Best of all, you can see your ideas actually impact the world for the better. Innocentive.com is an open source intellectual property website, where companies and foundations that have a need can let the every day internet user (that’s you) come up with solutions. For example, a company needs a way to detect certain proteins in oils, or another company that needs to know what type of water issues impact third world countries with a solution, or how about Relay for Life, who needs a bio marker to record progress on Lou Gehrig's Disease treatments. That last one, by the way, carries a prize of $1,000,000.00, though the majority of the challenges range from $1,000.00 on up. Yes there is a bit of competition, so you need to be a smart person, as well as professional, but still, there is nothing out there that I have seen to rival this in sheer dollars earned if your solution gets chosen. I should mention that the company has been around for quite some time, and already has a $3.5 million payout history. Click here and make a difference (and some money).

If you can capitalize on the content craze or provide useful information, you can make a good deal of passive income. Here are a few sites that I recommend:

eHow.com - So far one of the better revenue sharing sites out there. Short how to articles are the key here, so write about what you know and keep it brief but interesting and informative.

Bukisa.com - An eHow clone, but the great thing here is to put your eHow content here as well and get double exposure for your articles.

Triond.com - this site distributes your work to tons of different sites, and the best thing here is that you can do pretty much whatever style of writing you like from poetry, to short stories, to news.

The basic premise isn't new, by any means, the Co-op has been around for ages; but the online community has really grabbed hold and given entrepreneurs the means to make money. I've touted Prosper.com for some time now, and it has probably been one of my more successful money makers, though they have recently run into some speed bumps that they are currently trying to overcome by registering with the SEC. My research has led me to other opportunities like Sell a Band, Kiva.org, Micro Place, and Catwalk Genius, that provide some really interesting ideas and innovative ways to make some money. Now, the thing to remember about crowd funding is that the risk is much higher than your average investment. Think of yourself as the bank, giving a loan to an entrepreneur and being promised a cut of the revenue as payment. You will need to be more discriminating that usual with your choices, picking bands that sound "popular" more so than your particular style of music; or clothes that are "fashion forward" more so than just the cut and style that you'd wear. Still, all told, the potential for profit is staggering. You might not become a millionaire, but the passive income that these can generate would make a nice surprise when you check your accounts after working on another project.

Dice poker, Five Card Draw, Black Jack, and my new personal favorite, Farkle. I like Farkle for one big reason and that is the progressive lottery. I started playing with this one with a Moola balance of I believe $10.41 or so two days ago. I kid you not, my balance is now up to $149.21. The secret is this. The lottery takes $1.00 per ticket on the High Stakes pot. The chances are 1/100 that you will win. Yes you will need to get lucky and get a few bucks in your Moola account to do this, but hit it once when the pot is over $100.00 and you are pretty much set. Do the math after that. Pot reaches say $115.00 and you have a balance now of $105.00 even if you spent each and every one of the 100 chances to reach the 1 where you win your new balance is now $121.00. Wait till it gets over $100.00 and do it again, and again, and again. Best of all, it's found money! NO RISK TO YOU!!!! I love it soooo much, that I'll do you this deal for the readers of my blog. Sign up under my link, and play. After 3 months, if you are still active email me and once I verify you've been active all that time, I'll send you $10.00 Moola dollars. You can't loose, here. You can win money from Moola, by the way it looks like they did away with the whole "you have to get paid from us by check at least once before getting paid via Pay Pal" crap from before, even if you go bust, they give you another penny to start over. Get your friends to join, and get referral money from them when they win, and if you are active for 90 days and play games, you get $10.00 Moola dollars from me. This offer could end at any time so jump on it. Especially if I get little to no interest.

Send the email to chrisjohnsonproject@email.com after 90 days for $10.00 free Moola dollars!!!

This idea is the greatest idea for an affiliate program that I have ever seen. Here's how it works:

Do you have a cell phone contract that you don't want anymore? Maybe you're moving or you just don't dig it anymore? Did you sign up for a 1, 2, or even 3 year deal, and still have time left on it? You can drop the carrier if you want, but you'll be paying their massive early cancleation fees. Or, will you? Thanks to an innovative new company called Celltrade USA, you can transfer the responsibility of your existing contract to some one else, NO FEES.
How does this all work?
Well, you have a phone and a plan that you don't want anymore. Bob wants a phone and a plan, but might not want the full term for the deal on the phone or doesn't have enough cash to get the phone he really wants. You meet Bob and tell him that he can have your old phone (heck it cost you less than the cancelation fee will) and all he has to do is take over the payments. Bob is cool with that idea, and so are you. Bob will still need to qualify on a credit check, but even if he needs a deposit, well he'd have spent that on the phone anyway and still have to pay the deposit. At least your way, he gets the phone included and only pays the deposit he'd have had anyway.
So where do you go to do this? Click here and sign up for free.
Make money this way too. Sign up for their affiliate program and you can make a little off of every transaction on of your people makes. It's a win-win situation.

