction of different molecules is governed by
chemical forces. Nanotechnology will involve the controlled interaction
of different molecules, often in solution. Understanding how different
materials interact with each other is a crucial part of designing new
nanomaterials to achieve a given purpose.

• Biology — A major focus of nanotechnology is the creation of small

ORB OF LIGHT

I was watching this orb of light for roughly 20mins or so, I then proceeded in capturing several pieces of footage of the orb still stationary, this piece of the footage was interesting, another light orb was seen to appear below . .

The Orb continued to just hang round, until a bus went across the bottom of the road, which distracted me for a moment in that moment the orb was gone, the camera did capture what I missed ..

I thought it was strange . .

Star connections

When we look at the past, we see that some of the earliest civilizations are not fully understood or credited for their influence they shared with us today.

Questions are raised as to whether our past generations were visited, influenced or maybe even modified in creation from visitors from other galaxies.

Although the civilizations of the past left clues, we are still trying to solve the puzzles, we have to look at the artifacts found on excavations to search out the earliest civilized cultures, by reading the past, understanding the teachings and religions, we can get an understanding as to what was believed or perceived.

Let us look at Mesopotamia, the earliest findings are thought to relate back to 6500 B.C. this would be the culture Al Ubaid, although the Al Ubaid culture is generally assigned to the time period 6500-3800 B.C. a prehistoric period of Mesopotamia.

The culture is of the earliest groups of people to establish urban living and agricultural techniques. The Ubaids developed farming techniques, constructed cities, and built some of the first temples. Although very little is known about who the Ubaidians were, we are not even sure what language they spoke as they left us no written record, however Archaeology brought some very interesting artifacts, from the Al Ubaid period. It was noted that the earliest wheel could be found here.

Who or what influenced these sculptures?

Strange to say the least.!

The "Ubaid" culture had a long duration and lasted until the beginning of the Uruk period, 4000BC. We see that artifacts and even colonies of the Uruk civilization, which have been found over a wide area of Mesopotamia, Sumer.

Sumer was also known as the 'Land of the Lords of Brightness', the term "Sumerian" applies to all speakers of the Sumerian language.

The Sumerian civilization spanned over 3000 years, from the land of Sumer, the birth place of writing, along with many other things.

Sumerians claimed that their civilization had been brought, fully formed, to the city of Eridu by their god Enki also known as EA, (Ptah in Egypt possibly Shiva and Vulcan), he came to Earth after Alula fled his planet Nibiru, after biting off Anu's penis in a wrestling match, transmitted Earth he had found what their planet needed, GOLD.

Enki and his pilot Anzu touched down in what is now known as Modern day Southern Iraq. Eridu was founded by the Sumerian deity Enki, who would later known by the Akkadians as Ea, and also in Babylon mythology.

The Anunnaki are a group of Sumerian, Akkadian, and Babylonian deity's.

The Anunnaki meaning 'those of royal blood or princely offspring", according to later Babylonian myth, the Anunnaki were the children of Anu and Ki, brother and sister gods, themselves the children of Anshar and Kishar (Sky Pivot and Earth Pivot, the Celestial poles), who in turn were the children of Lahamu and Lahmu ("the muddy ones"), names given to the gatekeepers of the Abzu temple at Eridu, the site at which the creation was thought to have occurred. Finally, Lahamu and Lahmu were the children of Tiamat and Abzu.

Influence of Enki cult spread throughout Mesopotamia to the Hittites and Hurrians, it was also known in Babylon and Akkadians, today we can still see and find the writing system which was acknowledged and installed into the population.

The name Enki, En=lord, Ki=Earth, . was the deity of crafts, water, as in sea water, and lake water, giver of intelligence and of creation.

Enlil was Enki's half brother their father was the Great Anu/An.

The name En=lord, lil=wind,air, considered to be the god of breath, wind, loft and breadth (height and distance). Enlil at some time was thought to have separated heaven and earth. Enlil also felt aggrieved his half brother should be made the Lord over EArth, he was set to be the commander of the sky yet felt he should be the Lord of the EArth.

The Igigi had been busy mining the planet Mars, although the atmosphere is thin and this made work a hard toil, they continue to extract precious metals from its surface and below. It was requested to fetch the Igigi to EArth to help mine the GOLD.

The Igigi went on strike and refused to continue to work, including the mining of gold from the Earth, the decision was then made by Enki, his half sister Ninki, and half brother Enlil to created humankind, " In their likeness ", the creation to assume responsibility for the tasks the lesser Gods the Igigi's no longer where going to perform.

Nippur was one of the most ancient of all the Sumerian cities. It was the special seat of the worship of the Sumerian god, Enlil, lord of the Air, ruler of the cosmos subject to An alone.

Marduk chose a spouse of EArth, Sarpanit was her name, marriage to EArthlings was was unheard of and so the word was sent to Anu informing him of the behavior on EArth. It was accepted that Marduk could marry his EArthling spouse, however he would have no place as a prince on Nibiru, so he was offered land to the North of Africa to set up home with his new wife.

Anu / An had visited EArth to celebrate a wedding, the Igigi had been mining on Mars, there had been 200 selected to attend the marriage of the EArthling and a God, a 3rd of them would stay on Mars to continue with the work of mining.

It was on the day of celebrations that the Igigis would hatch a plan, a plan the Igigi's would seek to steel women and take them as wives, kidnapping them. It was the Igigis whom decided that they had nothing but toil and no recreation they felt deprived.

