Continuate a  mescolare altri 4/5 minuti,&amp;nbsp;aggiungete il burro e infine il lievito.&lt;br /&gt;Ora versate nello stampo per savarin riempiendo a metà ogni formina.&lt;br /&gt;Infornate per&amp;nbsp;25 minuti a 180°&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fate scaldare 2 cucchiai di acqua con 5 cucchiai di zucchero, a fuoco basso portate ad ebollizione e lasciate sobbollire per altri 2 min. Fate un buco al centro e versateci l&#39;uovo leggermente sbattuto e l&#39;estratto di vaniglia. Amalgamate bene fino ad ottenere una palla liscia e senza grumi. Copritela con della pellicola e fate riposare in frigo circa mezz&#39;ora.&lt;br /&gt;Infarinate la superficie dove andrete a lavorare l&#39;impasto.&lt;br /&gt;Standetelo con un matterello lasciando uno spessore di 5mm. Con il tagliabiscotti della forma di cupcake tagliate quanti più biscotti potete. Con la pasta avanzata lavoratela di nuovo, stendetela e tagliate ancora col tagliabiscotti finché la pasta non sarà finita.&lt;br /&gt;Mettete i biscotti su una teglia e infornate per 12/15 min. Vi racconto la sua storia....&lt;br /&gt;Avevo nella credenza, ormai da circa &amp;nbsp;un mese, un uovo di Pasqua, unico superstite di una numerosa famiglia,&amp;nbsp;che mi guardava ogni&amp;nbsp;giorno tristemente, ancora lì, inutile e inutilizzato. Io aprivo lo sportello e lui appartato in un angolino mi guardava dicendomi &quot; sono ancora quì, che vuoi farne di me? non lasciarmi&amp;nbsp;solo, tra un pò farà caldo e sai che non&amp;nbsp;potrò sopportarlo!&quot;.
