Went to Johor Bharu & Singapore from last Saturday till Tuesday.

Bought a new perfume from Guardian:

Enchanteur Paris - Adore

The price is super consumer friendly! It only costs me RM22.90 (50ml).

~~I can use it as much as possible without feeling heartbroken! Teehee~~~

It has 3 smells & obviously, the purple's attracted me because the scent is not too strong.

I can't stand those strong smell that will make people headache.

Lite sweet is the best words I can use to describe the smell of it.

I was kinda surprised when I found out that it is made in Malaysia. (Oops, sorry)

Usually, Malaysian products with good quality can cost more than import goods but this is the ~~only~~ exception, ~~I guess~~.

I am so proud of our country~ *waving Jalur Gemilang*

All Red In 2012 CNY

This year is the first time I have so much red stuff for Chinese New Year.

Why? No reason. I just into red colour lately.

I was surprised that I actually have this much of red things. Before this, I was kind of anti-red-stuff.

Red reminds me of those CNY tong-tong-chiang stuff. Very traditional & too eye catching I thought.

So, I'll do my CNY shopping before the end of December for every past years so that I wouldn't have to buy red colour clothes. ( Usually after Christmas, those clothes meant for CNY are red in colour.)

This year, I have:

1. Red purse from Seed

2. Red trousers from Mango

Bought this in Singapore. Love shopping in Singapore. =D

3. Red checks skirt from Padini Authentics

Bought this because of the checks. Lately, old school is back into fashion again. So I thought I should at least get one piece of old school style clothing and yes, I did. *wink*

4. Red hot shorts from Padini Authentics

This shorts is love at first sight.

That time only left size 2 as the smallest size. (I usually wear size 0 = no size. Xp) But I insist to buy it.

Sent to tailor to resize it. Now it can fits perfectly. Hooray!

Not only those red stuff are not-so-me, I also bought hot bright pink & orange trousers from Brands Outlet. I'm into vivid these days, or should I say I'm getting more and more childish? =S

Started to pack for Penang CNY trip. Asam Laksa, wait for me~ I'm going to eat you soon!

Apps for photographers:

1. Angel Camera

You can choose different types of lighting, effect and scene for each photo you take.

It also has auto focus, self timer and action snap.

2. Pudding Camera

Having this app is like having 7 different cameras + 8 types of films.

You can choose the combinations according to your preference. =)

3. Retro Camera

Vintage lovers will love this!

It contains 6 different types of cameras with different vintage effects.

4. Camera Effects

There is not much functions on the camera itself.

What makes it cool is you can edit your photos right after the moment you snapped it.

There is 17 effects and 7 borders to choose from.

5. FX Camera

It has toy cam, polandroid, fisheye, symmetricam and warhol effects.

You might not know what am I crapping but you'll know it after you downloaded and play with it. *wink*

6. MagicHour

It is quite similar to Camera Effects but they have different effects and MagicHour does not have borders.

In this app, effects are called filters. This app has 39 filters (if I counted correctly).

7. Camera360

This is the one I love the most!

It has 15 types of main effects & in each main effects, there are sub-effects too!

I would say, it is way smarter than digital camera!

1. Meitu Xiu Xiu

So far, this is the best photo editor app for Android among those I've found.

( Note: it is a Chinese app, people who doesn't know Chinese should reconsider before downloading)

2. Color Touch

This app will decolourise your photo at first, then you colour those parts that you want them to be in coloured.

Just like how you colour you drawings in kindergarten. XD

3. Fat Booth

This is one of the most fun apps you can play with your friends by making them grow fatter.

The effect is so real.

Better than iPhone's. I am not sure if Apple has improved it.

4. Face Effects

Another fun app to play with your friends.

It has alien eyes, bald, monkey-alike & more effects!

5. Labelbox

Apply labels onto your photos. =)

6. PhotoGrid

You don't have to place your photos into the grid by yourself.

All you have to do is just shake your device then it will be arranged.

Of course, you can do it manually too, if you want to.

Apps for organizers:

1. Pesoguin Clock

I would say this app is more suitable for childish people like me.

The penguin is really cute! Reminds me of someone. Xp

2. Talking Alarm Clock

Although the graphic looks childish but it is not. Don't judge a book by its cover. =P

This app is very cool. You can type in a sentence then when it's time, the ~~clock~~ phone will read out you typed and alarm will start ringing after it.

3. Pink Diary

This is meant for childish girls. Xp

You can write a text diary, audio diary, video diary, album diary or paint diary in this app.

