I was THO THO SAD
yesterday...
Yahoo wasn't letting me upload
it was FRIDAY...
SB is almost over
I didn't get ALL my stuff checked off my SB list
I was having my own personal PITTY PARTY
I was fixing to hang up decorations and send out invites
and it was only like 8:30 in the morning I was still in my PJs
and then my doorbell rang and rang and rang
and knock knock knock
I mean who does this... my dad...maybe
my mom.... yes but I usually get a 5 minute warning before they come over
I snuck a looky lou and it was my MAILMAN
really? bubs was sleeping in late and I really didn't want my silent morning to be over
what was he delivering?
a prize check worth a bajillion dollars
what was the urgency???
I waited and he left and then I opened the door
and saw a small package!!!
Instantly my Pitty Party was packed away
YAY my stamps were here!!!
Perfect timing too!!!
I ripped open the box to see....

OH MY WORD!!!

IN LOVE!!!

Ok YESTERDAY was sooooo much fun
which might mean the day before yesterday by the time I get this posted!!!
really...

I told Reagan TODAY... which will mean yesterday to you today

I told Reagan I was going to go home and BLOG right away after our meet-up
and I didn't I was soooooo tired...
because it was soooooo fun...

and then I went to bed
THO TIRED
and then this morning
which will be yesterday to you
I had a plumber come over, picked paint... lots of paint for a project, picked plants for porch and bub to plant, got four new tires, had rings inspected b/c I have to for some reason the jeweler tells ME to so I do.. and I had a few loose stones so that got fixed, then we had an impromptu dinner with my parents, and then I came home and checked my blogroll... and saw the Seuss Cray Cray of 2012 and got SCARED so I panicked
and removed things that I thought needed to be removed
if I had things that should be removed
(don't want Seuss Cops thinking I had things)
maybe I did and maybe those things are gone now
and then I contacted Pinterest
and begged for them to help me remove the evidence of what I might have had..
and then I began this blog...heart racing and ALL... OH MY WORD... no clue what I am talking about... head on over to the 3AM Teacher

to see what you can do to help those teachers devastated by the recent tornadoes. I am going to donate all of my items from my store and my team-mates and I are going to send a package too.

I also thought what else I can do to help???? I stalked other blogs to see what they were doing and came across Tara's post about how this reminds her of The Lorax, and how we are responsible for ourselves. If we don't take action then nothing gets better!!! I totally agree and had the same conversation with my students. You don't sit around waiting for someone to take the lead you lead and hope others follow!!!

We are working on time...

anyways we had some really fun activities (thanks Melissa)
for the kiddos to do and record their time
and then calculate their elapsed time....
so one was to time how long it takes to blink 5 times.....

it takes a really long time if you are silly boys and are having a contest to see who could
NOT blink!!!

I had to explain that HOe was bad and whores is the plural.....

it means a bunch of them... I didn't go into detail JUST it is a bad word

so all of mine start with F

bird poop and epidermis

just wanted to check in and
let you know about my day...

ok here is the 411
We are coming in from lunch
and once again my kiddos do NOT have recess
(this weather stinks and due to more dirt/mud than grass on the playground we stay in)
anywho...
one of my boys comes over and tells me that a bird is stuck in our feeder
I look across the classroom and I see a small ball of fluff sticking out the bottom hole...
I ask
is it dead?
kid says... No it looked at me...
this kid is one of my brightest
SO I trusted this observation...
I had to think quick
OH MY GOSH
by now ALL of the kids have rushed over to the window to
catch a glimpse of the bird in distress...
Heather (my across the hall bestie... (love ya Heather) asked what was going on
I told her
I rushed out the backdoor and Heather rushed to my window (ha ha ha)
I got to the bird feeder and
YEP
there it was a bird stuck in the feeder hole
a cute little birdy
STUCK in my bird feeder...
and then through my window
my kiddos and Heather (LOL)
staring at me in hopes that I will free the bird
and everything will be OK
so I grabbed the bird
OH so gently
it POOPED on me
a chorus of OOOOOHHHHHs and YUCK comes through the window
I hold on to the bird and tug a little hoping it just POPS out...
NOPE...
imagine the pressure...
I could be a hero or a bird killer
all done in front of my kids and Heather
I tugged a little more
up
down
side
other side
all while trying not to POP the head off
because this little sucker is STUCK!!!!
and just when I thought all hope was lost
POP...
and there it was in my hand...
FREE and staring at me...
thoughts of a bird getting stuck in my hair or flying at my face
raced through my head
CHEERS ERUPTED in my classroom....
the bird looked at me like thanks... or
maybe he didn't have a chance to think
because I tossed
it in the air and he flew off....
I went back inside and told Heather I needed to disinfect
I didn't even go into the room
I went straight to the nurse's office with my
bird poopy hands and scrubbed the
first layer of epidermis off...

