Battambang Province is one of the 25 provinces in the Kingdom of Cambodia, located in the northwest region along National Road No. 5 and is 291 km away from the capital Phnom Penh. The province borders Pailin Province and the Kingdom of Thailand (adjacent to Trat Province, Chanthaburi Province, and Sa Kaeo Province, with a length of 144.80 km) to the west; to the east, it borders Pursat Province and Tonle Sap Lake; to the north, it borders Banteay Meanchey Province and Siem Reap Province; and to the south, it borders Pursat Province. Battambang Province has five border gates, including two international border gates: the Dong International Border Gate located in Boeung Reang Commune, Kamrieng District, and the Phnum Dei International Border Gate (Kilo 13) located in Santepheap Commune, Sampov Lun District. There are also three local border gates: Ou Anlok (Suon Suom) located in Ta Saen Commune, Kamrieng District; Ou Romduol located in Pech Chenda Commune, Phnum Proek District; and the 400 Local Border Gate located in Samlot Commune, Samlot District.

All these gate checkpoints have facilitated and served the economic and commercial sectors, both export and import, more effectively. The provincial population center is located in Battambang city, which is a junction point between National Road No. 5 and National Road No. 57, as well as having a railway passing through and the Sangke River, which is an important water source. Battambang province's terrain is divided into three main zones: first, the lowland and mountainous forest area, which is a zone for fruit orchards and agro-industrial crops, including the districts of Ratan Mondol, Koas Krala, Banan, Samlot, Kamrieng, Sampov Loun, Phnum Preuk, Bavel, and Rukh Kiri; second, the flat field area (rice field zone), which includes Battambang city and part of Moung Russey district, Sangke district, and Thma Koul district; and third, the floodplain area adjacent to the Tonle Sap lake, including Ek Phnom district and part of Moung Russey district, Thma Koul district, and Sangke district.

Battambang province has a total land area of 11,631.21 square kilometers, divided into 1 city and 13 districts, which include 103 communes/sangkats and 842 villages. The total population is 1,308,424 people, with 663,615 females, comprising 297,255 households and a population density of 112 people per square kilometer. The main occupations of the population are 68.60% in agriculture and 34.80% in manufacturing and services. The province's economic growth accounts for 7% of the national economy's size of 8.8%. The total production in 2024 is approximately 11,108,101 million riels, equivalent to 2,703 million dollars. The average income per person is 1,964 dollars.

Enhancing Loan Payment Efficiency Through Mobile App Technology Utilization in the Banking Sector of Battambang City, Cambodia: In the context of Cambodia’s growing digital finance landscape, mobile loan payment systems have emerged as critical tools for enhancing financial service efficiency. However, there is limited empirical research examining the factors influencing user satisfaction and loan payment efficiency through mobile apps in this context. This study aimed to identify key predictors of user satisfaction with mobile loan payment systems and to explore how gender differences and user experience shape loan payment outcomes in Battambang’s banking and microfinance sectors. A mixed-methods approach is employed in this study by combining survey data from 283 users with interview data from 30 participants across urban and rural areas of Battambang City. Quantitative results, analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling, revealed that performance expectancy as well as technological and security factors significantly predicted user satisfaction, which in turn strongly influenced mobile loan payment efficiency. Effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions were non-significant, likely because Cambodian users are already familiar with smartphones, mobile banking, and e-wallet apps. Since loan repayment is a private matter, peer influence is minimal, and as mobile payment systems have become normalized, ease of use and infrastructure are taken for granted, with greater focus now placed on performance, trust, and security. Gender-based analysis showed that user satisfaction had a significantly greater impact on mobile loan payment among female users. Qualitative findings further highlighted that speed, security, and trust were reinforced as core experiential dimensions of user satisfaction. The study concludes that user-centered, secure, and gender-responsive design of mobile loan payment systems is essential for promoting adoption and improving efficiency. These insights provide actionable implications for financial institutions aiming to scale digital payment platforms in emerging economies.

