In MMM you don’t have to make contracts or pledge your property. In MMM there are no lenders and no debtors. Everything is very simple: one participant asks for help — another one helps.

The only thing that MMM demands from its participants is to be honest and kind to each other. You ask for financial help when you need it, you give financial help when you are able to do it.

VERY IMPORTANT!

There is no сentral account, where all the System money flows to (and where it can be easily stolen from :-)). All the money is only on the banking accounts of the participants themselves! On a lot of thousand and million private accounts. Participants transfer to each other directly, without intermediaries! (What are they for? :-)) In fact, MMM only regulates the process — nothing more.

So the System completely belongs to people. No kidding! It is a real mutual aid fund where ordinary people help each other.

How does it work technically? You declare the willingness to give help (click in your Personal Office (hereinafter PO) "Provide Help"), after which your account will be rewarded with mavro (internal “currency”/scores of the System). Mavros will start growing from the moment of offering the contribution at the rate of 30% per month. (Calculation of reward occurs twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 00:00 GMT.) This sum in Mavro shows how much you can request for yourself.

Say you have announced willingness to assist with $ 100. You will be rewarded in your PO with 100 mavro. And they will immediately start growing! A month later, these 100 will become 130 mavro. Accordingly, you will be able to request assistance for $ 130.

However, it is not necessary at all to wait for a month. Help can be requested at any time. But only after confirmation of your mavro. What does "after confirmation" mean? It means only after you actually transfer money, i.e. really give assistance to another participant. (But not just declare willingness. :-)) Request for providing help comes to you in your personal office. If you do not do it within 48 hours, you will be removed from the system. (For all eternity. :-))

REGISTRATION BONUS

When registering in the system, you get from $20 to $100 as a present.

But not everyone, only those who have contributed their own money as well. (Otherwise the System will be pulled apart. For bonuses. They will keep registering endlessly. :-))

1) $20 — if you have contributed from $50 to $499. Frozen for two weeks. If you take it out earlier — you will lose twenty.
2) $50 — if you have contributed from $500 to $2'999. Frozen for a month.

Each participant is allowed to have only one account.

REFERRAL BONUS

You get 10% from all deposits of the participant you invited. Inviting new members into the Community is your additional contribution to its development. But nobody force the members of the Community to invite new participants.But at the same time, understanding that the MMM network can’t exist without development and participants’ encouragement in the form of referral bonuses motivate many people to take an active position.

GUIDER’S BONUS

Guiders of MMM Community can create their own multi-level structures and get a bonus from each donation of every participant in their structures. This is a multi-level bonus, thus a guider can have his own leader whose rank is higher. Guider’s bonus depends on his level in the Community:

For example, if you are Ronald’s guider, Ronald is Maricel’s guider and Maricel is Joseph’s, you will get 5% from Ronald’s donation, 3% from Maricel’s donation and 1% from Joseph’s. If someone will be under Joseph, you will get from him 0.5% and so on.

Guider’s bonuses are credited in the same way as referral, but only from new money deposited and will be available to withdraw after confirmation of your help provided.

Bonus for the video in a "Letter of happiness" is +10%, +5% or +1% of the amount of received help.

10% of the amount of help received — you will get for super quality video. It should be professional-looking: quality recording and editing. Record an interesting story in which you are the main character. Tell us how you will spend (spent) the money, what impact MMM ideology had on your life, how the Community changes your life, and invite other people to participate in MMM. The plot must be interesting and creative. The minimum resolution is 640x480. The minimum video duration is 1 min 30 sec.
5% of received help for the video where you show your face and your voice is heard clearly. Tell about your emotions from the participation in MMM and invite other people to join the Community!
1% of received help for the video where you don’t show your face. You need to demonstrate your Personal Office and a photo of your bank accounts statement or an electronic statement from internet banking as a proof of receiving help.

The bonus is credited in MAVRO 30% and frozen for 1 month. If during this month you will delete the video, you will lose this bonus.