I say most, because the information pieces of the forum are free to read and post, but the real treasure is in the Warrior Special Offers forum. You have to have, I believe, 30 posts to post a WSO, but purchasing has no restrictions. The stuff in here is great. The prices are rediculously cheap, too. I mean like $10.00 for some of the same stuff you'd pay $100.00 or more for. Here is one of the best WSO's I've ever read, and I am glad I bought it. I don't know how long he'll keep selling this, and this is a completely unsolicited review of this WSO, so I don't get a wooden nickel if you buy it or not. This is an awesome resource for those of you who want to be TAUGHT how to make money and not just SOLD a system. This is step by step, and the extras he gives you are more than worth tripple the price.

It seems that the US Government taxes the casino winnings of any one from outside the US by 30%. Now, I have quite a few readers in Maple Leaf country, so I know you guys want that money back, right? Well, these guys might be able to help. Seems they specialize in casino tax rebates. Canada for sure, and many other countries, can get that 30% back on their tax returns. That's a pretty sweet deal. Now filing for a gambling tax rebate is something that I didn't even know you could do, so I probably wouldn't attempt it on my own. The good thing is, these guys don't come that expensive, and they seem pretty up front about everything. They are even a member of the Canadian BBB and have had 0 complaints for the last 36 months, as of the date of this post. Hey, if you come to this country and gamble, and win, just because you're from Canada doesn't mean you should pay more in taxes, does it??? I mean you guys gave us hockey (thank you soooo much) and LeBatt's. That deserves a little something, I think.

Some studies have shown that the average college grad can make upto $1,000,000.00 more than a non-grad over the course of their life. Student loans are a part of how that becomes a reality for most of us. I don't know about you, but I don't have $100,000.00 lying about the place collecting dust that I can just say, "oh, look at that. What to do......guess I'll get an education with it." So, I borrowed the money. Yes I am in college as we speak, with the University of Phoenix. Yep, full time job, two kids, a blog or two, and college.......in answer to your question, no, I do not sleep. But it's worth it to me to get more of an education and be a role model for my sons. Plus, one thing I have noticed is that it's really freaking hard to get in the door on the better jobs without that piece of paper. So I got the loans. You can defer the payments until you graduate, so you're making good money when you have to pay it back. Hey, let's face it College Loans are a part of life for most of us, and the benefits of going to college are more than worth it. After all, knowledge is power, and in this day and age, power means money.

That's because few people really understand what the deal is with it. Many people don't know the difference between filing a chapter 7 bankruptcy and filing a chapter 13 bankruptcy. The law allows for people to file either based upon certain circumstances that, lets face it, got beyond their ability to control. And hey, this stuff happens to the best of people too. Recently there have been some pretty big changes and new bankruptcy laws have been passed. For some folks, this changes the game, but really it's only meant to stop those who would use the system immorally from doing so. But filing bankruptcy might be the best option for you. That's what it's there for. Folks, sometimes we get behind, doesn't make us bad people, just people who've had a bad time of things. You need to get things straight, get a little relief, start over and get to a point where things are manageable again. As with all other things, though, don't try to test the waters on your own. Finding someone who knows what the deal is can be priceless. If you think you might need to file bankruptcy, or know someone who is thinking about it, send them to this site. There is tons of free information here that you can use to make a more informed decision about filing, and resources to help you get the help yo

Granting credit to people with less than sterling credit helped to create the situation we are in today. But what if you made some mistakes and are trying to get your act together? Should you be punished? NO! But it's hard to fix credit now-a-days. But there are companies out there who can help, and are experienced in the laws and regulations surrounding credit repair. Many people don't know how to get back on track, or even who to contact to get started, and even if they did, they often don't have a spare minute to get the ball rolling. Due to recent changes and updates in some laws and rules, you can contact a company like www.repairyourbadcredit.com, and they can help you understand and implement a credit dispute. This is only one of the many legal and ethical ways to help improve your credit, and like I said before, banks will be looking harder from now on, I promise you that. Look into this site, especially if you made a few oopsies in the past and aren't looking to get one over on the system, but are looking to get yourself back on the right track.

