Alyssa Bustamante, who strangled 9-year-old neighbor, Elizabeth Olten to death, when she was 15-years of age, has been sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole for the murder. In an internet post on a social networking site, Bustamante disturbingly referred to murder as "pretty enjoyable" and "ahmazing."

Her words indicate she has serious mental problems and is a danger to society. She needs extensive treatment. It is going to take a miracle to change her. During sentencing this week, 18-year-old Bustamante stated, "If I could give my life to bring her back, I would. I just want to say I'm sorry for what happened. I'm so sorry." Let's hope her words were sincere.

Thieving pop tart, Madonna, did a repeat of her attention seeking shenanigans at the MTV Music Awards years ago, where she used young performers Britney Spears and singer Christina Aguilera to create controversy and publicity. This time the thoughtless witch used young female rappers Nicki Minaj and M.I.A., who are also in Kabbalah, to do her dirty work and at the Super Bowl of all places, in a planned publicity stunt.

Minaj vulgarly performed at the show, wearing no underwear, according to Media Take Out, which the camera caught. M.I.A. flipped the bird at the audience via flashing her middle finger at the camera in a profane gesture. These two publicity stunts occurred during respectable viewing hours, while kids watched, causing an uproar and a flood of complaints from viewers and family organizations. The incident is being investigated by the FCC.

Nothing about the trio's performance at the Super Bowl was real. The song constitutes criminal copyright infringement, as does the performance, which is a rip off of a preexisting music video and product campaign. Something tells me the entire spectacle is going to come back to haunt all involved for a long time to come.

This means unemployment is 10%, not 8.3%, as the White House is claiming this week.

Record 1.2 Million People Fall Out Of Labor Force In One Month, Labor Force Participation Rate Tumbles To Fresh 30 Year Low

02/03/2012 08:51 -0500 - A month ago, we joked when we said that for Obama to get the unemployment rate to negative by election time, all he has to do is to crush the labor force participation rate to about 55%. Looks like the good folks at the BLS heard us: it appears that the people not in the labor force exploded by an unprecedented record 1.2 million.

No, that's not a typo: 1.2 million people dropped out of the labor force in one month! So as the labor force increased from 153.9 million to 154.4 million, the non institutional population increased by 242.3 million meaning, those not in the labor force surged from 86.7 million to 87.9 million. Which means that the civilian labor force tumbled to a fresh 30 year low of 63.7% as the BLS is seriously planning on eliminating nearly half of the available labor pool from the unemployment calculation. As for the quality of jobs, as withholding taxes roll over Year over year, it can only mean that the US is replacing high paying FIRE jobs with low paying construction and manufacturing. So much for the improvement.

Friday, February 3, 2012 - The White House hyped the news Friday that January payrolls had risen by 243,000. The hitch is the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) also dropped 1.2 million from the calculated workforce. Somehow this net loss of a million workers in a single month was transformed into an improvement in the unemployment rate. As the old saying goes, figures don’t lie, but liars can figure.

“Job growth was widespread,” the BLS reported, but most Americans sense that something isn’t quite right with the numbers. The most important change was the deep decline in the workforce. While the overall population jumped an 1.6 million in January, the workforce declined a record-setting 1.2 million. This figure represents those who out of sheer frustration or for other reasons have dropped out of what the government defines as the active labor pool. They are worse than simply unemployed; they are both jobless and hopeless.

Judge Sheldon Schwartz, who presides at the Miami Dade Justice Center, located at 15555 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami, Florida, is possibly one of the worst, rudest judges in the United States, screaming at litigants at the top of his lungs, without provocation. The ill-mannered, crude, loud and verbally abusive judge is also incompetent.

He's becoming known in Miami legal circles for this inappropriate, toxic behavior from the bench that is disgracing the judiciary. The Judicial Cannons expressly forbids such conduct. Lawyers and litigants have so many negative things to say about this appalling judge that something needs to be done to remove him. He is going to cause a legal catastrophe with his misconduct.

He does not read case files properly, opting to thumb through them in the presence of litigants during hearings, while loudly barking at taxpayers about things he previously perused, but now can't find in the files. He is the definition of unprepared and ungracious. Senility is cruel and so is he.

So cruel he evicted a disabled family of sick people at Christmas, some elderly, when the national press had announced a moratorium on evictions and foreclosures for the 2011 holiday season, which was featured in newspapers and television news reports across the nation. It's hard to fathom a judge not reading newspapers or watching the news, but Schwartz gets off on being mean and evil and thus disregarded it.

