Last month indian railway launched, rail radar, where we can see the current geographical location of a train in google map
with the help of this website , you can zoom in and see which train is in which station, which train just arrived, or which train just departed. If you click in the train , it will show the whole route of the train,its stops, and current location in the route. The train marks in blue, are those trains which are running on time, and the red marks are those train which are running late.
According to indian railway, the maps updates in every 5 mins, so the details will be 5 min late than actual time.
On the left hand side , there are search box, where you can type in the train details,and it will show you every information you need about the train

Every day we receive anonymous e-mails every day, some of senders we know, some of them we don’t, but after reading this blog, all of you will be capable enough to know , who are the senders for the unknown e-mails, from where its collecting to your inbox.

How to check from where the mail as arrived? How much distance its covered to reach your inbox ?

First you open your inbox and select the e mail for which you want to see the sender ip address.
do you all know that a regular e-mail covers 10,000 mile on average to reach the destination.

you can see the right side triangle up side down, you have to click that and select open original message.

2008, 14^th January morning 3.45am, for first time I landed in one of the 7 emirates called “abu dhabi’’ which is also the captical city of U.A.E, and all known as richest city in the world.

I found a job in one of the company in Abu Dhabi, this was my first time to work out side my home country (india). Thousands of questions were hitting my head, first question which comes in my mind, was how will be the company were iam going to work for, how will be the people in there, will I be able to coop with them ,will the climate will suit me, how will be the food over there and many more………..

But dear friends, every thing turns good to me. all my question were answered positively. My blog for today is dedicated to all those travelers, around the world ,specially Indians who come to U.A.E for working or for travel purpose.

Iam sure they have many question in there head, so iam going to give a brief idea about U.A.E, dos and donts of this country..with this blog.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES was formed from the group of tribal’s in the southern coast of Persian gulf and Oman gulf. U.A.E has come under the rule of Portuguese, ottoman, and British.

Pearl era

During 19^th century U.A.E was into pearl fishery. Pearl becomes a good resource for the local people. Japanese invasion destroyed the business.

Newly independent government India imposed heavy taxation on the pearl import from Arab states. This decline the pearl era from the gulf

Oil era

In the beginning of the 1960’s the first oil company carried out survey and first cargo of crude oil was exported from the Abu Dhabi in 1962.

As the revenue increased, the ruler of Abu Dhabi sheikh zayad bin sultan al nay an, undertook massive construction program, building schools, housing, hospitals, roads.

When Dubai oil export commenced in 1969, Dubai ruler also used the revenue for his people. in 1968 the treaty between the gulf and British come to an end.

Bahrain and Qatar were also under the British protection. Seven emirates and two other emirate together attempt to unit, but they unable to agree.

But Abu Dhabi and Dubai form a union, and also invited other 5 emirates.

In 1971 four emirates unit with Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and in 1972 ras al khaimah joined the union , like this 7 emirates named as UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

Abu Dhabi is bigger compare to Dubai. Any one who come first time to Abu Dhabi or Dubai, they have to spend little more time in the airport . There are different rows of immigration counters, like for GCC country citizen’s have different counter, other citizens have to go to other counter. for Indian who want to come to Abu Dhabi for first time have to apply for visa, UAE , don’t give visa on arrival for Indians. there will be eye scanning, original visa are collected from airport it self. Once immigration is clear, we can pass the gate and we can step in the soil of UAE . I will be talking more about Abu Dhabi because, I am staying for last 5 years. out side airport , there will be grey taxi ,with yellow light on the top written taxi can be found, in Abu Dhabi taxi are not shared, you have to book a taxi for every journey, it will cost 50-60 AED from airport to center of Abu Dhabi , which is aprox 23 km from city center.

Government buses are also can be found out side the airport, but have to wait for every 30 mins for one bus to come; bus fares are somewhere 3 AED.

There will be more private car standing out side who will insist you to come with them for sharing taxi, I would recommend not to use there services.

Abu Dhabi have many small scale hotels, 4 star hotels and good quality cheap hotel to stay in , check-in time is 12 hours, even bed space can be found for 400 AED– 700 AED.

