FBI employees have repeatedly been caught red-handed taking bribes to derail cases, engaging in criminal obstruction of justice in favor of criminals, against innocent victims of crime (FBI Agent Arrested For Accepting A $200,000 Bribe To Derail A Criminal Case The FBI Was Supposed To Be Investigating). The Judiciary Report has covered this subject repeatedly in the past, as the site was made aware by an international source that disgraced and publicly slammed outgoing FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, took a massive bribe in this case.

After the aforementioned story was published to the Judiciary Report, another story broke in the mainstream news regarding one of Mueller's FBI agents taking a bribe in a connected case - the Anthony Pellicano Hollywood wiretap, hacking and racketeering trial, of the mobster Hollywood stars used to attack and terrorize their perceived rivals in illegal acts that violated the Constitution and U.S. Code.

Now another case has surfaced of an FBI agent taking bribes. Mobster turned FBI informant Mani Chulpayev, a man who was convicted of kidnapping, extortion, arson, racketeering and running a stolen car ring but walked free thanks to the FBI, helped to murder local Atlanta, Georgia rapper, Lil Phat
Lil Phat's brazen murder was an outrageous killing that occurred outside of a hospital of all places, endangering others, while the rapper went to visit his pregnant fiancée, who was giving birth. He was gunned down at the hospital.

The FBI looked the other way to the crime many publicly accused Chulpayev of committing. Mani Chulpayev's FBI handler, FBI Agent Dante Jackson, took big bribes from him to cover up the Lil Phat murder case, which is inexcusable.

Chulpayev bribed FBI Agent Jackson with cash and lavish gifts such as watches, luxury cars, VIP nightclub packages and hotel rooms. Chulpayev continues to engage in criminal felonies, while being protected by the FBI. In acts of further corruption, the FBI threatened an ABC News reporter at WSB TV for daring to do a lawful, constitutional investigative report on Chulpayev. ABC News unmasked the corruption and were immediately called by the FBI, who again sought to protect lawbreaking Chulpayev. Local police in Atlanta stated their hands are tied and he can't be arrested.

How ironic, that's the same thing the Miami Shores Police told me about the Aisha v. FBI case regarding Madonna's criminal activity, stating the FBI has assumed "jurisdiction in the case" and their hands are tied...while the FBI drags its feet, after FBI Director Robert S. Mueller took a bribe from Madonna to derail justice in the case and continue with her criminal behavior, according to one of my unimpeachable international sources who is well respected.

This marks another case of the FBI aiding and abetting criminals. The current criminal trial in Boston, Massachusetts of mobster James "Whitey" Bulger revealed a number of FBI agents took bribes from the criminal and looked other way as he killed people.

Congress has failed to clean up the corruption at the FBI in matters that are discrediting the government to the nation and the world. Just know it's bad when a mainstream news network like ABC is now covering rampant cases of FBI bribery. But you can't say the Judiciary Report didn't warn you, as the site has been writing about FBI bribery for 5-years in articles that are time stamped and copyrighted regularly for authenticity and to prove date of authorship.

The Judiciary Report stated in yesterday and shall state it again today, the U.S. Congress is going to have to quietly bring in retired members of the military, such as generals with integrity, to discretely investigate and clean up the corruption taking place at the FBI, an agency committing more crimes than it solves.

17-year-old Chicago rapper, Chief Keef, has been arrested again. Police in Chicago, Illinois have him under tight surveillance and have arrested him for everything from gun possession to heroin distribution to speeding. Keef even repeatedly pointed a gun at police while running from them on one occasion.

Therefore, police in Illinois have him off for said illegal conduct, which resulted in house arrest, as he is a minor. His latest arrest came hours after he pled guilty to speeding. Young Money rapper Drake stated this week he seeks to have a sit down with rival, R&B singer Chris Brown, regarding their ex-girlfriend Rihanna and the serious legal dispute she initiated at the now defunct night club W.i.P. in New York. Both men are facing the loss of millions in an ongoing civil case related to a bottle brawl at W.i.P last year.

Drake told GQ, in an item quoted on MTV News, the channel once famous for playing these little things known as music videos, "I wish we could sit down, just like you and me are right now, and talk it out man-to-man. But that's not going to happen. I'm not confrontational but if someone challenges, I'm not going to back down. If I think about it too much, I feel it wrapping around my foot, like I get a feeling it could end really badly ... like, it gets really dark."

