Statt Nudelwasser eine ausreichende Menge Rindssuppe zum Kochen bringen. Spaghetti und Mangold zusammen kochen. Zubereitung 

Den Sellerie putzen, in kleine Stücke schneiden und so lange in etwas Salzwasser kochen, bis sie weich sind. Abgießen, mit einer Gabel zerdrücken und mit dem kalten Reis und den Eiern mischen. 2 Scheiben Rostbraten
½ EL  Butter
2 Zwiebeln
250 g Pastinaken
25 ml Schlagobers
25 ml Milch 
etwas Öl, Mehl, Rinderbrühe, Pfeffer, Salz, Muskatnuss

Zubereitung:

Rostbraten leicht anklopfen. Die Hautränder alle 2 cm einschneiden, damit sich das Fleisch beim braten nicht wellt. Auf beiden Seiten salzen und pfeffern und leicht in Mehl eintauchen.