He was very vile to the family of disabled people in court, barking at them like a big bully, repeatedly refusing them the opportunity to speak in court. He placed such vague, incomplete and scribbled rulings in the court file, that it allowed the slumlord, mortgage fraud committing plaintiff to violate what was said in court, much to the confusion of the disabled family, who had paid significant equity into the property and was blindsided by the maneuver.

This misconduct greatly inconvenienced and embarrassed the sheriff's office and court clerks, who later scrambled to ascertain the correct date, so as not to further violate the family's rights in enforcing a wrongly issued eviction order earlier than what was previously stated in court. The slumlord wanted the place as soon as possible to paint over dangerous levels of mold and do a patch job on the leaking roof, terrible plumbing and bad electrical, to hide the city code violations from the local government.

However, Schwartz was away on Christmas vacation and could have cared less regarding what his corruption and cruelty had caused the disabled family, whose Christmas eve and Christmas day dinner was cancelled, due to his actions. This was done in tandem with a slumlord plaintiff, backed up and executed by the dubious law firm of Pensky & Kim (Jason Pensky and Philip Kim). Privacy is a precious commodity and right not to be suspended on the whim of select, lawbreaking government officials, who claim they have ivy league university degrees, but can't think for themselves, so they resort to illegally reading the emails and computer contents of others that are trying to improve the public's health, lives and well being through science and medicine.

Uh oh! Former "Transformers" actress, Megan Fox, has been unceremoniously dropped from the movie poster for the forthcoming film "Friends With Kids." Oh, that's cold. It's a low budget movie too, which makes the snub all the worse. Fox has been plugging the film in interviews for months and this is the thanks she gets.

Clearly studios think Fox is a film jinx, due to getting fired from "Transformers" and her subsequent films "Jennifer's Body" "Jonah Hex" and "Passion Play" flopping like like Dumbo's ears. While I do not watch the show "Saturday Night Live" I did see the clip online of NSYNC singer Justin Timberlake, 30, dissing pop star, Justin Bieber, 17. He made fun of Bieber describing him as, "Put a wig on a chipmunk and train it to act like a black man." Ouch!

It is being reported Bieber will host "Saturday Night Live" shortly and perform music. Will the Bieber slam Timberlake in return for his terrible portrayal of him on the show last year. Will he mock the nasal Timberlake using his own music. That remains to be seen.

The FBI raided the home of Judy Sanchez in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, by discreetly and quietly chain sawing off her front door. Then, they proceeded to hold Sanchez and her daughter at gunpoint for a terrifying 30 minutes. You would think after using taxpayer money to go to all that trouble in staging a raid, the FBI would at least make sure it was the right property. Well, never one to be bothered with such pesky details, they did not and it was the wrong apartment.

That could not have been me. I would have been in there reading them the riot act, regarding how I am going to write on the internet about them, their mamas, wives, kids, dog and pet goldfish for the raid and call for a boycott. Sanchez is not amused, however. She is angry and stating the agency's apology is not enough. Haha the FBI is gonna get sued. Maybe now thy will learn to use GPS and stop winging things.

Kabbalah folks sure love stalking people. It is being stated, Moore stalked Efron to a party and tried to have sex with him, but it did not happen. Furthermore, when a man or woman dates a younger person, it does not mean the individual is sincere, as some are social climbers, while others seek career and money favors.

It is sad that Moore views her self-worth solely in relation to how she looks, rather than who she is as a human being. She should spend more time working on what's inside her heart and mind, rather than obsessing over the frustrating, futile quest she is on to be 21, when she is almost 50. She's had that time in her life already. By all means, do one's best to look great at any age, but one should not let that vanity consume one to the point it becomes self-destructive and depressing. Aging is the nature of life.

Looks like my words last year regarding the Obama Administration are become prophetic. In the July 26, 2011 article "Senator Demands FBI Investigate Rupert Murdoch For Hacking Rival & Stealing Their Copyrights" I wrote regarding the Obama Administration, "None of you deserve to be in office, as you failed the people across the board, due to bribery and campaign donations. In 2012, you deserve to lose by a landslide, because you knew of the crimes and abuses and looked the other way."