and that is how I was a hero today

* don't feel good

* practice writing test for 4 hours... FOUR HOURS...narrative writing

* I gave each kid one bug... if they came to a question that BUGGED them (they had editting and revising questions too) they could come and BUG me and I would help them with that question... they had to turn their bug in after bugging me :)

* lunch is changed due to LOVELY test (sarcasm) to 30 minutes later than normal

* kids write their little hearts out... well most do

* find out I took the wrong training module for my TELPAS... that wasted an hour of my life from

* BLOG :)

TUESDAY

* don't feel good

* wear jeans again (if you are testing that day you get to wear jeans)

* wearing my new Old Gringo Boots...because Miranda Lambert was my inspiration that day

* PEOPLE ARE HATING on us jean wearing teachers... move to a STATE testing grade...haters will HATE

* practice writing test for 4 hours... FOUR HOURS expository writing this time

* take the training module I need online while my poor kiddos are writing til their fingers bleed... not really...but they did work hard...most of them

* lunch is changed due to LOVELY test (sarcasm) to 30 minutes later than normal (((GROWLING))))

* kids write their little hearts out... well SOME do

* LONG RECESS... more for me

* give all my GURLS the 411 on pick up time for RODEO

* before going home I run by CVS to get my party lashes (aka FAKE LASHES)

can you see the lashes???

* adhere lashes and touch up face paint

* head off to RODEO

* cheer for the animals and try not to breathe in all of the dust.... LOTS of dust

* SEE MIRANDA looking CUTE with all my girls and my wonderful HUBS drove us... he was

BIG PIMP-N drivin 5 girls around... mighty fine and purty girls too (don't have written permission to post fine and purty girls... some are blog shy :)

WEDNESDAY

* wake up with hurt-n ears... scratchy throat... headache... and can't catch my breath

* go to school

* wear jeans (no HATERS today... EVERYONE was testing today... well maybe not Pre K)

* practice science test for 4 hours... FOUR HOURS...some CRAZY QUESTIONS (no more on that)

* test was on like a college reading level so I read it to them... I am sure this broke a rule.... positive... but my goal is to have them reading at a 5th grade or better... had NO CLUE I needed them at a college level in February... wow!!!

* lunch is changed due to LOVELY test (sarcasm) to 30 minutes later than normal

* really feeling yucky

* forgot phone and lunch at home... MILD CRISIS

* parent conference after school

* frustrated and feeling yucky ... played ask Farley on my Oh Boy FB page... that was fun!!!

* drop off drug request head home with my diagnosis of horrible ear infection... sinus blockage because of BLAH BLAH BLAH.... and BLAH BLAH BLAH...lay on your left side to help with numbness due to sinus blockage under eye...nose spray.... steroids... Blah Blah Blah...pain pills

* SO tired THO TIRED...

* practice reading test for 4 hours... FOUR HOURS...7 passages...SEVEN

* feeling YUCKY .. I send a text to my mom... who lives about 5 minutes away and watches bub... if there was any way she could bring me crackers... dad did..:) LOVE MY PARENTS

*got ready for a friend's baby Sprinkle... this is NOT a full blown shower... 2nd baby and a little girl again... so it is a SPRINKLE...

* Mom text me and asked what I was up to and how close I was to being ready... I sent her this...

* Sprinkle was lovely... for soon to be baby Lila... food was delish

* Mom and I went to my favorite store... BYH (2nd location) b/c it was right around the corner...