Directorship of the Confucius Institute

Academic Journey and Qualifications

Dr. Sam Rany's academic journey reflects a deep commitment to higher education and lifelong learning, encompassing various qualifications obtained from Cambodian and international institutions. His highest academic degree is a PhD in Education, which he earned from the School of Educational Studies at the University of Science Malaysia (USM) between 2011 and 2016.¹ His doctoral research focused on "The Influence of Institutional Factors and Integrations towards Students' Intellectual Development: A Case Study of Three Cambodian Public Universities".² Before his doctoral studies, Dr. Rany obtained a Master of Law (LL.M.) degree from the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) in Cambodia (2004-2007), specializing in International Business Law and Corporate Counsel.² His master's thesis explored "The Notions of Goodfaith in the International Sale of Goods".¹² He also holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) degree in Public Law from RULE (2000-2004), with his bachelor's thesis titled "State Responsibility in the International Law".² Demonstrating his broad academic interests, Dr. Rany also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) during the same period (2000-2004).⁷ His dedication to the field of education is further evidenced by a Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (MA in TESOL) from Human Resource University (HRU), which he completed in 2017, and a Master of Education in Educational Administration from the National Institute of Education (NIE), graduating in 2019.⁸ Most recently, he obtained a PhD in Educational Science from Khemarak University in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, in late 2023.⁸

SINGAPORE -- For Em Theara, learning Chinese at one of Cambodia's three Confucius Institutes means a brighter future.

"Many Chinese people have come to Cambodia to set up business. Those who know Chinese will have more opportunities [for jobs] ... and the salaries are not bad," the 24-year-old university student said.

Em Theara is one of a growing number of Cambodians enrolling at the institutes, which are partly funded by the government in Beijing. They ostensibly promote the Mandarin language and Chinese culture abroad but have been broadly criticized in the West as channels for Chinese Communist Party propaganda, and many of them have shut down. But in much of Asia, including Southeast Asia, they have found more fertile ground.

Within the Association of Southeast Asian Nations bloc, the official website lists 42 at present, up from 33 in 2021. Thailand tops the list at 16. Scores of Confucius Classrooms -- partner programs with schools and education centers -- have also been established across the ASEAN region.

Sam Rany, the Cambodian director of the Confucius Institute at the National University of Battambang in Cambodia, said the institutes are instrumental in equipping people with the skills to engage in business and trade with China, thereby participating more effectively in the global economy.

"This is increasingly important given China's significant role as a major trade partner and investor in the region," Sam said.

China is Cambodia's top foreign investor, accounting for two-thirds of total investment capital, according to the Council for the Development of Cambodia. Chinese tourists are also the No. 3 source of foreign visitors, according to Cambodia's Tourism Ministry, which recorded a fivefold surge in Chinese visitors in 2023 from the previous year.

"The employment opportunities provided by Chinese companies are valued by Cambodian graduates and contribute significantly to Cambodia's economic growth," Sam said.

While economic considerations are a major driver for learning Chinese, the influence of Chinese media, entertainment and technology is also a motivator, Sam noted. The institutes' "role has expanded, transforming them into comprehensive cultural centers that wield soft power in ASEAN," he added.

That brand of soft power has met resistance in the West as geopolitical tensions flare. The U.S., the U.K. and European Union countries have raised concerns that the institutes not only push the Communist Party's views on issues like Tibet but may even serve as vehicles for espionage.

Many of the 498 institutes scattered around the globe, as of the end of 2023, are nestled in universities. This has raised concerns that their presence can undermine the academic freedom of the host institutions, which share a portion of the costs but may feel obliged to toe Beijing's line more broadly.

In an apparent move to dispel criticism and reduce political sensitivity, Beijing set up a nongovernmental charitable organization, the Chinese International Education Foundation, in 2020 to take over the institutes' operations. They had been run by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation, more commonly known as Hanban, where senior party officials had assumed roles as managers and board directors.

The rebranding appears to have done little to ease the friction.

Since 2019, most of the institutes at American universities and colleges have closed, dropping from about 100 to "fewer than five," according to the U.S. Government Accountability Office.

