Essential Qualification: Ex-Servicemen JCO (Subedar or higher rank) OR equivalent rank in other Para-military forces with minimum of 10 years’ experience in security. However, number of years of experience shall be 05 years in case of Short Service Commissioned Officers and incumbents holding the position of Assistant Commandant in CRPF / BSF / ITBP etc. carrying the pay scale of Rs. 8000-13500 (prerevised).

In the case of Inspector from Para Military Forces, the number of years of experience required shall be 10 years

Desirable qualification: Knowledge in Hindi and Tamil Knowledge on safety in workplace

Job requirement: The Officer will be responsible for: - (a) Supervising all the aspects of security and safety measures for safety of the properties of CSIR-CLRI campus.

(b) Responsible for proper maintenance of all records relating to movement of men and material, proper deployment of security personnel in all shifts, handling of visitors, working of security cameras, enforcement of security rules, regulations and procedures, etc. The officer should be available for duty round the clock (24x7) and attend in person to any security related emergency.

(c) To conduct investigation into the serious cases such as theft, pilferage, accident, sabotage or subversive activities etc. Hence the candidate should be conversant with Security Rules/ Regulations and procedures to deal with local authority of law & order as and when required. Knowledge of local language will be an added advantage.

(d) Overall monitoring of Security arrangements during the visit of VIPs (d) The Officer should be well conversant in firefighting arrangement to combat fire in emergency.

(e) Any other duty as may be assigned by the authority from time to time.

Mode of Selection: (i) Candidates applying for these posts possessing the existing essential qualifications & age will be invited for a physical and personality assessment test which will be qualifying in nature.

(ii) Those who qualify in the physical and personality assessment test will be invited for a written test. (iii) The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the competitive written examination.

The Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion is the nodal Authority for the Formulation and Implementation of Intellectual property Rights Policy. The DIPP recognizes the importance of Intellectual Property in the day to days' global business environment.

The Department formulates and implements a comprehensive Intellectual Property Rights policy covering Patents, Designs, Trade Marks and Geographical Indications (GI) of Goods. Apart from this the Department works towards creating awareness regarding IPRs by working closely with organizations such as the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

CGPDTM intends to recruit 459 Examiners Patents and Designs

Pay Scale : Rs.15,600-39,100 (PB-3) + Rs.5,400/- (grade pay) + T.A + HRA etc. as admissible under the Government of India rules. This is General Central Services (Group A Gazetted).

The online examination (Preliminary and Main) for the next Common Recruitment Process for selection of personnel for Clerical cadre Posts in the Participating Organisations listed below is tentatively scheduled in December 2015 & January 2016.

Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Participating Organisations listed at (A) as a Clerk or in a similar post in that cadre, is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CWE Clerks -V). The examination will be two tier i.e. the online examination will be held in two phases,preliminary and main. Candidates who will qualify in preliminary examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Main examination and shortlisted candidates in the main examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organisations and co-ordinated by the Nodal Banks. Depending on the vacancies to be filled in during the financial year 2016-17 based on the business needs of the Participating Organisations and as reported to IBP, candidates shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Organisations keeping in view the spirit of Govt. a. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subject.

b. Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)/School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) of respective subject for the post applied, conducted by Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani.

Note- The candidates those who are having/passed HTET till the date of interview after advertisement will be allowed for interview on the basis of acquiring HTET (Test) till the date of interview.