Besides, there are functions like making plans, note, managing bill, counting B.M.I and more.

You can put in password for private security purpose.

4. GMemory

This is where you can put captions for your photos and secure them with password.

Christmas Pressie

Happy belated Christmas, people!

Celebrated my Christmas in Singapore. Nothing much happened, so not gonna make a post for it.

Just a simple yet short update. Exam coming in 3 more days. Need to prepare for it. This will be the last update before my exam ends.

These are my Christmas presents from daddy and mummy for this year.

Presents from daddy (on demand):

Dad went to Taiwan, so I made a list of things I want. Never expect daddy to buy EVERYTHING from the list & bought so much! (Daddy bought at least 2 for each item!)

1. SexyLook Mask Sheets

There are actually 6 boxes. I don't think I need that much so gave mum 2 boxes.

I like the design of mask sheets by SexyLook. It covers the whole face including lower chin or under chin (or whatever it is called) (see diagram no.3 from picture below).

2. My Beauty Diaries Rose & White Peony Sleep Concentrate.

This is one of the product in Tea Time Series, which I called 'The Sinful Series'.

Try have a look at the wrappings & outlooks of the products, they are so tempting!

The sinful outlooks will make girls like me wanting to buy them without consideration.

However, it's not just having an attractive outlook, I love the smell too. Now, I can't sleep without applying the gel onto my face.

The gel has some cooling effect when applied onto skin. The colour of it is also lovable. =)

3. My Beauty Diaries Peach Soda Eye & Lip Makeup Remover

Also from Tea Time Series. Love the dual colour liquid. So far, I haven't seen any other brands having the combination of these 2 colours. The only common one is blue + transparent.

4.My Beauty Diaries Vanilla Souffle Face Scrub

Without mentioning I guess the outlook is convincing enough to tell it is also another Tea Time Series product. This is the 2nd favourite item of mine among the presents.

It looks exactly like Starbucks Frappucino Whipped Cream when you press the liquid out from the nozzle.

Face scrubbing was never been so fun!

The only weakness of it is the smell of it is not so desirable. It doesn't smell as sweet as how it looks like.

Present for mummy:

It's on the top of favourite items. It is so perfect that I do not know what critic should I give.

The smell, 100% pass

Outlook of both the bottle & box, 100% pass

Even the colour of perfume also 100% pass!

Plus, it has a ribbon on it!

New Shoes

Went Sunway Pyramid for shoes shopping. Love shopping in Sunway Pyramid cause I always can find whatever stuff I like or fancy of. =)

Bought 2 pairs of shoes for CNY. Both from Treats.

1. Oxford Shoes

This is my very first pair of Oxford shoes. Always wanted to get a pair for myself and FINALLY!

This pair is love at the first sight and till now haven't regret.

It has been more than 24 hours since I bought it. Hope I won't change my mind before CNY. Xp

It's so soft that it satisfied my not-so-easy-to-please foot. =D

Looking at it makes me want to wear it NOW! *trying to be patient*

*hypnotizing myself : you don't want to wear old shoes during CNY, don't you?*

2. Wedges

Second pair in my life. The first one was abandoned by me. It wasn't my fault! The shoes makes my leg so tired after walking in it and my foot don't like it.

Usually I'll wear heels but these days I wear flats, sneakers and sport shoes more often. (hint: sign of getting older.)

I prefer to wear something comfortable than nice. (again, sign of getting older. *sob*)

So, I've decided to buy ~~(at least)~~ a pair of wedges so that I can shop the whole day without pains.

This is another love at the first sight. Haha.

The wedge is made of hemp so it's much lighter. Which means, legs will not feel tired after shopping! yay!

Red hot purse

Bought new purse for CNY. Red, matching the theme of Chinese New Year. (It wasn't the main reason of buying it, though)

I bought it from Seed. 70% discount if I'm not mistaken.

The quality is good. Worth spending.

(Everything I bought I'll think it's worth but doesn't necessary mean I'll surely use it. LOL)

Look at it, it shines! How can you resist it?

If you can, please please tell me how, so that the next time I see something like this I'll stop myself from spending without having my mind.

Lasting, No?

I understand that most girls can't resist the temptation of buying accessories (~~or is it only me? >.<~~)

Some girls (me, for example) bought the accessories but never use it after bought and you are not planning to give it anyway because you THINK you MIGHT need it some day in the future. So, the conclusion is,

KEEP IT!

However...