*had family night at my Grandparent's house... my cousin was in town for a conference... so we all met up and had some BBQ... I LOVE FAMILY NIGHTS

this night was hubs pick...it was soooo good I don't remember what it was LOL

* I blogged about posting this post (that's how good the movie was)

* then bub and I fell asleep on the couch... we woke up and then we started to head to bed....then

Bub picked a fight with the coffee table and well HE LOST!!!

this is a flashback to Valentine's Day
and our mass chaos
mind you my poor kids have not had outside recess in like a month
ok maybe a few days
but that equals me wanting to give them a big
Valentine's Day PARTAY
even though it is NOT an approved PARTAY day
YES we only have 3 approved days
because you know it is my fault kids are chubby
it has NOTHING to do
with Xbox or DS or Wii
NOTHING
have you seen your kids thumbs...
they are fit!!!

anywho...
Valentine's was a BANG-n day
my kiddos loved my hair too...
YAY my kiddos
and
we had a grand day
(mind you they were a little OK A LOT hyper
remember NO recess)

we started the day with a little Play Doh
on their desks
and I had a message on the board that said
I LOVE YOU DOH MUCH
(clever I know)
we have to go to specials right after announcements
so they got to play with it until we left...

when they got back we did a writing activity
first they had 5 minutes to mold anything out of their play doh
and then we rotated seats
(VERY RANDOMLY)
they had to fill out a story elements chart...
it was hilarious
they didn't get to see what others wrote about their sculpture
until they got back to their seat
some were upset because
well their sculptures
were well
abstract (nice word for WTH is that)
we shared the story bones
(we didn't have time to actually WRITE a story so it was just the bones)
and we had some good laughs
and it was even funnier after we found out what the sculpture
REALLY WAS!!!

3 triangle thingy from Link (mistaken as TeePee but spelled tea pea so the setting was in a tea kettle), a lantern fish (mistaken as a warthog), a sea turtle, a blue footed booby (my favorite bird) (mistaken as a penguin), a dinosaur (I forget what that was mistaken as OH a rhino I think), a kiwi (called a QUE...whatever that is), a pan of eggs (mistaken as a DIRTY pan), and a funny guy (mistaken as a weirdo)

then we did this as our TEST!!!

Hubs and I met in 6th grade

YES 6th grade

we met when I was the new kid and he was the popular skater kid

he had half his head shaved and the other half was long

and I am pretty sure my HUBS

I even went on his family vacation to visit his grandparents

OH and this YEAR we were NOT in the same advisory

one day he wrote a note that said he had feelings for me

that night we went on our first date

it was my birthday but I was busy playing tag

I feel like maybe it was freeze tag!!!
FREEZE!!!
I have been super UBER busy and I mean UBER

I will giveyou the details of my uber busy
in my 12 things you don't know
about me...
can you believe I can give you 12 new things from just this week...
here we go...
1. My life was completely ruined (being slightly dramatic) when I got a message telling us we couldn't wear flip-flops (no matter the cost) and dark jeans can only be worn on Friday. I was devastated... my closet is ALL flip flops and come on I live in TEXAS this is redunkulous... and DARK or for the sake of fashion it is called CLEAN jeans... please note chubby girls have a hard time being fashionable as it is and 99.9% of all jeans have a fade (which is flattering on chubbies) and probably have whiskers (intentional faded creases) too...finding a clean jean...ONE I am NOT wearing mom jeans and 2 REALLY??? REALLY??? way to kill a non existent morale!!! AND 3 I have connections and I might just have to have my connections make me little tags that I can place on my flip flop boxes that read SANDAL... jus sayn
2. I had the absolute most horrible headache EVER in my life on Friday...this was BAD... I think this was God's way of saying you don't have sympathy for hubs when he has a migraine so here ya go BAM feel this and it is FRIDAY and you HAVE TO WORK... ok I hear ya... I will take care of hubs when he gets a migraine... lesson learned!!!
3. I am one of the Fabulous Faculty of the week and it makes me cringe every morning when the New Principal reads off my "fun" facts... WHY because when I was filling it out I thought it was just for her... so I filled it out completely Farley style...full of sarcasm... like favorite hobbies...paperwork and grading.... BUT I do LOVE the fact that my kiddos got to write me some super cute messages and they are so proud that I am the Faculty of the Week... my rein ends Tuesday (whhhaaaaa)

4. Every Thursday in my room (starting when we came back in January and picked our OLW)
we do Random Acts of Kindness the last 15 minutes of the day...
help kinders get packed
shelve books in the library
clean the floors in our hall for the custodian
help the office
help the nurse
each kid tells me what they want to do and then I send them off...
not all of the kiddos get to do this
they can't have any missing work
this week I had NO missing work!!
5. my kiddos were asked to make their Valentines rather than buy them...it is NOT required BUT I will supply the construction paper and other supplies if needed... Yesterday during indoor recess... they were taking surveys of what each other liked so they can make personalized cards...and some of them even started making them...that is how I got my crown...they knew I had a HORRIBLE HEADACHE... THO SWEET!!!