Arabic is the main and first language of Abu Dhabi, Hindi is second maximum spoken language of Abu Dhabi. Indian food can easily be found on the many restaurants of Abu Dhabi. If you compare the price with India , it will be more expensive , but its reasonable in Abu Dhabi.

Recently i went with my friends to watch student of the year , which was highly waited, promoted.and expected.

Student fo the year starring three new comers alia , sid and varun

directed by karan johar. music my vishal- shekhar

my expectation from this movie was very high, no doubt it was karan johar movie. karan johar is those kind of directors, who can carry a movie upon them, these kind of directors are equally popular , as the actors

but after watching the student of the year, iam highly disappointed with the movie.

movie lacked in many aspect. like direction, story, dialogues , the worst was the editing.

even the choreograph was not so impressive.

something which saves the movie, was music and excellent cinematography. I felt, as if movies was made only to introduce the three new comers, than to make a good movie.

the movie starts with a suspense. and.at the end when suspense was revealed , it was not worth waiting for the movie to finish. Rishi kapoor was excellent as gay dean, i felt, as if every side character were, more serious and professional then the main actors.

almost 180 mins movie i was waiting to see some actual acting..

alia bhatt ,was featured glamourous, with beautiful dresses, and locations, but hardly i see any acting from her, varun was better in expression compare to sid dhawan,

movie really lack in continuity and lacked in creating the interest in the movie. unexpected dance, and song were pushing the movie to boring side. unnecessary body show of the actors...no point..not required..

no doubt the story was good, and the way it took shape was depressing.

only when rishi kapoor , come in the movie, movie become interesting, rest it was just pain in the .A**.

this movies is good and entertaining to those who watch this movies without expecting stories lik karan previous movies.
with this movie some where i felt , k some of the k factor is missing ...what u say please reply

dear friends,
iam back after long break. actually my breaks come to an end. and suddenly when i open my eyes i found myself in Abu Dhabi...uhhhh..not joy full at all....... My vacation was started on 18 july 2011,was suppose to end on 11 sept,but due to some reason it extended till sept month end. In these 2 months i gain lots of experience in many grounds..i found new relations in old friends..some changed ..some make me changed..

From whom expected lots have disappointed me ,and from whom i didn’t expect much have make me feel special.. any ways. in these 2 months travelled a lot..for example i being to my sister house. visited my niece who is in Bhubaneswar, visited to couple of zoo also..hahahhaha..iam serious...i still remember how i covered the journey of 180 km sharing one seat with my brother in law in our white ambassador..still my other half is in pain......

i was also very much busy in shifting house ,as my father retired, and we had move to a rented house. but somehow i manage time for my one and only friend there Mr. ratanesh pandey ,and we visit the most famous tea stall in our town( Japan dhaba) .We always drink tea there and expect may be next time the tea will be good but........u know..........................................................................................
There under the tree i also try to puff some cigarettes borrowing from pandey but i end up coughing..(don’t be hyper iam not a smoker.just tried)....moving around my town whole day with my friend was only favorite pass time. but as you all know that nothing stays for ever ,same way.my vacation come to an end ,yes I must also share one thing that It was very difficult for me to find a train from my place to Delhi before 30 sept.as I was having my flight on 30 sept at 8.15 pm.but some how I manage to grab ticket of Bhubaneswar rajdhani from Tata to new delhi by rajdhani express

Trains were my first love before computers. And rajdhani was my dream train to board once in my life, every time when I use to visit Kolkata I use to stair to this red and yellow rajdhani standing in the platform’s always use to guess how it would be inside. what would be the feeling….??????

Finally the day arrived,me my dad n mom,boarded ispat express from rajgangpur station in the morning around 10.50 am. It was bright sunny day.train took 3 hour to reach Tata station. my train was at 3.50 pm…still there was 1 hour left.rajdhani was coming on platform 3.but we were on 5 .so we move to platform 3 and grabe a chair .for our self.but with every annoucment .rajdhani was getting delayed.now iam sad to depart from my family but I was happy somewhere inside .becouse iam going to board my favourite train........finally my train arrived.

