Sweden's Model for COVID-19

The "new normal" is said to practice standard hygiene procedures, wear a face mask, distance ourselves 6 feet from one another in crowded areas, and wear gloves on the job. The daily attention the media has devoted to SARS-CoV-2 is second to none with case and death counts presented to its audience hourly. While much of the world closed shop at the demands of government only to enrich big business, few countries refused to lockdown and resumed business as usual integrating an escalation of health practices with those commonplace. Sweden is one of them.

At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Sweden chose a route many might consider to be that of "herd immunity," a practice publicly condoned by Dr. Knut Wittowski, Ph.D., Sc.D., formerly of the prestigious Rockefeller University in New York. Rockefeller University released a statement on April 13, 2020, disclaiming a current relationship and distancing the institution from holding similar views as Dr. Wittkowski. YouTube censored an interview of the research scientist on May 16, 2020.

Sweden's controversial response to the virus is led by State Epidemiologist, Dr. Anders Tegnell, M.D., M.Sc. His position has been to treat the virus much like the seasonal flu and allow society to remain both responsible and vigilant during it's daily activities. While the numbers of casualties increased during the month of June 2020, these numbers decreased dramatically in the month of July 2020, as neighboring Scandinavian countries suffered from a significant increase in COVID-19 casualty rates.

The United States, taking a more extreme response in imposing restrictions than Sweden, at one time led the world in COVID-19 cases and deaths. Today, it continues to lead the world in the highest case rates of any country under the direction of Director Dr. Anthony Fauci, M.D., of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) with in excess of 150,000 recorded COVID-19 deaths to date, placing the country in the top 10 in the world in deaths. Dr. Fauci conceded to members of Congress last week that protests since May 2020 may have facilitated the continued spread of the virus.

Ultimately, this pandemic is by no means over. Nevertheless, the difference in statistical data between Sweden and the United States tell their own unique stories as to what practices appear to be working 5 months along and what does not navigating forward.

Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ): The Search for a Cure to COVID-19

As of recent, the mere mention of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) has attracted a substantial amount of controversy in the media. On March 17, 2020, Dr. Anthony Fauci's counterpart in France, Dr. Didier Raoult, M.D., Ph.D., published a video in French claiming his clinical trial of over 1,000 patients suggested treating COVID-19 patients with Hydroxychloroquine-Azithromycin (HCQ-AZ) had significantly positive results. (See International Journal of Antimicrobial Agents).

On March 21, 2020, President Donald J. Trump ran with Dr. Raoult's findings to Twitter to announce:

"HYDROXYCHLOROQUINE & AZITHROMYCIN, taken together, have a real chance to be one of the biggest game changers in the history of medicine. The FDA has moved mountains - Thank You! Hopefully they will BOTH (H works better with A, International Journal of Antimicrobial Agents) be put in use IMMEDIATELY. PEOPLE ARE DYING, MOVE FAST, and GOD BLESS EVERYONE!" (See @realDonaldTrump).

With the combination of President Trump's tweet and a Phoenix, Arizona couple hospitalized with the husband dying from ingesting chloroquine phosphate, this created a media firestorm. The media immediately claimed chloroquine (CQ) as dangerous without so much as identifying whether the couple consulted a physician before use, they failed to host any licensed physician as to whether the couple consumed more than needed and/or whether they used the appropriate compound.

Ever since the President's March tweet, social media giants Facebook, Twitter and YouTube have been actively working in a concerted effort to ban and suspend user accounts from sharing "medical misinformation" on HCQ when it had been approved by the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) for medical use and prescribed by licensed medical doctors since 1955 as a treatment for patients with malaria, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. Suddenly, the FDA removed HCQ as an authorized form of emergency treatment on patients outside of the hospital setting and outside of clinical trials.

On August 22, 2005, medical findings were published citing CQ as a "potent inhibitor" of SARS-CoV-1, a virus with 78% similarity to today's SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19. These medical doctors concluded:

"Chloroquine, a relatively safe, effective and cheap drug used for treating many human diseases including malaria, amoebiosis and human immunodeficiency virus is effective in inhibiting the infection and spread of SARS CoV in cell culture. The fact that the drug has significant inhibitory antiviral effect when the susceptible cells were treated either prior to or after infection suggests a possible prophylactic [or cure] and therapeutic use." This proves medical research into CQ's treatment of SARS-CoV-1 to prevent the spread of the 2002 Coronavirus has been ongoing and any expression to the contrary is categorically and patently, false. So, what is the difference with HCQ? HCQ is simply a tablet form of CQ.

On April 17, 2020, Brazilian Dr. Rodrigo Barbosa Esper, M.D., Ph.D., published medical findings by his team in treating COVID-19 patients with HCQ-AZ and the significantly positive results they experienced.

On July 2, 2020, the Henry Ford Health System published an article citing a reduction in COVID-19 deaths by at least 50% overall with the use of HCQ in patients and screening them for heart conditions prior to its use in trial. Their medical findings were published this date August 1, 2020, at the International Journal of Infectious Diseases. Dr. Anthony Fauci, M.D., whom has never treated a single coronavirus patient in his career, disputes these recent findings as 'flawed,' however, he has spent his career at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) where the findings from the August 2005 article above were published and he failed to dispute those results then.

On July 26, 2020, Yale University Epidemiologist Dr. Harvey Risch, M.D., Ph.D., cited his findings of the treatment of COVID-19 with HCQ as "the key to defeating COVID-19" and publicly expressed his disappointment, as this treatment has gained more attention by its political opponents than by medical and scientific research.

On July 27, 2020, a video published by Breitbart went viral of Dr. Simone Gold, J.D., M.D., with several other licensed physicians sharing their medical findings on the treatment of COVID-19 with HCQ in front of the Supreme Court of the United States. (See Transcript). Dr. Gold's employment has since been terminated by her employer for the video.

On July 31, 2020, Dr. Dareld Morris, D.O., was published on amateur video telling the world that in his career with prescribing HCQ to a multitude of patients over the past 20 years it was never an issue in treating diseases until President Trump mentioned it.