6. I bought some fabulous clothes this week from TJ Maxx... and I returned those clothes b/c they just were not Farley enough... and I had to PAY $3.01 because I found some MORE fabulous clothes!!! Hubs said I was the only person he knew that could return clothes and pay more $$$....so not true

7. I tried on my outfits for more plus size modeling... photo shoot is this Wednesday... I think I have 4 outfits in all.... I say photo shoot like it is a PRO taking the pics... it is a small handheld BUT photo shoot sounds so much more chic

8. I didn't sleep good last night because we got hit by a pretty severe thunderstorm... some places got over 4 inches of rain in just an hour or 2... CRAY CRAY!!! My fear of storms happened at Disney when I was 8 and we took shelter under the castle from a storm and BAM it got hit by lightening... bippity boopity BOO I am scared of storms...

9. Hubs and I got new pillows and WE HATE THEM... new pillows in near future

10. Did I mention my no flip flop rule.... it is worth repeating... this new denial in my fave footwear has had me seriously contemplating going back to school to get my Masters in Admin... not sure I could leave my the classroom BUT I want to know more about this admin thing.... I know I would try my hardest to keep my teachers happy

11. I have had lots of requests to go into detail about my encounter with John Travolta

John Travolta, rings, and other things

I can't remember the last time I woke up on a Sat. Morning
yep a SATURDAY MORNING (5:30 people)
so excited
to head to a PD
BUT
I have been waiting for this PD
since they announced it like 4 weeks ago!!!
I heard that Jeff Anderson was a phenom presenter
and my ears didn't lie to me...or my friends!!!
My friends (Kenoyer and Itty Bitty (yes her nickname is my dog's nickname..i didn't nickname her I can only take credit for my dog... both are cute as the Itty Bitty name indicates))
anywho... my friends and I left early to get a GOOD seat
we got there and to our great surprise
we got a FREE (HOLA) book
not just any ole book
his NEW book
HOLA again!!!

I won his other book at an on campus PD

and read it right away

and it SERIOUSLY

SERIOUSLY

do I need to say it again to get the point across

it SERIOUSLY

changed my life as a teacher...

I carry it with me constantly...

in my purse and read it all the time

I refer to it constantly in class

I tell my hubs about it

even if he is not really listening

it is dog eared, sticky noted, written in, & loved!!!

I have even slept with it :)

HA HA HA

and so back to the PD

Jeff went through his book in the most entertaining way

and talked about teaching

TEACHING writing

focused on Expository

sounds boring?

NO...

it takes a lot to entertain this chica (pretty sure that means hot chick in the Farley Dictionary)

he used songs and hand movements

and jokes and facts and clever sayings like

* you have to catch them on fire

* you can't make anything if you don't throw the clay on the wheel

* if you want the correct answer give a worksheet but if you want them to learn have a discussion (this is not his quote he was quoting someone else but he said it and I wrote it)

It was unreal

I was in LA LA Land

which usually only occurs when I am in the presence of an unbelievable sale...

like take another 50% off

at Nordys...

or when I met John Travolta and his hair was in my mouth

because that is how close he was to my face

and for a second or two I thought I might be able to bite a piece of it off

without him noticing

but decided against it

I was in that kind of LA LA Land

I don't want to give all of the PD details away

because I am pretty sure it is all in his book

which I will start reading TONIGHT and

might have to sleep with it too!!!

He was so sweet at the end of the session

which was only half a day

THO SAD it was only half a day

at the end he signed every single person's book

and I got a picture too!!!!

you can tell I am in that JT moment...

I mean am I cheesing it up or what!!!

I did want to leave you with this...

at the beginning of his session

Jeff talked about tree rings

and how during a drought or rough conditions they are small

and during favorable conditions they grow thick

he said we all have rings too

and our rings show what we have experienced in life

and your experiences are forever in your rings

he related this to writing

but I took it to heart as a TEACHER

what I do in my class will forever be with my students

am I giving them the right environment to grow?

Jeff told us that 91% of what we teach is prepared or worksheets

91%?

he encouraged us to read and write more

READ AND WRITE MORE!!!!

this comparison and fact led me to come home and of course make a poster...

Poo, Panic, Packs, & Plans Post

WHAT A DAY...

