I get very furious about this ad showing in one of my past article. I could not find anywhere an option to remove it. It 's like a Smart Buddy video and to think I hate Smart so much with the service I am getting from Smart Broadband. This is really crazy.

A Painful Sister Feud

I feel so tired and I don't have much sleep these past few days. I have a feud with my sister two weeks ago and I did not have peace of mind since then. She was staying with me because she's studying here in Manila until this recent argument.

The root of that fight is a very small thing... all about her laundry where she did not mind being in our washroom for weeks. I did not have much sleep and have not eaten that time so when she ignored me, I attempted to hit her but she pulled my hair right away and of course this is my home, I'm giving her allowance, so I could not take the fact that she would hurt me in my own home so I let her go. This sister of mine is so hard headed, she pawned her phone and went away.

I am hurting inside until now. I am not perfect but I do care for my siblings. I miss her and worry too much about her situation but when she came back to get some of her things I just cant help but to throw hurting words to her.

Until now I don't know what to do.. My mind would tell me she is old enough to take care of herself but I always think of bad things that might happen to her which is why I could not sleep. I am in the agony of choosing between my pride and my sister.

I love my siblings but sometimes I just can't control myself. I just wanted to teach them a lesson but they took it against me. I am a very strong person... I never really care losing my boyfriends that much but it affects me too much when it has already something to do with my family. Maybe because of our family upbringing, my sisters never learned to respect me as their eldest sister even if I've been supporting them. I never felt being appreciated by them even once. They think that helping them is my obligation.

Just imagine, instead of doing what I am telling her to do, she chose to leave me. I am beginning to question if there is something wrong with me but except for some tantrums I can't help... I am sure I've done my best to be loved by them. It really hurts.

Ebay Scam, Help!!

Dress is a fad these days and since I like following the fad, I bought lots of dresses for myself. I just want to feel like a lady at times. It's even more expensive than jeans that has better fabric and more comfortable to wear but I still like buying it.I tried searching it on eBay and found some for a dollar only from China. Ofcourse, my business minded character automatically come out. I selected a lot of them for .99 cents thinking that the shipping would be like 3000 pesos or 20 dollars and I'll earn a lot just selling each for 300 pesos... I was so excited about it. It's really cheaper to buy in China. Now, I got the invoice from the seller and she's not allowing combined shipping 20 dollars per 100 grams or per dress according to her. My goodness it's way higher than the dress from Rustans and my current dresses were only bought from Divisoria and Baclaran so I inform her to cancel my bids.. I'd rather have a trip to China than purchase those dresses with that shipping cost. Well, this seller might have not understand what I want to happen or just playing dumb and still keep on reminding me about it. Her English is also terrible that I can't comprehend what she meant but I will never pursue buying those items.

Just imagine, they are posting items at a very low price and you will be shocked with the shipping cost. Buyers will be afraid to back out because that will ruin their 100% feedback. I am afraid as well because at times I am selling items in eBay but I can't just tolerate this kind of scam over eBay. Sooner or later, many people will avoid eBay if this people will continue selling there.

Rice Crisis

I just check my blog today and noticed that the last time I posted an article was still in February. Oh wow, I remember clearly when I first created my blog the excitement I felt and all that. I even purchased a domain name and hosting service. I got frustrated with my supposed to be website that I was not able to figure out and completely forgotten about my blog as well. Besides, that time I also had this client in oDesk that gave me 14 hours of work.. so how could I manage to have a blog with that work time. Right now, I'm devastated because my client suddenly give me only 4 hours of work since his business is not doing good. So, back to my blog and I'm planning to focus on this first but I have this fear that Im not gonna survive. I could live with no viand since almost all items are getting expensive but even rice price went up to think that we live in an agricultural country and I love rice. People in the market are falling in line to get NFA rice which is cheaper that other rice type and I am not fond of falling in line. :)

Now that I don't have a fulltime job.. I am really in a dilemma. It's price is already high now and according to what I read, it will go up more in July-September. Many traders are trying to manipulate rice prices and some would say it's just the government's tactic to divert people's attention from ZTE scandal... Whatever the reason is, it is us who suffer....

I am 25 years old... My mom would always rant, I don't have the right direction. WTF, in our province, if your age almost go beyond the calendar days, they would consider you as a spinster.. I looked for the definition of spinster in the Wikipedia for your reference..

Indeed very insulting... I just answer them back that I am just intelligent enough and I do not want to end up in misery. I have not find yet the right person or whatever answer I could think of but it hurts.. Is it my fault if my hubby and I think that we need to check each other first if we are really meant for each other.. if he or I am already the right one.. But how would we know if they are already the right one??? Huh.... these questions might help though...