Drake did not mention Rihanna in the interview, a woman he recently criticized for her bad behavior, but his focus is on making peace with Brown, who has moved on from her as well.

Scared his next album will be another sales disappointment, rapper Jay-Z has signed a deal with Samsung, who will buy and distribute for free, 1 million copies of his forthcoming CD. Many are criticizing the move as a sales scheme on Jay-Z's end.

Previously, Jay-Z was slammed for a massive sales scandal that discredited well known music industry company Soundscan (Jay-Z turned it into Soundscam). Jay-Z, a one time drug dealer who still brags about said misbehavior in a manner not helpful to impressionable people, rather than denouncing it, bribed retailers to scan the same copy of his CD through the register repeatedly to register higher sales.

It gave him undeserved and unearned number one records on Billboard, also discrediting and tainting their charts, while robbing others of their rightful position and accolades. From day one Jay-Z entered the music industry with drug money, using it to fund his record company Rockafella and engage in illegal payola to guarantee him airplay, which counts towards number one singles on the music charts.

Jay-Z, who has been faced with a string of business failures, has a career that is all smoke and mirrors, to create the illusion of success. It's one thing to take payment for advertising tweets on Twitter, as many have done so as a legitimate business. However, things have gone so far regarding Jay-Z that he pays people to tweet compliments about him, his appearance, daughter, wife and career. That's just sad.

Samsung to Give Away 1 Million Copies of Jay-Z’s New Album

Witnesses and paparazzi spoke of the incident to the press, stating the couple were having lunch and began arguing.

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller offended many via his congressional testimony last week. When asked about the progress of the FBI investigation into the IRS targeting Christians, conservatives and journalists/bloggers, he basically responded: what investigation. Mueller stated he isn't aware of any investigation, which infuriated the public.

As stated in the column prior to Mueller's congressional hearing last week, the FBI and White House ordered the IRS to target the aforementioned people purely for political reasons, as such they aren't going to investigate themselves. They aren't going to tell on themselves. This is classic FBI criminal negligence, obstruction of justice and stonewalling.

Don't be surprised to hear that documents regarding the matter have been destroyed by the FBI, DOJ and NSA. This is being done in a number of cases, due to the scandals piling up. A time is coming where the U.S. congress will have to quietly commission retired, decorated generals from the military to discretely investigate cases the FBI is covering up, questioning employees and witnesses to reconstruct incriminating files that have been unlawfully destroyed to hide the truth.

After all, it has already been revealed, Eric Holder, the head of the DOJ, the FBI's parent agency, destroyed unlawful NSA files revealing the agency illegally spying on innocent Americans in violation of the Constitution and U.S. Code.

FBI Director has No Clue about IRS Investigation

Fri, 06/14/2013 - 2:50pm - During a House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing yesterday, FBI Director Robert Mueller faced some tough questioning from Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) on the agency’s investigation into the IRS’s targeting of Tea Party and conservative groups.

Mueller initially deflected Jordan’s questions, noting that the matter was under investigation. Undeterred, Jordan pressed him on several aspects of how the FBI is handling the case. Jordan asked for the name of the lead investigator and how many agents the FBI has looking into the IRS. Mueller frequent refrain was "I do not know."

"This is the most important case in the country for the past six weeks and you don’t know who the most important person is, leading the case?" asked Jordan. "Not off the top of my head," Mueller responded. Jordan asked if investigators had talked to anyone involved with the Tea Party and conservative groups, the victims of the IRS’s targeting. "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" reality star, Kim Kardashian, 32 and her boyfriend, rapper Kanye West, 35, welcomed a baby girl today in Los Angeles. Kardashian had a difficult labor, as photo agency X17 reports, it was induced a month early due to a reported "infection." X17 is also stating the baby is in an incubator.

The couple have had a rough pregnancy, with West missing much of it, when they began arguing. West fled to Paris, France, to avoid the unpleasantness and publicity surrounding Kardashian's pregnancy. Women in their twenties and thirties often have no trouble conceiving. However, Kardashian had difficulty conceiving, as she stated her doctor informed her she had the eggs of a 50-year-old woman.