As social media platforms continue to censor licensed physicians and corporate media continues to lambast medical experts from around the world for announcing their trial results of HCQ on COVID-19 patients, we must ask why such a level of opposition, upset and outright falsehoods?

Reparations for Black Americans

In a turn of recent events, and as a result of the Black Lives Matter movement, the California Assembly passed the Assembly Constitutional Amendment-5 (ACA5). The purpose of this is to repeal Proposition 209 and effectively terminate California Constitution Article 1 Section 31 in order to give preferential treatment to Black Americans for racial injustices suffered since the British East India Company transported African American slaves across the Atlantic from Central and West Africa to the British North American Colonies some 500 years ago.

What this bill would do is create a panel to study how reparations could be implemented statewide. A similar bill, H.R. 40, was introduced in the House of Representatives by House Democrats. HR-40 would also commission a panel for the exact same purpose as California's ACA-5 in repairing relations with Black Americans nationwide.

Historically, however, able-bodied African Americans were sold by their own flesh and blood from Central and West African countries for some goodies a few hundred years ago, many of whom were sold to the British East India Company before being sold to Spaniards under the Asiento de Negros Contract, the Utrecht Treaty of 1713, etc. In fact, slavery still exists in Africa today with Africans enslaving each other.

Ultimately, the British Crown was the greatest beneficiary of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade and the United States has also been in debt to the Crown since the French-Indian War. The American Revolution started over a disputed war debt owed to the Crown and the war only came to an end when the colonies agreed to repay the long-disputed war debt in the Paris Treaty of 1783.

As a side note, Scottish debtors to the Crown were also used to populate the colonies in order to repay their outstanding debts giving rise to the term "Scot-free." Since "debtors are slave to their lenders" these Scots were provided "freedom" only under certain terms provided by their creditor leaving them debt-free in a land where they first arrived as debt slaves.

Seattle Anarchists Demand Return to "State of Nature"

Anarchists in the City of Seattle, Washington have decided to run the local law enforcement out of the area demanding the City return to operating under a "state of nature." This demand runs ignorant of the rule of law and in direct contravention to International Law under the Law of Nations.

The Law of Nations, or principles of the laws of nature, define and describe how members of a society are to behave towards each other and care for one another, especially when some members are offended by others. Pursuant to Section 4 of the Preliminaries of the Law of Nations:

"It is a settled point with writers on the natural law, that all men inherit from nature a perfect liberty and independence, of which they cannot be deprived without their own consent. In a State, the individual citizens do not enjoy them fully and absolutely, because they have made a partial surrender of them to the sovereign." (See Section 4 of the Preliminaries of the Law of Nations).

By definition, anarchists reject the idea of a political government and desire to live out their lives autonomously free of any form of government. The problem with this idea is members of a society must either govern themselves or be governed. Autonomy requires "independence" or "self-government." Anarchy outright rejects government. Without the enforcement of the rule of law and order in society, anarchy will prevail and crime will persist. Without neutral third-parties to intervene and arbiters to judge accordingly, society is absent of any semblance of justice.

Mueller Indictment Meritless

In a recent course of events Special Counsel to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Robert Mueller, has filed a criminal indictment against several Russian nationals amid allegations they interfered in the 2016 presidential election in support of President Donald Trump.

As of this date, the Russian Kremlin has denied and altogether dismissed the federal indictment as "baseless." After personally reading through the 37 pages of the Department of Justice indictment I must agree with Russian officials that this submission is devoid of any merit.

First, where are the sworn statements attesting under oath as to the validity of the allegations? Second, and in further aggravation for lack of supporting documentation, where are the exhibits substantiating the allegations? If we filed a complaint like this in a competent court the judge would be right to sanction us for wasting time, resources, and further assess sanctions for harassing the defending parties. The court would also be correct in dismissing the action in its entirety.

For the mere fact that the U.S.D.O.J. alleges Russian interference in the United States' internal political affairs, it alleges a violation of the Right to Self-Determination. An allegation of such magnitude must be referred to the United Nations for informal resolution. If no informal resolution can be met, then a formal grievance filed with the International Criminal Court. This way, both nations and their members would be forced to demonstrate their position on the world stage beyond empty accusations.

Anarchy vs. Statism

There is a wide-spread misconception and it has to do with the term "statism." The purpose of this blog article is to nip it in the bud once and for all. Statism, as defined by Webster's Dictionary, is:

"Concentration of economic controls and planning in the hands of a highly centralized government often extending to government ownership of industry."

The common misconception about statism is that it is "bad" and anarchy should replace it. Anarchy is simply no government. In anarchy there is neither law nor order, therefore, when disputes arise between parties there are no established systems the grieving party can proceed with to initiate a claim and seek remedy. Anarchy is not the answer.

What most people fail to understand is statism is necessary. The problem, however, is what form of statism they choose. People must either choose to government themselves through the Right of Self-Determination/Self-Exile/Self-Government or they allow others to rule over them. The bottom line is contracts and most people do not understand contracts, let alone the laws governing them.

Many years ago I was reading a brief biography on entrepreneur, lecturer and author, Robert Kiyosaki and Mr. Kiyosaki went straight to the point. The only way to create and keep wealth is to learn contracts, build a business that will sustain itself and service as many people as you possibly can. Everything you see at play on this planet is because of contracts be it money, religion, politics, education, everything. As a citizen, a contract was created to designate your role in society. It was the United States Constitution and it provides for you to simply pay taxes and don't question the public debt. See the Fourteenth Amendment.

Now, if you are not agreeable to paying taxes via the Sixteenth Amendment as a Fourteenth Amendment Citizen, then you are not agreeable to your political status as a Citizen in the United States and neither favorable to the Constitution nor it's government. To top it off, you cannot directly sue the United States for a redress of grievances. Through the Incorporation Doctrine of the United States Supreme Court you are required to seek approval from your respective state and your state must take up your cause in Federal Court against the United States. There is no way around it because you are not a party to the Constitution. The Supreme Court gives you your privileges, not the Constitution itself. See Padelford, et al. v. Mayor of the City of Savannah, et al. (GA, 1854) at p. 6.