Easy Lose Weight

Losing weight is not really that hard. I just want to discuss this in my blog to serve as a reminder for myself as well because I think I've already taken my weight for granted when I checked my reflection in the mirror earlier. Well, it is the price of working at home and eating a lot while working. I provided here the basic easy steps to maintain a healthy lifestyle. As long as we'll follow this steps, we will not end up being in the agony of being overweight.

Build the Foundation

Many people begin a weight loss program with their basal metabolic rate (BMR), which is the amount of energy (calories) your body uses in a resting state, in the gutter. The key then is to increase your BMR so that you are burning more calories throughout the day, every day. Increase the amount of calories you burn, increase the amount of fat you lose. Makes sense, yes? The best way to increase your BMR is through adding muscle tissue. Females often shudder at the idea of adding muscle due to their fear of becoming “bulky.” Relax babe! It’s a little harder to add that kind of muscle mass than you think. Besides, a little muscle mass goes a long way toward achieving a leaner body. And this is what you want, right?

Specificity of Program

Not just any exercise program will do for weight loss. Simply burning calories is not good enough. The program must be designed to elicit specific hormonal responses that are conducive to weight loss. I’ll give you a hint…hours and hours of cardio is NOT the answer!

Consistency

This one pretty much speaks for itself. Have you ever achieved anything great with an inconsistent effort? Unless you consider failure a great achievement, you probably haven’t. Instead, practice moderation and don’t overindulge. Also, phase certain unhealthy foods out of your diet while introducing healthier foods. The transition will be easier to make and a lot easier to maintain.

I read something from a tabloid earlier that if you wanted to be blessed, you need to have some plants. It is Chinese Newyear so I was thinking that might be the reason why I feel so unlucky these past few days. Though I love plants, our landlady will not permit us to have plants here. That is the price of living in the city, space is so limited.

Anyways, for those who have enough space and could have some plants, please try planting something. According to that Fengshui expert, these plants will actually pray for you to be blessed so that there's always someone to take care of them. Even if you will plant veggies, it's fine at least if you don't have the budget, you could just pick something from your garden.

If you don't want to be confuse among your plants, you can put a gardenmarker on all your plants because you do not want to poison yourselves right.. :)... I just remember this thread in a forum about plants that could poison people to drive away intruders.

Gardens come in different varieties like the plants you find in them. There are several gardening tips that can be used for all type of gardens.

1.Mulching protects your garden topsoil from being blown away. It also provides nutrients as it decomposes and improves the appearance of your gardens. Mulching has other benefits and is one of the most recommended gardening tips by gardeners and farmers alike.

2.Healthy plants are more disease resistant. Plants are like people, a person with a strong immune system can combat diseases. A healthy plant does the same.

3. Pests can be eradicated by cleaning the plant with a watery solution of soap. Just make sure to rinse after. This gardening tip is best heeded for fruit bearing trees or edible plants.

Basically, you were directed to this site because of that keywords. Why is it that we love to watch obscene materials. Worst, we like it more if the subject is a Filipina. Don't we think it is also a shame on our end if we could really see some Pinays doing the odd thing. Why don't we just do our own thing instead of watching other people doing it. A Blogger's Confession

This is already my third change of my url. Oh, I know, it has nothing to do with the url.. it's my attitude. I have been very lazy these past few days. I have been checking my pagerank and it's always 0 or even N/A. It is very disappointing. I know, nobody would be interested in reading my blog because it is a nonsense boring site.. I just got very excited at first when I looked into my adsense earnings. It was only $.25 cents though but then it is still a dollar.. Many Filipinos are working abroad inspite of being far from their families to earn this dollar thingy. So, I let my ever supporting hubby click on my advertisement links to earn more. And it went up to $5. Until, I checked some other blogs and they have funny blogs and they really have the talent, unlike me, nothing but a trying hard writer. Duh.. What the heck. Nway, my first intention of setting up this blog is to open up my feelings so be it. I will write something here if I want to, if I am depressed, if I am happy and of course if I have enough energy and not to write just for the sake of earning dollars through my adsense earnings.

Last week, due to my dollars craze, I updated this blog almost everyday but because I was already so tired from work, I could not write anything nice. I even copied some details from other sites which is plagiarism.. No worries, I already deleted that particular post because my hubby said so. Hence, I changed my url to my name jhen143 and I will post only something I love to do.. I will still write some reviews if I have the assignment because I know it will help me in my future jobhunting. I just resigned from my job by the way and I will focus in my homebased
venture but not with this blog...