Bonus for your video story of providing help is +1% or +0.5% of the amount of the help provided.

In addition, you can record a video about providing help and get a bonus 1% or 0.5% of the amount of provided help. The size of the bonus depends on the fact if you show your face in the video or not.

TRUSTEES AND TRUSTORS

There is a serious problem. Many would like to participate in MMM but they, let’s say, don’t have the internet. Or they are just too lazy to understand and deal with all this. With all these assignments and so on. What if it could be like this: you transfer money and then you simply get it with interest. No bothering about anything. :-))

So for this kind of participants who have no internet (or just for the lazy ones :-)), institution of Trustees and Trustors has been created. (Any caprice, as they say! :-))

Any participant of MMM can entrust his/her guider the PO managing, assigning the leader as his/her Trustee. Provide complete access to PO and let him/her get into all these details. The participant just calls and gives assignments: “Take out this sum of money for me!" and so on.

How does it work?

The first option. The guider registers the participant and states that he/she is his Trustee. (If, let’s say, the participant has no internet or does not know anything about computers).

The second option. The participant indicates in PO himself/herself that he/she makes the guider his/her Trustee (and provides him complete access to the PO — he is tired of bothering with all this! :-)). Of course, at any moment the participant can change his mind and refuse of Trustee’s service.

In order to protect from abuses from the Trustee’s, the most important operations (change of account information for cash-out, creation of application for cash-out, confirmation of getting money) — only through confirmation code! I.e. at the Trustee’s attempt to make such operation, a confirmation code will be asked. It is sent by sms to the Trustor. The Trustee gets in touch with the Trustor, explains the details and then the Trustor tells the confirmation code. (If he/she wants. :-)) Only in this way! :-))

Besides, when creating applications and assignments for cash-in the Trustor will also get the corresponding sms. Other than that, in the case of the assignment to send money, the recipient’s account information will be indicated in the sms. (For the guider not to say: “Send it to me!” We know that! :-))

What else? The Trustee can go into PO of the Trustor right from his/her PO and then the same way can come back easily into his/her personal PO. I.e. managing of trustee’s PO is extremely easy.

According to the reports in Germany, Chelsea and Augsburg are set to agree barter deal over the transfer of Abdul Rahman Baba, with Marko Marin moving to the opposite direction.

The 26-years old German player has spent the second half of the previous season on loan at Anderlecht, but the Belgian club decided not to use a permanent option.

He is expected to leave the club this summer, as Jose Mourinho doesn’t count on him. It’s believed that Marin wouldn’t be against moving back to Germany, where he played for Gladbach and Werder Bremen, before joining Chelsea in 2012.

According to the various Spanish and Italian media sources, Real Madrid wing-back Fabio Coentrao has decided to turn down an offer from Inter Milan in order to sign for Chelsea for the next season.

The Portuguese player has been linked with a move away from the club recently, as Rafael Benitez thinks that Marcelo will be the starting member of the club for the next season.

Coentrao, who joined the King’s Club in 2011, could be available for £18m. Chelsea are reportedly keen to sign him for the next season, as Jose Mourinho is a longtime admirer of the compatriot player. Coentrao has reportedly accepted the demand, Chelsea have offered to him.

In the meantime, Chelsea are set to announce £24m deal with Monaco.

It is a University of Maryland-led Nigerian Alliance for Health Systems Strengthening (NAHSS) project, therefore the FMOH NigeriaQual Software Engineer shall work in collaboration with the NigeriaQual team at the NAHSS office and Federal Ministry of Health (FMOH). He/She will manage the NigeriaQualsoftware andreport directly to the NAHSS Project Director and NigeriaQual Lead at the NASCP/FMOH. He/She shall work in collaboration with the NigeriaQual software development vendors, the NAHSS team and FMOH in the following capacities :