You have only two options at this juncture: (1) Remain a citizen, stop complaining and slave away, or (2) Vary your agreement, contract with others who want to self-govern and stop being subject to the whims of laws you are disagreeable to.

MIT Scientist Calls NYT Report on Syrian Gas Attack 'Fraudulent'

On April 4, 2017, the United States not only broke the news that a sarin gas attack was executed upon a civilian population in Khan Shaykhun, Syria, they immediately knew within minutes that it was the Syrian government and demanded the U.S. government take immediate military action. So, without any form of a international field investigation, President Donald Trump approved of a missile strike on Shayrat Air Base April 7, 2017.

Russian President Vladimir Putin and much of his allies in the eastern hemisphere immediately demanded Trump back off for a formal investigation to take place or an escalation of the situation would be forthcoming in retaliation for the act of war by the United States. President Trump backed off and now 2 months later MIT professor emeritus, Theodore Postol, says the story promoted by the New York Times and Bellingcat were "fraudulent," ergo fake news.

In fact, I reported the violation of International Law by the United States in this blog on April 9, 2017, hinting the United States appeared to have "pre-appointed" roles for the situation, yet the so-called "intelligence" supporting the claim that the Syrian government was the culprit remains under lock-and-key. Postol states, "It seems to me that analysts were ignorant beyond plausibility or they rigged the analysis...To me, this is malpractice on a large scale."

Perhaps when the NYT finds itself banned and in the same boat as the Daily Mail by Wikipedia for lack of "reliability" in sourcing news, they might consider stronger ethics in reporting.

U.S. District Court: "No Constitution In My Court!"

There seems to be a pattern among court systems in the United States. Back in October 2005, long time tax protestor Irwin Schiff was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Kent Dawson to 12 years in prison for tax evasion and fraud. When Schiff attempted to use the 16th Amendment as his basis for arguing against the Federal income tax, he was given an additional 11 months for contempt. Irwin Schiff passed in October 2015 from cancer at 87 while still in custody.

Today, Cliven Bundy has a case in which the U.S. Bureau of Land Management was awarded a $1.2 million judgment against Bundy and attempted to seize his cattle to recover on their judgment. A standoff ensued in Nevada in which 19 arrests resulted and Bundy's attorneys have attempted to use the First and Second Amendments of the U.S. Constitution as the basis for their actions. Judge Gloria Navarro has ordered the jury not to consider the Constitution as a part of their instruction and they cannot even bring a copy into Hon. Navarro's courtroom. As a result, Bundy's motions have been denied and his case has a received a devastating blow. Of course, Bundy will likely file an appeal.

Historically, in Padelford, et al., v. The Alderman of the City of Savannah, et al. (14 Ga. 438), the court ruled, "The Constitution is a compact... [and] no private citizen may have a right of action for breach of contract against the United States because they are not a party to it." Therefore, if a private citizen brings the U.S. Constitution to substantiate their arguments in court, they are trespassing on the property of another. For instance, no citizen in their right mind would bring the mortgage note of their neighbor to argue their own case with their mortgage lender.

Citizens are only afforded the Bill of Rights, not through the Constitution itself, but by the Incorporation Doctrine in which states are granted them in a limited capacity. Citizens must therefore petition their respective states to take up their cause against the United States. If a "right" can be granted at will, it can also be rescinded by the grantor at will.

U.S. Flagrantly Violates International Law With Act of War

A sarin gas attack in Syria made international headlines earlier this week as dozens of innocent civilians were killed. Immediately following this attack was a rushed point of blame by American news media against Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad. Assad denies responsibility for this attack while Russia, China and Iran have sided with Syria on the issue. A case of convenient amnesia, however, appears to have befallen Americans and their allies emotionally charged by the incident.

As recent as 2012, Secretary Hillary Clinton approved sending sarin gas weapons from Benghazi, Libya to Syrian rebels (i.e., ISIS/ISIL) who opposed Assad. In fact, this was done on President Obama's watch. In 2013 and 2016, sarin gas was used against civilian populations. Of course, the U.S. blamed Assad, but instead of experts at the U.N. blaming Assad as the culprit, they blamed rebel fighters.

On Friday April 7, 2017, President Vladimir Putin condemned the U.S. attacks against Syria as "an act of war and a violation of International Law." Unfortunately, Putin is correct. China and Russia's call for an international investigation into the incident prompts suspicion on part of the U.S. as to "pre-appointed" roles regarding the gas attack, yet the "intelligence" being used to substantiate their claims is kept under lock and key by the U.S. intelligence community. International Law dictates United Nations approval is required prior to a military strike. When the "UN failed to protect human rights" by taking swift action against Assad, the U.S. launched 59 missiles against a Syrian Air Base on April 6, 2017.

Today, Russia and China garnered support from Iran with promised retaliation against the U.S. armed forces if it does not cease and desist violating International Law with their acts of war against Syria. If the Trump Administration fails to comply with these demands and International Law, he will effectively enter the United States into World War III against Eastern Super Powers.

Canada Preparing for Economic Collapse

Earlier this month of August 2016, it was reported by Canadian Times that Bill C-15 became law on June 22, 2016. What is Bill C-15? This Bill allows federal banking institutions in Canada to convert the public's deposits into common shares of stock in banks, especially when they are failing! So, imagine you have in excess of $100,000 in your Canadian bank account at this moment. Without clear notice, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, under the power of the Corporation of Canada, has the power to convert, in whole or in part, your deposit(s) into shares of common stock of your ailing financial institution. Good luck if your town is within the circumstances of a market fallout and you need to eat and a place to stay!

This controversial Bill C-15 titled the Budget Implementation Act was passed in Canadian Parliament and signed by Trudeau earlier this year on March 22, 2016. More specifically, the Act states at Section 2.3:

"An order made under paragraph 39.13(1)(d) gives the Corporation the power to convert, or cause the federal member institution to convert, in whole or in part - by means of a transaction or a series of transactions and in one or more steps - the institution's shares and liabilities that are prescribed by the regulations made under subsection (10) into common shares of that institution or any of its affiliates." (See Section 2.3 - Conversion).

