When I'm bored and tired of tinkering with Grindr all weekend long, I usually see a movie or play Family Feud on my iPad. This weekend, I barely had time to play at all. Year after year, I promise myself that I will get my six-pack abs back.  I've worked hard in getting in shape but I can't seem to get my abs back.
