Lu Hefner has been making his marks all throughout the industry!

2016-05-16T19:37:00.001-04:00

After taking Europe by storm Lu Hefner is ready to release his latest single called Maserati Swerve on Em. Returning from Europe Lu has been what most would call a silent force to be reckoned with. Returning home to his Native New York hometown after his European tour Lu Hefner booked an endless amount of shows consistently throughout the entire Tri-State Area and landed on several covers of Magazines i.e. XXl, Source, Awe and a Freakonomics international book cover. Lu Hefner then earned the right to be all “souped” up as a spokesman for the Original Soup Man alongside Shaquille O Neil who served as an adviser and equity partner in the company. Next Lu Hefner was welcomed into the fashion industry as he became the face of Invisible Bully a Brooklyn based clothing line co-founded by April Maiya Butler and music industry veteran Damian "D-Roc" Butler. Lu Hefner was later named the “Ambassador of New York” for the Label which was well deserved after his diligent and conscientious hard-work invested in the brand. Lu Hefner has made a great impression on many people because of his strong work ethics and kind heart. Tip Top DTN CEO of Brooklyn based clothing line American Fly Clothing, Brooklyn Soul Food and Best Of Both Worlds Republic of Panama states " He is one of the most humblest, respectful and talented artists that I have ever met and worked with. I will co sign anything attached to lu's name like it's attached to mine " Lu Hefner’s great sense in fashion and his captivating swag landed him the position as a Line Creative Director and Fashion Consultant at APSCO. Making his way up the latter in different parts of the industry you can say it's only right for Lu to get his feet wet in the acting world as he played in two movies that made its way to the big screen, “Living With No Regrets” and “Staten Island Summer”. It's safe to say with Lu being a 15 year published model and actor under Rita Powers Management that he is just one step away from his SAG card has been busy working over the past few years. His anticipated Single “Maserati Swerve on Em” will definitely take the industry by storm like his last!

Introducing Hit City Records NEWEST Artist JIMMIE EARLY!

2014-03-12T17:35:00.000-04:00

Hit City Records has been on a serious roll as of late starting with its roster which has been expanding since last year. We would now like to introduce you to Hit City Records newest artist Terrance Darryl Gilbert Jr. aka "Jimmie Early". Jimmie was Born in Manhattan,NY on May 6 1988 and moved back and forth from Queens to Brooklyn eventually landing himself in Allentown, PA. When interviewing Jimmie we found out the origin behind his stage name which came from the legendary rnb singer James Brown, his passion for music was so tremendous he left a mark on Jimmie after every song or performance. Jimmie's love for music resembles his enthusiasm. As a kid his mother always sang to him or let old school music play in the house so music has always played a major role in his life but what inspired him was seeing Michael jackson perform his moves it made him want to entertain people. When asked how he meet Lu he said "i met lu hefner through my older cousin jermain miller the real estate agent.. We spoke over the phone he heard me rap and was golden from there it took me awhile to link up with lu cause of problems back home but one thing my cousin jermain reminded was that lil snupe got on a bus to meet meek mill so nothing should hold me back if I want it that bad".. Already being from NYC Hit City Records already felt like home to him he was welcomed wit love from the entire label. Jimmie embraced the opportunity he was given, he loves everything about Hit City and as quoted by him "I feel like Im superman when im rocking the H around my neck all I know is Hit City Records is major, 2014 is when HC will explode with all its artists destroying tracks and piling videos up" Jimmie Early currently has a project in the works titled "Man In The Mirror" which is basically a reflection album of who he is as a person and a artist. The project set to drop during the summer. Jimmie is now a growing artist with alot to look forward to with Hit City records a label that has been growing tremendously over the last few years. Jimmie did leave us one final statement and that was "my goal is to make hit city known from my side of the fence and build a franchise within my city under hit city and take it worldwide".. Stay Tune for more from Jimmie Early and Hit City Records!