The International Monetary Fund ("IMF") recognizes a housing bubble exists in Canada at this time and the average value of homes across Canada is 30% over valued at minimum. The IMF also understands that because it is only a matter of time before the housing bubble bursts preparations need to be made in order to mitigate losses for their member banks around the world. This means the United States as well as others are in line for similar measures!

The only way in which members of the public can prevent their deposits from reaching their national banking institution is to close their account(s). This way, the payer is forced to remit a check in which to be cashed instead of deposited. This might also mean one must look into investing in a safe.

War and Death By Breach of Contract

"The failure of the Confederacy to win recognition from foreign countries, and the effective blockade of their coasts by the Federal Navy, doomed the South to failure. When the war ended four years later, the human cost far exceeded what anyone had imagined at its start. The Union endured and the United States emerged stronger from this conflict. The Union lost 364,511 and the Confederacy lost 163,280 for a total of 527,791 Americans who died in the conflict." (See Civil War citation at left.)

In 1782, members of the United States of America and Britain met in Paris, France, to discuss and enter what would become the 1783 Treaty of Paris ("Treaty"). The parties at this meeting were Benjamin Franklin, John Jay, Henry Laurens, and John Adams from the United States. From Britain were David Hartley, ESQ., and Chief Negotiator and Merchant for King George, Richard Oswald, of Scotland.

As a result of this meeting in 1782, the Treaty was signed in 1783 by all parties and the Constitution for the People of the United States ("Constitution") came as a result in 1789. This Treaty was multi-fold. It first ended the American Revolutionary War and reconstituted the outstanding debt owed by the British North American Colonies from the French-Indian War to Britain. The Constitution even mentions "No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States." (See Article I, Section 9, Clause 8). The term Esquire originates from England and is provided to licensed attorneys in the United States once they pass the "Bar-rister" exam and are admitted to practice law.

Navigating back to the Civil War, the Confederate States attempted to secede from the Union and become recognized internationally by foreign states, however, this is in clear violation of the 1783 Treaty and the Constitution. As a result of the attack on Fort Sumter, South Carolina by the Confederates in 1861, over 500,000 soldiers between the Confederates and the Union perished before the war ended in 1865. This means half a million people died fighting for a cause premised on a breach and dishonor of international treatise.

Today, we have several States of the Union having expressed the desire to secede from the Union when the Constitution was created to "create a more perfect Union." Any attempts to secede from the Union will be found to be in violation of the Constitution and the 1783 Treaty. This will be considered an Act of War against England and that of the United States. The only way for people to "secede" out of the jurisdiction of the United States is by the former Right of Exile or what is known today as the Right of Self-Determination.

Nearly two weeks ago, it was revealed publicly that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia threatened the U.S. State Department with massive economic woes if it passed legislation in the U.S. Senate allowing claimants to file suit against the Saudi government for directly and financially supporting members of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. U.S. National Intelligence Director, James Clapp, certifies that he believes the U.S. government will declassify the 28 pages censured from the 9/11 Commission Report and make them public by June 2016.

If this should happen we might see economic volatility as we may have never have seen before in the upcoming months. The $750 billion in U.S. Treasury bonds Saudi threatens to sell off is about the same amount printed off by the U.S. Treasury to bail out various corporations after the 2008 economic meltdown to keep the U.S. economy afloat. Consider the magnitude of consequences that might result from this act with an already tense relationship between the two countries.

What if I also told you that these 28 pages are not even the half of it? Rumor has it that these pages only link Saudi Arabia to 9/11. Many others are asking what about classified information linking Israel to 9/11? What has not been heavily discussed in public forum is that the U.S. government has admitted to possession of classified information about Israeli Mossad agents posing as "art students" while visiting the United States for the sole purpose of "documenting the event" on 9/11. After these Israelis were captured immediately following 9/11, the FBI took custody of several members of Urban Moving, refused to reveal their identities or national origin, and then deported them back to the middle east.

Confirmation Bias at Harvard University

At the turn of the 21st century, Persian physicist Nassim Haramein laid claim to the theory that black holes might be gateways to other points in our universe or alternate universes and that at the very minimum every planet has a black hole at its center and so do galaxies. Therefore, the Sun at the center of the Milky Way Galaxy would be considered a "stargate" to any other point in this or an alternate universe.

Because Haramein was not certified as having a PhD behind his name, his ideas were mostly shrugged off by mainstream science for the perception as being "too radical." This week, world-renowned theoretical physicist Dr. Stephen Hawking publicly announced this same consideration in a speech at Harvard University and now the world of physics is in "shock and awe." Hawking is at least 20 years behind Haramein and this is not the first time either.

Several years ago, Haramein shared his explorative discoveries by revealing ancient artifacts detailing that the Ancient Mayans acknowledged the presence of extraterrestrial interference in aiding the progression of life on this planet several thousands of years ago from cataclysmic events such as destroying meteors aimed for the destruction of earth (See below). Today, we have Dr. Hawking not only considering the possibilities of extraterrestrial life, he publicly announced a $100 million project in an effort to seek it out.

Without much study into the subject of physics myself, even I can grasp the idea that black holes may exist sub-atomically at the center of the nuclei of each and every atom in the universe, which is also known as singularity. Therefore, when an atom is split such as in the case of an atomic explosion from a bomb, what we are essentially doing is releasing subatomic energy by destroying a tiny black hole. As of this week, it can be said that tensions between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States have never been higher. The reason for this is because of Senate Bills S.1471 and S.2040 both sponsored in bipartisan by members of U.S. Congress. If S.2040 passes in the US Senate, members of Congress would essentially publish culpable facts that Saudi Arabia knowingly and directly financed hijackers of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. The Kingdom has gone so far as to threaten that if this bill passes, they will sell off nearly $750 billion in U.S. Treasury notes.

9/11 Conspiracy Theorists, or "Truthers" as they are affectionately called, have long held that the US Government has been somehow directly or indirectly involved in a conspiracy regarding the events of that day. In fact, the Iraq War was reported internationally as the most hotly protested war in history. Should these 28 currently classified pages be declassified by the Senate Bill, it could definitively confirm that the George Bush Jr. Presidential Administration classified these pages during the days the same administration waged war on both Afghanistan (2001) and Iraq (2003) in a deliberate effort to protect their allied relationship with Saudi Arabia.

