These are some pictures of my town, and place for vacation stored in my iPhoto album:

iPhoto in this way helps me relax when I'm at work and remember some great moments. Picture speaks a thousand words and my iPhoto has 10 000 pictures. Imagine how many words that is :D

This is main issue of iPhoto. iPhoto is software, and any software on this planet is not perfect. There are many reports of crashing iPhoto (especially 09) and loosing pictures in it. When you import pictures in iPhoto be sure you made a backup of your pics. In this way you keep the events and editting record.

How to backup iPhoto pics? Select the “Go” Menu and click “Home” and then select folder Pictures as shown:

Then you copy Pictures folder on your USB or burn on disc. In this way you have created backup. The easiest way to restore your pics is to use iPhoto Library Manager.

iPhoto is perfect way to share your photos with friends

Yes it is. It is a perfect way. With only one click of button you can share your photos with friends via Facebook,e-mail etc. But that is not all.
iPhoto enables you to share your photos via Picasa, Flickr and other. This kind of automation is rare. There is no need to burn photos to individual disks, because with iPhoto you can share your photos online. You just highligt the pictures you want to share, click appropriate icon choice (e-mail, MobileMe, Facebook and Flickr) and you are done. Also you can import pics from Facebook etc. to iPhoto. I think it is great way to save your DVD's :D.
You are not slave of your computer, because you tell him directly what to do, and that is most important. In this way, iPhoto has saved a lot of nerves and time to me and others. Thank you iPhoto.

iPhoto is software developed by Apple as a part of iLife suite for importing, organizing, editing, printing and sharing digital photography. For the average Apple user it is the best solution for working with images. It is released in 2002 and current version is iPhoto '11 released as part of the iLife '11 suite on October 20, 2010.

For me it's completely different way of digital photography manipulation. It's great. There is a lot of materials about iPhoto on the Internet, but I want to collect all relevant data at one place and help you better understand iPhoto, and find out some new features.
