Republican candidate Mitt Romney had a "oh no you didn't" moment when rival Newt Gingrich aired ads referring to him as "anti-immigration." As the video above indicates, Romney nearly blew a gasket dressing down Gingrich for the diss, stating his dad was born in Mexico.

Am I missing something here. So Romney's brownness isn't from a tan? All that was missing from Romney is the finger snaps and neck roll, because he went angry black woman on Gingrich, who pretty much just stood there stunned. The race continues to get uglier.

U.S. President Barack Obama, was pictured fiercely arguing with Arizona Governor, Jan Brewer, on the tarmac, as she greeted him in her state. Obama angrily snapped at Brewer for her characterizations of him in her book "Scorpions For Breakfast." Getting into a heated argument with a woman in public is not a good look for a president.

Brewer's viewpoint on immigration is bad, but she did have some good points on health care. She is an inflammatory character, who at times sounds like a bigot, but President Obama needs to remember he is a man and what the public will see is him bullying a woman.

He along with 10 others, are under criminal investigation for stabbing the teenager to death outside his mother's home in Canning Town, London. Jay-Z is also no stranger to crime, having stabbed a man in a night club several years ago and selling crack cocaine on the East Coast of America.

The Kardashians unveiled an unoriginal jeans line this week, to add to their chintzy looking collection, pardon me, Kollection, that has not been doing well. The Kardashian Kollection section of Sears has been consistently devoid of shoppers. This was compounded by the fact Kim Kardashian provoked a worldwide backlash in dumping her husband of 72-days via divorce on October 31, 2011.

Reality stars Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian model the jeans in the new ads and the clothes simply do not look good (once again). Back in November 2011, the Judiciary Report slammed the Kardashian clothing line and warned Sears about anchoring their store sales so heavily on them (Kim Kardashian Waging A Smear Campaign Against Husband Kris Humphries).

By the first week of January 2012, when other retailers where announcing good numbers, the Sears/K-Mart stores stated they had a massive decline from the previous year's Christmas sales and would be closing 100-120 stores (Did The Kardashian Clothing Line Lead To Sears Poor Christmas Sales And Store Closures and Sears And Kmart To Close 100-120 Stores).

Sears may want to rethink giving the Kardashians so much precious store floor space and ad time in the future. The Kardashians' products do not warrant such a big sales push in their stores. In the retail world only the strongest survive.

Kutcher has wanted kids for sometime, but due to Moore’s age and medical history, the couple could not. There are women Moore’s age that have successfully conceived and given birth to children, but the older a woman is the more difficult this becomes.

First 33-year-old Ashton Kutcher, dumped wife, Demi Moore, 49, for younger women. Now Ann Taylor has done the same. The fashion line has chucked the Kabbalah actress in favor of 32-year-old Kate Hudson, whose movie career has been doing better than Moore's of late.

Moore can't sue for ageism, because they can simply state they did not wish to renew her contract. However, this may not be a matter of age. Moore may have lost the Ann Taylor contract, due to the fact Kutcher left her and the cougar illusion is now gone, along with any popularity she had. He really put a dent in her career as well when he dropped her to behave like a ~~bimbo~~ himbo.

Meanwhile, her replacement, Hudson, usually looks much younger, but she has been so airbrushed and dressed in clothes beyond her years that she appears older in the photos. Maybe Hudson was not yet ready for the Ann Taylor line she is wearing. She always comes across as a bit of a hippy as well.

Scientists that have secretly worked to create a super strain of bird flu, have agreed to a temporary halt to their work, after world governments expressed concerns it could be used as a bioterror weapon. The Judiciary Report was the first to remark that the most current outbreak of the virus seemed man-made.

Scientist need to be careful that an accident during their misguided work in this endeavor does not result in something that has already been cured resurfacing in a stronger, more virulent format and killing many, before something can be done about it, outside of quarantining. The project they have undertaken is a threat to public health and safety.

Scientists to Pause Research on Deadly Strain of Bird Flu

Published: January 20, 2012 - The scientists who altered a deadly flu virus to make it more contagious have agreed to suspend their research for 60 days to give other international experts time to discuss the work and determine how it can proceed without putting the world at risk of a potentially catastrophic pandemic. Suspensions of biomedical research are almost unheard of; the only other one in the United States was a moratorium from 1974 to 1976 on some types of recombinant DNA research, because of safety concerns.

A letter explaining the flu decision is being published in two scientific journals, Science and Nature, which also plan to publish reports on the research, but in a redacted form, omitting details that would let other researchers copy the experiments. The letter is signed by the scientists who produced the new, more contagious form of the flu virus, as well as by more than 30 other leading flu researchers.

She never had to work hard for anything in her life and has no idea what the words discipline and commitment mean.

When Kardashian saw the royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton, she announced her own nuptials shortly after. Immediately, the Judiciary Report remarked Kardashian was superficially trying to rival the royal wedding, publishing a series of articles on the subject, dripping with skepticism.

Initially, the family matriarch, Kris Kardashian-Jenner, pretended she cancelled the deal, but people (not the magazine) are stating otherwise. Businesspeople are looking for the exit where the Kardashians are concerned, due to the fact their popularity is gone with the American public.