Same day when I got up in the morning ,my left eye was bit swollen ,but I was not so serious about it. after having my dinner, went for sleep ,when I got up in the morning .i couldn’t open my left eyelid, it was fully closed….and pain was un bearable .every one watching my eye.i was just lying in my bed, and hoping to get all rite. .i reached delhi around 10.30 am ,I asked my frivnd to pick me up..but when I reached delhi, after thathe started from his house, and I cant stand long time in the sun, my eye getting worse by every passing time.
Finally my friend arrived ,and we moved towards his house to sarita vihar..very less time was left with me for my flight., I was asked to come 3 hours before, don’t know why. around 4.30pm me and my friend came out from his house to hire taxi..auto. but we cannot find any one of them. at last one auto ready to go and charged 300 rs,we reached airport at 5,40pm .,after seeing off my friend I went inside for check-in., my eyes was also troubling a lot. but what to do.. my flight was from gate number 26A ,at 8.15pm,,around 8 pm there was an announcement that flight was delayed by 1 hour..around 9.30 pm I borad the plane..my seat was centre among the three seater.onside.one younger keralite,and other side old bihari.

My goodness he snore like a pig, felt so irritated, but no option to change seat., when he was about to tear the milk sachet for making tea, he spill all the powder milk on his face and on my side ehhehehehehheh I was so angry..with all these I don’t know when I slept,. and I wake up with the the announcement by airhostess that we about to land abu dhabiii……ohhh back to work..

Introduction: definition of social network from our point of view:

Dear friends

Today we believe in writing our status on social networks more than sharing with our friends in real…we make relations on networks,,we break relations on networks..so are these social networks really bringing us closer or taking us apart ???.,

Do u remember those old time..when we used to depend on letters, pen friends, get-together,..parties..social meets,..reunion functions.????.how we used to enjoy when we meet any old friends of ours..wow!!!..and if we know that we are going to see someone after so long ,we used to wait eagerly for those moments to come.but now,…… all those excitements, those thrills and mad ness are controlled and revolving within these social networks.

Now we express our love, our grief , sadness and happiness via these medium..even our happiness like marriage and child birth , are also preferred to be shared with these sites then sharing with word of mouth.

Now when we meet people in real and make friends..we invite them to one of the social networks..so as to continue the relation .

I have seen relation built on those sites...went long..and than broken apart..even before they meet .

Even I was so confused because I was also too much addicted to these networks….is it leading me to a situation when i will be having more faith in someone’s few written words than the person in real??

I would like to share about an incident which I came to know after reading an article few days back…..where one girl from Bangalore killed herself because her boyfriend wrote in his status of facebook, that he is going to break off with that girl, because they had an argument.

That girl was pursuing IIM..and she was also an alumini of IIT. Now do you think our relations are so weak that we trust so much to these networks and decide our destiny just by reading someone’s status...

What is our real motive ?:

Some social networks claims ”we bring friends together”..I agree, but now situation is that if we check our friends list, we will find that the list of friend is more than we ever know them in real life...sometimes we invite someone ,, because..we like their profile pics sometimes we invite someone because we saw them somewhere in past…. in someone party , sometime we do invite because they are single.. Within days you can see relationship changing from single to engaged, then divorced,...and again single…….oh so confusing .

Also sometimes we accept friendship because someone sent friend request to you or just because, you like him or her….

Who are your friends… real friends?

So if you check your friend request we will find that out of 100% ,,, 30% will be those friends whom you really know.

More than 30 % will those who are your friends because u know through your friends..around 30% will be those whom you have accepted because either u like them or you yourself don't know why we add, and rest 10 % are those who are still waiting to be your friend by sending you friend request......

CONCLUSION

But by reading my blog you guys will feel , as if I am against all these social networks., but the answer is no!! because sometimes I find myself too ,to be so addicted to it.

But if u pause n think then u will find yourself that emotions, feelings, and joy,,, are over powered by web world..things and thinking are getting more worse then this…this is just a beginning.

Now we cannot blame these sites completely, because its up to us,how we are influenced by this sites,and how much priority we give in our life to these. for example ..it can be a place to pass time. for some one as dating sites, for some one as a match maker..for some one a place to search lost friends. for some ..its nothing. but , they open account because tats the new trend in market.

WE ARE CLOSED VIRTUALLY BUT WAY APART EMOTIONALLY.

