Job Profile :

Organize, develop, implement goal setting mechanism to support organization goals and objective as per company guidelines

Maintain and establish updated information of purchasing activities as well as : Product (incl. Material master list), Price, qualified supplier and investigate new alternative sources

Support project activities from earlier stage of acquisition for profitable result

Prepare inquiry to suppliers, evaluate price from supplier, negotiate with suppliers and make Purchase Order for local / global sourcing based on very best price and terms of payment

Ensure, in liaison with other department, that adequated arrangements are made for quality control and certification of payment to supplier.

Performing non conformity report of incoming material

Establish and maintain intelligence and record system

Produce appropriate reports and recommendation

Qualification :

S1/S2 from any reputable University major in Accounting

Having at least 5 years experience, preferably from EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) or Manufacturing Industry

Strong knowledge in SAP and US GAAP
