Song of the day? Crossfire by Brandon Flowers. My friend gave it to me and oh goodness :) Apparently it is quite mainstream, and although that isnt what I usually listen to, here goes. Another awesome music tool that you can use if you are a fanatic like I am is EvilLyrics. You set it up for iTunes, then turn iTunes on and play a song, THEN opening EL. EL then searches the internet for the lyrics for the song, and uploads them to the songs description, without you having to lift a finger. It is really quite handy to have lyrics on your iPod, for those songs you have no idea

Phew, finding a new template was exhausting. The pictures arent completely out of whack anymore though, and I kind of like the setup :) So what I also wrote about in my last post before my laptop went crazy was how I have been researching (like, lose sleep over and fail math tests kind of researching because of the amount of time put into it) about how to start a website, with the domains and the

I just downloaded a bunch of music, and I have a bunch of favourites in them already. Firstly, there is one song that I downloaded for my "Bad Day" playlist. It's called You Can Never Get Lost by Piano Magic. Ah, it's beautiful. It was hard to download; I had to use Zamzar (www.zamzar.com . You copy and paste the Youtube link and can convert it to mp3 and it emails it to you and voila! You have

I was thinking the other day that I am going to start this thing for people who have bad days. Little goodie bags, kind of. It's going to consist of a small chocolate and a joke, for now. I would have loved to receive a goodie bag for some of my bad days. i can just go to the dollar store and get cheap little toys designed to cheer them up. It would be fun. but, I collected some jokes that I will

Girls are like apples on trees. The best ones are at the top of the tree. The boys don't want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and getting hurt. Instead, they get the rotten apples from the ground that aren't as good, but easy. So, the apples up top think there's something wrong with them, when in reality they are amazing. They just have to wait for the right guy to

So, today I am going to do something a little different. I found this short story among the documents on my computer. When I first read this short story, Love Song by Deirdre Kessler, I was a little bit in love with a boy who wished he was a ghost and wasn't satisfied with his life. He had depression, and I tried to be the one that could help him, yet I made no real difference. This short story

A great song, What Sarah Said by Death Cab for Cutie And it came to me then that every plan is a tiny prayer to father time As I stared at my shoes in the ICU that reeked of piss and 409 And I rationed my breaths as I said to myself that I'd already taken too much today As each descending peak on the LCD took you a little farther away from me Away from me Amongst the vending machines and

So, these are just some pictures that I have found on various websites. I liked the colors, or just the poses. You know what I mean. But, I'll put a quote under each of them. Worrying is like a rocking chair; it gives you something to do but it doesn't get you anywhere. The minute I heard my first love story, I started looking for you, not knowing how blind that really was.  The brave

There has been this song that has been floating around in my head and on repeat on my iPod. It's called Summer Again by The Afters. Like the song I mentioned before, I'm Kicking Myself, it is a bit mournful and very sweet. It's definitely worth the listen. Summer Again: I'm watching the green give into gold As summer becomes October's cold Gravity begs For one final kiss She drops it to him,