The characters Enlil and Enki are depicted in many form, at other times they are bird-headed with wings, other times we see fish representations. We often know they are shown as Reptilian in appearance especially when depicted as warriors, even described as ‘giant’ people. Nephilims come to my mind.?

The Sumerians as we stated depicted some interesting images for us to puzzle over, tall beings, winged beings', 'reptiles’, 'fish' even 'Four faced beings ' ! Note also the object held by the seated man, this looks like the same object held by Ishtar / Inanna, or the Omega symbol.

Are these real portraits of 'beings' living here on Earth?

The Sumerian tablet reveals Enki, 'the creator of mankind', seated with his water urn. Note the two faces of Enki, also if he was to stand he would be quite a tall being.

Egyptians, also play reference to visitors from outer space? As previously stated that Enki was known as Ptah in Egypt so its no surprise we have contrasting information of Aliens in Egypt.

Strange shaped heads on the babies, and the Hats, why so large?
Are they hiding their large heads? Or are they just simply Aliens.
Or maybe simply a technique to deform the growth shape of the head?

Are these alien beings within the Egyptian Hieroglyphs?
We also know the Egyptians built their pyramids on the Orion belt star system. Do these findings tell us something? Hidden in plain site comes to mind.

In the Vedic literature of India, we see connections to UFO also known as Vimanas.

Another civilisation in west Africa area of Mali, are the Nommo, worshipped by the Dogons, represented as Fish like being, or is this his swim suit? also report the alien UFO phenomenon, interestingly the Dogon artifacts are kept away from public.

The Nommo are ancestral spirits (sometimes referred to as deities) they were said to live on land but dwelled mostly in the sea, were part fish, like merfolk (mermaids and mermen).

It was from the Nommos that the Dogon claimed their knowledge of the heavens. The Dogons oral traditions are said to be a race people from the 'Sirius' system called the Nommos, who visited Earth thousands of years ago.

They speak of the star Sirius and of a pair of invisible companions, one of them circles Sirius every fifty years, the legends declare, and is made of a metal that is the heaviest thing in the universe.

Dogons carve paint and even speak of Scaled fish beings, reptiles and other strange 'beings'. Other civilisations dotted around the world are sharing the same perception of these 'beings', coincidence ?

The Dogons are also believed to be of Egyptian descendants, their astronomical dates back thousands of years to 3200 BC.

The Nommos were depicted as ugly, amphibious beings that resembled mermen and mermaids, these 'beings' also appear in Babylonian, Akkadian, and Sumerian myths, the Egyptian Goddess Isis, who is sometimes depicted as a mermaid, is also linked with the star 'Sirius'.

The Baian-Kara-Ula mountains on the border that divides China and Tibet and gave us the Dropa Stones mystery.

The Dropa disks tell the story of a space probe from a distant planet that crash-landed in the Baian-Kara-Ula mountains of the Himalayas.

The occupants of the spacecraft - the Dropa - found refuge in the caves of the mountains.

The stones say how the Dropa were unable to repair their disabled spacecraft and could not return to their home planet, and so were stranded on Earth.

The Dropa Stone discs to this day still leaves us mystified as to whether the Dropa Tales are true.

The Mayans believed their predecessors came from the Pleiades. Legend tells of spaceships that came from the stars.

Mayans left a carving in rock for us to ponder, probably searching the sky for their return.

The Mayans left us information to suggest they had a considerable amount of knowledge regarding the Cosmos.

It is also according to ancient Mayan beliefs the Cosmos was made up by Nine Underworlds.

This fundamental idea was expressed very powerfully through their most important pyramids, the Pyramid of the Plumed Serpent in Chichen-Itza, the Pyramid of the Jaguar in Tikal and the Temple of the Inscriptions in Palenque, which were all built with Nine different stories.

Whilst excavating a staircase of the pyramid temple, a sealed passageway to the burial crypt and sarcophagus of King Pakl was discovered, fuelling a debate that they were in some way connected to Egypt.

The lid of the sarcophagus is the depiction of King Pakl.

The plaque seems to show a manned aircraft. How can that be ?

Mayan elders do not prophesy that everything will come to an end but rather, this is a time of transition from one World Age into another. The message they give concerns our making a choice of how we enter the future ahead.

Our moving through with either resistance or acceptance will determine whether the transition will happen with cataclysmic changes or gradual peace and tranquillity.

Again here to the Left we see the strange suited figure was found in Kiev dated around 4,000 BC.

Who and why would you wear such a suit ?

So it seems everywhere you look there is evidence of technology, human advancement, engineering wonders and knowledge of the cosmos. What happened to the technology they brought ?

Symbols and stories of strange beings from other planets, visiting us by means of 'fiery', 'flying', 'objects' and 'crafts', carvings and sculptures also depict these visit, surely every cornier of Earth can not convey the same messages, yet they do.

Keeping in mind that we have only scratched the surface as there are countries and stories left unspoken and lots more similar tales to add to this blog.

Why is so much of our past not understood? Is there something that is being kept from us?

The Past findings are contradicting our Past, Present and Future ! Can it be that our History is wrong ?

Strange to say the least, the ‘Star child skull’.

The Star Child skull had much debate on its origins until the analysis was recently completed.

Tests have been carried out on the DNA, produced some interesting information about the skull, one of the interests was that its mother was Earthly yet the Father is not known as Animal or Human.

What is happening to the sky?

After heavy chemtrailing from Aeroplanes the sun was left with a strange haze around it,

when the sun was blocked from view or obscured by the clouds the haze illuminated into an array of colour, kind of like an Oil spillage.
