&lt;li style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Em uma panela de pressão, coloque a mandioca, a folha de louro e os tabletes do caldo de peixe,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Cubra com água e cozinhe por aproximadamente 40 minutos, ou até que a mandioca fique macia, se houver necessidade coloque mais água fervendo durante o cozimento,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Retire a folha de louro e bata no liquidificador ou passe pelo processador com a água que restou do cozimento e ainda quente, até obter um creme grosso, se estiver muito difícil de bater ou processar acrescente água fervendo aos poucos, &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Tempere os camarões com o sal, a pimenta e o suco do limão e deixe marinar,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Leve ao fogo médio uma frigideira com o azeite de oliva e refogue o alho até dourar,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Acrescente a cebola, o pimentão, os tomates e a polpa de tomate e deixe cozinhar por cerca de 10 minutos,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Aumente o fogo e junte os camarões deixando cozinhar por 3 minutos,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Em uma panela grande, coloque o molho com  o camarão refogado e o creme de mandioca, leve ao fogo alto até levantar fervura e tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Adicione o leite de coco, o azeite de dendê e o coentro e deixe ferver mais um pouco mexendo sempre,&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;100g de presunto cozido picado&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;100g de bacon picado&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 dente de alho picado&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 cebola picada&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 tomates sem pele e sem sementes picados&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 cenoura cortada em palitos&lt;/li&gt;

Modo de preparo&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;li&gt;No centro da extremidade mais grossa da picanha faça um corte com uma faca bem afiada, tomando cuidado para não atravessar na outra ponta, nem nas laterais,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Puxe a extremidade mais fina para dentro do corte, de modo que a picanha fique do avesso e a gordura fique por dentro,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Em uma vasilha coloque o ovo, o pimentão, o presunto, o bacon, o alho, a cebola, o tomate e a cenoura,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tempere com o molho inglês, o azeite, o sal e a pimenta; acrescente a farinha de rosca e recheie a carne,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Feche com barbante, coloque em uma assadeira e regue com o caldo de carne,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cubra com papel alumínio e leve ao forno preaquecido a 220ºC por 50 minutos,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Retire o papel alumínio e leve novamente ao forno para dourar,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Transfira a picanha para uma travessa e retire o barbante,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Despeje caldo que se formou na assadeira em uma panela, dissolva o amido de milho e leve ao fogo até engrossar,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sirva a carne fatiada com o molho.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;Lombo&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bata liquidificador, o azeite, o alho e 1 cebola cortada,  por 30 segundos até obter uma pasta,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Corte 4 cebolas em meia-lua e forre o fundo da assadeira com metade delas,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Passe a pasta no lombo e coloque na assadeira sobre as cebolas,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Corte as batatas em fatias de 0,5cm sem separá-las e coloque fatias de cebola entre elas,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coloque as batatas na assadeira com os cortes para baixo,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cubra a assadeira com papel alumínio e leve ao forno a 200°C por 1 hora,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Retire a assadeira do forno e fatie o lombo sem separar as fatias,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coloque uma porção de manteiga temperada entre as fatias de lombo e entre as fatias de batatas,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Leve novamente a assadeira ao forno, sem papel alumínio, por mais 1 hora a 200°C,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Disponha o lombo e as batatas em uma travessa e sirva com salada verde.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bata todos os ingredientes, exceto o fermento, no liquidificador até ficar uma massa consistente e cremosa,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Incorpore o fermento,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Despeje um pouco de massa em forminhas de empada untadas e enfarinhadas,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coloque um pouco do recheio e a azeitona  e cubra com mais massa,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pincele com a gema de ovo,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Asse em forno pré- aquecido a 180ºC por 15 a 20 minutos aproximadamente.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Em um recipiente grande e fundo, misture o fermento, o açúcar e o sal,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Acrescente os ovos, a água, o leite e o óleo,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Junte a manteiga e mexa bem,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Adicione a farinha aos poucos até que a massa desgrude das mãos,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sove bem a massa e deixe descansar por pelo menos 1 hora,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Abra a massa em um tabuleiro untado com óleo,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cortes em círculos, coloque o recheio e feche,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pincele com a gema de ovo e leve ao forno a 200°C por aproximadamente 30 minutos,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Salpique com orégano (opcional).&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Misture o chocolate ao leite, o chocolate meio amargo e o creme de leite e leve ao microondas por 1 minuto,&lt;/li&gt;
