The new age heroes of Tollywood are relatively friendly with each other than the stars of the bygone era. However, at the end of the day, there comes a point of competitiveness. Right now, that seems to be the case between the Nandamuri camp and the mega camp.

Allu Arjun's wedding is scheduled to be held on March 6th amidst stunning flow of guests from all over India. Wedding arrangements are personally monitored by Allu Aravind to make his son's event a never seen affair in entire industry once for all.

While junior NTR is tying the knot on May 5th. So, the invites have begun from the mega camp and the invitation card of Allu Arjun has been creating quite a stir due to its grandeur and richness. Now comes the competition part.

It is heard that Narne Srinivas, would be father-in-law of NTR junior is working on the wedding card. This is where Jr NTR is heard to be in competitive spirit cautioning his father-in-law Narne Srinivas Rao to keep a check on quality and standards maintained by Allu Aravind, starting from wedding invitation card to marriage main stage. Sources say he wants it better than that of Allu Arjun in terms of appeal and royalty. Though the card may lose value after the D-day, it sure will serve as a souvenir to those who get the invites.

Ileana not interested in Rana anymore

He was desperate for her. He spent crores of rupees to impress her. He even helped her financially opening the boutique in one of the costly areas of Hyderabad. No more clues needed as 'He' implies to Rana and 'Her' implies to Ileana in the context. Though it may not be a surprise that Rana has done more than needful for Ileana fostering their relation, final result is that she is no more the tall man's girl.

It is heard that once Ileana managed to launch the outlet, she went out of reach from the coverage area of Rana. It was 'Nenu Naa Rakshasi' that brought them close to each other and dismal result for Rana is neither the movie released nor Ileana fell into his net. Strong gossip in film circles is that Ileana for now is worried more about reconstructing her career with 'Shakti' because hopes of her comeback with 'Nenu Naa Rakshasi' are almost crashed.

Instead of getting more into the bad books of gossip mongers by remaining close to Rana, Ileana appears to have preferred to stay close to 'Shakti' for a while. Forget about catching the Ileana personally outside, it has become a big task for Rana even to get her on mobile or SMS. Daggubati hero’s plan to find the first girl friend backfired and Ileana literally has thrown him into trash bin after using him for personal benefits.

Chiru forcing Ram Charan to do Mass entertainers

Chiranjeevi wants Charan to do mass entertainers, if the rumours in the industry are to be believed. The debacle of Ram Charan's third film Orange came as a big shock and also as a wake up call. So, the buzz is that Charan's next few films are more likely to be action entertainers which would impress the masses. Several directors are narrating their scripts to Charan and Chiranjeevi. Let's see how things turn out and what project he signs in near future.

After the colossal disaster of ‘Orange’, Charan was due to take off with his ‘Merupu’ but now that project has become doubtful due to various reasons. Some from the cine circuit are confirming that the film has been shelved. Already, we are about to touch the month of March 2011 and so far, nothing has been announced.

The big day is approaching at a rocket speed and the mega producer of Tollywood is eyeing on every finer detail to make it memorable. Marriage of our stylish star All Arjun with beautiful bride Sneha Reddy on the coming March 6th of 2011 is already well known to us. For its splendid look and exquisite finish, the wedding card is just an example of how the wedding looks like. Before all this, a serious warning is issued to Bunny, by none other than his dad.

It is common for any man to notice when something pleasant and dazzling goes by their eyes. When it comes to lensmen, they are faster than the formula one cars in capturing that with their picture box. During the engagement function of Allu Arjun, sparkling slender heroine Shriya Saran made herself present to wish the couple. SS Rajamouli surrounded with Tensions

S S Rajamouli has always made his mark in the Tollywood box office and so far, he has never tasted a flop in his career. Unlike any other director in the Tollywood, SS Rajamouli had a separate identity and recognition. Almost all the films directed by him were commercial successes. Now, it appears that the tough taskmaster seems to be in a tight spot. Buzz is that Rajamouli is in tension regarding his next project with Prabhas.

Apparently, he managed to score success with ‘Maryada Ramanna’ after the mega blockbuster ‘Magadheera’. However, many are saying that given the league of Rajamouli, it should be a big budget venture which must be taken into account. With this, it is heard that Rajamouli is reportedly in a fix.

Sources say he is not sure what sort of genre he should choose for Prabhas’s film. On the other hand, the talk is that comparison of this film will be made with ‘Magadheera’ only and not the little projects that Rajamouli has done in between. Well, this is a true challenge for the tough taskmaster and let us wait to see if he proves himself or not.

Sindhu Menon blessed with a Baby Girl

Sindhu Menon arranged for a wedding reception at Bowring institute in Bangalore after religious marriage in Thrissur. In Tamil from ‘Eeram’ Sindhu Menon became very famous. She has acted in all south Indian languages and she made debut in Kannada and her well performed role in ‘Huliya’ is unforgettable.

