Sit quietly in a place and then take a dairy try to remember all events from your childhood and note it down in that dairy. Look clearly on those events take a deep note which event lift your soul up and which has put you down. How you have overcome those dark hours and enlightened yourself. How you have reached the world of faith and hope and leave that world of darkness? How the saddest moment of your life give you an opportunity to get in touch with your higher self and it became a pathway to your spiritual life.
It’s time to introspect …. is still there are moments remain in your memory bank that push you in to sorrow. Is their any moment still remain burden of your soul. Just see that what all this sorrows had given you ? The baggage of past given you nothing except bucketful of tears …then why are you hesitating to let go this baggage of past hurt ?
Do you want to free yourself from this past hurt and sorrow ….are this sorrows unbearable for you ..then let go them.. ..once gone don’t look back to them again ..they only destroy your inner strength.
Live in the present .Your future is in your own hands. Inside you is the untapped potential. You have unlimited value. Your dreams can definitely come true because you are unique and special. You can put whatever you put your mind to. So choose to enlarge your vision. Retrain your mind. Increase confidence. Attract what is good in your path. Everyday step forward , decide what you want and prepare for your success. Believe in your self. Avoid negative . Let go of the past . Never give up .Be you…..Today is the day...first day for your successful life...go sparkle in the brilliance of your achievements.

It is been long that I am out from this blog. But I have returned with some hidden treasure. This is my new series Be You. In this series I will share some positive very simple practices that will make your life sparkle in brilliance of success and happiness. I am posting 1st part today. Each day spend sometime in front of the mirror. Look yourself closely. A child once asked to his mother “ Mom we can see everyone but why not ourselves.”
This is the time to look to yourself from the most closest distance. Look deeply inside your eyes. Now tell to your self that you are God’s blessed child. You are the most beautiful in and out. The light that radiate from your eyes are actually the ray of the almighty God that is pouring out from your eyes. Tell to your self that you are the God most loved child. God love you the most. This love and shine you spread among all. Think that every person of this world loves you. To make your positive mind strong tell to yourself that you are a blessing to your family. Feel the blissful love of the almighty within you. With a blink less eye look at yourself and love.
Try to feel the blessing of God in every cell of your body.Accept with gratitude the shower of bliss that you are getting every moment from your Higher self. If you practice this few minutes every day then you will learn to love yourself. Your attitude about yourself will change and will be more positive. If you can’t love yourself who else in the world will take time to love you ? The tragedy of this world is that many people suffer from very low self esteem and this slowly finish them off.
But if you do this mirror practice with all the positive affirmation to your self , you will became the most beautiful , most loving person and you will see miracle of life each and every day.Each day will be a like a blessing for yourself and for others.

play with. I stand on my own two feet, I depend on one.

I am Woman, I am strong, beautiful, unique, a fighter and survivor. I am Woman,
Yes I am.

I play many roles, Mother, Aunt, Sister and Grandmother. I’m bad and loving it.
Looking good like a woman should, I stand out like a skyscraper and stand strong like a house build with bricks.

I get a kick out of challenges, nothing holds me down. I’m always ready for the next round. I do need love from a good man, a man that’s not afraid to really be what a man should.

My beautiful tresses are longing for your soft caress. I am
defined by my mind not my beauty. One look in my eyes and you are mesmerize by my strength, my dedication and strive to survive.

I’m a proud lover and achiever letting no one astray me from my ambition. I’m
more sensitive then the opposite sex, but I fight my battles and have won many
wars. I hold it down like no other, protecting my children from life’s evil.
Molding them into their best physically and morally and I must say I look pretty good doing it.

Woman to Woman we go through a lot struggling to be to be treated as equal in
society and in relationships. We love hard with disregard of how we are sometimestreated. We deserve the best and never the less we will always be Queens of our
throne.

I am proud of my womanhood, I am proud of who I am. Independent, strong willed,
provider, nurturing and flamboyant of my style.

Loving who I am every part of me, I’m not perfected but I am a site to see.

Making A Difference

The Parable of the Starfish
One day an old man was walking along the beach. It was low tide, and the sand was littered with thousands of stranded starfish that the water had carried in and then left behind.

The man began walking very carefully so as not to step on any of the beautiful 
creatures. Since the animals still seemed to be alive, he considered picking some of them up and putting them back in the water, where they could resume their lives. 

The man knew the starfish would die if left on the beach's dry sand but he reasoned that he could not possibly help them all, so he chose to do nothing and continued walking. 

