Okay, so I am not that great at Football and thus with sheer luck I got this preview written by my friend.

Atletico Madrid, Spanish champions of last season host the current leaders FC Barcelona on 17th of May.

FC Barcelona's win will ensure them the LaLiga crown while Atletico Madrid want to stay in 3rd place.
FC Barcelona has been successful in beating Atletico Madrid thrice this season.
The last time these two met in LaLiga resulted in a 3-1 Barcelona win, courtesy of goals from Neymar Suarez and Messi who now are also the deadliest trio in Europe.

However, Suarez, is doubtful for the game as he suffer from Hamstring injury.

He was substituted during Half-time in secondleg of Champions league match against FC Bayern Munchen.

Atletico, with the genius Diego Simeone, has the firepower to defeat Barca. They defend well and can hit on the break. They are also brilliant in set-pieces.

On the other hand, Barcelona without Suarez, is going to have a difficult time on the pitch. But they are motivated and have the momentum with them. They are just 4 games away from winning the TREBLE again which no club in the history has ever achieved.

Atletico kept a clean sheet in each of their last 6 home games.

Barcelona scored in each of their last 15 away games.

So who's going to win the game? Can Atletico restrict Barca from winning the league at Calderon?

Yet Another Dimension with Microsoft's HoloLens

MICROSOFT is the real GIANT and I could not help myself but write on this very impressive new ‘geek’ in the tech-market. Windows 10 has been in the limelight since it was spoken of or maybe before that. Gates you are one smart and genius man to have halted the idea of getting Windows 9 to the market. It surely would have not achieved much of accolades. So yeah turning back to where I was- Windows 10 and the HoloLens (yeah you write it that way). Since childhood, I have always been fascinated by 3D structures and Mr. Bill finally got my prayers answered. Check out the first look here in my exclusive report of the HoloLens.

It was Wednesday, the preview day of Windows 10. Building 92 of Microsoft’s Redmond campus was flooded with a group of hacks sent to try the new HoloLens. Conventionally with their cams and gadgets stripped, they began their journey towards the new tech this "software giant" has to bless us with. The 'hologramatic’ wearable ‘fits over your eyes and projects 3D vision right in front of you. But before, it pops up with a rectangular box that for a brief period showcases the proud logo of Microsoft. A bunch of obsessive people for whom this is not just any lens but a meaningful part of their life have dedicated a lot into making this come alive. Once a science fiction, this had broken all the barriers between technology and humans. Smacking against laws of physics and what can actually be done with light is yet another dimension explored by the humans and no wonder we have crossed all the walls to make this happen. A group of people who dedicated their blood and souls into this would have never imagined that something of this sort of could be achieved with light.

This is one medium of artistic expression and a medium that we never had before. What if you could just actually go beyond the screen of the computer and explore just never ending possibilities. The oculus Rift by Facebook had some major flaws which are effectively eliminated in Microsoft’s HoloLens. Firstly, you do not have to be blind after wearing this. It is easy to walk and stroll around wearing this. Secondly, no accessories like power gloves or any sort of rings. It is all controlled by your hands, voice and eyes. The cursor moves while your eyes move. The cursor will focus in the direction of your eyeballs so it is rather convenient. If you wish to ‘click’ the onscreen controls, just clench your fist right in front of your face and raise a finger and then move it back and down. Voice commands are yet again integrated. HoloLens are the next era of computing and with Microsoft projecting its high-end skills into this arena it is surely going to bring more accolades in the coming years and change the way people have been perceiving the technology. The deadly cancer has taken a toll over the world with enormous deaths every year. Cancer is spreading like flu and many have fallen prey to this. Prostate is a walnut-shaped gland situated between the bladder and rectum in the males. Its function is to secrete a milky fluid that comprises of semen (30%) besides other fluids. It is thus, an endocrine gland. There are two types of tumors associated with the gland. After a certain age, usually after 60, the prostate gland of the men starts to grow in this size. This condition is referred to as the prostatic hyperplasia. This is, however, benign and does not cause cancer.

In the early stages, the tumor does not cause any visible effect on the body. Many tumors grow away from the urethra and thus the effects depend mainly on the effect it has on the urethra. Small tumors generally do not put much pressure on the urethra and so any visible effects are seldom seen. Both non-cancerous and cancerous show same symptoms of growth in the prostate which are-

Frequent need to urinate which is sometimes accompanied by pain.
Frequency increases at the night to urinate
A feel of incomplete urination in the bladder
Employing methods like starting and stopping and straining to urinate

Non-cancerous symptoms usually are- very rare pain and blood in semen or urine.

