Direct dialogue with customers via Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube can quickly resolve customer service issues, announce special promotions or offerings, and disseminate breaking news that heretofore would have taken hours, not seconds. There are indeed

As I occasionally look back on my life, I recognize different stages of my being. Although the exact moments where I morphed into a newer version of myself are more ambiguous, the over-arching constant during my journey is that I have been happy. At times, that happiness spilled over into being silly and downright obnoxious, to be sure. I was known to develop bonds of friendship quickly, love

Religion is often dismissed by those that can only believe in what they can prove. To them, faith is nothing more than an intense hope for a desired outcome. They frequently scoff at the idea of a Supreme Being, a Creator.

For them, truth is tangible evidence based on flawless science.

Lately, I have gloried in the frozen irony of Global Warming enthusiasts. In recent months, they have

I believe they care very little about tangible issues like the economy, border security and a strong military, using those topics only to mandate their non-traditional social views about the redistribution of wealth, undocumented workers, and

The media in particular is absolutely lost on this revelation. It doesn't matter if you watch FOX or MSNBC, both organizations are stuck in a 50 year old paradigm of left versus right, GOP versus DNC. The bigger, untold story is the return of the American