Soon afterward, the man came upon a small child on the beach who was frantically throwing one starfish after another back into the sea. The old man stopped and asked the child, "What are you doing?" 

"I'm saving the starfish," the child replied. 

"Why waste your time?... There are so many you can't save them all so why 
does it matter?", asked the man.

Without hesitation, the child picked up another starfish and tossed the 
starfish back into the water... "It matters to this one," the child said.


So.....the next time you think about not doing something,or not speaking out, 
because you believe it won't change anything, consider doing it anyway.

It will make a difference to someone.....

During my second month of nursing school, our professor gave us a pop quiz. I was a conscientious student and had breezed through the questions, until I read the last one: "What is the first name of the woman who cleans the school?" Surely this was some kind of joke. I had seen the cleaning woman several times. She was tall, dark-haired and in her 50s, but how would I know her name? I handed in my paper, leaving the last question blank. Before class ended, one student asked if the last question would count toward our quiz grade. "Absolutely," said the professor. "In your careers you will meet many people. All are significant. They deserve your attention and care, even if all you do is smile and say 'Hello'." I've never forgotten that lesson. I also learned her name was 'Dorothy'.

We have conquered outer space, but not inner space.
We've cleaned up the air, but polluted our soul.
We've split the atom, but not our prejudice.

Steep profits, and shallow relationships.
These are the times of world peace, but domestic warfare,
More leisure, but less fun; more kinds of food, but less nutrition.

Benefits of Struggling

A man found a cocoon of a butterfly. One day a small opening appeared, he sat and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body through that little hole.
Then it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten as far as it could and it could go no farther. Then the man decided to help the butterfly, so he took a pair of scissors and snipped off the remaining bit of the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged easily. But it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings. The man continued to watch the butterfly because he expected that, at any moment, the wings would enlarge and expand to be able to support the body, which would contract in time.
Neither happened!
In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with a swollen body and shriveled wings.
It never was able to fly.
What the man in his kindness and haste did not understand was that the restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through the tiny opening were God’s way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom from the cocoon.

Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our life. If God allowed us to go through our life without any obstacles, it would cripple us. We would not be as strong as what we could have been. And we could never fly.

Universal Timing - Life’s Natural Rhythm

Slowing down & listening to your own natural rhythm can quickly connect you to the Universe.
Nature’s natural rhythms orchestrate when day turns to night, when flowers must bloom & provides the cue for when it is time for red & brown leaves to fall from trees. As human beings, our own inner rhythm is attuned to this universal sense of timing. Guided by the rising & setting of the sun, changes in temperature, & our own internal rhythm, we know when it is time to sleep, eat, or be active. While our minds & souls are free to focus on other pursuits, our breath & our heartbeat are always there to remind us of life’s pulsing rhythm that moves within & around us. Moving to this rhythm, we know when it is time to stop working & when to rest. Pushing our bodies to work beyond their natural rhythm diminishes our ability to renew & recharge. A feeling much like jet lag lets us know when we've overridden our own natural rhythm. When we feel the frantic calls of all we want to accomplish impelling us to move faster than is natural for us, we may want to breathe deeply instead & look at nature moving to its own organic timing: leaves shedding, or rain falling. A walk in nature can also let us re-attune is to her organic rhythm, while allowing us to move back in time with our own. When we move to our natural rhythm, we can achieve all we need to do with less effort. We may even notice that our soul moves to its own internal, natural rhythm – especially when it comes to our personal evolution. Comparing ourselves to others is unnecessary. Our best guide is to move to our own internal timing, while keeping time with the rhythm of nature.

There are two days in every week that we should not worry about, two days that should be kept free from fear and apprehension.

One is yesterday, with its mistakes and cares, its faults and blunders, its aches and pains. Yesterday has passed, forever beyond our control.

All the money in the world cannot bring back yesterday. We cannot undo a single act we performed. Nor can we erase a single word we've said - yesterday is gone!

The other day we shouldn't worry about is tomorrow, with its impossible adversaries, its burden, its hopeful promise and poor performance. Tomorrow is beyond our control.

Tomorrow's sun will rise either in splendor or behind a mask of clouds - but it will rise. And until it does, we have no stake in tomorrow, for it is yet unborn.

This leaves only one day - today. Any person can fight the battles of just one day. It is only when we add the burdens of yesterday and tomorrow that we break down.

It is not the experience of today that drives people mad - it is the remorse of bitterness for something which happened yesterday, and the dread of what tomorrow may bring.

Let us, therefore, live one day at a time!
