I am hoping it will shrink my fibroids or at least give me some relief from the heavy bleeding and anemia. Yes, I agree that chronic anemia makes you a zombie and a rag doll and basically brings your life to a screeching halt. So far, the acupuncture has been a big emotional release for me, whatever was attached to what she was "poking" during last week's treatment. The insertion of one needle did trigger a feeling in my uterus... very strange. But so far, the only thing I've noticed is a greater tendency to be emotional and sad. So I am hoping it will do some good since I want no part of the invasive techniques for fibroids, if I can help it. UFE sounds very good but I have not been to an interventional radiologist yet. I too don't have money to burn. I have been using vitalzym x for about 2 1/2 months and have not seen results. Have your fibroids shrunk?