This week Gallup announced a new poll, which revealed President Barack Obama is firmly in position to lose the 2012 election by a landslide. Gallup predicts "huge losses" for Obama. However, Obama is in denial, continuing to allow his administration to run amok, while his head is completely buried in the proverbial sand.

President Obama and his contingent in Washington are operating under the misguided belief, millions of voters did not witness the sheer corruption and treachery emanating from him, his employees and appointees, in unlawful misdeeds he rubberstamped. This corruption could not have been worth you presidency and legacy. The ironic aspect of it is by the time you wake up to the reality of what you have done, it will be too late to save yourself or your presidency.

Gallup Numbers Predict Huge Obama Loss

February 1, 2012 9:51am 2337 Comments - Gallup released their annual state-by-state presidential approval numbers yesterday, and the results should have 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue very worried. If President Obama carries only those states where he had a net positive approval rating in 2011 (e.g. Michigan where he is up 48 percent to 44 percent), Obama would lose the 2012 election to the Republican nominee 323 electoral votes to 215.

Gallup adds: Overall, Obama averaged 44% job approval in his third year in office, down from 47% in his second year. His approval rating declined from 2010 to 2011 in most states, with Wyoming, Connecticut, and Maine showing a marginal increase, and Massachusetts, Wisconsin, Minnesota, New Jersey, Arizona, West Virginia, Michigan, and Georgia showing declines of less than a full percentage point. The greatest declines were in Hawaii, South Dakota, Nebraska, and New Mexico.

Don Cornelius, the producer and host of the long running music program "Soul Train" died today of an apparent suicide at his Sherman Oaks home in Los Angeles, California. One of his sons discovered Cornelius with a gunshot wound to the head and he was pronounced dead at the hospital. He was 75-years-old.

Cornelius had sustained a stroke and was struggling with an unnamed brain condition. These medical issues can trigger dementia, which leaves sufferers unsettlingly confused, scared and at times, unsure of who they are, to the point of tears. Sadly, others suffering from brain injuries have committed suicide as well, under the cloud of confusion the condition sometimes brings and it is regrettable.

Drug Overdose Suspected

Leslie Carter, the 25-year-old singer and sister of Backstreet Boys star, Nick Carter, was found dead today in New York. Carter released music and also became a reality star, after appearing on the family's show "House Of Carter." Toxicology tests are being performed to ascertain the cause of death.

TMZ is stating Carter had battled an addiction to prescription pills, which the site is blaming as the culprit, after she was left alone for an hour, then found unconscious. She leaves behind a husband and 10-month-old daughter.

Cowell Axes His Friends From Failing U.S. Version Of His "X-Factor" Show

At the beginning of last year, talent show judge Simon Cowell, was cocky after he left "American Idol." He stated his new show on Fox entitled "X-Factor" would surpass the ratings of "American Idol" which was also experiencing a dip in viewership. The show debuted last year and consistently pulled half the ratings of "American Idol" leaving Cowell red-faced at his previous, proud proclamations.

To save his own skin, he has fired the entire cast, save for L.A. Reid. Talent judges Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger, along with host Steve Jones, have been kicked off the show. These people were allegedly Cowell's friends and he fired them. That says it all.

Side Bar: This past Saturday, while I was at a mall in Miami, not really frequented by wealthy people, Simon Cowell's multimillionaire partner from the British version of "X-Factor" began nervously walking towards me, biting the nail of his index finger. When he began looking in my face, I glared at him for doing so, because I thought I recognized his face as that of an adversary in the phone hacking/hacking/copyright case, which I broke first via police complaint in 2005.

When I did that Walsh quickly walked up the escalator with his male friend with them staring at me. They could have picked any time to be at that mall. Of all the times to be at that mall and to be walking right up towards me and staring in my face, knowing what he's done, is out of order. That's called stalking. I'm friendly to people that approach me, but frankly, I don't want anything to do with the people from the phone hacking and copyright infringement case, as they are unbalanced. They have done some terrible things behind the scenes to innocent people.

Walsh has ties to Sony Music, whose artist, Chris Brown twice tried to approach me, much to my annoyance. Walsh also has ties to Cheryl Cole, who he launched to stardom and managed in Girls Aloud. Cole is also a Simon Cowell affiliate that hosted "X-Factor" about a year ago. Cole like Cowell, committed criminal copyright infringement in stealing the song "Fight For This Love" from my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog, among other items.