The couple's year was complicated by the fact Kardashian committed adultery with West while married to NBA basketball player, Kris Humphries. The two went through a bitter and costly divorce, after a marriage Kardashian created for publicity, duping Humphries.

As her pregnancy moved forward, West abandoned her for months, spending time with his reported lover, fashion designer, Ricardo Tisci. West was also reportedly involved with singer and colleague, Frank Ocean. It is rumored some of Ocean's songs are about West (hell hath no fury like a queen scorned).

As the Judiciary Report stated days ago on June 12, 2013, one cannot expect to be believed making such allegations without proof. Yes, things could have happened, but with no text messages, emails, direct messages, hotel receipts or incriminating pictures, people will be skeptical. Ironically, the day after the site made the claim Ghobadi snapped asking was she to obtain proof while having sex with him. Too much information.

Considering how promiscuous both Kardashian and West are it is downright ironic they are having a girl. Two people who take sex so lightly, hurting others they've used for sex and publicity then dumped, will now be responsible for keeping their female offspring from being subjected to the same heartbreaking behavior from the opposite sex. Parents tend to protect their daughter's virginity more than their sons, when in God's sight, male or female, it is important.

West and Kardashian, much like certain other pop culture stars, have set a bad example in the public eye, regarding conduct that has encouraged impressionable kids and adults into thinking to be famous one must be sexually indiscriminate publicity seekers. That life comes at a high price and one filled with hurt.

They are both miserable and unhappy, saddled with other significant problems known to people in the industry, due to said lifestyle. Here's hoping they become good parents and warn their child against following the same promiscuous path they did, which has caused them and others a significant amount of heartbreak.

A Sickly And Displaced Looking Mueller Makes Appearance In Congress

An angry American public has been tearing FBI Director Robert S. Mueller to shreds online over his poor performance in the U.S. Congress, when questioned about the current IRS and NSA scandals dominating news headlines. Some members of Congress threw softball questions at Mueller.

However, others ripped him a new one in what constituted some of the most explosive exchanges between the disgraced director and the legislature. Mueller is being mocked and derided all over the internet.

Mueller came across as incompetent, inept, confused and bumbling during the hearing. For instance, he claimed he did not know a number of pertinent facts on various issues he is supposed to be abreast of as head of the FBI. One of his most derided claims was due to Mueller stating he did not know what "BOLO" meant. In law enforcement circles "BOLO" stands for "Be on the lookout."

Mueller also told Congress he does not know who is investigating the IRS scandal, regarding the International Revenue Service targeting and harassing conservatives, Christians and journalists. However, a number of press reports over the past few weeks have indicated, based on information from Congress, the FBI is supposed to be investigating the matter.

A few members of Congress also brought up the Boston Marathon terrorist attack, regarding the FBI ignoring a credible tip directly from the Russian government, warning that now deceased bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev is a terrorist plotting jihad (he went on to commit the atrocity against innocent citizens of Boston).

It was revealed the FBI did no proper investigative work into the matter, because if they had done so, they would have discovered Tsarnaev's mosque was founded by a convicted terrorist, who is currently in prison on terrorism charges. The head of the FBI simply stated, "We visited the mosque."

Regarding NSA spying, which the FBI is apart of, Mueller stated any activities engaged in regarding national security is permissible, which is an outright lie, as illegal surveillance, among other things, is a violation of the Constitution. If the program was legal and in line with the Constitution, it would not have been a secret from the American people.

Mueller leaves the FBI in a few months and in disgrace. Beginning in 2006, I repeatedly warned online about this man and his crooked agenda, after being interviewed by the FBI in Miami in 2005 and seeing their practices. He is one of the worst things that ever happened to America and as the scandals continue to break, this fact will become undeniably evident.

In closing, to bring home Mueller's warped view of justice, he stated in Congress yesterday, "There are many number of occasions where we have probable cause or facts that would purport to establish probable cause to charge someone with something and we do not." Corrupt!

This is a follow up the Judiciary Report article "Pedophilia At The BBC Comes To Light Just As The Site Predicted With Arrests In Jimmy Savile Scandal" in which the site was the first to allege online there is a problem at the BBC with pedophilia. The site must state, not everyone at the BBC is engaging in this misconduct, but a select number of individuals have done so and need to be booted out.