Sometimes, after some time (assuming the 'some' is quite long), you realise that your accessories are no longer in good condition. Not only those never-been-used, those commonly-used will also have such problems. The colours might faded or they lost their sprinkling shinny shines. XD

Here's a way to make your accessories last longer than it would actually be. As you know, nowadays inflation rate getting higher & higher, we should save more to spend for other clothes, other types of accessories, shoes, bla bla bla. (misleading)

Okay, back to topic.

Why am I always find it hard to concentrate on particular topic?

All you need is, ~~no,you don't need a clock,~~

any accessories with colours / shiny surface and transparent nail polish.

Just coat a layer or two on the surface then ta-da, done!

Thought #1.

Currently is in extremely serious shopping spree mode. Tests & assignments stopped me from doing so.

Year End Sale has started since last week but I've not going out for shopping YET! ZOMG!

I have never been to shop for ages (excluding online shopping).

I guess I need more exercises other than sitting on my chair for my tests and assignments.

Exercise plan: shopping on heels on to burn more fats. Yes, this plan is SO gonna work!

Thought #2.

While online window shopping, I saw this long singlet is sold for RM16+. I was like @.@. I bought it for RM20 a year ago. Whatever is done cannot be undone. Sigh. (p.s: this top is really comfortable. consider buying it of you see it and it costs < RM20.)

I've get myself a Starbucks card, the X'mas edition's. It's with Eunice, though. She helped me to buy because I got no time to go out! Thanks Eunice. <3

How to remove makeup

It's very important to remove makeup. Makeup can clog your pore and lead to tons of problems to your face.

Many people has misunderstood that makeup remover is meant for makeups ONLY. If you do have the habbit of applying sunblock (which you should), especially water resistance/ sweat resistance type, you need to remove it by using makeup remover too. (If you only put on sunblock, you can skip step 1)

Step 1: Remove eyes and lips makeup.

Use eyes & lips makeup remover and apply it onto cotton pads.

Put the cotton pads onto the areas with makeups.

For eyes, leave the cotton pads for 3mins;

for lips, 1-2mins before wiping the makeup off.

step 2: Remove base.

Use a makeup remover cream if you applied thick makeup. If your makeup is not thick, use gel type.

I personally do not recommend makeup remover oil as it is hard to wash off & might clog your pores too.

Apply the remover as shown in the pic.

Start massaging your skin in circular form following the orders.

1. Forehead

2. Nose

3. Chin

4, Cheek

5. Beside your nose.

Step 3: wash off makeup remover with luke warm water.

Step 4: wash your face again with facial cleanser.

Step 5: dry your face with clean cloth or tissue paper or pad it until it dries off.

Next time, I'll share the right ways to apply sunblock if I do have time.

New Zealand Part X - WaI-O-Tapu

Still x habis-habis with my New Zealand posts. LOL.

p.s. this is the second last post already so be patient okay? XD

This is the day where my family left Rotorua. Heading south to Taupo.

Before that, we made a visit to Wai-O-Tapu. Was so excited the night before. Can hardly sleep.

The Lady Knox Geyser.

Eruption will be @ 9am or 9.30am everyday.

Remember to check the time if you're going there. Don't miss it.

The man threw some chemical similar to soap into the hole to make a non-natural eruption.

It will still erupt without the help of chemical. Just that no one knows when it is.

And, don't worry about polluting the water in the gyser. The chemical is environmental friendly (according to the man).

It takes quite some time for the chemical reaction to work.

The water coming out slowly from the geyser.

From nothing to something and something to a big thing. =P

You don't have to worry not having enough time to take pictures because the eruption last very long.

About 15 mins, I guess.

Note: you might get wet if standing too near to the geyser if the wind blows.

It is near to the geyser. The main centre is different location from the geyser and mud pool. You have to buy ticket from the main centre for Lady Knox Geyser but the Mud Pool is f.o.c.

New Zealand Part VII - Having fun in Rotorua

Went to tourist information centre to enquire about tourist attractions in Rotorua.

Tourist info centre in NZ are big and comfortable.

I remember seeing this type of flower in USA when I was a kid.

Moving on to Government Garden. It's only walking distance from the tourist info centre.

The flag has disney castle feel. =)

It's the museum. I love the design of the building.

Dad drove us to Skyline. This is a place worth going.

New Zealand Part VI - Step by step, fall for Rotorua

Continue from previous NZ post,

After found bed sheet heater, forget about having some rest. Stepped out from hotel, on our way to discover the lovely Rotorua.

