What cause you to add or lose weight is simply calories and you get those calories in food and drinks. There are food with high caloric density and some with low caloric density. I often hear people say they observe &lt;a href="http://genuineselfhelp.blogspot.com/2011/07/good-computer-posture.html"&gt;good &lt;span class="__mozilla-findbar-search" style="background-color: yellow; color: black; display: inline; font-size: inherit; padding: 0pt;"&gt;computer posture&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; and yet feel pain when operating the computer especially when operated for a very long time when I hear such statement, I often follow up with investigation, this include oral questioning/physical assessment. My findings most times shows that they actually do have a &lt;a href="http://genuineselfhelp.blogspot.com/2011/03/how-to-have-great-posture.html"&gt;good posture&lt;/a&gt; in front of the computer only that the desk and chair are poorly arranged and adjusted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