Some of them are affiliate links, and that's ok, I'd click on yours. So look at them and sign up for the ones you like. As per usual, I try not to include any of the ones you would waste your time on, though some of them are time intensive.

Pound for pound, it's probably the best bet out there for returns. Many of you are probably wondering if I can read a paper, but lets remember that this sort of thing has happened before and the market came back just fine. But I don't think everyone should go it alone. Better Trades is a company that provides training on the stock market and options trading. One of the reasons I like BetterTrades is because they know that people are busy and offer online trading courses. You can also click here and view the profiles of BetterTrades Coaches; one of whom, Freddie Rick, is a former United States Marine, so you know I automatically like the guy. Oorah!!

All-in-all, I think that it's important to have some help here. I mean, if I have a leaky pipe in my basement, I call a plumber. Sure I could probably fix it, but I doubt it would last as long, be cheaper, conform to local plumbing code, or in the worst case scenario, not leak poisons into my water supply. If I had a professional do it, everything comes out better. Now I'm not saying that you need to trust everybody with a securities license, and you need to do your due diligence, but that's another nice thing about the instructors page. You see every one so Wikipedia them, iSearch, check their records out at FINRA. Know who they are and what their records look like. You can go here to find out more About BetterTrades.

I mentioned it earlier, but I want to elaborate a bit. It works like this: If you think that the Oilers are going to beat Detroit then that's how you bet. If others think Detroit will win, they bet that way. Whoever looses, the amounts that were bet are divided between the winners based on how much you bet. I'm addicted. I tried it the other day with some NHL games, though they have everything from college ball on up, and I can't get enough. Check it out, you may like it. Moola comes up with the greatest ideas.

If so, you might want to try out SigTrader. At SigTrader you sell ad space inside your signature line on forums, so every time you post, you advertise a product. Kinda neat really. Shared Reviews will pay you to review products and services, but you need to have some skill at really explaining the product and why or why not to try it. If you like to review software, and you are really good at reviewing (no really, read the Rules page, I don't think these cats are kidding around) try Software Judge. If you are super good you can get up to $50.00 for a review, though you are pretty much guaranteed at least $1.00 per review. You need to speak and write English very well, and don't screw around with them, if you lifted even a single sentence from somewhere else, they won't pay. I've got a few more, but I'm gonna save them for a little later. Hey I need to keep you guys coming back for more, don't I?

Some of the resources I've found are free and some you'll need to pay for, but here they are for you to try out, some of these took me quite a while to find.

Brokering a note involves buying the note (contract) from the note holder at a discount. Say Bob has a note on a house (mortgage) and the home owner is paying Bob, not a bank. The note is worth $200,000.00 over a 30 year term. Suddenly, Bob gets it into his head that he's going to buy a yacht, or has an accident, or needs to pay for Bob Jr.'s college. The only way he can get that kind of money fast is to sell his note, at a discount of course. Here comes Ted. Ted is a note broker. He works with a company that will give Bob $160,000.00 for his note. Ted tells Bob that they'll give Bob $155,000.00 for the note. Ted pockets the extra $5,000.00

Lots of people don't want to work with brokers because they feel it's a built in loss, and it is really, but the end result is to get to a number that makes the note holder happy, and keep the rest. Typically, a note broker will take 10% or less to remain competative. So where do you find these notes?

First thing that's free is the local county courthouse, though some places have an online system. You can check who holds the notes on the mortgages in your area, and simply send them a letter asking if they would entertain the idea of selling the note and assuring them your quote is free, and there is no obligation. Some will respond, some won't. So, I've found a few online resources that can help get you started. Like I said, some are free and some aren't, but here they are:

Notes for sale in posts - This one is free!

Lien Exchange - This one is a huge resource filled area for all sorts of liens. Mostly like a stock platform and I believe there is a registration fee to buy.

American Capital Exchange - Another fee based resource, but looks to have lots of content.

Now that you found a note, where do you go? Unless you have a good couple of million laying around, you can't exactly buy them yourself. So you go to other companies.

My pick is Charter Financial though you will have to pay a fee for this one. That having been said though, I trust these guys a lot more than some of the others. The fee is $250.00 and you get a lot of training materials and sample forms. I know, because I already did it. Trouble is, I don't have the time or patience for it, and every thing else in my life. This is good news for you though, because if you bring a note to me, I can get you a quote on it and I'll only take 10% off the payout for my part.