Since I have been writing about how lucky I am with my hubby. I would like to inform you that I am devoted with him as well. I made a music video with the moviemaker software I downloaded. I just want to share with you the video I tried to make for 5 hours and just realised recently that I could have easily made it more beautiful with other site for 5 minutes.. Technology really sucks.. and I am so stupid trying to learn something and not learning at all..:)

I was offered by a certain company to work for them fulltime.. a homebased job actually. I have already experienced the job they are offering me, making outbound calls to people in the United States selling something and I could say I have performed well in that particular job. Right now I am handling incoming calls from customers, somewhat related but then I do not have to worry about reaching the sales qouta. The offer is tempting but then I need to reach a certain sales qouta for me to be paid with the basic salary and my internet costs. I am in the bridge of resigning from my job which is ofcourse I am sure that I will get paid every month and the convenience of working at home having more time with my love ones..

I could not think of anything to write in my blog so I decided to check some of my friends in friendster. There, you can add as many applications as you want to enhance your account. I am actually contented in browsing my friends' account than enhancing mine because I'm too lazy with that stuff. A certain song caught my attention though. I might have been too busy with my own life and I am not anymore updated with the latest craze... I was once a discjockey in one of the FM stations in our province and shame on me, I do not know Jordin Sparks at all. I just searched her over the internet when I heard her song Tattoo... Well, the hardest thing of working graveyard is that I could not anymore watch the news, Game ka na ba, Patayin sa Sindak si Barbara and all that stuff... so basically I am not aware about American Idol winner Jordin Sparks. So excited with my plan to work at home because I am sure I will be updated of everything.

Jordin Sparks made my heart melt not because of the lyrics since I am very happy with my hubby now. I envy her for having such an awesome voice at her young age. I have attended voice lessons and been a fan of videoke bar just to at least sound like Mariah Carey without success.:)

I am currently in an internet cafe. Oh, well, I am addicted with my blog and even if my computer is in great disaster, I still try to log in to my account to tell you what happened. Why I am into great distress this time because I could not use my computer. Out of my curiousity, I went into my control panel and change something in my keyboard settings even though I don't have any knowledge about the technicalities of computers... if you know what I mean. Everything is fine then until I turned off my computer. The moment I turned it back on, I could not type anything in my keyboard and the fact that I have a password in my wallpaper, I am unable to log in to my computer to change whatever I've done to it. Someone told me to remove the battery for 30 minutes to disable the password but it is still the same, I even made it five hours afterwards. At first, I check the CPU myself to reset something in my computer but I seem could not make it right until I just gave up. By the way, it is still on warranty so I was not really worried but the seller told me that I might have void the warranty because I did something on the jumpers.. So I decided to visit internet cafes again before I get really mad and dump my computer. Really, curiousity could sometimes kill a cat. I am not a cat so it's just sometimes... because most of the time it helps me to become a better person.. For human beings, curiousity is one core for survival :)

Getting an Insurance???

Though I realized that my sleep is fine, I am considering of getting an insurance for myself just in case. This is really funny because I remember my hubby with this topic.. He's a fireman by the way so they have lots of insurance offered by the government. I always make fun of that fact but lately I am considering of getting one for myself because my company is not giving us that benefit considering our shift and our work needs that.

The question now is from which insurance company will I purchase and what type of insurance is suited for me. It is my off from work today and I would really like to take time to sleep but my body clock is not allowing me though. I am already used to my schedule wherein I only sleep like 4-5 hours a day. I can actually manage to work long and have that sleep and still be active but the I still believe that we need to have enough sleep to keep going. I reasearched something o how to get a good sleep and checked what's wrong with me why I could not sleep even during my off from work...

Do you like to have a weekend lie-in or a nightcap before going to bed? These habits could actually be harming your sleep.

Relax your mind---- 'Ouch, how can I relax if I have some bills to pay' might as well forget about it.... I mean my bills

Simple breathing exercises can help. Breathe, using your abdomen not your chest, through your nose for three seconds, then breathe out for three seconds. Pause for three seconds before breathing in again. Practise this for ten minutes at night (five minutes is better than nothing).
Some people find that lavender oil, valerian or other herbs help them to sleep.
If you still have problems, you could try massage, aromatherapy, or even acupuncture.
If you still find yourself tossing and turning, abandon the bedroom and find something enjoyable and absorbing to do. Jigsaws are perfect. Don't go back to bed until you begin to feel sleepy.

Exercise regularly---'Naah... that might be the reason because I am really lazy when it comes to that'

Regular exercise is a great way to improve your sleep. Just be careful not to do it close to bed time as exercise produces stimulants that stop the brain from relaxing quickly.