72-year-old former BBC Radio 1 DJ Chris Denning has been arrested by the Metropolitan Police in connection with the Jimmy Savile pedophile case, dubbed Operation Yewtree. Denning is one of thirteen arrests in the case and it is good to see something is being done about this matter.

Many whistle blowers and journalists, who speak out against government misconduct are targeted by the FBI, Homeland Security, the NSA, IRS and Social Security, in acts and illegal neutralization initiatives coming straight from the top in Washington.

Radack also highlights the fact innocent people in America have been stigmatized and violated by illegal government spying, usually reserved for terrorists and spies, but now being employed against innocent Americans for unlawful political reasons. In essence, for the government to target innocent Americans in violation of the constitution, is an act of treason against the people that is also defamatory in nature.

Chad Ochocinco Johnson’s Lawyer Begs Judge To Let Him Out Of Jail After Butt Slap Gone Wrong

This week, former NFL football player, Chad Ochocinco Johnson, got himself into more legal trouble after slapping the behind of his lawyer, who almost sealed a plea deal on his behalf. Johnson was in court regarding his domestic violence case, for headbutting ex-wife and "Basketball Wives" reality star, Evelyn Lozada.

The butt slappage enraged South Florida Judge Kathleen McHugh, who rejected Johnson's plea deal as a result and threw him in jail for 30-days. Some say her actions were fair, others like Florida State Attorney, Pam Bondi, labeled it an overreaction.

Johnson’s lawyer, Adam Swickle, is begging the judge to release the fallen star from jail, "Mr. Johnson has been a professional football player in the National Football League for 11 years and patting another individual on the backside is viewed as a sign of respect and gratitude," he said in the motion. "It is clear that the court misinterpreted Mr. Johnson's interaction with his attorney. This is not Mr. Johnson's fault and he should not be punished for the actions of third parties."

Adultery has derailed Johnson’s life in ways that are downright Biblical. The Bible warns against adultery as something that brings trouble and suffering into one’s life (however, God forgives). The demise of his marriage, NFL and television careers all began with adultery – cheating on his wife. It created a domino effect, as it has for so many others cheating on their spouses and or cheating with someone’s spouse.

Not to be judgmental, as what you do behind closed doors is your business and only God can truly judge you, but I’m telling you for your own good, leave married people alone and vice versa, unless you want trouble and pain in your life. Cheating is not worth it.

The bad business acumen of rapper Jay-Z strikes once again. Jay-Z, who has a string of failed businesses, is in legal hot water over his Rocawear clothing label, which he forced former partner and founder Dame Dash out of, taking full credit for his brainchild.

Rocawear has been sued this month by clothing manufacturer iSource of New York. The company had $1,000,000 in clothes made in Pakistan for Rocawear, who accepted the shipment and put the items on store shelves, but refuses to pay iSource the full amount, only remitting $500,000. As a result of the thievery, iSource has filed suit against Rocawear in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Jay-Z is struggling to keep up appearances, as business after business fails. While the sub par Rocawear line is widely available on store shelves, it simply has not been doing well...at all. Availability does not mean sale ability.

Last Updated: 5:06 AM, June 12, 2013 - Jay-Z is a rap mogul worth around $500 million — but his clothing brand Rocawear is in the red, a lawsuit claims. The apparel group allegedly owes $450,000 to wholesale company iSource NYC for urban-style duds made in Pakistan and shipped to New York last April through June, the Manhattan Supreme Court filing states.

The clothing items "were specially ordered goods . . . [with] the ‘Rocawear’ brand name imprinted on [them]," the Garment District company claims in the suit. "Defendant never returned the ROC goods to iSource." Rocawear paid for about half of the $1 million order, but has yet to cough up the balance, the suit alleges, and iSource wants the rest of the money plus 9 percent interest — because the bill was due last Summer.

Obama Administration In Trouble All Over The World Due To NSA Spying Scandal

Reports indicate the Obama Administration is on the hot seat not just in America but all over the world, as governments demand answers about the NSA's illegal spy program dubbed PRISM, as exposed by former contractor Edward Snowden. A number of high profile world leaders are concerned about the program, as is the U.S. Congress on a domestic level, as PRISM has been engaging in wholesale spying against Americans and foreigners alike.

