共同語言的重要性

筆者曾講授過數場”問題分析與解決”的企業內訓課程，每次在事前皆會要求學員填寫課前問卷，以了解其對講授主題的理解程度、所遇到問題及對課程的期望，而總會發現”希望能有共同的語言”的需求。因為發現大家在共同要做一件事情時，沒有共同語言的話，會花費很多冤枉的時間，中間可能還會...&lt;br/&gt;