Watch what you eat

Eating a large heavy meal too close to bedtime will interfere with your sleep.
Spicy or fatty foods may cause heartburn, which leads to difficulty in falling asleep and discomfort throughout the night.
Foods containing tyramine (bacon, cheese, ham, aubergines, pepperoni, raspberries avocado, nuts, soy sauce, red wine) might keep you awake at night. Tyramine causes the release of norepinephrine, a brain stimulant.
If you get the munchies close to bedtime, eat something that triggers the hormone serotonin, which makes you sleepy. Carbohydrates such as bread or cereal will do the trick.

Set a regular bedtime and wake up time-----'Well, I see so 4 hours of sleep is actually fine'

Create a habit of going to bed and waking up at the same time each day, even on weekends. This helps anchor your body clock to these times. Resisting the urge for a lie-in can pay dividends in alertness.
If you feel you haven't slept well, resist the urge to sleep in longer than normal; getting up on schedule keeps your body in its normal wake-up routine.
Remember, even after only four hours, the brain has gained many of the important benefits of sleep.

Most of us have a natural dip in alertness between 2 - 4pm.
A 15 minute nap when you're tired can be a very effective way of staying alert throughout the day. Avoid napping for longer than 20 minutes, after which you will enter deep sleep and feel even worse when you wake up.

In an attempt to gain traffic for my blog, I have sign up into various groups here. The funny thing is when I have forgotten my password for a very important site which actually entails my bread and butter online. You see, I am currently working at home and all I need to do is to log in to my account and perform my job. I am really annoyed right now because I am unable to log in to my account these past few days to perform my real job because I have like mixed up of all my online passwords. Unlike when you are in a normal workplace wherein your IT support are just there to reset your log in, on my current homebased job, I actually need to email our IT support numerous times and until now, it has not been resolved yet... Lesson learned, at least create a list of your passwords.:)

We Filipinos are really ningas kugon or masipag at first, then wala na...Or maybe ako lang, I want to change this attiude talaga kasi it might be the reason why I am not reaching even 1/4 of my ultimate goal which is to become a multi-millionaire... Hehehe... Hmmn, why not give it a try.. Who knows, this would be a dream come true for me to just work at home and enjoy life without the bundyclock giving you too much stress..... Writing is my real passion, it's just that with all my wants in life, new cellphone, new appliaces food and all types of luho sa katawan... I was not able to practice it because as we all know regular writers here in the Philippines do not really earn that much. Arghh... I am still in my money making venture here in the internet.. I was trying to install PPP tools in this blog, followed the instructions given by Pay Per Post but seems could not make it. I am really dumb in computers but I just love it when I am expirementing into something. I handled PayPal accounts before in one of the call centers here in the Philippines and I have checked PayPal accounts of some Filipinos. I was surprised to know that these paid links are actually true.. I thought they are just some kind of spams that would . When I resigned from my job, I decided to create this blog to take advantage of the earning opportunities that I could get from the internet. Well, my blog is still struggling right now and I am sure other bloggers started the same thing. I am just holding on to the fact that some bloggers and website owners don't have to work now because as I have checked almost every day, they receive funds in their account and take note it is in US dollars... What I did is I noted those engines and actually signed up from them.. Some did not approve my site since this is relatively new but some gave me a chance so you might as well try these engines especially if you have passion for writing.

A successful business comes with a well-planned marketing strategy. Marketing is already used by an individual in his daily life though some may not be aware about it. Just mere grooming of oneself to create an impression is already a form of marketing. Therefore it will not be so hard for someone to employ marketing in his business. Business failures sometimes occur because of poor marketing. The first big step in creating a marketing plan is of course to learn the basics in marketing. However, what really is marketing? Marketing is more than just generating sales. It’s the series of activities done to make sales. Marketing is to get the awareness of the target customers about someone’s product, to encourage them to buy and to let them patronize the product. There are only two fundamental steps in marketing your product.

First and foremost, you have to determine your target market. Target market is the people you want to reach. A businessman has to consider the target market's demographic, geographic and psychographic characteristics. Demographic characteristic pertains to the age, education, income, sex and the like of the target market while geographic is the location where you can find them and psychographic is all about the lifestyle characteristics of the target market such as hobbies and interests. This would help you identify who would benefit from your product, what type of promotional tool would suit them and where you can actually find them.

For new products, there is a theory that there are diverse groups of people wherein each has different risk tolerances. The innovators who are only 5% to 10% adopt your products first because they enjoy trying new things and tend to be venturesome. The early adopters who are the next 10-15% of the population are the careful choosers of new products. They are viewed as the people to check with by people in the remaining adopter categories. Early majority, the next 30% are those people adopting new products just before the average person. They deliberate and are cautious in trying new products. The late majority comes next, is the next 30% and includes skeptics who adopt new products when they feel it is necessary. Lastly, the laggards are the remaining 20% who are the last adopters because they do not trust new products, and when they finally adopt the innovation, it may have been replaced by a new product.