The U.S. Constitution forbids the government to spy on Americans. However, that's exactly what PRISM has been doing - via snooping in, recording and collecting internet and phone communications. Despite vocal opposition to PRISM, President Barack Obama has defiantly stated it will continue. This really is a sad development, but one I repeatedly warned of beginning in 2006 on the Judiciary Report's sister site the Sound Off Column. The Constitution is a great document and it needs to be followed. What's happening is a travesty.

This has not been a good few months for the Obama Administration. First the IRS scandal, regarding the Internal Revenue Service targeting conservatives, Christians and journalists, who criticize President Obama and the government, breaks online to public outrage. Then it is revealed the Obama Administration has been secretly wiretapping and obtaining the phone records and emails of journalists. Next came the PRISM scandal. Now comes word of a prostitution and sex scandal at Obama's State Department. So many scandals are bursting at once.

Obama's presidency is imploding. These scandals, which are worse than Watergate, could break your presidency. The Judiciary Report warned from 2009 regarding the people Obama was allowing to rope him into illegality - "If you stand with criminals you will fall with them as well" and that is exactly what is happening. Obama has become the face of all these scandals, as he is the president.

These folks are destroying your presidency. You let them rope you into this madness. You started off well, but let them drag you down the wrong path. You are the president. They are not. Why did you let them do this to you. You need to put your foot down and start cutting certain people and programs loose, as folks are talking about impeachment.

Rapper and daddy to be, Kanye West, has been largely absent for a significant portion of the pregnancy of reality star girlfriend, Kim Kardhasian. An aspiring model, Leyla Ghobadi, has now come forward claiming she had sex with West while Kardashian was three months pregnant. Somewhere Kardashian's ex-husband, Kris Humphries is laughing at this.

The two met in Atlantic City in July 2012, where they took a picture. Kanye was looking like a grumpy brat in the photo. Things were not looking very amorous. To be frank, smiling or not smiling in a photo is not proof or lack thereof of a sexual relationship between two people, as many members of the public take photos with entertainers they meet, displaying various expressions and sometimes with nothing romantic behind it.

If Ghobadi is to claim this relationship occurred, she will need more proof. Not to mention, West has been linked with rapper Izzy Azalea during Kardashian's pregnancy. West has also been romantically linked to singer and colleague Frank Ocean, as well as a designer named Riccardo Tisci. West reportedly spent months with him in Paris this year.

New photo released over the past week shows Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran cuddling. The two look exhausted and somewhat sad, most likely due to public criticism of their relationship via Rihanna fans.

In a matter of a few short weeks after breaking up with singer Rihanna, Chris Brown got back with model Karrueche Tran. The fact of the matter is the two never truly broke up. Tran and Brown were sneaking around together, as he saw no real faithfulness coming from Rihanna, but kept her around for his career comeback and probation hearing.

The domestic violence incident between the two in 2009 changed the dynamic of their relationship and things were not the same. There are issues there, hence the couple repeatedly breaking up and getting back together. They need therapy. They've inflicted so much damage on each other, mentally and emotionally. Then there's the actual fist fight, which was regrettable, as couples should not be brawling.

The photo of Tran and Brown should give Rihanna pause. Clearly Tran means something to him, as he could have chosen a number of other women, yet he went back to her. Ironically, people in the industry are still stating Rihanna wants Brown back and is hoping for a reconciliation. Man beats you after you started hitting him, dumps you, gets back with you, then dumps you again for the same woman and you're still asking around in the industry about what he is doing like he has you whipped. And she calls herself a bad girl. Sounds weak to me.

Congress Disowns Obama Administration Claims They Have Been In League With Secret NSA Spying

When news of the National Security Agency's secret spy program PRISM broke, revealing the NSA has been engaging in wholesale illegal surveillance of Americans, in violation of the Constitution, just as the Judiciary Report has stated for several years, U.S. President Barack Obama publicly stated in a speech, Congress knew of and supports the initiative.

Shortly after, members of Congress denounced the claim, stating they were not in league with the illegal spy program. Congress also does not support former NSA contractor of four-years, Edward Snowden, 29, disclosing the illegal spying to the press, but the legislature is also refusing to back Obama on this issue as well.

How can there be legal protection for high ranking members of government criminally violating the constitution. If one is to follow the spirit of the law, what Snowden did is not unlawful, as he exposed illegality via criminal behavior from the NSA is breaking the constitution.