The cancer of the prostate gland grows gradually over a time. Especially in older men, this condition may get worse during the years if not treated properly. The cancerous cells may spread to other parts of the body like the bones and cause symptoms like pain in the back, hip, pelvis and other areas that contain bone. Some older men may face a difficulty in erection as well, if there was not one existing before.

The women constitute about 50% of the world’s population, but still sadly many countries show disproportionate gender balance. India is one such nation where the child sex ratio is not even 900 females to 1000 males now. On a daily basis, newspapers and TV channels are flooded with the greatest troubles that a woman is subjected to. Women have been a subject of cruelty since times immemorial and nothing significant has been done yet. Not much of efforts have been taken till now to balance this inequality of gender. Though, a significant rise in education has been accompanied by people accepting a “girl child”, still a visible part remains under the clutches of female infanticide. Besides, sexual harassment, domestic violence, rapes, molestations, dowry are yet another aspect of torture on women. When even the nature transfers 50% of Chromosomal genes from the mother and 50% from the father, then why do we as a mortal being need to discriminate this rule?

You do not need to evoke change in a person, for it is a natural phenomenon and comes from deep within. As a responsible citizen of this nation, or say the world, it is our duty to respect everyone in our surroundings. Does not matter, be it a man or a woman. All are equal by law and status, and most importantly we are all humans. The Indian constitution grants equal opportunities for men and women in India, but still a large section of females either die before they are born or die while they are living a rugged life. This concept of women empowerment flows from the power. It is vesting where it does not exist or exists poorly.

Today we have recognized distinctive Acts and Schemes of the central Government as well as state government to empower the women of India. At the same time in Indian females are segregated and underestimated at each level of the society whether it is social investment, political engagement, monetary engagement, access to training, and also reproductive health care. No wonder, there are some areas where women enjoy the same status as men, but that constitutes only a small fragment of the culture driven society. Who would have wondered that a mere testosterone or estrogen could play games as hilarious as rapes and molestation? Thousands of rape cases are gone unreported every day and a few more unattended. Implicitly, various reforms have been carried out and certain candle marches too, only to be forgotten later on. Many of those who might be reading this article now would not even care to think on this issue and consider it as yet another piece of internet “spam”. On the other hand, there would be another section of reformers and thinking working on to bring out a major change in this society for females. And surely somewhere, a female mind would be running behind this with a pile of idea. Not in a place so far, an innocence who has been raped at the age of 10 would be draped in a cloak of sympathy, fear and shame. Yes! a shame for having born in a place where a father-child relation is not built on trust, a place where learning is accompanied by sexual harassment and a place where support comes along with taunts for lifetime.

Miles away a working mind would be wondering about the salary increment without having to sacrifice its body and soul. Some further, a house would be witnessing the tears of a soul that has just been slapped for making not so appealing meal. And somewhere within you, a voice would be asking just one question “Should I take a step further, or let it go in vain?” This is how a woman will empower. Not by any reforms or acts, but by just a simple thinking of respecting a female in all her forms.

So in this summit which was held on 21st December, at Surat, this particular issue of empowering women was raised. I feel there was justification done to the topic and massive involvement could be witnessed. Many female entrepreneurs and social activist were seen as a part of this summit.

The world needs such voices to be heard and this was one of the many great initiatives taken for a woman.

Confessions of a shopaholic by Sophie Kinsella is a hilarious novel.If you have seen and loved the movie, then this book is for you, because it is completely different from the book. In fact, I had not read this book for years believing it might be the same as the movie. But, it is completely different, except the characters you won't find anything similar in the books and the movie. the storyline is different and so are the adventures. You will smile, giggle or may even roar with laughter at some places. It makes you happy to read the adventures and misadventures of Rebecca "Becky" Bloomwood. Becky is a financial journalist for a low budget journal , Successful Savings. And as the title says it all, Rebecca is a shopaholic and she knows so very well. But, she cannot control herself. She finds happiness in clothes, malls are her mecca and Vogue is her bible. Though she loves to shop from the top brands, she doesn't have the money to do so. and due to that Rebecca is in debt. She has stretched her Visa to the limit and not a day goes by when she doesn't receive a mail from the banks.