A Mallu girl trainer Bharatanatyam dancer the debut of Sindhu was from ‘Rashmi’ Kannada film when she was studying in Five H English School in Mariyappana Palya in Rajajinagar.

The huge success of Ala Modalaindi came as a surprise to movie buffs and debutant female writer-director, Nandini Reddy, is in complete awe of the response she has been getting from the audience and well-wishers.

It is a common thing to see heroines saying no to marriages unless they reach their thirties but have you heard of a lady director doing that. Well, there are not many lady directors in Tollywood but then here is one lady who seems to be not very keen on the institution of marriage.

She is none other than Nandini Reddy who shot to fame with her debut venture ‘Ala Modalaindi’. Sources say that this talented director has reportedly said no to marriage and is not interested in such social ties. As such, those who observed her say she is quite a tomboy given her body language and appearance.

On the other hand, a gossip is making rounds that her family members are already on the lookout and it is only a matter of time though she is saying no. Let us see what happens.

These are the days when audience tends to forget a superstar if he is not seen frequently on the screen. However, it now appears that Ramcharan Tej might well be off the radar for this entire 2011. Those who are following his career record have now come up with few observations.

Bubbly Charmi to romance Balakrishna

Bubbly beauty Charmi, who is trying to hit back in Tollywood from long time, has caught hold of a new offer beside Nandamuri Balakrishna. Charmi has been confirmed as one of the heroines in Bala Krishna’s next flick under Paruchuri Murali’s direction.

Bala Krishna will be seen in triple roles in the film and Lakshmi Rai has been confirmed as one of the lead heroines earlier. Now, Charmi has been finalized as the second female lead while the third female lead role is yet to be decided. This untitled film is being produced by M.L.Kumar Chowdary under the banner Sri Keerthi Creations.

Let’s see if Charmi bounces back to her position with her forthcoming release Mangala and this new film in the combination of Parchuri Murali and Bala Krishna.

Jayasudha, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Brahmanandam, Charan Raj, MS Narayana, Venu Madhav, Aditya Menon and others are among the cast.

Allu Arjun’s Badrinath movie is gearing up for early summer release. In this film Arjun plays the role of an Indian Samurai. Badrinath is a modern film with devotional touch. Chinni Krishna penned the story for this film which is being made at a high budget.

VV Vinayak is the director of Badrinath. He earlier made successful Bunny with Allu Arjun in the lead. Tamanna is paired up with Arjun in Badrinath. The shooting part is complete and currently post production work is going on at a rapid pace.

Allu Aravind is the producer of Badrinath and he is prestigiously making this movie to be on par with Magadheera. Ravi Varma handles the camera and Peter Haynes is the fight master for this film.

NTR Jr. Shakti is all set to release on March 31. Recently released posters and publicity material of Shakti raised the expectations on the movie. Meher Ramesh is directing this movie on Vyjayanthi movies banner. This is touted to be the highest budget film ever in Telugu film history.

As the canvas is so big and the budget involved is humongous, Aswini Dutt is planning to release Shakti in Tamil too. It will have a simultaneous release in Tamil, as per the reports. Ileana is playing the female lead in this film.

Shakti makers believe that it has universal appeal and would definitely attract Tamil audience too. NTR is hoping that it will extend his business frontiers into Tamil and hence helping his future projects to release in Tamilnadu.

Sharwanand's Next Titled Keeravani

A film titled Keeravani will go on floors shortly. But, it has nothing to do with music director MM Keeravani. Touted to be a musical film, it will star Sharwanand and Mammootty in lead roles. Venkat PN will direct the film. Pulleti Durgamohan and Kotturi Natarajan will jointly produce it under the banner Siri Laxmi Sindhu Cine Creations.

The film was launched with a puja ceremony recently. Tanikella Bharani handed over the script to Venkat. The movie is to be produced in three languages. Keeravani will have music by MS Chandra and the cast also has Prabhu, Suman, Jayaprada, Tanikella Bharani, Sobhana, Seetha, Brahmanandam, Dharmavarapu, MS Narayana and Ali. The camera will be cranked by Kabir Lal.

Eega Starts On February 21st

Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram's Eega, to be directed by successful filmmaker Rajamouli, will go on the floors on February 21st. Nani and Samantha have been roped in to play the lead in the film. Kannada hero Sudeep also has an important role in it. The Tamil dubbing rights of the film have been snapped up by a noted Tamil producer for an all-time record price. "I have said this before and I will repeat it again. Whatever I do, I do it for publicity. I am in the business of making films and films badly need publicity," affirms Ram Gopal Varma. His latest directorial venture Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam Appalaraju is releasing this Friday. RGV says that the film is a not a satire on Telugu film industry but more of a situational comedy. "KSDA doesn't denigrate anyone. The audience will be able to identify with all the characters in the film," he adds.

