CSS layouts is present in the computer since long but it has never been so popular as it was never supported by all the browsers but recently all the browsers support it. So why dont we convert all the sites to CSS and make huge money from it.. Right now? Let me explain why and how:

(I) A higher search engine ranking

One of the top reasons to choose this because of the high search engine ranking that you'll achieve. The code is much cleaner and easier to find what is where and changes in future could be made easily. Thus, it makes the coding much more accessible to search engines making it friendly and browser compatible. Content with higher value could be placed at the top of the HTML document and you can find great depth in the level of content than compared to the coding.

(II) Faster download speed

CSS downloads itself much faster than the tables because browsers read through tables twice before displaying their contents, once to work out their structure and once to determine their content so that they display the contents in a much better and compatible way. Tables appear on the screen all in one go so first the browser have to read the entire table structure and then display it.

(III) Increase in reach

It is understood that said that more people you can reach more visitors you'll track and more people can reach your website. Thus, CSS-based website is compatible with PDAs, mobile phones, in-car browsers and WebTV. You can make an additional CSS document specifically for handheld devices, which will be called up in place of the regular CSS document, thereby ensuring your website is accessible to this lucrative market. This isn't possible with a tabular layout.

Duplicate Content/Plagiarism become a huge topic of discussion lately, and many new writers use the contents already written blindly. I sincerely thank to the new filters/ article checker softwares and other content filtering options that search engines have implemented to detect these copied contents. I have re-searched sincerely and will show the methods to detect the duplicated contents and methods to fix it or penalize the person who made fool of you.

Many people have this thought in the mind that if they change few words and insert more indexable keywords, it will help them get indexed in the search engines and their article will be popular. But they are unaware of the fact that search engine has some guidelines for this as well.

Search engines use a specific filter based search such that they can provide much relevant search to the users by removing the duplicate/copied contents from the search results.And, to further know how its works, the main thing you need to come across or gain knowledge in is in how this search engine filtering works.

Some of the things that the search engine looks in the duplicate contents are:

a. Web pages having same contents: Search engines consider the websites as spam if its webpages contains copied or duplicate contents.
b. Re-written contents: These are contents copied from other websites re-written in your own words to give it a good and packaged look
c. eCommerce sites: The product description that is used on other websites is also used by many other eCommerce sites

Few plagiarism checker tools have been developed to filter contents. Similar Page Checker, is one of the nicer tools that is mostly used to detect the plagiarim. Then another popular tool is Copyscape.
