El Samsung galaxy S, poco estable

Hay pocos equipos tan poco estables como el Samsung Galaxy S. No se cómo a alguien medianamente objetivo e imparcial se le pudo haber ocurrido compararlo en igualdad con el iPhone 4.
Es increíble las veces que se "cuelga" su sistema operativo. Los problemas par la conexión Bluetooth, y la escasa duración de la batería. Lo peor viene cuando se corren aplicaciones. Creo que lo del procesador de 1 giga es cuento, porque es lento y tiende a detenerse cerrando aplicaciones, proceso que no permite el uso del móvil para su función básica de llamar y recibir llamadas.
El GPS tarda en entrar en funciones. Pero lo peor es lo de las aplicaciones y su inestabilidad manifestada con el temido mensaje de "la aplicación ha detenido inesperadamente: finalizar o esperar". Es como llevar Windows en el móvil.
A veces se reinicia o "resetea" solo. Es una calamidad. Lo único que es bueno es la cámara pero cuando la batería baja ya no permite sacar fotos. Mucho menos vídeos.
He aprendido que al bajar la batería aun cuarto de capacidad no se conectará al Bluetooth del coche o auto. Así que pierde funcionalidad.

Varios diarios de diversos países han entrado en el juego de la web 2.0 con el fin de evitar ser dejados de lado por sus lectores y mantener la lealtad de los mismos ante la proliferación de medios sociales de comunicación en la web. Jústamente en la edición digital de La Vanguardia, periódico editado en Barcelona, España, de gran presencia web, con múltiples servicios que van más allá del simple recuento de noticias y que incluye inserción de videos y material multimedia en general, se publicó hoy un artículo acerca de el salto que ha dado The Independent en su "tiraje" online una vez que desarrolló y puso en marcha aplicaciones relacionadas con las redes sociales, que han permitido mayor interactividad de los lectores.
Parece ser que es esa interactividad el hecho significativo, diferencial y resaltante que ha permitido al diario aumentar en una cantidad relevante el número de visitas a su web. Ha habido un aumento notable en el llamado tráfico hacia su sitio web,especialmente desde Facebook y Twitter, las dos principales redes sociales, debido, según el responsable de la edición online del diario, a que hace algún tiempo crearon aplicaciones en esas redes que permiten a los lectores-internautas decidir si un artículo "les gusta" (el famoso "botón" de Facebook incluido en sus contenidos), qué les gusta, y compartir esos contenidos con sus amigos en Facebook. Igualmente los comentarios a las noticias dejan de ser anónimos y pueden hacerse con el perfil de Facebook del usuario.
Varios medios de comunicación han decidido llevar a cabo esta transformación y ofrecer este servicio, lo que permite una especie de mutualidad entre el usuario y el medio, aumentando la exposición del periódico, la radio o la TV, y permitiendo al usuario ofrecer una imagen de sí mismo basada en lo que lee, lo que ve y lo que comparte. Este es un punto poco tratado por los analistas de este fenómeno, pero es evidente que ejerce gran impacto en la toma de decisiones sobre hacia donde, cuando y cómo se navega, o sea, las costumbres del internauta como usuario.

El Samsung Galaxy S es un buen teléfono, al punto de que la revista Stuff, especializada en gadgets, lo calificó al mismo nivel del Iphone 4, equiparando algunas de las características de uno y otro. Parece que la pantalla o display, AMOLED, es tan versátil como la pantalla retina del iphone. Que el botón único de manejo equivale al de éste y que las aplicaciones son tan abundantes y útiles como las de Apple y su AppStore. La mejoría en el procesador, de un Gyga, como el sistema de supuesto código abierto Android, pueden dar la suficiente pelea a iOS.
Todo parece, porque es evidente que hay cosas que no van. No es un tema muy difundido, pero la realidad es que el equipo se "cuelga", y no como se cuelga un teléfono, no. Se "cuelga" de la misma forma que se "cuelga" Windows. Sí, el Windows de toda la vida, el Windows de escritorio. Que se cuelga el OS, o al menos las aplicaciones de uso frecuente, como Whatsapp, como Twitter, como 360, como AngryBirds, etc. Aparece el temido mensaje: "La aplicación ha dejado de funcionar"; o "Ha ocurrido un cierre inesperado" y las consabidas opciones "Espere" o "Forzar Cierre" y "enviar errores". Es un asunto muy grave sobre todo cuando un usuario está dependiendo de un dispositivo supuestamente "¡inteligente!", es decir, un Smartphone, para tomar decisiones, tales como encontrar una ubicación, o navegar para encontrar información. Todo esto a pesar de actualizar el sistema operativo a la última versión.
El tema raya en casi el arrepentimiento de haber optado por este dispositivo en lugar de el de la manzanita, y de considerar si se debe seguir al paso de meterte en un tablet Android o en una chromebook.