One day later, the New York Health Department shutdown Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club sports bar for health code violations, mainly to do with food being kept at unsafe temperatures and staff using their bare hands to mix items such as salsa.

Model, Gabriel Aubry, is under criminal investigation by police, for endangering his daughter, whose mother is Oscar winning actress Halle Berry. Aubry kept their daughter, Nahla, 4, out of school for the day and when the nanny confronted him on this issue, he erupted in anger.

Aubry cursed at the nany, used a racial slur, then pushed the caregiver into a wall, all while she held his daughter in her arms. Previously, Berry accused Aubry of calling her a "nig*er" which led to their break-up. Berry is now reportedly engaged to French actor Olivier Martinez.

As many internet readers know, Megaupload.com was raided by the U.S. FBI, assets were seized and employees taken into custody. The owner of Megaupload.com is eccentric Kim Schmitz, also known as Kim Dotcom. However, the husband of Sony Music singer, Alicia Keys, rapper and producer, Swizz Beatz (Kasseem Dean) is listed as CEO of the company that makes $175,000,000 per year from mass criminal copyright infringement. Amazingly Dean was not arrested, but far be it from the FBI to do such a thing to a star.

While the Judiciary Report does not agree with copyright infringement, especially as the owner of a vast Copyrighted Catalog, I find it quite hypocritical Hollywood was all in a huff over Megaupload, when tinseltown criminally steals more copyrights than any other entity in existence. So basically, what Hollywood is complaining about and pushed the FBI to do something regarding, is Megaupload criminally infringing the copyrights Hollywood criminally stole from other people.

President Obama's Attorney General, Eric Holder, who is the head of the Justice Department, is in the midst of another scandal (as if "Fast and Furious" wasn't enough of a disgrace). Reuters has done an expose on Holder, stating he has deep ties to banks engaging in mortgage fraud against Americans, which led to the ongoing crisis that began in 2008.

Holder, a longtime employee of the Justice Department and his co-worker Lanny Breuer, "Were partners in a law firm that worked on behalf of those very same firms" that are responsible for "the housing bubble collapse." Holder and Breuer worked for the law firm of Covington & Burling.

Model and blogger, Lauren Scruggs, survived a very serious physical and emotional trauma, after walking into a plane propeller at night, after taking a flight in a small plane to view Christmas lights in Texas last year. Yesterday, a terrible 911 tape was released of the incident that left many shaken. Scruggs was heard crying, wailing and moaning in anguish, after the propeller cracked her skull, destroyed her eye and severed her hand.

Remarkably, she survived, even when the paramedics feared she would die due to the extent of her injuries and began praying for her. Scruggs should do an interview to talk about her survival and to clear up misconceptions about the accident, as there are rumors out there that do not seem true.

Newspaper Lied About Hacking Then Admitted The Truth When Caught This Year

This is another in the ongoing series of Judiciary Report articles, regarding the phone hacking scandal I broke first via a police complaint I filed in October 2005, with the Metropolitan Police in London, England. On November 30, 2011 I further did an article with evidence presented, regarding email hacking, a byproduct of the phone hacking scandal, due to my emails being hacked and published in newspapers attributed to other people: The Daily Mail Is Actively Engaging In Hacking, Phone Hacking And Wiretapping .

The Judiciary Report was proven right again in claims I made first, as this week it was revealed by the Guardian newspaper in London, another blogger, Nightjack, real name Patrick Foster, 24, was the victim of email hacking, in the News Corp phone hacking scandal. He was hacked by an unscrupulous journalist that broke the law in illegally accessing his email account.

The newspaper printed items from Nightjack's emails, as well as his identity, then lied to the public regarding the information obtained on him, claiming it was not done via hacking. This criminal misconduct led to Nightjack's award winning blog being closed and the blogger being suspended from his job.

Times reporter hacked into police blogger's email account

Tuesday 17 January 2012 15.15 EST - A controversial 2009 Times article "outing" an anonymous police blogger called Nightjack was based on material obtained by email hacking, it has emerged in evidence to the Leveson inquiry. Times editor James Harding told the inquiry on Tuesday he had disciplined the reporter involved for accessing the email account by giving him a written warning.

He said in a witness statement: "There was an incident where the newsroom was concerned that a reporter had gained unauthorised access to an email account. When it was brought to my attention, the journalist faced disciplinary action. The reporter believed he was seeking to gain information in the public interest but we took the view he had fallen short of what was expected of a Times journalist. He was issued with a formal written warning for professional misconduct."...

Harding did not disclose the reporter's identity in his Leveson statement, nor did he reveal that the hacking had led to a published Times article. The Times did not state in its original story that the blogger's identity had been obtained by penetrating Horton's Hotmail account. It said Foster had "deduced" Nightjack's identity.

Earlier witness statements, by News International's chief executive Tom Mockridge and the Times' lawyer Simon Toms, did not disclose that unauthorised email access had resulted in a published article. They referred only to "attempted" access allegedly denied by the reporter. Mockridge later corrected his statement. The "outing" of Nightjack stirred up controversy at the time, with some bloggers arguing that it was morally wrong to expose a writer and thus close down a widely-valued publication...