The U.S. in 2018 had restricted federal funding to schools that had the institutes, and in 2020 designated the de facto headquarters of the Confucius Institute network as a foreign mission of China. Ian Chong, a political scientist at the National University of Singapore, said the institutes are not as controversial in Southeast Asia because the region is less willing to challenge China.

Gauging the impact of the institutes and how much China's message resonates is difficult. For the first time, a majority of Southeast Asians now say they would choose China over the U.S. if forced to take sides in the superpowers' rivalry, according to an annual survey by the ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute published last month. Most respondents also picked China over the U.S. as the region's most influential economic power.

This suggests the region has not necessarily become pro-China and that many people have other considerations, such as anti-U.S. sentiment over Washington's perceived support for Israeli actions in Gaza -- the Israel-Hamas conflict was the top geopolitical concern among respondents.

Sok Khorn, Rector of the National University of Battambang, recently spearheaded a delegation to Thessaly University on April 16-21, 2024 in Greece. The visit centered around participation in the "Smart City ASEAN Learning Network (SCALE)" project meeting and related study tours. This initiative, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, seeks to enhance the capabilities of educators, researchers, operators, policymakers, and students involved in smart city management.

The SCALE project's primary aim is to facilitate the upskilling of current and future professionals in the field, ensuring they are well-prepared to contribute to the development of smart cities. Additionally, it focuses on expanding educational opportunities for both young learners and the existing workforce, a move seen as essential for a just, efficient, and sustainable transition to smarter urban environments.

Cambodia proudly hosts three burgeoning smart cities: Phnom Penh, Battambang, and Siem Reap. These cities are at the forefront of the country’s push towards modernized, efficient urban planning and management.

Opinion: Confucius Institute Enhances Chinese Language Education, Cultural Exchange in NW Cambodia

Confucius institutes have been playing a vital role in promoting Chinese language education and cultural exchanges, along with enhancing the quality of education in Cambodian higher education institutions for over a decade. Currently, four major Confucius institutes are operational in Cambodia. The first one was co-founded by Jiujiang University and the Royal Academy of Cambodia (CIRAC) on December 22, 2009, an organization that operates under the supervision of the Council of Ministers.

On December 26, 2019, the second Confucius Institute (CINUBB) was established by the Guilin University of Electronic Technology and the National University of Battambang, which is overseen by the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport. The Nanjing Vocational University of Industry Technology and the Federation of Khmer Chinese in Cambodia jointly established the fourth one at the Cambodian University of Technology and Science (CICamTech) in November 2022, which is also supervised by the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport.

On June 4, 2020, the fourth Chinese higher education institution was founded in Cambodia. Hainan University collaborated with the Royal University of Agriculture at the Royal University of Agriculture to establish the China-Indochina Research and Education Center for Sustainable Development (CIRUA). CIRUA operates under the supervision of the Cambodian Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries.

Besides CIRUA, other Chinese higher education institutions, such as Lanmei University of Cambodia and Cambodia-China University of Technology and Science, have also been established in Cambodia. China is promoting STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) diplomacy in Cambodia by supporting higher education in science, technology, and information and communication technology (ICT). This initiative reflects Chinese cooperation and contributes to the debate over China's international development model and its growing role as a global leader.

In addition, on April 25, 2018, former Prime Minister Hun Sen and former Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia Xiong Bo jointly unveiled Kratie University. The university cost 12 million U.S. dollars, with 10 million coming from the Chinese government and the rest from the Kratie Foundation for Higher Education Organization.

According to the 2023 Southeast Asia Confucius Institutes Joint Conference report, Southeast Asia has 62 Confucius Institutes (classrooms) as of July 2023, with Thailand having the most at 23—the highest number in ASEAN. The size of the Chinese diaspora population and the perception that China's economic influence provides Mandarin speakers with more job opportunities are the most apparent reasons why Mandarin language learning has grown in popularity in ASEAN rather than in the West.