In Rotorua, you can see smoke coming out from the ground.

There's a joke to share

In the car, bro saw smoke coming out from the drain along the roadside. Asked dad what's that.

Dad answered: " It's the smoke from kitchen. In overseas, when people cook, the smoke comes out from drain."

We nodded.

Until we reach the park, only we realised that it's smoke of thermal from the ground! LOL

I love the park. It looks exactly like what's in the movie. So real yet feel so not real.

The park has different colours of flowers. I love to see 'alive' flower. I dislike seeing them being made into bouquet .

There's also a lake. And can you see the fence? Those thermal spots are being fenced up.

Next destination, Rotorua Lake

It's only 5pm + but the sky started to turns dark. I realise only Malaysia gets dark @ around 6pm-7pm.

According to mum, those dark spots are floating garbage.

I think you deserve the truth. They are ducks. XD

Black swan! First time in my life seeing black swan. I was so excited!

I still remember I was standing there, shouting: " Look, there's black swan, it's black swan!"

Then those angmo look at me as if I come from jungle. Haha

When the sky changed into black clothes, that means....IT'S TIME FOR DINNER!

Went to buy Fish N Chip and some fries.

While waiting for the food, there's another lady waiting for hers too. She was sitting right next to me. Suddenly, she held out her hand offered for a hand shake and said hello to me. I got a shock. I stunned for 3 secs ( I think) only reply her.

Okay la, I admit I do look like people staying in jungle a lil la. But it's not my fault! I didn't born in a country with much courtesy.

Last destination, supermarket.

Yams. Cute right? *excited*

Shiny onions. It's not that I never see onion before but the onions are so shiny.

Dog food. This explain why dogs in NZ are fatter & bigger in size, in short, cute and nice to hug!

Log. Reminds me of X'Mas. Jingle bell, jingle bell...

Dairy products. Milk in NZ is yummy!

The supermarket is very clean. So comfortable.

Went back hotel, indulged in red wine we bought from supermarket.

And, yes, it's the end of my first day in Rotorua.

While typing this post, those memories come back to me.

Feel like going to NZ again so much!

My dear NZ, wait for me. Someday, I'll back there again!

New Zealand Part V - Paradise Valley Spring

Heading to south.

Nice view along the way to Rotorua.

Before reaching Rotorua, went to Paradise Valley Spring.

Lions, the main purpose of visiting this place.

There's lion feeding @ 2.30pm everyday.

The lions are active. First time seeing active lions. Usually they're lying like a dead ~~person~~ lion. XD

Look at the butt. *pointing* LOL

Other than lions, there's other animals and green environment.

He's either photogenic or vain. The moment I took out my camera, he walked to me and stood in front of me. LOL

(He looks like a 'he' so I assumed it's a he. XD)

There's actually some deers at the top of the hill but couldn't really be seen.

I like this pig so so much! It's so FAT! Look at the tummy, almost reaching the ground.

New Zealand Part IV - Waiheke Island

Morning,

8.30am

Walked to Habour and left Auckland city.

9.00am

Aboard.

Buh bye, Auckland city, See you later!

Met this awesomely, extremely yet perfectly cute doggie! He's such a good boy. Aww, I miss him. I was playing with him on the way to Waiheke. haha

Reached!

Took bus to our first stop. Onetangi. (Note: it is pronounce as oh-ne-tangi)

The design of bumper is so special. Waiheke people are artistic. XD

The time when I went New Zealand, it's already end of Winter so flowers started to blossom. A very nice view.

Bro: Why the flower looks so weird?

Me: Because the weather is so cold so it has to wrap itself up.

Bro: *stare at me and gimme =.= look*

Me: *laughing non stop*

The bus driver brought us to this cafe cause we told him we're hungry. haha. The doogie belongs to the shop owner. C-U-T-E!

I like the environment of the cafe.

Not only that, the waitress is so so so friendly!And I can tell that she loves her job very much. She has a big smile on her face, which we are unable to see in Malaysia. Some waiters even give you the you-owe-me-money look. Sigh.

New Zealand Part III - When night meets Harbour

Waking up at around 8pm. My family decided to go spend our night walking around in the city but pictures only took at Harbour. Forgot to take pictures while walking.

Harbour is so quiet at night, like a sleeping baby.

View of Harbour is different from day time. No more crowds & cars. Lights are on. It's peacefully quiet. The only sound you can hear is crickets singing at night party. XD

To be honest, I'm feel lazy again. So I'll let the pictures do the saying. Not much thing to say though.