I have done a ton of laundry...

who knew a little 3 year old BOY could have so many

clothes....REALLY???

and I did like 3 maybe 4 BIG loads of towels...

looked under the bed because

Merriweather (the little dog) likes to hide under there

and once in awhile she takes MiMi with her...

we looked outside

we looked in things we had never looked in before...

OK she does put my kid to sleep BUT other than that

she cannot transport herself to new places in the house...

the panic was getting worse...

in the mix of all this craziness today I finished 2 packs

the first one is a MULTIPLY FAST PACK...

I like to use timed tests to see if my kiddos have mastered their multiplication facts. This pack is designed to test their mastery. The goal is to master each letter test in 3 minutes or less, If you want to set your own time that is OK too!!! Each kiddo will color in their own MULTIPLY strip, one letter at a time, as they master each letter test. I have made 2 sets of tests for each letter PLUS an answer key!!! In my class, if they master Test M1 they move on to U1…those that don’t master M1 get M2 next time… BUT you can use this as you wish!!! I have also provided you with a class checklist so you can keep track of their progress.

NERVOUS about this meet up
I worried about my hair...
what I was going to wear...
I mean EVERYTHING...
Tunstall and I talked a lot via
emails and decided to do this fun question activity
and have door prizes....
FUN!!!!
Tunstall and I got there at 6:30
we have never met...
so I was hoping I would recognize her
with her FAB new hair color and ALL...
I did and she is cute as can be!!!

we sat and waited
and talked like we had known each other FO EVA
and it was great!!!
We had some great convos
and then
BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
the buzzy thing / drink coaster / do they ever disinfect these things
went off and we were seated at a big table for 8

we waited and waited...and talked and talked
OH and had some Adult beverages
it was great!!! then

came...she does not have a blog
BUT should because she is a RIOT...
so funny and CUTE CUTE CUTE to boot...
Kristina and Tunstall taught together a few years ago
and Kristina is a Blog fan so she joined us...
SHE REALLY NEEDS A BLOG!!!!

she drove a long way to meet up with us!!!