Southeast Asia is home to approximately 30 million of the estimated 40 million ethnic Chinese diaspora. While Confucius Institutes are lauded for their contributions to education and cultural exchange, they have also been criticized in several countries for concerns about academic freedom, propaganda, and influence operations. The perception and impact of these institutes vary significantly from one country to another. On the other hand, Cambodia can benefit from establishing Confucius institutes that can provide Chinese language education to students to increase employment and economic growth in Cambodia.

The Confucius Institute, a non-profit public educational organization affiliated with the People's Republic of China's Ministry of Education, is critical in promoting Chinese language education and cultural exchange in Cambodian higher education institutions. The Centre for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) and the Chinese International Education Foundation (CIEF) provide technical and financial support for C.I.s around the world.

The Confucius Institute has seven significant roles. Firstly, its primary focus is on teaching the Chinese language to Cambodian students. It offers classes led by certified and experienced Chinese language instructors, ranging from beginner to advanced levels. This helps Cambodian students learn Chinese and prepares them for careers in business and diplomacy, where Chinese language proficiency is increasingly valued.

Secondly, besides teaching students, these institutes also frequently train Cambodian Chinese language teachers, contributing to developing a long-term model for Chinese language education in the country.

Thirdly, they organize and facilitate various cultural exchange programs, including Chinese cultural festivals, art exhibitions, music and dance performances, and other events that showcase Chinese culture. These events help enhance mutual understanding and cultural exchange between China and Cambodia.

Fourth, they provide resources such as books, journals, and electronic materials to support Chinese language education and offer scholarships or funding opportunities for Cambodian students to study in China, fostering educational exchanges.

Fifth, some Confucius Institutes engage in academic and research collaborations between Cambodian and Chinese higher education institutions. This includes joint research projects, conferences, seminars, and the exchange of academic staff and scholars.

Sixth, facilitating international collaboration: These institutes facilitate broader international collaboration and partnership in higher education by serving as a bridge between Chinese and Cambodian educational institutions.

Finally, promoting understanding of Chinese policies and developments: through various programs and seminars, the Confucius Institutes also provide insights into Chinese policies, economic developments, and societal changes, which is crucial for countries like Cambodia with strong economic and diplomatic ties with China.

In the meantime, I'd like to share an achievement of one of the Confucius Institutes in Cambodia, CINUBB. The institute has been instrumental in training Chinese language human resources in Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, Siem Reap, and Phnom Penh, benefitting more than 6,165 students.

It has also helped to strengthen the friendship between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the People's Republic of China, which has a rich history. CINUBB has 21 full-time international Chinese language teachers, most of whom have bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degrees and extensive overseas teaching experience.

In collaboration with Battambang's Provincial Department of Education, Youth, and Sports, the Confucius Institute has established 18 Chinese language classes at some high schools, including Pich Chenda High School and Sdao Santepheap High School, as well as higher education institutions, the 5th Military Headquarter Region, and Chinese enterprises, providing Chinese language training at all levels. Currently, more than 200 students are pursuing a Bachelor of Chinese Literature degree at the National Universities of Battambang and Meanchey.

Over the last four years, the Confucius Institute has organized 160 cultural exchange activities and provided opportunities for Chinese language lovers in Cambodia to showcase their talents, including the Spring Festival, Zhuang Festival, Khmer New Year Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Cultural Experience Festival, and teaching activities, including a Chinese poetry recitation competition, a "Chinese Bridge" competition for university students, and a Chinese singing competition. These activities have served as a link between international Chinese language education in northwestern Cambodia and China, fostering cultural exchanges and promoting friendship between our two nations.

National and international media both report on these activities. In particular, the Confucius Institute at the National University of Battambang has received several outstanding awards from well-known Chinese newspapers. Regarding educational exchanges between China and Cambodia, the Confucius Institute is dedicated to enhancing Cambodia's national education system through exchanging knowledge and technology. Cambodia's Minister of Education, Youth, and Sport, Hang Chuon Naron, and Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia, Wang Wentian signed a memorandum of understanding on November 9, 2022, to pilot Chinese courses in some public schools, with implementation scheduled in 2023.