Rebecca makes up stories and excuses to not pay these bills. Her best friend Suze is a rich girl and has no shortage of money. In fact her cousin Tarquin is the 15th richest man in Britain and has the hots for our own Becky. Then there is the main lead Luke Brandon. The Luke Brandon. The hot Luke Brandon. He is hot, he is intelligent and he is a multi-millionaire, no faults there, eh. Luke seems to look through Becky's lies and excuses and that does not go down well with her and that is why she doesn't like her and also because he was Suze's ex boss and he had sacked her, but that doesn't count. He likes Becky but has a girlfriend , about whom when he tells to Becky, she gets upset and stops talking to him.
Meanwhile the load of loan on Becky starts to increase and she is not able to pay them off. She keeps on inventing new excuses each time the bank calls her and keeps running from her responsibilities. Her father gives her to options CB or MMM, that is , Cut Back or Make More Money. Becky then buys a book on Cutting Back her expenses and what follows are Becky's hilarious interpretation of what the book is trying to say and what she understands out of it. For example the book asks the reader to take home made coffee in a flask instead of buying expensive ones, and what Becky makes out from this advice is that she needs to buy an expensive flask from some expensive shop to take coffee, classic Becky. And we just love her for it. The way she has explanations for every little thing, the way she day dreams about every situation she lands in and how she will come through it with flying colours, is what makes you fall in love with her at once. And so here she stops to Cut Back when she finds out that she had ended up spending more while "Cutting Back" than before.
Next step is Making More Money. To do so, she joins a cooperation for making frames from home and also decides to change her job and join some high end bank following advice from Suze. And as usual, she lands herself up in trouble, and as usual we end up smiling at the mishaps that keep following her.
Fed up from her life and constant debt collecting letters, she runs to her parent's house and tells then that she is being stalked by Derek Smeath, a bank employee, who in reality is a nice man ,who ust wanted her to pay off her debts. She feels terrible about her lies and excuses but is too self- respecting so as to let down her parents. Here she finds that her neighbors had been mis-adviced by an investment agency. She writes an emotional, a bit exaggerated article describing the tragedy that had taken place( though the tragedy was not a tragedy, to be true). And this article is published in the national newspaper. She is called by the telly people to feature on their show and carry on a heated financial debate with a representative of the financial firm. Rebecca is on the seventh moon when she hears this news. Any guesses who the representative turns out to be? Yes, you are absolutely right, LUKE BRANDON. He opposes Rebecca but then ends up taking her side and leaving his clients on national television.
After her stint on the television, Rebecca is offered a regular slot on the show and so her money problems just get sorted out and yes, she goes on a date with Luke as well. Nothing is sad at the end of this novel. Becky is happy, and so is Luke and quite frankly so are we.

The Book Thief by Markus Zusak is an exceptional book. It is sentimental, thoughtful and sometimes it makes you smile. It makes be grateful of your stars that you were not born in the Nazi period, in the world, specially in Germany, especially a Jew.Yes, it takes place in the Nazi times, in Germany. And the most unusual part of this book is its narration, which is by Death. Yes, Death, like the Grim Reaper or something, but a very humane one, one who kind of likes humans and their quirks and eccentricities, and is keen on understanding them.

The book Thief is the story of a little girl's life Liesel Meminger who is separated from her mother following the death of her brother and is sent to live with Hans and Rosa Hubermann on 33 Himmel Street in Molching. Liesel is illiterate and cannot read or write while words and books constantly amaze her. She had stolen her first book The Grave Digger's Manual from a grave-digger boy while her brother's burial and he keeps it with her the whole time. Since she cannot read it she keeps it with her all the time, beneath her pillow while she sleeps. Then she starts to create her relationship with Papa and Mama. Papa Hubermann is soft natured man, who loves everyone and loves to play his accordion. The accordion becomes a symbol for calmness and security in Liesel's life. She loves Papa and he loves her. He sits beside her every night when she has nightmares and wets the bed. He then starts her teaching her to read and write in the basement at nights when Liesel is made fun of in school for not knowing much. They have a special bond which makes you just smile all the time. On the other hand is Mama Hubermann, though she seems to be the type who will torture the poor little girl when she is first introduced in the book. You start to imagine her as Cinderella's evil step mother, the German version, it is then that you realize that she is a woman with a huge heart. She loves Liesel just the same but she is unlike Hans and doesn't believe in a show of her emotions. Then you have The Rudy Steiner, Liesel's love interest. The perfect boy. He is funny, he is cute and he just loves to flirt with Liesel. One would expect a little boy to not like girls, but not our Rudy, he just Liesel to kiss him, that is all. He is a brilliant boy, good in athletics, in fact he loves Jesse Owens and had once painted himself black and ran naked in the park. He is awesome, in simple words.