Data System Management

Maintain close working relationship with software vendor in order to understudy the basic workings of the software
Update SQL queries as necessary to accommodate periodic revisions of indicator definitions and create SQL queries as necessary to include new indicators that are ratified for inclusion in the NigeriaQual program by the NigeriaQual task team.
Provide essential technical assistance to users at all level necessary to ensure that the software is operational
Create State and IP level users on the NigeriaQual software platform as required to provide access for data submission
Assists IPs and state officials with set-up and use of the NigeriaQual software
Troubleshoot data submission errors and data error issues in order to ensure data integrity
Ensures that all NigeriaQual software updates are properly installed and rolled out to all users
Performs and documents procedures for data preparation including data cleaning, standardization and analysis
Develop data collection and evaluation methodologies, including format design, project criteria and requirements, data compilation, relevancy and usage
Develop and implement evaluation methodology related to various health data programs to determine completeness and adequacy of the data collection procedure.
Data Reporting and Analysis

Understand and ensure the existing standards relating to data collection and use are abided by in the implementation of the NigeriaQual program.
Evaluate the NigeriaQual data collection systems periodically and use findings to improve operations.
Prepare bi-annual and annual data reports on the NigeriaQual performance measurement exercises to be shared on the NigeriaQual website.
Developadhoc reports as necessary
Manage access to all NigeriaQual related reports for whatever purpose and also access to NigeriaQual data to ensure that proper procedures are followed especially for research purposes.
Shares data with IPs and States and Federal agencies, as needed
Support in fostering relationships with other state agencies that have interest inNigeriaQual data
Participate in national meetings (i.e. task team meetings) and state meetings (i.e. state QI committee meetings and State QI forums)

Skills

Ability to work under limited supervision
Working knowledge of basic and advanced Computer applications used for data collection e.g. Structured Query Language, Microsoft Access, C ++ etc.
Understand the principles and practices of data and database management
Working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management (PMP) and Contract Management.
Good reporting and analytics competencies (content knowledge).
Required Education and Experience

Minimum of a Bachelor degree in a health-related field with all the above listed skill competencies, and at least 5 years' experience in Public Health programs.

OR

Minimum of a Bachelor degree in a health-related field and a Master's degree in Epidemiology, Statistics or Public Health and at least three years' experience in Public Health programs.

The Bayelsa State government has asked owners of engine boats with a speed capacity of 200 horsepower and above, plying the waterways of the state, to make them available for registration.

The directive was issued to check the recent rise in cases of kidnapping and sundry criminal activities in the state and its environs.
It was part of the decisions reached at the 32nd State Security Council meeting held in Yenagoa, the capital of state on Sunday.

Declaring the meeting open, Governor Seriake Dickson vowed not to allow perpetrators of crime and violence use the state as a launch path to truncate the prevailing peace and stability in the Niger Delta Region.

After the meeting opened, reports were asked to leave the meeting to enable the security agencies effectively map out ways to end the spate of kidnapping in the state.

After the meeting, the State Commissioner of Police, Mr Paul Okafor, briefed reporters on decisions reached.

Mr Okafor reiterated these determination of the State Police Command and other security agencies to combat crime and criminality, with a renewed vigour, especially as the date for the state governorship election is approaching.

He further expressed optimism that registering such boats for easy identification would help to check the menace.

Buhari to probe arms purchase under Jonathan

President Muhammadu Buhari will order an investigation into contracts involving the procurement of weapons for the military under the Goodluck Jonathan administration.

The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, disclosed this while featuring on a Channels Television programme, Politics Today, on Sunday evenin

Shehu spoke a few days after the immediate past Chief of Defence Staff, Alex Badeh, said he led a military that was ill-equipped.

A former National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki (retd.), had also said while some weapons and equipment procured by the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan were used to fight insurgency during the latter days of his tenure, some others were still being awaited.

The presidential spokesman said Buhari was interested in taking stock of every naira that left the national treasury and for what purpose.

He said Nigerians were aware that books were already being checked and the exercise was not limited to the oil sector.

