Here are some of the before and after photos taken during renovation. I have chosen simple and modern concept for this house due to the original building structure more toward contemporary style. I have carefully selected limited color to match for the house so as to create that simple elegant touch. As a rule of thumb, always go for the practicality instead of some fancy designs. After all, a comfortable home is what we all want to live in.

Adding trees and shrubs make the garden looks fresh and lively.

Choose tiles with color that matches the original building can create soothing effect.

The playground concept in this garden suits all ages.

Open concept living and dining room.

Dry kitchen with tall cabinets are more practical for storage.

Use raised platform for bed suits room with limited space.

Built-in closet attached to study desk with windows overlooking city view.
