Speaking at a briefing for reporters in Malacañang Monday, Leonen explained the ramifications of the agreement's provisions for a transition from the ARMM to Bangsamoro by 2016.

"Insofar as the major political commitments are made by this administration in that framework agreement, we see no necessity for now to amend the Constitution," Leonen said.

Charter Change is required to legalized the new autonomous State in the Southern Philippines.

The previous 14th congress resolution approved the proposed Federal States of the Philippines which could be seen in this link. Though several changes are expected but the planned Charter Change for the new constitution was approved by the majority member of the senate during the 14th congress.

includes scenes that depict the actor having sexual encounters with a series of men.

James Dean is alleged to have had affairs with a series of men. Also starring in the movie is Robert Gant of Queer as Folk fame, The L Word star Erin Daniels and Walk The Line actress Clare Grant. The film, which is due to be released in the summer, claims that it 'redefines' James Dean 'for a new generation', according to its website. It is not the first tribute to suggest Dean was gay.

Dean's first biographer and close friend William Bast stated that the pair had a intimate relationship.

He was also described as a homosexual by screenwriter Gavin Lambert and Nicholas Ray, who directed Dean's last and most celebrated movie, Rebel Without A Cause. Dean apparently avoided being drafted into the war by registering as a homosexual, which was at the time classified as a mental disorder by the US government. When questioned about his orientation, he is reported to have said, "No, I am not a homosexual. But, I'm also not going to go through life with one hand tied behind my back."

Actor James Preston portrays James Dean in the biopic. One scene shows the character of Dean making love to his male roommate in a corridor. He is also seen in the movie indulging in a tryst with another male character, this time on top of a mountain. Dean is played by relatively unknown actor James Preston, who is most famous for his role as werewolf Lukas Ford in supernatural TV drama The Gates.

It's been a while since I have posted an article here... Binigyan ko kasi muna ng oras ang sarili ko to enjoy all the blessings that were given to me and also to spend time for my romantic side of life. Two Valentine Concerts with a promise of the best of everything. Two big musical events from four of the biggest names in the music industry: The Martin-Sharon and Ogie-Regine concerts. While Ogie Alcasid and Martin Nievera never missed the concert hall, whether it's their own or as a special guest, it's been a while since Sharon Cuneta last had a major concert the same as the one only Songbird, Regine Velasquez. I used to be a fanatic for the megastar while also an avid follower of Regine. But on one certain occasion, a mega birthday celebration held inside tents changed everything. It was during the rehearsals when the birthday celebrant was over heard to be expressing some sort of bitterness or a light to moderate instance of hatred towards the feathered belter. The number was a medley of high pitched songs from Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, etc. There were also other singers included in that number but the unforgettable remark she made was only meant for one and it went something like: "Bakit ba kasi kasali pa iyan e" That remark was made after several attempts to perfect that particular number's finale where all of them (all girls) will be singing in unison. A few year's after that, another same incident happened at the heavy weight's now defunct - Sunday variety show. Since then, kinalimutan ko nang idolo ko siya. She's one big Lock & Lock!

Actor Tyron Perez was found dead inside a vehicle in Valenzuela City Thursday night, police said.

According to Senior Superintendent Wilben Mayor, Perez’s body was found dead at the backseat of a black Toyota Altis parked along the service road of the North Luzon Expressway in the vicinity of Barangay Ugong, Valenzuela.

Police said Perez died of a gunshot wound on the right side of his head from a caliber .22 firearm. The gun was found beside the victim's body. Police said they are looking at the possibility that the wound may have been self-inflicted. Investigations are still ongoing.

Perez, 26, first stepped into the limelight when he joined a television network’s reality talent show in 2003. He was recently a part of the defunct ABS-CBN television drama series, “Mula sa Puso.”

Perez also appeared in the December 3 episode of “Maalaala Mo Kaya,” where he played the love interest of Ejay Falcon’s character.

December 27, 2011 - Thailand celebrates its third Grand Slam victory, as Kantapat Peeradachainarin wins the coveted Miss Tourism Queen International 2011 title, in Xi’an, China. Peeradachainarin, whose last name most non-Thai citizens could spend a lifetime trying to pronunciate properly, has some experience in beauty pageants. She won the Miss Friendship International title in 2009, and was a semi-finalist in Miss International earlier this year. She charmed the judges with her beauty and elegance, confirming her favoritism.

Jeanine Castro, the representative of the Brazilian paradise-island of Fernando de Noronha, was the 1st runner-up. Miss Belarus, Mariia Ovechkina, finished in 3rd place. And Joseph, too, went up from Galilee from the town of Nazareth to Judea, to the city of David that is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and family of David, to be enrolled with Mary, his betrothed, who was with child. While they were there, the time came for her to have her child, and she gave birth to her firstborn son. She wrapped him in swaddling clothes and laid him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn. Now there were shepherds in that region living in the fields and keeping the night watch over their flock. The angel of the Lord appeared to them and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were struck with great fear.

The angel said to them, “Do not be afraid! Behold, I proclaim to you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today, in the city of David, a savior has been born for you who is Christ and Lord. And this will be a sign for you: you will find an infant wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a manger.”

And suddenly there was a multitude of the heavenly host with the angel, praising God and saying: “Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”