World is a happy place for Liesel, she goes collecting clothes for laundry with Mama and meets the Mayor's wife, Ilsa Hermann, on one of her rounds. One day during a huge bonfire built by the Nazi's, Ilsa sees Liesel steal a book that had fallen from the fire. She then decides to call Liesel into her huge library and share her love for books with her. Here, in this library Liesel finds her heaven and her real passion. Meanwhile, Max Vandenberg's story takes place, he is a Jew who is hiding from the government and he is helped by Hans since he is the son of the man who had saved Hans' life in the first world war and had taught him to play the accordion. Hans sends Max the key to their home in a copy of Hitler's Mein Kampf, and in an ironical twist of fate the book that had ruined Max's life holds the key to his future and safety. Max arrives on Himmel Street and is kept in The Hubermann's basement secretly. He is a fascinating to Liesel in every way, he has black feather-like hair and he has nightmares just like her. She befriends him and starts to read with him along with Papa. Max loves Liesel and Liesel tells him the weather of the day, everyday. Max writes a book, The Standover Man, for Liesel by painting on the pages on Mein Kampf and gives it to her.In this book he depicts his life and Liesel's care for him when he was sick and she had brought for him a gift each day he had not opened his eyes.
Meanwhile the author depicts the conditions people are living under, Papa has no ob just painting the window panes black for the air raids, Mama loses her contracts and Rudy's father's customers are dwindling. Rudy and Liesel join a gang of guys and steal apples and potatoes from the farmers. After sometime Max leaves the Hubermann household and leaves another book which he had written for Liesel, The Word Shaker. In this book he compares Liesel and Hitler, how both use words to affect people, while one is caring and loving, the other uses the same words for wrath and destruction.The Nazi begin marching the Jews down the Himmel Street after sometime while taking them to the concentration camps. Liesel looks each time for Max and fails to find him, once she spots him in the crowd and runs to meet him. It is then that Rudy comes to know about Max.
Rudy is then selected for Hitler's Youth for which his parents refuse and his father is consequently punished by being sent to war and so is Hans.
Liesel continues going to Ilsa's llibrary and reading books. Ilsa tells her about her dead son thus explaining her solitude and depression. One day she goes and tears up a book in her library taking out her frustration against words that had caused such upheaval in her life. She then writes an apology note and leaves the library promising to never return again. Ilsa then turns up at Liesel's house and gives her an empty notebook and advises her to pen down her own book.
And it is during writing her book one night in the basement that Himmel Street is air;raided and all of Lisa's loved ones are killed. It is then that Death takes this book and is how he knows Liesel's life story.
Liesel is then adopted by Ilsa and her husband, Rudy's father returns from war and finds Liesel. Max also returns from the concentration camp alive and they are reunited in a tearful and happy, uh, both, you get that feeling right. When you meet an old friend you had thought you'll never meet and then they suddenly text you or something, that feeling exactly. Liesel then dies at old age in Australia and finally meets Death.
The book is lovely, you read it and you go "awww" whenever Rudy asks Liesel to kiss him, you become tearful at Max's nightmares. You love Papa and Mama and you feel sad for Ilsa.
Over all, I highly recommend this book to people who love reading books based on world war times. A great read.

What mythology really alludes as well?

Passing by the tried and true definition, it needs to do something with the Gods and religion. When you think about the way world is around you, a set of diverse inquiries emerge in one's brain. What are we? Where have we originated? All the current convictions- how could they have been able to they emerge?. The schedule is interminable along these lines and so are the viewpoints. A look into the bits of knowledge of an individual’s brain leads to a completely new path in which the world is seen. We all have diverse observations in regards to the convictions and customs. On the other hand, today whatever we are or whatever possibly our convictions are characterized by a solid story and history behind this, termed today as the Mythology.