The only other resource I found was Note Funding.com though I've never tried to work with them, so I can't vouch for them like I can with Charter.

So there you go. I hope you found this article helpful.

You can now not only bet on the outcomes of certain sports games, but you can play an opponent in blackjack. Now Moola is an interesting animal because, as I've said, I worked as a teller at a financial institution and have actually seen the check that a person deposited and to my knowledge, the check cleared. That makes this a program that I have actually seen in action. Another tidbit is that I have recently been adding posts to this blog that are paid posts. Wordpress has disallowed this, so Blogger.com will remain my blog supporter or choice. Blogvertise is a great resource for this kind of work and I have received the promised payment from them at the appointed time. So to recap so far. Moola and Blogvertise are two 4 star gigs. I highly recommend them.

This is a situation known as "market risk". This occurs when there is some trepidation in the market and, as a whole it goes down. Even the good stocks. Hey, it happens. But here's the good news. It will recover, and when it does..... Stock trading can still be profitable. The things you need to remember are this:

1. Make sure you don't just diversify your portfolio, but properly allocate your assets. I know some of you are saying, "Hey, can't you speak in English? Is there a Glossary of Terms I can read to know what the difference is?" Got you covered. One First Trade, there is enough information to help you feel comfortable trading stocks, options, Exchange Traded Funds, etc. without the high priced fees of a high priced stock broker.
2. Do your due diligence. Look into the company you are going to invest in. This is especially easy if you are doing it yourself via online trading.
3. Watch the fees. Chose a brokerage that isn't charging an arm and a leg, but also isn't promising you great service and a flawless product for a nickel. Dad always said you get what you pay for.
4. Review your investments. Not all investments are right for all types of economies. Check on them at least twice a year if not more, your investment plan should be a living plan.

These are just basics. Every company is different, but you need to make sure that the features they have are right for you. Check out different investment options for different stages of your life from start to retirement and spread the money out enough that if an entire sector goes down, like say banks or something, that you don't feel it so bad. Lastly, make sure they have good deals, First Trade has some lovely promotions here.

Giving plasma is both a good way to make a little extra on the side, and it helps to save lives. For what amounts to an hour to an hour and a half of mild discomfort at worst, you can help make sure someone doesn't have to live with some horrible disease or can get plasma if they need it. It's almost a moral responsibility to help those less fortunate than ourselves, so I myself donate plasma twice a week ( the money is a nice extra, but I also donate blood when possible and volunteered to donate bone marrow, which you don't get paid for, but I would rather go through that pain than let someone die from cancer). So please, check out your local plasma center, these guys are professional and the extra money doesn't hurt.

Biolife Plasma Services

I had some technical issues with my machine and needed to upgrade a few things. One thing I wanted to talk about is life insurance. I've always been a supporter of it, because it's a win-win situation. Let's face the awful truth, no one's going to live forever. However, if you're smart, life insurance can work for you in ways you probably haven't thought about. For example, say you get a nice 30 year term policy with return of premium. That means as long as you pay your premium, you are covered for whatever amount you bought in life insurance. If you die, your beneficiary gets all the money, and they are taken care of. If you DON'T die with in that 30 years, you get all your premium money back! Say you paid $50.00 a month (not uncommon now-a-day's, especially if you are in good health, some times less). That's $18000.00. Not a bad savings plan, huh?

Maybe you own a business and you have a few people who own it. Maybe you want to be able to buy Mr. Smith's share in the business if he should pass on. Get Key Man insurance. You've already worked hard and bled to build this business into something to be proud of, why risk loosing that to some one who might just be looking to sell your business out from under you? Protect yourself. Again, face facts. Life insurance is almost a no-brainer. At some point (which you don't have any clue about when it'll come) you have a 100% chance of dying. I wouldn't want to bet against that game in Vegas.

One oc the key's is to get to a good company, check out their rates, and make sure that their website helps explain the ins and outs to you. WWW.ADVANTAGETERMLIFE.COM is a great place to start. Look at the quotes and ask some questions. Like I said before, any way you cut it, you win. I used to sell life insurance, and I've seen people get lots of insurance (they were in decent health) for very, very little money. Besides, getting a quote costs nothing, making a mistake by not covering yourself and the people you care about can get costly.
