Начин на приготвяне:&lt;/div&gt;

Разбиваме яйцата със захарта. Прибавяме затопленото мляко, &amp;nbsp;ванилията и кафето, разтворено в малко мляко.&lt;span style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Разпределяме сместа в купички в които предварително сме поставили по 1лъжица карамелизирана захар. Печем на водна баня при умерена температура, като отвреме на време доливаме студена вода в горещата с цел да не заври и крем карамела да стане на шупли. Готовият крем оставяме да изстине и&amp;nbsp;го поднасяме обърнат върху десертни чинийки.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Начин на приготвяне:&lt;br /&gt;
Задушаваме почистеното, измито и нарязано на порции пиле. Начин на приготвяне:&lt;br /&gt;
Начукваме, посоляваме и поръсваме с черен пипер пържолите. След това ги панираме в брашно и разбито яйце и пържим в нагорещено олио до зачервяване. Поставяме изпържените пържоли върху хартия за да се изцеди мазнината. След това приготвяме плънката, като нарязваме на ситно лука, поставяме го в съд с малко олио и леко запържваме, прибавяме нарязаните &lt;a href="http://zdravoslovno-rusanka.blogspot.com/search/label/%D0%B3%D1%8A%D0%B1%D0%B8"&gt;гъби&lt;/a&gt; и задушаваме докато се изпари водата. Накрая прибавяме нарязаните на ситно шунка и маринованите краставички. Разбъркваме добре. Върху всяка пържола поставяме плънка и върху нея настъргваме кашкавал. Запичаме в микровълнова фурна до разтопяване на кашкавала. Поднасяме веднага докато ястието е топло.&lt;br /&gt;

Начин на приготвяне:&lt;br /&gt;
Замесваме меко тесто и го оставяме да втаса. Разделяме го на 10 топки. Разточваме едната топка, Наръсваме с разтопеното масло, смесено с олиото и сирене. Прегъваме кората на пакет, както е показано &lt;a href="http://poptolev.blogspot.com/2010/07/blog-post.html"&gt;тук&lt;/a&gt;. По същия начин приготвяме втората кора, като преди да я прегънем поставяме първата кора както е сгъната на пакет в нея. Така всичките 10 кори. Накрая се получава бохча от кори, която поставяме в намазана с олио тава, Притискаме &amp;nbsp;и оставяме да втаса. Нарязваме на квадрати , намазваме с яйце и печем на 180 градуса.&lt;br /&gt;

Начин на приготвяне:&lt;br /&gt;

Нарязваме и задушаваме пука с дребопиите и &lt;a href="http://zdravoslovno-rusanka.blogspot.com/2010/09/blog-post_15.html"&gt;гъбите&lt;/a&gt;. Прибавяме подправките, ориза и 500 мл. вода. Оставяме да къкри на слаб огън, докато ориза поеме водата. Осоляваме пуйката /пилето/ и я напълваме с плънка. На дупето поставяме една ябълка. Слагаме готовата пуйка в дълбока тавичка,поръсваме с червен пипер, наливаме около два пръста вода и олио, покриваме с фолио и печем на 200 градуса за 2,5 часа.&lt;br /&gt;

Начин на приготвяне:&lt;br /&gt;
Смесваме захарта , олиото, &lt;a href="http://zdravoslovno-rusanka.blogspot.com/2010/08/blog-post_31.html"&gt;меда&lt;/a&gt;, какаото и канелата. Разбъркваме добре и прибавяме 1 яйце и два жълтъка. /белтъците оставяме за глазура/. Прибавяме брашно, смесено със солта, ванилията и содата. Замесваме тесто и го оставяме в хладилника за около 10 мин. Разточваме на кора и изрязваме меденки с различни формички. Печем на 180 градуса . След като изстинат украсяваме с &lt;a href="http://www.rusankakulinaria.info/2010/05/blog-post_09.html"&gt;фондан&lt;/a&gt; и глазура.&lt;br /&gt;

Начин на приготвяне:&lt;br /&gt;
Разтваряме маята в 100 мл. прясно мляко с 1 щ. сол и 2-3 щ. захар. Прибавяме 100 гр. брашно и оставяме да втаса. През това време През това време разбиваме с миксер маслото и захарта, докато стане на крем, прибавяме яйцата, останалото топло мляко, втасалата мая, настърганата кора от портокала, индийско орехче и счукания карамфил. Замесваме меко тесто и оставяме да втаса, докато удвои обема си. През това време приготвяме плътката, като нарязваме сушените плодове, /аз използвах &lt;a href="http://zdravoslovno-rusanka.blogspot.com/2010/09/blog-post_02.html"&gt;смокини&lt;/a&gt;/, прибавяме стафидите, настърганата &lt;a href="http://zdravoslovno-rusanka.blogspot.com/2011/03/blog-post.html"&gt;портокалова&lt;/a&gt; и &lt;a href="http://zdravoslovno-rusanka.blogspot.com/2010/11/blog-post_27.html"&gt;лимонова&lt;/a&gt; &amp;nbsp;кора, 1 щипка канела и брашното за да поеме влагата. Разбъркваме добре. След това разделяме втасалото тесто на две части. Разточваме едната част във вид на правоъгълник, намазваме с разтопено масло и поръсваме с половината от плънката. Навиваме на руло и поставяме в намазана тавичка. По същия начин приготвяме и другото руло. Оставяме да втаса за около 20 мин. и печем на 180 градуса до изпичане. След като изстине поръсваме с пудра захар.&lt;br /&gt;