Greek Mythology alludes to the deeper vestige of the myths concerning the Greek Gods, legends, the nature of the Greek world, their ceremonies and convictions and every bit of it. Human advancements have been creating since the aged times and the practices as well. A step towards understanding the Greek Mythology tosses some light on the political and religious practices in those times. Greek Mythology goes once more to 2000 BC, the time when Mother Earth was worshiped. Sources say that, in the place where there is Thessaly intruders from the minor some piece of Asia came and turned into a piece of the group. They built another dialect and blended with the locals. Things began to heat up when a more forceful tribe moved in and oppressed the locals. They talked a dialect called the old Greek Language and implemented it on the locals calling them the Helots. They utilized Hieroglyphics that the researchers allude to as the Linear B.

While the war was going on, a standout amongst the most flourishing countries was that of Crete. The Holes In Our Hearts- TFIOS review

The Fault In Our Stars ,or TFIOS, as people these days prefer calling it ,is one of the most feel good books that I’ve read in a long time, and trust me when I say long time, I mean it. After reading the book, you feel like you have lost something, a big chunk of your heart is missing, and Hazel has taken it with her. Yes, I know that happens after every good book has been devoured, licked, sniffed, eaten,etc(whatever you prefer), but this book goes an extra mile. I love it. Yes, there, I said it, I love this goddamn book. No, I have not been bribed by anyone to confess that.

Enough of my feelings (yeah, I know they do get out of control at times, but I’ll try putting them on the back burner for a short while.) Let me just give you a brief of the book, which is by the way, being made into a feature film, so if you are not a reader and a movie buff instead, you can watch the movie. But as is the case with all the movies that have been “inspired” by books, I don’t think will do John Green’s story much justice. Anyway, not dwindling from the topic( yes, I can do it), let me tell you about the story(phew, finally).

TFIOS is the story, ehm, love story of Hazel Grace, a girl in remission from Cancer and a boy Augustus Waters also in remission. So after you have felt sad/bad about these two, you can move ahead and start loving these two. Hazel doesn’t want to make more connections in the world for the remaining period of her life as she thinks she will be hurting those people when she dies. Sweet, I know! And then there is Augustus, who is full of life and basically the exact opposite of Hazel. He lives each day as his last, and even smokes a cigarette that is not alight, something to do with his philosophy of laughing at death. They meet in a Cancer Support Group and Augustus falls for Hazel on first sight, she resembles his ex (typical). Oh, I forgot to mention, Augustus is totally hot, yeah yeah, it’s a teenage book so everyone has to be hot, even dying people. Then Augustus flirts with Hazel and they get to know each other more by talking on phone throughout the night, reading each other’s favourite books, Hazel’s An Imperial Infliction and Augustus’ Price of Dawn. Ah, ye olde Romance.

Meanwhile ,their mutual friend Isaac who has eye cancer and already had only one eye gets operated and loses the other eye as well as his Hot(surprise) girlfriend Monica, who couldn’t deal with Isaac going blind and all. Hazel has a dream, a wish, of knowing the ending of An Imperial infliction which was not written in the book and wants to know about it from the author Peter Van Houten by going to Amsterdam, and Isaac like a true boyfriend decides to give her his “wish”. They then go to Amsterdam to meet the author who surprisingly turns out to be a meanie. A drunk mean, at that. He treats them horrifically and they leave his house. Nut don’t you think that their trip goes to waste. Nah, that never happens. They go to the Anne Franke House and kiss in public. Yay, you go guys. Then they have lovely lunches and dinners and something else as well, in their room, you catching my drift? After returning from Amsterdam, Augustus reveals that his cancer has returned and he might be dying, soon.

By this time, my heart was shattered into a hundred pieces. And then a million more pieces when Augustus calls to hear the eulogies hazel and Isaac had written for him or when he goes to egg Monica’s place with Isaac and Hazel. And after many many emotional moments Augustus bids his goodbye. He leaves Hazel a eulogy asking her to be happy with her choices. And the book ends with hazel accepting to be happy with her choices and the readers heart broken, wiping snot in their tissues, bawling openly and wanting to start reading the book all over again. At least that is what I felt. Ah, I forgot to mention, Van Houten drops by on Augustus’ funeral and tells Hazel about his cancer stricken daughter on whom he had based Anna from his book, but that doesn’t make him any less of a douche, so that is there.

In the end , I conclude by saying that this book does that to the heart of a book reader what a chocolate cake does to foodie. So this is the chocolate cake of books, guilty pleasure.