The United States would also be found culpable in the International Criminal Court for active participation in a conspiracy of committing mass murder on American soil, international war crimes and crimes against humanity all the while knowing full well alternative parties were indeed involved. If this were to occur, both the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States could lose sovereign immunities protecting them from prosecution, be prosecuted both civilly and criminally, and be forced to pay mass amounts of damages and war reparations akin to Germany post-World War 1. It would ultimately be the end of the United States as we know it. It would be no more.

As for the death of Usama bin Laden, the Barack Obama Presidential Administration would also be directly implicated in a crime of assassination after having direct access to classified documents exonerating Bin Laden of any wrongdoing on 9/11. Recent pressures from the Saudi Government have convinced President Obama to schedule a visit to the Kingdom next week. With threats of financial retaliation sounding off, it would appear there might be some merit to the rumor.

Climate Change You Never Heard Before

The heated political debate on climate change has continued for decades. Some say it is happening and explain it away that everyday people are largely contributing to it. Others say the global data on worldwide temperatures does not reflect large scale climate change. The real problem is that most people are seeing only one side of the coin and no newspaper article or evening news is going to say anything further about it in the hopes that you subscribe to its radicalized columns. I'm here to tell you exactly what is happening and any scientific expert on this subject anywhere on this planet can put it up to scrutiny, but they cannot scientifically refute what I am about to tell you.

I once heard U.S. Navy Admiral Richard E. Byrd say that the North Pole has thinned ice with an abyss of about 10,000 feet deep whereas the South Pole is a plateau about 10,000 feet high. That alone begs the question "why?" In the 1940's, the United States began to heavily experiment in nuclear technologies and even dropped atomic bombs on Japan in 1945 killing approximately 150,000 people in an instant and another 100,000 more so from radiation poisoning thereafter. Upon a nuclear detonation, the dead matter resulting from the explosive reaction creates positively charged carbon ions and what magnetic pole must positively charged ions attract to? The negative North Pole. This is why the ice caps at the North Pole are receding heavily - heat resistance.

On the other hand, the water vapor from these nuclear explosions are negatively charged and attract to the positive South Pole. With the North Pole losing mass from heat resistance, the South Pole is receiving a tremendous amount of increase per-day from water-turned-ice, which is tilting the planet further and further off of its axis over time. It was 16-degrees off of its axis in the 1950's and was reported to be at least 23.5-degrees off as of a decade ago. Common sense will tell you that this tilt results from nuclear explosions alone thus causing global climate conditions to change at an increased rate no automobile or factory emissions can compete with.

The wide-spread demand for clean and renewable energy vehicles has been around for least the last 100 years and is only recently becoming more prevalent because of big business interests. Now we have 150 of the world's leaders communing near Paris, France at a Climate Change Conference for the next two weeks in an attempt to determine the best strategic course of action. My hopes are that they do not nickel and dime the worldwide population in "carbon taxes" because this will be the furthest from a real world solution to a problem they created and control themselves.

The only way in which to allow the planet to begin its recovery is to simply stop nuclear testing and detonations worldwide, altogether. While nuclear activity is highly regulated, our national governments and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) have the power to stop these destructive forces just as they have had the power to conform to them since World War II.

Tax Protestor Irwin Schiff and the IRS

Irwin Schiff passed away in prison last week October 16 upon succumbing to cancer. The reason he was in prison in the first place was because he fought the Internal Revenue Service in the courts since the 1970's and this was not the first time he served a sentence in the prison system for the same reason. His most recent term was simply based on the fact that he trespassed on the U.S. constitution and we will get to that.

Before Mr. Schiff passed away after serving 10 of his 13+ year term, his son Peter Schiff made every attempt for a "compassionate release" so that Irwin could live out the rest of his days with his family. The courts turned every petition down and rightfully so. Irwin did not learn from his mistakes stemming from the 1970's. He continued on the path he was on and refused to comprehend what his mistakes were. The courts extend grace where grace is due and Irwin abused that grace not once, not twice, but several times and over several decades.

Now going back to Irwin's trespass on the U.S. constitution. After my return from Iraq in 2009, I committed myself to understanding government. Like a philosopher believes knowledge is about as critical to life as the air one breathes, so too did I believe the thorough understanding of the historical rabbit hole of government was at least "a key" to freedom. I stumbled upon Irwin's material and saw what he was trying to do. Fascinated, I performed my due diligence on his track record and it quickly became obvious why he ended up back in prison. The "patriots" cried foul, but it was clear why it happened.

Irwin argued in court that the Sixteenth Amendment of the U.S. constitution did not apply to him. While many people might argue this amendment was never properly ratified, silent acquiescence is a form of consent. Today, if you receive a summons to appear in court and you do not appear after receiving proper notification, what happens? The court could enter default against you for your failure to respond and that quickly becomes your problem. That would mean the Sixteenth Amendment did legally pass by the consent of the majority of the states, as no response objecting to the proposed amendment was ever received or objections were not received in time.

Pursuant to Padelford, et al, v. Mayor of the City of Savannah, et al:

"No private person has a right to complain by suit in court on the ground of breach of the United States constitution; for, though the constitution is a compact, he is not a party to it."

If you are not a party to a contract, you do not have a claim of right on that contract and that is exactly where Irwin went wrong. He trespassed on the U.S. constitution and it is partially why he was given such a hefty prison sentence aside from having repeatedly protested taxes previously. Think of someone practicing law without a license. When they practice law and they are not licensed (permitted) by the Bar to practice, they trespass (infringe) on the Bar's copyright to conduct business as a lawyer. It really is as simple as that, it is unfair and unacceptable.

British Citizens Make Noise, But No Sense

In recent news, a petition in the United Kingdom with the goal of obtaining 100,000 signatures in order for the UK Government to consider apprehending Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu succeeded in hitting its target. The British Government response hit the nail squarely on the head:

"Under UK and international law, visiting heads of foreign governments, such as Prime Minister Netanyahu, have immunity from legal process, and cannot be arrested or detained."

