VALUATION and COMPARISON:
let us compare EGOH’s current value to other similar transactions. There have been many transactions but I will highlight a few recent deals: TXCO Resources sold their Southwest Texas assets for $22.80/boe. Concho (CXO) bought the Marbob Energy assets for ~$34.50/boe of proved developed reserves. In July 2009 BreitBurn Energy Partners (BBEP) sold their Permian assets for $19/boe. Since 2008, average transaction price is roughly $14/boe in the region.

While EGOH’s assets are less developed and have lower level of flowing boe/day, let us conservatively use $5/boe for their total proved reserves, including both developed and undeveloped.

EGOH has a Market Cap of aprx. $700k , supported by a conservatively estimated 12 million boe of total proved reserves - If the assets are sold for $5/boe, this leaves equity holders with value apox. $.60 per share. At $8/boe, equity value approaches $1 per share.

Eagle Oil Announces Execution of Farmout Agreement for 104 Wells

RENO, Nev., June 9, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Eagle Oil Holding Company, Inc. (OTC: EGOH) (the "Company") today announced the execution of a Farmout Agreement with Questus Energy LLC, a Texas Company ("Questus").
Pursuant to the Agreement, Questus will provide the funding and other resources necessary to recondition and restart up to 173 wells at the Company's East Texas field, including the previously announced farmout agreements that totaled up to 20 wells, the Questus Agreement represents the completion of the Company's strategy to outsource the reconditioning of its oil resources. The Agreement is subject to an initial payment being made by Questus by June 22, 2011. The parties expect work on the wells to commence shortly thereafter. Questus will also complete the compliance requirements of the Texas Rail Road Commission.

Questus will provide the necessary capital and resources to restore the pumping operations with no additional capital investment by the Company in exchange for a share oil the revenue generated by the wells.

Siler Lease Project

The W.H. Siler Lease is a 927 acre oil play located in Rusk County, Texas. It is part of the historic Woodbine Oil Field in East Texas. The field covers over 140,000 acres of Texas. It was the largest oil field in the continental United States. After more than 70 years, the East Texas field is still the largest producing field in North America.

The Siler Lease covers 173 wells of which 130 wells are judged to be capable of reworking to become producing wells again. It is envisioned that this reworking will be staged over a period of time to bring 10 wells at a time. It is believed that this will increase production to at least 8 barrels of oil per day on average from each well.

Peak Oil is very near, happens for the first time since oil discovery.

I promised to post why I believe Oil will shoot like a monster, possibly 10000% in a year within 5 years, that's by 2016.

Look at this oil reserve table published from Opec. The table is about in the middle of the page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oil_reserve

As you see, the biggest oil consuming country, USA claims they have 8 years of oil reserve to go since 2010. So from middle of 2011, USA has only 6-7 years of oil under its ground. But that's not the truth. When you look at other middle Asia's oil reserve, it's far beyond what USA has. Why? Because Opec is lying. Each country in middle Asia wants to claim the oil reserve in their country is far beyond others. I think the data from USA is somewhat close to honest, but I doubt also. Let's say the oil reserve of USA is 30% down from its estimate. That's 4-5years from mid 2011, 2015-2016.

What will happen if oil goes empty? Of course, the production will decrease. But this time, very fast. Because oil pumping industry has built lots of well pumping facility and the oil will go dry out very fast. So oil production will drop like a falling knife. Before this sharp oil production, there is a production top area, 'Peak Oil'. Analysts estimate it's around 2020, which I believe, that's when Opec said USA's oil reserve.

I don't believe we have that much time. I estimate 2015-2016, we'll possibly see Oil Peak which we have never seen in our history since Oil was discovered.

Why does the world keep their mouth quiet for this crisis? Because we don't have any alternative energy source to replace oil. And guess what will happen if oil will be out of source within 10 years. Why are we buying cars run by oil? Nobody buys cars, then, auto makers go bankrupt, following huge layoffs, mortgage crisis will follow, another big depression. So, until we reach, everyone should be quiet.

Now, what we can do? Buy oil stocks and alternative energy stocks and keep it like treasury, don't sell until everyone screams and half of cars on the street go dead. Then, you'll find you're sitting at black gold.

However, there's a few problems.

1. Oil drilling company is accumulated pretty debts from its long term business with loss. This may make the oil drilling company's stocks to go down until major talks about Peak Oil spreads.

2. When economy stalls or goes down, analysts believe oil demands will decrease, but this is not true. Oil will be treated more like or equivalent to previous metals. You laugh? I do for now, too. lol.
Anyway, market movers will take advantage of stock index going down to bring down oil price to accumulate.

3. With the same idea of 2, market movers may use hype from alternative energy to press oil down.

There are a few more you can think of, why oil can be pressed down more from here. But that's all about temporary playout by market movers. Things to go up in value should go up when it's released, but very hard once it is.

right now, to my knowledge, my only question is timing which is very near, Where is handsome entry? How many blocks of average-down funds should I divide to buy up oil stock?

shell stock is basically a stock having no business associated. It's possible a stock to have no business entity. Maybe the stock had a business associated, then the business went BK or private, then the stock symbol is left empty. Or the stock symbol was purchased and remained until new business picks up the shell. When a shell is associated with a business and the company starts IPO(initial public offering), we say it's reversed merger and shares of the stock symbol are offered to public. Usually when a stock becomes IPO, the stock price is usually offered higher, sometimes very high when share structure is tight and small and the associated business has potential.

SUIP has very small number of shares, less than 7M. When IPO is announced, the stock price can open very high in the morning. It's possible some people has insider information, which is always leaked and someone buys up shares before IPO is announced or without any sign, it can happen overnight.
So, for such play, it's better to get in if you're sure the symbol will be IPO available someday in future.

It's just my feeling, SUIP will end up having a good company. Last time, they tried to find a oil drilling company in Mongol, but it didn't go well. The other thing is the insiders have 95% of preferred shares of this symbol and keeps common shares in very low amount,which tells me they're looking for a r/m candidate for real.