5:30ish -6:15 head to the living room and sit on the couch and do my make-up
I do it in there b/c so said sweet hubs is asleep and Drew is in there too (YES my baby sleeps in the bed with us... I have my reasons and yes he has a bedroom and yes I know it is probably BAD but we do it and in the words of Bobby Brown... That's my Prerogative That's my prerogative ... I can do what I wanna do,,, it's my prerogative) and I want to watch the morning news and I let the pups go outside to play and I leave the back door open just in case Itty Bitty gets Napoleon syndrome and decides she wants to bark at Brutus (made up name) the GINORMOUS Rotty next door...he has poo bigger than her BUT does she care H to the eck NO!!! yap yap yap and then I have to go to the back door and try to get her in...which only happens when I go to the pantry and shake a box full of something...like cereal or wheat thins or cheese its... and then she comes SPRINTING in...and then I shut the door quickly and go back to applying the face...and NO she doesn't get any little treats from the shaken box...and it works EVERY SINGLE TIME so I am not planning on rewarding anytime soon
6:15- 6:30 head to Drew's bathroom to do my hair...again hubs is asleep and I am not quiet....hair...consists of blow drying and praying and flat iron and cursing and then product and then mirrors and then when I think I have it at least half as good as Abby the Hair Dresser Diva makes it I get dressed
6:30-6:40 dress in the dark... hubs and bubs are still sleeping usually I know what I am going to wear so this is not a long process
6:40-6:45 lay out bub's clothes for hubs because he drops Drew off at Camp Paw Paw...my mom and dad watch him (lucky girl I am)... I also grab my healthy low calorie lunch out of the fridge and grab Consuela (my tote) and head to the car... I usually forget my phone so I either 1 head back in to get it or 2 leave it so let's say I grab it
6:45 drive to school and on my 3 mile drive I crank up the tunes... right now I am blaring Pistol Annies (Miranda Lambert's girl group... LOVE IT) if I am anticipating a very HORRID day I crank up some Kid Rock (don't judge he is a lyrical rhyming genius)
6:50 I park and put on my MK nude lipstick and then top it off with some Philosophy Chocolate Bark red lip gloss... I am also checking to make sure i don't have toothpaste on my lips from brushing my teeth at 6:29 :)
6:52 I head inside the school...greeting the crossing guards and then I try to sneak to my class without too many distraction yelling good morn-n to anyone in their room on the way to my room... my room is at the very end of the hall BUT I usually only have to say GM to 2 teachers...
6:55 I get into my room followed by one cutie patootie kiddo (to help me get some stuff ready) I do NOT turn on any lights.. I head straight to my desk and turn on my OWL lamp and then turn on my computer.. I put Consuela in my chair and unpack her... purse in secret place, 31 lunch bag on table to take to lounge, unpacked Consuela under my desk...she fits PERFECTLY :)
7:00 - 7:20 I get my morning message ready on the projector screen (it is a PowerPoint slide) and try to read some emails... HOPING none of them add extra work to my schedule or take AWAY my breaks
7:20 my kiddos start coming in ( I forgot to get them again OOPS.. but my sweet co worker never forgets <3)
7:20-7:45 (lights now on) I remind the kids one million and 5 times to look at the message and to follow the directions and then they start their warm-up and we wait and wait and wait for morning announcements... we have to be at specials at 7:45 so we hope they come on soon
7:40 head to specials (turning lights off because we want to save the polar bears and walruses)
for 45 minutes I have the need to get ready for the day BUT I usually go visit my bestie in the office (Shawna or like I call her Shawna Bawna... she is the school secretary and she honestly is the BEST EVA... parents LOVE her and all of the STAFF AND FACULTY do too) I love her MOSTEST though :)
we talk a little or a lot... then I head back to my room...hopefully I check my mailbox before leaving Shawna's!!!
back in my room I work on all kinds of stuff in the dark again (OWL lamp still on) grading, emailing, planning, ~~napping~~, prepping, cleaning, filing, organizing, AHHHHHH who am I kidding I usually have some meeting or I talk to my grade level about SCHTUFF and on a full moon I do the other things
8:30 I pick up the kiddos and we come in and finish the warm-up and go right into SQUIRT.. I conference with some but recently I have been doing MOY testing (middle of the year) YUCK YUCK YUCK hate it... do not get me started... ok just a little... we have to test EVERY KID on their fluency ...even my kiddos that read like 150 words a minute and I have one that is over 200...really? REALLY? I have to break into their independent reading time while they are enjoying Tolstoy or Tolkien to read "The Tenth Birthday Party" or "Lion and Mouse" REALLY I DO!!! RE DUNK U LOUS...but that is my law...so I comply...Quietly (yeah right)... I taught the head detectives daughter so I am sure I am safe :)
9:15 after Reading response journals and transitioning into writing I read
a read aloud that compliments our writing focus... I have been following Everyday Editing and it has changed my life as a writing teacher... I LOVE it and so do my kids so we look at a blurb from our read aloud...studying it and then we imitate it...( I am going to Blog about this next week so you'll have to wait on the details)
they then write their own version...
we share... compliment... make wishes... and move into science

11:00 science... nothing special right now i am sad to say... I am a big bad ( and still beautiful) teacher right now when it comes to science... we have been doing a lot of vocabulary and partner reading... we did do a lab this week that went well and only had one kid breathe in through the straw and get sand in his mouth... we were weathering and eroding our deserts using wind...
12:00 head to lunch even though lunch is at 12:05... we walk slow
in the lounge I take my usual seat and if it is not my usual seat I get a little OCD about it... weird I know
talk is the same... babies, wedding, female plumbing, kids, adults, and husbands
we eat with 3rd then they leave and then 5th comes in
so I get to see some of my favorite buds
12:35 LUNCH IS OVER
i cry and then head down... shuffle slowly to get the now hyped up on sugar kids... and head to recess...
they get about ABOUT 15 minutes of recess
pray for no injuries
at least NO BLOODY i might throw up injuries
these are very rare but I have had some in my years
like the kid with a stick in his eye...
that was gross
and a lie

1:00ish math
enough about that
2:15 if they are done with their math independent work they have to do a RAK anywhere in the school
2:20 pack stack and clean... pack up stack chairs and clean up
2:30 we all are out of the room and I am at duty and the kids are where ever they need to be... walking home or waiting to be picked up
2:45 take kids not picked up to office and sit in the office with Shawna
a few of us sit in the office and just wait and chit chat and then we slowly migrate back to our rooms
end of the day consists of talking to my hallway girls ( i love our GREEN HALL)
and then I get some grading done and planning done :) and more talking
usually I head out the door around 4 and go pick up my bub from camp paw paw...

HOLY COW that was a lot of stuff... but fun to write...