The painful lesson is that a minister with diplomatic character is immune from prosecution in a host nation. Instead, what should have been done is that the International Courts should have been petitioned for a case against the State of Israel and Israel's Prime Minister. This would have at least assured the International Courts would review the matter before determination whether they would hear the matter by the parties.

The Law of Nations has been around since the 18th century and was used to construct the United States Constitution. Why then is it so hard for people to understand that a law exists governing nations and their conduct in the course of business such as that of disputes? This is because common people do not understand law, they do not understand legal protocol, and they do not understand the mechanics of the rules governing how to petition the appropriate venue. Citizens are required to petition the UK Government to take up their cause in order to petition the International Courts. Better luck next time?

Israel Violating International Law

This article is not designed to upset proponents of the State of Israel, but it will. Proponents of Israel have lent longstanding support to the State because of the context in which it is considered to be "God's chosen," but that is something of a completely different discussion and a matter of religious debate. In terms of this new up-and-coming Nuclear Arms Treaty between 6 of the world's prominent nations and Iran, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ("Bibi") is hotly protesting this agreement in violation of International Law as an "interfering State."

Historically speaking, the United States and Israel have been some of the greatest allies the world has ever seen since post-World War II. Since that time, however; Israel has had a number of conflicts in the international community between Saudi Arabia, Palestine, and Iran. More recently, the United Nations has accused Israel of violating the Geneva Conventions and committing International Human Rights violations in the wake of armed conflict with Palestinians in Gaza while "confining" the People of Gaza into a fixed strip of land.

In terms of the Nuclear Arms Treaty designed to disarm established nations, Israel has become extremely vocal in its protest over the current nuclear arms deal with Iran. First, Israel has all but refused to become a party to this international treaty at any time. Second, Israel has also violated several international agreements, rights, duties, conventions and resolutions as identified by the United Nations. There is not one State on this planet who has not committed any violations of international agreements and law. Second, Israel is blatantly violating International Law with its outcry against the Treaty with Iran.

In accordance with U.N. General Assembly Resolution 2625(XXV), Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations among Co-operating States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations:

"States have the duty to co-operate with one another, irrespective of the differences in their political, economic and social systems, in the various spheres of international relations, in order to maintain international peace and security and to promote international economic stability and progress, the general welfare of nations and international co-operation free from discrimination based on such differences."

This indicates that any member of the United Nations who does not promote international peace and tranquility with other members and non-members is guilty of violating the Charter of the United Nations. This would include both Israel and Iran in which both can be subject to international sanctions, whether financial and/or political.

"American Independence" is a Misnomer

People have been making their way to Independence Day celebrations all week long. While all well and good, most of us do not understand that we are still obligated to the Britannic Crown as we have been since the French-Indian War some twenty years prior to the outbreak of the American Revolution. For instance, the U.S. Constitution does not allow for titles of nobility granted by the United States:

"No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State." - Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8

An esquire ("Esq.") is a title of nobility appended to lawyers once they become barristers ("Bar-risters") and are admitted to the Bar. Since common law originated in the United Kingdom, barristers from the U.K. are privileged with using the Esq. title and, therefore; as are lawyers practicing law in the United States.

Further, constitution ("constitutio" in Latin) constitutes a debt instrument settled between a debtor and creditor. Whenever a constitution is created, it establishes what party owes what to whom and when. The U.S. Constitution is no different. It took the Treaty of Paris in 1783 to halt the American Revolution and the U.S. Constitution some years later to constitute the outstanding debt owed to the Crown. The American Revolution was premised on the British North American Colonists refusing to repay war debt from the days of the French-Indian War.

Moreover, the Civil War was premised on the Confederate states attempting to secede from the Union, which was interpreted as the Confederate states absconding from their outstanding debt obligations established in the U.S. Constitution. Further attempts by federated states within the Union to secede in the current day will only cause more political tension with both the U.S. government and the Crown, which will result in armed conflict if states do not honor their current position as it relates to the Union and the Union's obligations to the Crown.

In the 18th century, many Scottish peoples refused to pay taxes to the Crown and were apprehended into debtor's prison. When the Crown was confronted with the situation of populating the British North American colonies with worker's for it's East India Company territories, a noble presented the idea to commute the sentences of Scottish criminals to the colonies or have them continue to serve the remainder of their prison terms behind bars, thus the term "Scot-free" was born. In essence, dating back to the colonial roots, the United States has always been a "prison camp."

So, as we continue in our celebrations this weekend, do keep in mind that you have no true freedom nor liberty according to the Law of nations. On Monday, you will return to work from weekend festivities wondering "how exactly am I truly free if I am forced to show up to barely make it paycheck-to-paycheck"? Harriet Tubman once said that she freed a thousand slaves and could have freed a thousand more only if they knew they were slaves.

Two Countries Announce Inability to Repay IMF

These days are exciting times! Greece officials have already notified the International Monetary Fund ("IMF") that they will be unable to repay more than $1.6 billion owed to private creditors at the IMF on July 10, 2015 due to outrageous interest rates forewarned about years ago before Greece agreed to borrow. This has created a bit of a stir on the open market with fluctuations as the Dow Jones Industrial Average ("DJIA") plummeted by 350 points - akin to the meltdown of 2008. Keep in mind, this is only one country when a vast majority of countries around the world have obligations to the IMF. (While I write this, I have just learned that Puerto Rico has followed in step today.)

If you do not think that was bad enough, Puerto Rico has announced similar problems in the same week. It will be unable to pay its obligations to the IMF also due next week. Puerto Rico is now the second country to default on its obligations within the span of a month. Don't worry though, your money market account will do just fine - just listen to the talking heads.

So, what does this mean for people around the world? This is only the beginning of a huge mess manifesting consequences we have been hearing about for decades now. While the open market fluctuates with extreme volatility, there have been people known to amass great amounts of wealth with put options against the dominant currencies as the market plummets and buying up stocks reduced to mere pennies. This is only one way. The other is to increase one's holdings in precious metals as currencies begin to destabilize. As currency rates drop, the value of precious metals increase. We all know what happened to the Deutschmark during World War II.