Adidas- Adidas is often thought of as the acronym for “All Day I Dream About Sports”. The brand name is actually derived from the founder of the company, Adolf Dassler. “Adi” stands for Adolf and “Das” stands for Dassler.

Adobe- This software giant got its name from a river! Unbelievable, but true! Adobe’s co- founder, John Warnock’s house is beside the Adobe Creek River in California.

Google- The mighty Google is well-known to everyone, but do you know how the name came into being? The company wanted to patent the word “Googol” as their brand name. “Googol” is a number number that means 1 followed by 100 zeros. “Google” was actually a spelling mistake.

Apple- Apple’s logo design has nothing to do with the type of products the company manufactures. Why is the half-eaten apple then used as their logo? Newton discovered gravity when he saw an apple falling from a tree. The Apple logo stands for motivation for new innovation.

Nike- Nike was derived from the “Greek goddess of victory”. That’s why they use the ‘swoosh’ in their logo’s design. The tick also personifies victory.

Toyota- This world famous Japanese car manufacturer got its name from its founder, Sakichi Toyoda, whose surname was initially used as the brand name, but was later, changed to “Toyota”. The word Toyota uses eight letters of the Japanese alphabets. Eight is the lucky number in Japan. The company wanted to give their brand name both numerological luck and a ringing sound for universal appeal.

Coca Cola- We love to drink Coca Cola, but how many of us really know what the name stands for? The secret lies in the recipe for this popular beverage, which uses coca leaves and kola nuts. Coca-Cola maker, John S. Pemberton, changed the spelling of “kola” into “cola” to create the famous brand name “Coca Cola”.

Hotmail- Hotmail is based on HTML and the company wanted to give it a name that will sound like HTML and have the word “mail” at the end. They finally selected the name “HoTMaiL”, but later changed the word casing and made it “Hotmail”.

Mercedes- Emil Jellineks, the man behind this company, patented the car’s engine after his daughter, Mercédès Jellinek.

ONE PAGE FROM MY SCHOOL DIARY

1985 was the year..when i walk with my father.holding his little finger..wearing white canvas shoes..grey sweater ..grey pant..to mission school for first time..............no idea..where iam going..but was happy..for my red water bottle....my superman school bag on my back...and...nice food in my bag...for me it was not less then a picnic..............................................

But soon my dream comes to an end.....the way was not to picnic..but to

something called school( dalmia vidya mandir)...a mid age old man standing on the gate with a stick...with big moustache....watching .me going inside ..i remembered..i turn around ...and see that guy as many time as possible.....

i must mention..i was also accompanied by my first friend of my life..gyan(sikun)

he was too on same mission school..accompanied by his grand father...he was crying a lot...i have no idea...why ? but iam sure he was having an idea..where he going much before then me......

when i entered the school..i see many others same wearing me....some crying..some running away...some struggling with teachers..some with our giri bhaiya.....now i start feeling something wrong going to happen with me......

holding my hand..my father too me to a class room on extreme end of the classes..which all use to say nursery.....i can see there were extra army of teachers present out their the class to hold us from going away from the class..

he handed my hand to a lady ..much much taller then me..she our vidya teacher....i can still remember her..her love for each student...she was not married..but she was our mother..in there...

she was the lady who teach me A for apple.......B for ball...who teach me what my name means...and how to rite it.........i still remember my continuous wetting my pants...and ...every time making me nanga ..and make me stand in sun to dry.ahahhaha

"wow full insulting...other student watching.but..no noticeeeee........." my life was like phas gaya re barik.....

but days past...from one class to other we move...with classes..we also start growing.......behind my class there was a slider...in my tiffin..break ..i use to go there and watch other students sliding on that..that make me so happy...one day finally i decided to do my self..as i was small..so i was close to the side railing while sliding..when i slide down..i feel cold back side.hahahahha

yes you got it...a small piece of my pant was still there in the slider...i..pull down my over size pullover.so tat it covers my moon....

i told my mother. .. my pant torn..

i was having one more in .spare..so i wear that and go.next day..i was decided i wont slide any more but..when i see other guys enjoying..i cant wait..and i go again..and again my pant torn......

my mother was so angry to me....after that my father buy me other pair of pants .but now i never slide again.........................

