Cá em casa, procuramos fazer uma alimentação que considero equilibrada, com sopas, saladas, pratos de carne e de peixe. Para sobremesa, durante a semana, optamos, de uma maneira geral, por fruta ou gelatina. Os doces e os bolos, são uma escolha, de vez em quando, ao fim-de-semana ou, quando recebemos a família, em casa. Quando organizo as refeições, raramente penso em fazer uma sobremesa doce.

Despedimo-nos, hoje, de 2025. No final de cada ano, gosto de olhar para a minha agenda e fazer um balanço do meu ano. Em termos profissionais, fiz workshops em Lisboa, no Porto e em Cascais. Comecei a fazer workshops em Almada. Fui até Coimbra para um workshop privado.