So, while the public pushes for a $15/hour minimum and "livable" wage, the dollar is becoming worth less and less every day whereby $15/hour does not support a livable wage in the metropolis' of the United States today, let alone 5 years from now in 2020 when the $15/hour is suppose to take affect. We are literally focused on the wrong endeavors as global currencies begin to crash.

The Vaccine Paradox

It is a policy in the U.S. military that once the U.S. President directs the executive branch to be vaccinated, every "swinging john" is required to be vaccinated and they have a deadline or face ridicule and legal repercussion. Now, the same is true for the State of California and quite possibly every State of the Union soon enough, as federal legislation currently looms in the Halls of Congress.

Personally, I never felt like I came closer to death than when I received the measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine during military basic training, and then the Small Pox vaccine two years later and days prior to deployment. As soon as my first child was born, I anticipated a State mandate would be certified one day and it has come. I made a decision to undertake considerable study into both sides of the debate.

During the H1N1 (Swine Influenza) media scare of 2009, I discovered the same pharmaceutical company that created the H1N1 vaccine for the U.S. Department of Defense in 2009 was the exact same company that shipped millions of tainted H5N1 (Bird Influenza) vaccines to 18 different European countries months prior from the United States, Baxter International, Inc. While this egregious act could have precipitated an epidemic in Europe, Baxter never faced any worthwhile legal repercussion or investigation.

The damning part really is that it was a reassortment mixed with live human influenza, which is only one of two ways in starting a pandemic. In fact, had this combination traveled to the Americas after widespread inoculation in Europe and the swine influenza been widely administered according to the chronology of these events in 2009, the immunities of Americans would have been readily suppressed to a point of causing mass illnesses and possibly deaths.

The option for Californians now is that all schoolchildren will be required to be vaccinated if they are going to be attending on-campus schools, whether public or private, unless a licensed physician certifies that extenuating medical circumstances expose schoolchildren to unnecessary health risks. There is no longer a "religious pardon." It is either that they attend on-campus institutions and receive vaccinations or homeschool and not be required to be vaccinated. The interesting part about this is the ongoing public debate about unvaccinated children posing an undue health risk to vaccinated children, vaccines having a connection to autism by its aluminum, mercury, and thimerosal contents, etc. It has really spiraled out of control and appears now to be more psychological than science.

There is tremendous conflict, especially from within the international medical community at the highest levels of the Center for Disease Control, about the safety concerns as they relate to vaccines. While professionals in the media have purported that the unvaccinated pose a public danger to vaccinated children, other medical professionals with an emphasis in immunology and neurology have gone toe-to-toe and publicly testified on record that there is no empirical evidence to show that the unvaccinated pose a health risk to the vaccinated.

So, we have this to-and-fro in the medical community all the while government is issuing mandates under the banner of public health and safety concern. When government decides in haste, especially under the banner of "public benefit," that is more often than not the queue to take a strong read deeper into the science and hard data. In my personal studies, I have discovered the DoD finances virus creation for "drills," which are designed to defendant against lab-created virus strains, therefore; the public has become a training ground for bio-medical experimentation of weaponry.

One of biggest myths needing to be ironed out at this time is that vaccines do not cause injuries. That is pure nonsense after my own personal experiences and the experience of others. It is reportedly "rare" that people experience side effects. If at least 1 in 3 people that receive the smallpox vaccine are forced to miss work in order to recover from a vaccine, that is not rare. The same is true for MMR, H5N1, Anthrax, etc.

In closing, I am reminded of World War Z and Resident Evil where pandemics began from human error in closely guarded top secret defense laboratories, yet today the unvaccinated are the target of public scrutiny. This makes total and complete sense! We deserve an award for this breakthrough in rationale.

Holy See enters Treaty Recognizing State of Palestine

It is official. Palestine has been recognized as a State by the Holy See, but as you might already have guessed not everyone is smiling about the occasion. The State of Israel has been quick to offer its two cents explaining that an international accord with the Holy See tarnishes years of direct discussions between Israel and Palestine. The Vatican, on the other hand; sees this move as a step in a positive direction so as to facilitate "peace in the middle east" between two of some of the world's greatest foes.

What doesn't help Israel's case is that it has been indicted by the International Criminal Court ("ICC") at the Hague, Netherlands for international war crimes against the people of Palestine. While Israel has been raising and exhausting as many objections as they can, The Vatican recognizing Palestine as a State will surely aide the ICC in their journey to view Palestine as a State and hold parties accountable for their actions in violation of international conventions. A ballsy move by the State of Israel is the subtle questioning of the ICC's competence and jurisdiction in the affairs of Israel in the first place. "For whatever reason," the ICC has not brought the matter to trial…yet.

At this time, over 130 countries worldwide have officially recognized Palestine as a State, but Palestine does not require so much recognition to exercise the Right to self-determination (aka self-government). According to the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States of 1933, it can declare Independence for itself without unjustified interference so long as it satisfies the four elements of Statehood.

Stephen Hawking is Wrong

World-renowned theoretical physicist, Dr. Stephen Hawking, theorizes that the risks of contacting extra-terrestial (E.T.) life are too high as we might see a repeat of the terrible atrocities Christopher Columbus and his European fleets committed against Native Americans upon the breach of the Atlantic seashore centuries ago. Therefore, all attempts to contact intelligent life forms beyond our planet should be avoided at all costs. I say absolute nonsense! If there are indeed advanced civilizations that exist and functioning well beyond our own human comprehension, they must already understand the importance of universal cooperation ("co-operation") and co-existence.

Instead, I theorize that intelligent alien life will be peaceful and that this mode in itself is beyond the comprehension of humans. Why? Earth has not experienced world peace for any length of time according to understood and recorded history. Humans would literally have no idea how to respond to peace and what humans do not understand, they tend to "defend" themselves against, which creates ancillary problems. If there is anything to worry about, it is the human psyche in promoting war - an age old problem.