Furthermore, the Confucius Institute contributes to the success of the Belt and Road Initiative. On January 15, 2024, the National Institute of Education trained 100 Cambodian teachers who will teach Chinese in Cambodian public schools. As part of the first phase, 20 public secondary schools teach Chinese. More than 100 Cambodian educational institutions have trained more than 100,000 students in the Chinese language, according to the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport statement.

In the future, the Confucius Institute of the National University of Battambang will increase the number of Chinese classrooms and teaching sites open to public and private schools and enterprises, integrate Chinese with other related majors, do substantial work for students' employment, and improve their labour skills. CINUBB will contribute to achieving the Belt and Road Initiatives and mutual understanding of both leaders.

Remarkably, Prime Minister Hun Sen and President Xi Jinping signed an agreement on Cambodia-China relations and cooperation in February 2023, including the launch of the "Diamond Cooperation" and the establishment of the "Industrial and Technological Corridor" and "Fish and Rice Corridor." Prime Minister Hun Manet and Chinese leaders, especially President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Qiang, exchanged views on propelling the Year of People-to-People Exchange in 2024 into a productive year with concrete outcomes by attracting additional Chinese tourists and more direct flights from China to Cambodia, particularly Siem Reap.

The fish and rice corridor initiative aims to enhance agricultural trade between the two countries, focusing on products like fish, rice, tropical fruits, vegetables, and various agricultural inputs, including fertilizers, pesticides, and animal feed in northwestern Cambodia, particularly in the Tonle Sap Lake area, to develop modern ecological agriculture near Southeast Asia's largest freshwater lake by surface area.

Former Prime Minister Hun Sen announced on March 14, 2023, that the government had designated four provinces—Pursat, Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, and Pailin—as Cambodia's fourth economic pole. Cambodian Tourism Minister Sok Soken said the Southeast Asian country recorded 5.4 million international tourists, including some 540,000 Chinese tourists, in 2023. According to Cambodia's Ministry of Tourism, China was Cambodia's most significant source of international tourist arrivals in the pre-pandemic era.

The kingdom received 2.36 million Chinese tourists in 2019, accounting for 35.7 percent of the total international tourist arrivals and generating about 1.8 billion U.S. dollars in revenue. In conclusion, I firmly believe that C.I.s will continue to contribute to providing quality Chinese language education for Cambodians and to be a bridge to facilitate cultural and people-to-people exchanges for mutual benefits and Cambodia's economic growth, not only in Northwestern Cambodia but also in the whole country.

National University of Battambang organizes a capacity-building workshop on 21st-century teaching skills

(Battambang): The Faculty of Arts, Humanities, and Education of the National University of Battambang has organized a 21st Century Teaching Skills Training Program in the 21st Teach Skills Teacher Training Program, which was co-sponsored by the European Union from September 19 to 21, 2023, at the National University of Battambang. The workshop was attended by 40 leaders, faculty members, academic staff, and students. This program aims to train and share pedagogical knowledge with participants on two modules and five main sub-topics, including:

1. Student-centered learning in higher education.

2. Innovative teaching methods. digital tools and their application possibilities.

3. Assessment of achievements in higher education.

4. Development of critical and reflective thinking skills, and designing the study subject.

5. Creativity in higher education: environment, teaching and learning.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the capacity building workshop, H.E. SOK Khorn, Rector of the National University of Battambang, said: "This training has contributed to strengthening the teaching capacity of teachers and helping improve the quality of education for students. According to the 10-year strategy of the National University of Battambang and the Pentagon strategy of the Royal Government of Cambodia in the 7^th legislature of the National Assembly”, In addition, he stressed that the education program of the National University of Battambang in all disciplines incorporates 21st century skills, including communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking, in response to higher education reform of the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports and the sub-decree on the Cambodian National Qualifications Framework. The university has been preparing digital contents of some courses into the Moodle as NUBB’s learning management system to implement the Sub-Decree on the Establishment of the Cyber University Network of Cambodia.