Hit City Records expands to Jamaica and were not talking about Queens

2014-03-10T09:08:00.000-04:00

If you don't know already by now Hit City Records is expanding whether you fail to see it or not. Hit City Records has been expanding overseas since 2011 where Lu Hefner took his first international flight to London. So just to show you how much its expanding we would like to introduce you to Hit City Records newest socialite Stacy Ann Leray also known as Stacy Fabulous, born June 16, 1985 raised in Kingston Jamaica. Stacy is currently a store manager in Kingston and is a major socialite there now promoting Lu Hefner and Hit City Records. Kingston is the capital and largest city of Jamaica, located on the southeaster coast of the island. It faces a natural harbor protected by the Palisadoes, along sand spit which connects the town of Port Royal and the Norman Manley International Airport to the rest of the island. In the Americas, Kingston is the largest predominantly English-speaking city south of the United States. Kingston is known for its tropical climate, with a wet season from May to November, which coincides with the hurricane season, and a dry season from December to April. But whatever the season, summer clothes and a few jerseys should

do. Stacy became know of Lu Hefner through social media site twitter where she had her 1st glimpse of the artist in his music video ¨If I Had¨ which she found to be very sexy and very appealing to the eye. Since viewing Hefner's work she instantly became a growing supporter of his movement and began promoting him overseas. She believes in Hit City Records as a growing company she would like to work for and achieve greater heights with. Hit City Records is a brand to believe in with listeners ranging from a male to female ratio in Kingston, Jamaica, so its safe to say people are adapting to Lu overseas. Stacy looks forward to promoting the brand she believes in and will continue to show her support. Lu Hefner recalls of one of his 1st convo's he had with Stacy surprising her by speaking in her native tongue of Patwa. Stacy is a good friend of Lu's and now plays a major business role in Kingston as one of its major contributors overseas. She is no stranger to the lights as you can see she is photographed with major artists such as Drake, Ace Hood & Movado so you never know who she just might be with next as she promotes the big Hit City Records name as it continues to grow internationally. So stay tune for more from Stacy as the time develops and Hit CIty continues to grow!

Jermain Miller is a dynamic and exciting real estate sales broker for Douglas Elliman in NY and Miami who now also plays a major part on the Hit City Records roster as one of its major contributors. His white-glove service has garnered him an esteemed reputation in NYC and has allowed him to dominate the Long Island City market. Jermain's extraordinary ability to provide clients (from renters to developers) with exactly what they desire is unmatched. He has recently taken his expertise to Miami, where he has partnered with top producing broker Chad Carroll. In Miami, Jermain continues to use his dedication, time and extensive market research to get clients what they want. Regardless of location, Jermain instinctively understands his clients and he works tirelessly to help them realize their dream homes. Whether it’s finding the accomplished professional’s first apartment, relocating a growing family, or identifying an elegant luxury apartment for a couple ready to enjoy all the city has to offer, Jermain is determined to give each customer personal attention and outstanding customer service. For those looking to rent their first apartment in the city, he will educate them thoroughly on all that is needed and work to find the perfect starter rental. Jermain doesn't just bring a different aspect to Hit City he also brings a classy look the label is starting to set for itself. As stated by Lu Hefner " If i have to say anything about Hit City Records well i want it to be just like a expense bottle of champagne, Classy At Best and Jermain he helps bring that class were trying to bring into this industry". In Recent News Hit City Records Jermain Miller set a record for a penthouse pad in Long Island City’s Vere 26 now holds the title of Queens’ priciest apartment listing. The $3 million penthouse condominium, located at 26-26 Jackson Avenue, has topped its nearest competitor — a $2.5 million penthouse in the nearby View, at 46-30 Center Boulevard. The five bedroom pad, however, is roomier, at 2,422 square feet (to the View penthouse’s 1,763 square feet). It also boasts a large terrace, high ceilings and numerous floor-to-ceiling windows, according to the listing. Jermain Miller has the listing, which will fall just shy of the Queen’s highest sale to date — a $3.1 million unit at the View — if it goes for the current ask.Units in the rest of the 43-unit condominium building, designed by Robert Scarano with interiors by Andrés Escobar, range from the low $400,000s for a studio to the $3 million five-bedroom penthouse. This is just the beginning for Hit City Records own Jermain as he is beginning to set a high standard in the real estate world today. Look out for more from Jermain and Hit City Records as we continue to update you!