He said, “The President is interested in every penny that leaves the Nigeria’s treasury.

“As you are aware, records are being checked right now, not only in the oil sector, but also in the various departments of g overnment.

“So, Mr. President is really interested in what has happened to the equipment that have supposedly been bought and supplied, some of which might be there on the ground or might not be.

“Only a thorough audit will actually reveal this. The disclosure has been made about substandard (equipment) in the Nigeria’s fight against Boko Haram.”

Shehu reiterated Buhari’s desire to urgently end the activities of the Boko Haram sect.

While saying that normalcy is gradually being restored, the presidential spokesman noted that there is currently no territory in the control of Boko Haram.

“The insurgents have been degraded. They are in disarray without a central command and coordination,” he declared.

Shehu said the President would not send troops to the warfront without ensuring that they are properly equipped and taken care of.

“Just on Friday, at the National Defence College, Mr. President was committing himself to the fact that our military will be well taken care of in terms of their welfare, in terms of their equipment and in terms of the motivation they need to confront these insurgents.

“We are already beginning to see the fruits of this because as we speak right now, Boko Haram is in disarray.

“And what we are witnessing now; that is, occasional bombings and suicide attacks, characterise only one thing globally. And that is that, the dying days of the insurgency. It’s just a matter of time, we’ll get there,” he said.

Jonathan holds secret meeting with Buhari

Former President Goodluck Jonathan on Thursday night paid a secret visit to President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

At the meeting held inside the President’s official residence, no third person was admitted and no photograph of the night visit by Jonathan was allowed.

The visit was Jonathan’s first time at the Presidential Villa since he left in the morning of May 29 for the Eagles Square, where Buhari took his oath of office and allegiance as his (Jonathan’s) successor.

The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, confirmed Jonathan’s visit and meeting with Buhari to our correspondent on Sunday.

Adesina however said he was not privy to the subject of the discussion at the meeting.

A top Presidency official also confided in our correspondent that the meeting was strictly between Buhari and Jonathan and that no photographs were taken.

“Nobody was with them. I am sure they don’t want the visit to be an item in the media. That probably explains why the former President visited at night and went straight to the residence. They met for a few minutes in the President’s residence,” the official said.

The following day, however, Buhari also played host to former President Olusegun Obasanjo.

But unlike Jonathan’s visit, one of the photographers attached to the President was able to capture the two leaders.

It was not clear as of press time whether the two visits were in any way connected.

But The PUNCH learnt that Obasanjo, during his meeting with Buhari, told the President to ensure that all funds stolen under the Jonathan administration were recovered in order to strengthen the President’s anti-corruption image in the international community.

A Presidency source, who confided in our correspondent, said that Obasanjo did not raise the issue of appointments with Buhari.

“He (Obasanjo) argued that the anti-graft war will further raise the reputation of the Buhari administration at the international community. The former President also said stolen funds should be recovered,” the source said.

The Buhari administration has been investigating some activities of Jonathan’s administration with government officials claiming that the past administration was characterised by impunity and large-scale corruption.

Apart from probing the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, the present administration is also beaming its searchlight on the management of the Excess Crude Account under Jonathan.

Some former aides of the ex-President, including the former National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki (retd.); Jonathan’s Chief Security Officer, Mr. Gordon Obuah; and the former Director-General of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, Dr. Patrick Akpobolokemi, had either been arrested, detained or investigated.

On the eve of his departure from office, Jonathan had on May 27 advised Buhari not to single out his administration for any probe.

He said all those advising Buhari to probe his administration must also advise him to extend his probe beyond his regime, lest the probe be seen as a witch-hunt.

Jonathan said, “Some people are even calling for the probe of this government. I agree that in Nigeria, there are a number of things that we will probe, very many things.

“Even debts owed by states and this nation from 1960 up to this time, they are saying it is Jonathan’s administration that owes all the debts.

“I believe that anybody calling for probe must ensure that these probes are extended beyond the Jonathan administration, otherwise to me, it will be a witch-hunt.