Начин на приготвяне:&lt;/div&gt;

Смиламе бисквитите, смесваме с маслото, меда и пудрата захар. Растиламе на платка на дъното на тортена форма. Нарязваме рулото на парченца и нареждаме покрай стената на формата. Поставяме в хладилник да стегне. Разбиваме сметаната със захарта. Разтапяме шоколада &amp;nbsp;с маслото на водна баня, прибавяме на тънка струйка предварително накиснатия и разтопен на водна баня желатин. Разбъркваме добре и прибавяме при непрекъснато бъркане към разбитата сметана. Готовия крем изсипваме върху стегнатата бисквитена платка. Оставяме в хладилник да желира. Заливката приготвяме като разтомим на водна баня шоколада, маслото и сметаната. Заливаме върху стегнатия крем. Отново поставяме в хладилник и накрая украсяваме с разбита сметана, смесена с пудра захар и какао, предварително разбито с маслото.&lt;/div&gt;

Начин на приготвяне:&lt;br /&gt;
Затопляме млякото, прибавяме маята, захарта, солта &amp;nbsp;и разбъркваме. След това прибавяме яйцата, олиото и, чубрицата и замесваме меко тесто. Завиваме го с кърпа и оставяме да втаса . Разделяме на 20 топчета, всяко разточваме на кръг, намазваме с масло, поръсваме с натрошено сирене, прегъваме на две, намазваме с масло и пак прегъваме.Така оформените сиренки нареждаме в намаслена тава и оставяме да втасат, след което намазваме с разбито яйце и печем на 180 градуса до зачервяване.&lt;br /&gt;

Начин на приготвяне:&lt;br /&gt;
Разбиваме яйцата със захарта. Прибавяме маслото и сока от 1 1/2 &lt;a href="http://zdravoslovno-rusanka.blogspot.com/2010/11/blog-post_27.html"&gt;лимона&lt;/a&gt;, &amp;nbsp;разбиваме с миксер докато се получи хомогенна смес. Смесваме брашното с бакпулвера и настърганата лимонова кора и прибавяме съм сместа. Печем на 180 градуса &amp;nbsp;около 40 мин. Начин на приготвяне:&lt;br /&gt;
Нарязваме почистения &lt;a href="http://zdravoslovno-rusanka.blogspot.com/2011/11/blog-post.html"&gt;праз&lt;/a&gt; на колелца и задушаваме в мазнината. Прибавяме настърганите картофи и &lt;a href="http://zdravoslovno-rusanka.blogspot.com/2011/03/blog-post_04.html"&gt;моркови&lt;/a&gt;, посоляваме и задушаваме до омекване на зеленчуците. Поставяме две кори една върху друга, наръсваме от плънката, завиваме на руло и поставяме в намаслена тава. По този начин приготвяме и останалите кори. Печем на 180 градуса до зачервяване.&lt;br /&gt;

Начин на приготвяне:&lt;br /&gt;
Сваряваме измитите и почистени глави, след което ги изваждаме и обезкостяваме. Прецеждаме бульона и прибавяме нарязаните зеленчуци, обезкостената риба, подправките и ориза. Оставяме да поври и овкусяваме с лимоновия сок. Накрая &amp;nbsp;з&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: white; font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;астройваме с варена застройка приготвена от яйцето и киселото мляко. Смесваме яйцето с киселото мляко, поставяме на слаб котлон и непрекъснато бъркаме докато започне да се сгъстява. След това пак при непрекъснато бъркане прибавяме 2-3 черпака от супата, но на тънка струйка. Изсипваме застройката в супата и разбъркваме.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Начин на приготвяне:&lt;br /&gt;

Разбиваме яйцето, киселото мляко и захарта. Прибавяме содата, олиото, ванилията и лимоновата кора. Замесваме тесто. Обелваме и нарязваме ябълките на малки парченца, прибавяме захар и разбъркваме. От тестото оформяме топчета, като по средата правим дупка, поставяме &lt;a href="http://zdravoslovno-rusanka.blogspot.com/2010/09/blog-post_09.html"&gt;ябълки&lt;/a&gt; и оформяме на курабии. Начин на приготвяне:&lt;br /&gt;
Посоляваме бутчетата, поръсваме ги с подправките и оставяме да се мариноват за 30 мин. Задушаваме ги на умерен огън с малко водичка и олио. През това време измиваме броколите и ги накъсваме на розички. Когато бутчетата са готови и останат на мазнина, прибавяме &lt;a href="http://zdravoslovno-rusanka.blogspot.com/2011/09/blog-post.html"&gt;броколите&lt;/a&gt; и задушаваме под капак без да бъркаме за да останат цели. Начин на приготвяне:&lt;br /&gt;

Смесваме Киселото мляко със содата, прибавяме яйцето, захарта, олиото и брашното, Разбъркваме докато се получи кексово тесто. Отделяме от него около 1 ч.чаша. Останалото количество &amp;nbsp;поставяме &amp;nbsp;в намаслена тавичка и печем около 10 мин на 200 градуса. След, което подреждаме отгоре нарязаните на ситно ябълки, смесени с малко захар. Отделеното тесто замесваме с брашно, докато получим тесто. Правим фитили, които нареждаме върху ябълките на ширина и на дължина. Отново поставяме във фурната и печем на 180 градуса до готовност на питата. Накрая поръсваме с пудра захар.&lt;br /&gt;

Начин на приготвяне:&lt;br /&gt;