I don't remember if i was sad or shocked ...so badly of any thing happen in my life.......but something happened......

i don't remember if my eyes were wet for some one who left this world so sudden

but yes i do........

he is no more between us..he is no more ..around us.......but he was ...and he is within us.....

today i called avinash ....to ask about something..and he said...mahesh..you know..bikash dad is no more.....???

for a while i don't believe if he took bikash name or some one else..

for some time i don't believe my ears if i heard..what he said....

but it was true.today ..one of my best friend bikash lost his father........

i woke up with the sound of water falling from the running tape in the kitchen...it was cold winter in Delhi....the floor was chilled like an ice sheet...all three in same blanket..sleep together..on the floor..watching towards the one and only window in the room..n waiting for the sun to rise....

me..avinash ..and bikash stay together..i use to work in shangri-la hotel..avinash in cafe coffee day..and bikash also in shangri-la hotel but different out-let..

i never being to guwahati after the exams ....but there was something still i left behind...so i asked bikash ...hie bro iam planning to go guwahati in this vacation..what u thing..but problem is i don't know any one there,,who can accommodate me..there..

bikash listening this he invited me to his house in guwahati..he said don't you worry u just go..my uncle will pick you from air port.

so planned and i shoot for guwahati..i went in indigo,airlines.it was also my first time in aeroplane..so i was excited in many ways.

after i reached guwahati..i come out from airport..bikash uncle was waiting for me out....i can still remember his smile ..he was on his face while looking and waiting for me..
so in his bike we head towards his house..when i reached..bikash ..house.i was welcomed by bikash dad...and mom as if..iam there second son......it was good feeling inside.
bikash have have two little sweet sister.. chinki..and tutu...as cute as there name..
they cared me so...much i sure...no one can expect from a unknown family..they took me too bikash bedroom...it was nice and comfortable...everybody was busy doing there best for my comfort...
i can still remember those days of 2006..............................................................................................................................
i was shy....but they never let me uncomfortable..in there little world....bikash uncle was my only friend there.......he was so sweet..and kind...bikash younger sister tutu..ahahahaha.what should i write about her...first time i missed one younger sister looking at her..she was so innocent.....out of 10 things ..she use to ask me 8 times about her brother bikash..
chinki..bikash other younger sis...quite by nature..but talk much with her eyes..from first day her eyes was in my very small miniature bible..which i get from Chennai..

aunty.. bikash mom..if i close my eyes n remember her,,then her dimples..when smile...and her habit of asking always..mohes khana acha hai????.........now if i take about bikash dad..my writing will never ends....he was in Assam police...but by looking at him..or by his talk u wont ever feel..he is in police..so decent ..soft spoken...a friend at the age of above 50...i have see lots of care and love for bikash in his eyes..

he use to said..i just want my son..happy..let him do..what ever he likes..till he happy...when ever he use to talk about bikash..he use to say..my bikash....wow i love that..dad son love..looking at bikash love for his dad and his dad love for bikash..my respect for my parents grow more...
i was there for only 3 days .but i spent 7 days due to there love and care..that family was very simple..but very rich at love...for others and each other within the family...
the day come when i was living from there..i see tears.in eyes of all .....that very sad moment for me....i never felt ..i was out of my family..for those 7 days.i forget all for those 7 days of my life in guwahati.....i don't know why i was crying when i don't want to for some unknown...after going for a while .in a curve i lost that house...that love...and those beautiful people...for ever.....

today i just open my Facebook..and looking at those words by bikash..i was lost in those love again

hello friends ,with my title you must be thinking,what type of title is this,but not to keep you waiting,i must say ,i hear this lines on my very first day of my career in hotel industry as a waiter...............

i was always confused with the selection of my career...what course i should take,,were should i study.......

As my father was from mechanical line..who was an engineer by profession.. always used to ask me,,to go for engineering...but i know if i go for engineering i

have to study science...which was again a nightmare for me..

So i choose for commerce...i was not bright student.but i was confident that i can handle commerce..

everything was going well till i met with a girl name "rainy "...she was from my home town..my friend best friend.

we keep meeting in my friend house.....with time ..we liked ...n we fall in love..

the love was so intense that..i want to stay with her as fast as possible..actually i want to marry her...but that need jobbbbbb..

I look every were.ask every one..n come to conclusion that" hotel management is the only one which can give me jobs .