During this training, the National University of Battambang organized a "Networking Event" that attended by 60 participants who were educational partners, leaders, academic staff and students of the National University of Battambang in order to promote the progress of the project and share its knowledge and experiences related to curriculum development and teaching pedagogy in the 21st century.

It should also be noted that this 21st Century Teaching Skills Project has six main objectives, including:

1. Improve the quality of higher education and lifelong learning
2. Promote relevant education for the job market
3. Improve the level of ability and skills in higher education institutions
4. Promote the capacity for innovation and internationalization in higher education institutions
5. Promote cooperation with European universities to develop curricula in higher education
6. Promote interpersonal relationships and understanding of intercultural

The project is part of a collaborative project for innovation and capacity building in higher education, funded by the European Union with six partners from European and Asian universities, including Greece (University of Ioannina), Lithuania (Klaipeda University), Luxemburg (Novel Group), India (Symbiosis International University and Banasthali Vidyapith), China (Southwest University and Shenzhen Polytechnic) and Cambodia (Royal University of Phnom Penh)

សាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិបាត់ដំបងបានបញ្ជូលមុខវិជ្ជាចំនួនបួននៅកម្មវិធីអប់រំរបស់ខ្លួនរួមមាន៖ ជំនាញដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រកបដោយកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងរិះគិតស៊ីជម្រៅ(Critical Thinking and Collaborative Problem Solving Skills), ជំនាញបច្ចេកវិទ្យាអប់រំ «នវានុវត្តន៍អប់រំ និងអប់រំឌីជីថល» (Educational Technology Skills), កិច្ចការរៀនសូត្រជាក់លាក់៖ ការអនុវត្តបំណិនជាក់ស្តែងនៅក្នុងថ្នាក់រៀន (Authentic Learning Tasks: Practical Implementation of the Skills in the Classroom), និងការកែលម្អការវាយតម្លៃសម្រាប់បំណិនសតវត្សទី២១ (Optimizing Assessment for 21^st Century Skills)។ គម្រោងនេះនឹងជួយរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពអប់រំនៅគ្រឹះស្ថានឧត្តមសិក្សាស្របតាមផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តជាតិរបស់ក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា និងគោលនយោបាយបញ្ចកោណរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាគោលដៅនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពរបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ។

សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា៖ គម្រោងនេះជាផ្នែកមួយនៃគម្រោងសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីនវានុវត្តន៍ និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរឧត្តមានុវត្តន៍នៃការកសាងសមត្ថភាពនៅក្នុងវិស័យឧត្តមសិក្សា ដោយបានទទួលការការគាំទ្រហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ដោយសហភាពអ៊ឺរ៉ុប ដែលមានដៃគូចំនួន៦ប្រទេសរួមមានប្រទេសក្រិក (សាកលវិទ្យាល័យអៃអូនីណា) ប្រទេសលីទុយអានី (សាកលវិទ្យាល័យក្លៃប៉េដា) ប្រទេសលុចសំបួរ (ក្រុមហ៊ុនណូវិនគ្រុប) ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា (សាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិបាត់ដំបង និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ) ប្រទេសចិន (សាកលវិទ្យាល័យសៅវីស និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យសិនហ្សិន) និងប្រទេសឥណ្ឌា (សាកលវិទ្យាល័យអន្តរជាតិស៊ីមប៊ីស៊ីស និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបាណាសថាលីវិទ្យាពិត)៕

MoU between National University of Battambang and The Education University of Hong Kong dated 24 April 2023

On 24 April 2023, Professor Cheung signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Rector of the National University of Battambang (NUBB), His Excellency SOK Khorn. The MoU provides a framework to facilitate strategic education collaboration between the two universities, marking the beginning of a new phase of close cooperation.

His Excellency SOK Khorn expressed his wishes to deepen cooperation with EdUHK, particularly in areas of student and staff exchange, joint research projects, and organizing online seminars and workshops for students and staff at NUBB.