New Zealand Part II - Day Time Auckland

Just a short post. I'm lazy. Sorry. XD

I guess NZ post might have 5-6 posts. haha

After visiting SkyCity (previous post), we walked around the city. It's a small city. You can go everywhere by walking. And because it's still winter, we didn't perspire at all for walking here and there. How cool if Malaysia's weather is like this.

The public toilet is so so so clean! Washrooms in NZ are clean. Yesterday when I went to MidValley Mall, the moment I went into the loo, I got a shocked. I was like, ewww, so dirty!

I love the colourful zebra crossing so much! <3

Rain started to fall from the sky when we were on our way back to hotel. Stopped by a mini market, bought ice-creams and a bottle of milk.

It is then followed by a tight sleep. That time was only 4 or 5 pm NZ time.

New Zealand Part I - SkyCity

A post before I did mentioned I'm going for vacation but I didn't named the place. I went to New Zealand. A trip to remember for life. If you really have the chance, go visit New Zealand. It worth everything that you are going to spend on- time, money and lots more.

New Zealander are extremely nice and friendly, especially those staying in town. Everyone who passed by will greet and give you a warm smile. So far, I never been to any country that the people are as nice as New Zealander.

However, it's a long journey on plane if you were to travel from Malaysia. It took about 11 hours to reach there (flying Malaysia Airline). The time zone is 4 hours earlier than Malaysia.

This is where I stayed in Auckland city. Not really satisfied with the room if were to compared to other places that I stayed in New Zealand.

Spotted a church nearby hotel. I like the building. It's so old school. =)

The first tourist attraction my family visited is the SkyCity. If I'm not mistaken, it's the highest building in New Zealand. In New Zealand, there's not many tall buildings.

It's similar to KL Tower where you get to go up there and able to see the whole city view.

Outside SkyCity. Those flags are hung for Rugby World Cup.

This creature is scary. From Lord of The Ring. Btw, there was a moment where I thought it was Dolby from Harry Potter. (the name is Dolby right? sorry, gold fish memory nowadays.)

Gorilla. When I was a kid, I don't know how to differentiate gorilla and gozilla. In name wise. By seeing, I know what are differences, obviously. I wasn't THAT stupid la. =.=

Went up to the viewing area of the tower.

Challenged ourselves at there. Take picture at the transparent floor ( Me & my family are phobia with height ) except for mum. She got no guts. Now I can laugh at her. Wakaka.

It is as strong as the concrete floors you are standing on"

Personally, I do not think 38mm is thick enough! It's freaky 38mm ONLY!

The view of city from SkyCity is nice. *like* LOL, fb addict.

That's all for today. I am very tired now. Already used to New Zealand's time. So from the day I'm back to Malaysia till now, every 8pm I'll started to feel sleepy. ZzZzz

This post is so outdated! This event was held in June. Sorry, I was really busy with assignments.

I love the design of the theater so much! Never knew our country has something as great as this before. Oops. =P

The seats are damn comfortable! Those in cinema is really nothing after you sat on these chairs.

This musical show is really amazing! Rated 10 stars for it. =)
It also reminds me of those childhood memories I used to had. (I've watched The Sound of Music DVD since I was a kid and I loved it so much!)

This statement is so true! Agree!

Guys are actually nicer to share problems with. They are good listener. At least those I share my problems with are.

Guys don't get emotional easily compared to girls. You can joke on them. They're cool with it. =)

When they dislike you, they wouldn't even look at you! They don't fake this out. I like this characteristic of them.

They eat whatever ~~rubbish~~ food even if it's not tasty. So, as girls, we can 'push' those food to them. Haha. They will def comment something or tease you, but they will still eat the food (unless he's full or he doesn't eat other people's food=weirdo).

Guys don't care if you are wearing a purple colour shirt matching with a pair of green shorts. They don't comment or take notice on this stuff. Just throw on whatever you feel comfortable with when you're hanging out with them. ( but of course, wearing a proper clothes is needed. They don't care doesn't mean you don't have to respect them and the more you respect them, they'll respect you in double.)

For some unknown reason, guys around always remind me to take care & drink more water. They may look rough but they do have tenderness in them too!

I don't know about you, but there are times when I don't feel like chatting with a girl's friend then the guy's will be my choice at that moment. I just feel very comfortable sharing things with them as they can keep secret quite well.

It's good to have some close guy friends. =) Do you have 1? =)