“If you are very sincere, then it is not just the Jonathan’s administration that should be probed. A number of things have gone wrong and we have done our best to fix them. The Attorney-General is aware of massive judgments debts, if we aggregate all of them, it is about $1bn.

“How did we come to this kind of huge judgment debts? These issues should be probed.

“How do you allocate our oil wells, oil fields, marginal wells and others? Do we follow our laws? All these should be probed. I believe all these and many more areas should be looked into.”

Jonathan’ ascendancy to the Presidency was believed to have been made possible by Obasanjo’s support but the two have since parted ways with Obasanjo constantly attacking Jonathan’s government as corrupt.

Also, Jonathan, at a point during the electioneering, reportedly referred to Obasanjo as a “motor park tout.”

A reality check for Arsenal in every sense. After a summer of talk that Arsene Wenger's side are finally ready for a genuine title challenge, they were brought crashing down to earth with a 2-0 defeat to West Ham in their first Premier League game of the season.

Petr Cech, the symbol of Arsenal's elevated status as title hopefuls, twice picked the ball out of his net. Both times, the former Chelsea goalkeeper was badly at fault.

For Cheikhou Kouyate's 43rd minute opener, he punched thin air from a crossed free-kick and ended up eating the turf as the West Ham players celebrated. When Mauro Zarate scored the Hammers’ second, Cech was wrong-footed by the forward’s powerful low strike from the edge of the penalty area.

a nightmare league debut for the 33-year-old, but fortunately for him and Arsenal, there are 37 games to put it right.

Nor was Cech alone. Arsenal’s defenders made far too many errors, the attack lacked incision as Olivier Giroud bumbled through the 90 minutes, while record signing Mesut Ozil was virtually anonymous as he was marked out of the game by 16-year-old Reece Oxford.

This need not be seen as comprehensive proof that Arsenal are going to hoodwink us again, that nothing has changed in north London. But Wenger’s men do face a tricky trip to Crystal Palace next week where they could do with proving they have the defensive strength and mental resolve to battle for the Premier League trophy for the next nine months.

“It’s difficult but it’s part of our job,” Wenger told reporters. “A successful team is down to how you respond to difficult moments. It’s never a clear motorway and we have a difficult start to the season.”

As worrying as Cech’s mistakes will be the pathetic marking for Kouyate’s goal and the weak attempts to clear before Zarate’s strike. It was all so... Arsenal.

“The way we conceded just before half-time with the experience in our team, it was difficult to understand,” Wenger said.

“It was a collective lapse. There are many things to say about that. I knew that if the delivery was good, we were in trouble before the free-kick was taken.

Questions will also be asked now of Wenger.

It is why Wenger still hopes to persuade Real Madrid to sell Karim Benzema this summer. The 27-year-old is the top class striker that could inspire Arsenal and take some of the pressure off Alexis Sanchez.

This defeat might even do Arsenal a favour. The 3-1 defeat to Aston Villa on the first day of the 2013-14 season prompted Wenger to spend big in the transfer market - and this could have a similar impact.

The Gunners boast one of the strongest squads in the country and Cech will prove a crucial signing - whether he’s worth the 15 points claimed remains to be seen - but it might not be enough.

Unless Alexis is converted to a central striker, they are missing a forward on the same level as their title rivals. Chelsea have Diego Costa, Manchester City have Sergio Aguero and Manchester United have Wayne Rooney. Giroud is a level below all three.

Despite Francis Coquelin’s wonderful form in the second half of last season, the Gunners also need an experienced defensive midfielder. Their decision not to bid more than £18 million for Morgan Schneiderlin could come back to haunt them, especially if Coquelin loses form or picks up an injury.

Arsenal fans will look at their squad and be justified in believing that the club are within touching distance over their first title since the Invincibles side in 2004.

But the opening day of their campaign could hardly have gone any worse. From here, it can only get better.