Talking about his future projects, he says, "Bezawada Rowdilu will go on the sets on March 21st. I have not yet decided whether I will direct the film or not. Amma is a graphics oriented subject and work will commence in the second half of this year."

Balakrishna in a guest role

Surprise, surprise… Nandamuri Balakrishna who has never done a guest role in any film after turning a full-fledged hero is all set to do a guest appearance in Manchu Manoj’s Oo Kodathara Ulikkipadathara. This movie is being produced by Lakshmi Manchu on Lakshmi Prasanna pictures banner.

Raja is directing this movie which has a different storyline. Deeksha Seth is zeroed in as the female lead. If the news about Balakrishna’s guest appearance is true then it will add special craze to this movie.

Lakshmi and Manoj earlier teamed up for Jhummandi Nadam which did well at the box office. They are leaving no stone unturned to bag a big commercial hit this time.

Ram Gopal Varma's new movie Kadha Screenplay Darsakatvam Appalaraju is gearing up for release on Feb 18. The film has been censored on Tuesday and was awarded U/A certificate. This film stars Sunil,Brahmanandam, Swathi etc. It is a satirical comedy on the extreme characters that are usually seen in film industry.

Ram Gopal Varma is making fun of some of the popular Telugu film industry and also taking digs at media persons. Appalraju is sure going to send shivers down many spines with the hard hitting satires. We don’t know what would be the character intensity on screen, but at the moment the brochure is doing enough damage to the ‘targeted’ people image.

Krishnudu new movie Naku O Lover Undi was launched Yesterday Morning at Annapurna Studios, Hyderabad. Ram venky is the director of this film and K.Suresh babu produces it under Sri Sivaparvati Combines. New Heroine Rishika is playing female lead.

Music Director K.M.Radhakrishna gave the first clap for the first shot that was shot on Krishnudu and Rishika. Shobhu yarlagadda switched on the camera and Devineni Prasad Directed first shot.

The film is going to be a comedy entertainer, krishnudu playing the role of Bhrahmin guy . K.M.Radhakrishnan has been roped in as music director. S D John handles camera while editing will be done by M R Varma.

Pawan kalyan to pair up with Anushka

Aditya Productions is making a Movie based on the life of Jesus Christ Under the direction of Singeetham Srinivas Rao. Pawan Kalyan is playing a key role and Anushka will be pairing up with him. Anushka is going to pair up with Powerstar for the first time. Konda Krishnam Raju, who earlier produced Vijayendra Varama, Sri Ramadasu is producing this movie.

This movie directed by Singeetham Srinivas Rao movie will be made in four languages – English, Hindi, Telugu and Malayalam. And the movie has an all-Indian cast of child actors and seven devotional songs. It focuses on Jesus Christ childhood as against other movies, which have showed the later years of Jesus Chris.

Producer is planning to release this movie in November in all languages at a time. Devi Sri Prasad scoring the music, Story by J K Bharavi, Cinematography Sekhar V Joseph, Executive Producer Sheshu and Art Director Bhupesh.

Aha Naa Pellanta is Dedicated to EVV

Allari Naresh, Srihari, Ritu Barmecha starrer Aha Naa Pellanta is going to release on February 25th. This film is directed by Veerabhadra and produced by Anil Sunkara under AK Entertainment banner.The unit of Aha Naa Pellanta is dedicating their movie to EVV Satyanarana. Incidentally EVV worked as assistant director for the classic Aha Naa Pellanta directed by Jandhyala.

Aha Naa Pellanta is in final stages of post production. Raghu Kunche has composed the music and the audio was released on January 26. The film's a full length family comedy entertainer and it has a tag line 'Match Fixing'. Brahmanandam, Ahuti Prasad, Jayaprakash Reddy, Subbaraju, Nagineedu and others are playing other important roles.

Siddharth's '180 ' Movie logo launched

The Logo of Siddharth’s new movie ‘180’ was launched Yesterday in Taj Banjara, Hyderabad. This ‘180’ is a bilingual movie titled ‘Putham Pudhu Kadhali’ in Tamil and ‘180’ in Telugu. Noted ad film maker Jayendra turns director with this film ‘180’. In fact, Jayendra is said to be Siddharth’s friend, philosopher and mentor. ‘180’ is expected to be a light hearted romantic comedy movie, which has a novel theme.

Priya Anand and Nithya Menon are playing heroines in this film, which has been jointly produced by SPI Cinemas Pvt. Ltd and Aghal Films Production. Sathya Cinemas is presenting it. Sharreth Vasudevan has composed the music. Umarji Anuradha has written the dialogues and Vanamaali has written the lyrics. The film’s going to release in Summer this year, after the Cricket World Cup.