Now, if highly advanced alien life were to attack earth, they would certainly have the technology to transport across great distances to our planet, render all communications worthless, and subordinate the creatures of this entire planet. We would be as good as slaves or worse. What highly intelligent and civilized life forms would do is work on a way in which to introduce themselves as peaceful in a way us humans could understand such as diplomatic missionaries to indigenous people where missionaries make "peace offerings" such as introducing new technologies. Imagine trying to introduce yourself as peaceful in a cage full of baboons. Now, you might get the picture. If aliens appeared in public at all, governments would hastily seek to propagandize the situation into what might appear to be an alien invasion. This type of situation would put any neighbor in our universe in a very risky position thus the need to avoid the inducement of conflict by a more primitive species, humans.

Once humanity evolves enough to calm itself of its warlike ways and begins to cooperate with one another through peace treaties and further advancements, this might very well precipitate a comfortable enough situation for advanced civilizations to introduce themselves, their technologies and ways of life. How we treat our neighbors here at home is how we are going to treaty other life forms beyond our understanding. The first step? Understand and be patient with ourselves. Only then can we begin to understand and be patient with others.

Anniversary of US Air Force Dismissing Claims at Roswell

It is always an interesting journey to travel a "rabbit hole." One of these rabbit holes is that of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and discussion about these became mainstream between two incidents. One of these incidents occurred during what is known as the Battle of Los Angeles on February 25, 1942, and the other is Roswell, New Mexico in 1947.

You might remember the shoot-em-up 2011 film Battle: Los Angeles depicting a hostile extra-terrestrial (E.T.) invasion where U.S. Marine Staff Sergeant Michael Nantz (Aaron Eckhart) navigates a team composed of both Marines and civilians through the County of Los Angeles during an interplanetary war. February 1942 conceptualized that film in which the government narrative from that time maintains the U.S. Army shot at a "weather balloon" for 3 hours with over 1,200 rounds of ammunition taking down 3 objects with the largest craft having disappeared.

In 1947, it was reported by the Roswell Daily Record that a "flying saucer" was "captured"on a ranch. 3 hours thereafter, it was revised and maintained as a "weather balloon," so according to the government narrative nothing significant exists beyond our own planetary existence. With well over 100,000 UFO reported sightings from over 160 countries around the world, it becomes a topic difficult to dismiss. In fact, we have had Ministers from established nations such as Russia and Canada coming forth publicly with testimony, NASA astronauts who insist E.T.'s with technologies beyond our comprehension as humans exist, and the amount of testimonies never seem to end.

In 1974, a message composed by Carl Sagan in binary code was broadcasted by NASA from the Arecibo Radio Telescope in Puerto Rico to the edge of the Milky Way Galaxy or 21,000 light years away. This would mean that any message transmitted should have taken way more than a few decades to be received by any intelligent life, let alone be responded to and received in kind. In the original message, we communicated the fundamentals here on our planet. In this message, it was communicated that our standard system of calculation is the decimal system, our building block of life is carbon, etc.

In 2001, crop designs formed just outside of the Arecibo Radio Telescope location in Puerto Rico displaying a binary response marking the differences between humanity and the "responders." These differences were that silicon was the basic building block of life, the life form has an extra strand in its DNA, it averages 4 feet in height, there are over 12 billion of them inhabiting 3 planets in their solar system and they use a highly advanced communication system for dialogue.

So, the real question is why all of the secrecy and denial of interplanetary neighbors? This is best answered in one simple word - control! If you remember the film The Book of Eli, Denzel Washington's adversary, Carnegie, will stop at nothing to obtain a Bible from Eli to use it as a control mechanism against his own towns people. Without this Bible, Carnegie fears he will inevitably lose his power grip, however; once Carnegie obtains it from Washington, he comes to realize the Bible is transcribed in Braille for the blind and he cannot read what "the blind can see."

If our world ever discovers that E.T.'s do exist and that there are ways of life beyond religion and money, the control mechanisms of religion and money that big business and government have leveraged unto its bonded citizens will collapse like a stack of cards. This always happens in any corrupt system that is exposed where fraud and collusion are deep and rampant. What many different "field experts" have calculated is that upon exposure to much more highly advanced civilizations is that the paradigms of inferior civilizations will be required to make the greatest shift in understanding and learning a world as ours has ever had the opportunity to be afforded.

As a proud blood relative of a Signatory to the Declaration of Independence, Samuel Huntington, who hailed from Scotland, Connecticut, I must say there is but a great deal of confusion surrounding the Confederate Flag and what it has historically stood for. Today, we are hearing that it is a symbol of "racism and hatred" following the events of Charleston, South Carolina. This is so far disconnected from reality, one must remind oneself that the people of the United States are ranked among the worst educated of developed nations in the world. That said, I do not completely fault Americans for their complete and utter stupidity, especially when it comes to their nation's history at highly emotional times.

The Confederate Flag has always stood for "State rights." The U.S. Constitution took away State rights when it was created to form a more "perfect Union" (Union v. Confederates = American Civil War) in 1789. Huntington, the President of the Continental Congress a decade prior to the creation of what we know today as the United States, held anti-Federalist sentiments, therefore; while he signed the Articles of Confederation and never did sign the U.S. Constitution, he firmly believed the States should have the rights only the Federal government enjoys today. The Federal powers so commonly despised today are because of the U.S. Constitution. Does the vague Tenth Amendment ring any bells?

More recently, we hear advocates promoting "State secession." This is what the Confederates pursued during the Civil War and what the Colonies desired during the American Revolutionary War. Colonists pursued secession from Britain and Confederates pursued secession from the Union. That simple, but somehow it has been construed as "racist" and "hatred" against the Black community? We are so bored nowadays, instead of conducting our own research to validate political talking points heard over the boob tube or Facebook's most "trendy" news topics, we have become accustomed to the convenience of vegetating on what syndicated political talking heads have to say about the nations most sensitive topics. When the hell did we become so lazy and such idiots?

If you want the Confederate Flag prohibited, then you have absolutely no room henceforth to bitch and complain the next time the Federal government does something that pisses you off because when that happens, you will remember President Huntington and myself smirking over your hypocrisy.