We both of us join hotel management...the institute was trade wing (institute of management)

it was 1 year diploma course.....with only 12 students in it...

i was so much dissolved in love..that i never bother to understand actual value of hotel management.

for me hotel management was= coat+tie+money+glamour.

after one year we have to go for 6 month compulsory training( industrial exposure ),..after some struggle i got selected in one three star hotel name"Mayfair garden...i was always interested to become a chef..so i start my training with kitchen,,it was one big kitchen...where Chinese(Indian style) cooked by south Indian chef..hahaha funny na... Indian..continental(only sandwich n soup)...anyways i started my training with Chinese kitchen..it was

quite small..but...one goal was set in my head so...nothing was bothering me..........

aim on impression that I will be treated well..hahahhaha...but my chef ask me to peel 1 sack of onions....gave me chef coat with no buttons...i cannot ask for more as my chef have only two of them....so whole day i peel onions,,carry rice bags..clean vegetables...clean floor,tables.....never worked so much in my house also..but what to do..need to become chef.....next day again i start with peeling onions.....cleaning vegetables,,cutting them,,,or cleaning the section....that make me really depressed... because i want everything in life with lighting fast.......

so i started coming late on shift......one day my GM caught me coming late....he said those golden words to me what u think of your self was......

i said sir i cannot take it any more ,,please transfer to me in food and beverage service dept..and he did.....next day i was asked to report Mr pandey....our f&b manager..he put me in a restaurant......my job was to wipe cutlery...wipe glasses...clear table..resetting table..filling water jugs..but no chance was given to interact with the guest.

All my senior waiters were above 40 yrs,of age with big potbelly....who cant even run if guest call them..i see them only smiling when..any guest about to tip them..

among them i was 19 yrs old waiter.......seems as if in tractor one Tyre is scooter and one is of tractor it self....

but not much option left with me as.i was in my choosed profession.

i was been embarrassed..many time by guest..as i was new to this industry..i was also been embarrassed in how to pour beer in a glass...faced anger of my seniors ,, because of folding napkin..laying table..almost all the thing i do......

There was a very funny incident happen with me which,changed my view for hotel industry...i was assigned in a family restaurant,...it was bright sunny Sunday afternoon......

Restaurant was busy...as well as we too..so there was one Indian family may be 8 or 9 pax total of them....there order was big...i was handling there table...
due to busy order,,kitchen was too busy..so there was delay in serving food to most of the tables..but especially my table was very much in hurry for his food,....he was keep on asking me where is my food??? where is my food?

that make me very angry ..i shouted him back ...saying we got only two hands..to serve ..as u have two hand eat.....and its take time....your not only guest seated in the restaurant....
hahahha,,those words ,really make him crazy ,,and he complained about me to my F&B Manager
due to this i was transferred to banquet from the restaurant.....
working in banquet is not easy..specially in marriages when u have go behind the small kids..not to mess around.
one more incident i remember..in banquet...
there was a marriage ceremony for a Punjabi family

in the night there was dance program in the hall number 2...

we were ready ....so party starts...all enjoying...i can see my captain.. snicking whiskey under the table...........before guest ..my fellow waiters were getting drunk...so i saw that there was some confusion between the guest...regarding which music to play for dancing...i was so much into the party ..i said"excuse me sir..daler mahendi ka gana achha hoga..?..guest looking at me ..with anger he said..hello who asked your suggestion...what do u think of your self...."..later i understood....my profession..is all about serving..others..and making them happy.....but friends...till this time...my
attitude.. arrogance...was also most on the edge of extinction.....

again i was transferred to room service.....making bed...getting food to the room..was some more additional duties in my job...
but one day......i was doing my regular duties..and i went to one of the rooms to serve coffee....i saw a very gentle person...reading news paper.....so i wished him and serve him the coffee...so i just asked him,..sir where u from..and what bring you here???
he said" Iam from kolkata..and Am a pilot......
he asked me ..Iam so young ..and enthusiastic ,,why Iam spoiling my career..in there.......so he asked me to join ihm(institute of hotel management. govt of India).......

after some time i left the hotel......and i was known what to do NEXT..

so like this i begin my career...and aim proud of what Iam................