People are calling for the resignation of the head of the NSA, James Clapper, stating his conduct is unlawful via spying on Americans and previously lying to Congress. Clapper, much like Robert S. Mueller of the FBI and Attorney General Eric Holder of the Justice Department, likes to mislead the public in branding whistle blowers conspiracy theorists, knowing full well, all along the administration has been doing exactly what it's been accused of in breaking the law.

What Snowden did is brave and commendable. It took great personal sacrifice as well, due to the fact he knew he could face serious legal action from the U.S. government and the possibility of never returning to his homeland again. Snowden stated, "My sole motive is to inform the public as to that which is done in their name and that which is done against them." The Judiciary Report wishes him well, safe travels and a peaceful new life wherever he chooses.

According to a recent press report, it was discovered disgraced Attorney General Eric Holder, destroyed incriminating files revealing under his direction, the NSA illegally spied on innocent Americans. As Holder is an employee of the United States government, destroying incriminating files constitutes obstruction of justice. It is the equivalent of destroying evidence in a case.

Where are the "checks and balances?" Where is the oversight? Where is the rule of law? Where is the accountability in that a corrupt, scandal prone sitting Attorney General can make the call to destroy evidence of serious wrongdoing on the administration's part. It amounts to a criminal cover up.

These types of story reminds one that there is evil in the world. 23-year-old, Anthony Tafoya, has been ordered to stand trial for sexually molesting boys, who range in age from 13-14. Tafoya is infected with HIV and is now up on 40 felony charges related to the pedophilic sexual abuse against four boys he met on the internet and lured into terrible sexual situations, knowing his health status.

According to the Costa Mesa Times, Judge Barbara Zuniga stated of Tafoya, "He is a menace. He is a parasite on the community. He is not going anywhere" refusing to grant a reduction in the $3,200,000 bail she issues for the pedophile. One of his victims also stated of Tafoya, "He acted as if age was a number, he didn't really care." Pedophiles tend to blur the lines regarding age, knowing what they are doing is wrong. No child deserves to have their sexual innocence ripped from them and he is eligible for and deserves life in prison.

HIV-positive Concord man, 23, accused of sex crimes with 13- and 14-year-old boys, is ordered to stand trial

Posted: 06/11/2013 05:27:26 PM PDT - MARTINEZ -- Characterizing him as a menace who preys on children, a preliminary hearing judge on Tuesday ordered a Concord man to trial on charges that he had sex with boys as young as 13 whom he met on the Internet.

Anthony Tafoya, 23, was held to answer on more than 40 felonies involving alleged sex crimes against four Contra Costa County boys, ages 13 through 15, in 2011 and 2012. Some of the charges carry special allegations that Tafoya knew he was HIV-positive when he had unprotected sex with three of the boys. If convicted as charged, he faces life in prison.

"He is a menace. He is a parasite on the community. He is not going anywhere," Judge Barbara Zuniga said Tuesday in response to a defense motion to reduce Tafoya's bail from $3.2 million..

"He acted as if age was a number; he didn't really care," the boy said while testifying how he had sexual relations with Tafoya the first night they met, when he was in the eighth grade.

Moore is stating Dillion concocted the claims to sell a story to the press on the reality star, as well as force her out of the property her segments in the show is filmed in. Moore insists she did remit payment for her rent and now seeks damages against Dillion.

The former NSA contractor, who leaked the existence of the illegal Obama administration spy program, PRISM has been revealed as Edward Snowden. The American citizen revealed his identity from a secret location in Hong Kong. Snowden stated in the Guardian newspaper UK, "I do not want to live in a world where everything I do and say is recorded." Many dislike the power grab coming out of Washington, trampling the Constitution.

Snowden's leak and accompanying statements confirm what the Judiciary Report and its affiliate site the Sound Off Column has been stating for years (since 2006) regarding the FBI and NSA illegally wiretapping, hacking and watching innocent people in violation of the U.S. Constitution, with no probable cause to do so (NSA Workers Admit To Reading The Emails And Listening To The Calls Of Americans In Violation Of The Law). Thank you Mr. Snowden.

The Obama administration is contemplating extraditing Snowden, but legal precedents in Hong Kong could pose an obstacle in said quest. While the U.S. and Hong Kong have extradition treaties in place, asylum seekers in Hong Kong are often successful, as applications are made on a human rights basis.
