In vista delle prossime elezioni comunali e dell'elezione del consiglio regionale della Valle d'Aosta, il Garante per la privacy ha richiamato alcune &lt;a href="http://www.garanteprivacy.it/web/guest/home/docweb/-/docweb-display/docweb/2405882"&gt;regole&lt;/a&gt; per la corretta utilizzazione, da parte di partiti politici e candidati, dei dati personali dei cittadini a fini di propaganda elettorale.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se, per un verso, è possibile inviare materiale di propaganda e contattare gli elettori senza il loro consenso quando si utilizzano dati accessibili a chiunque, come ad esempio quelli contenuti nelle liste elettorali dei Comuni o in altre fonti documentali detenute da soggetti pubblici, è invece &lt;b&gt;necessario il consenso&lt;/b&gt; dei cittadini per particolari modalità di comunicazione elettronica come &lt;b&gt;sms, e-mail, mms, telefonate preregistrate e fax&lt;/b&gt;. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Analogo discorso nel caso si utilizzino &lt;b&gt;dati raccolti automaticamente su Internet&lt;/b&gt; o ricavati da &lt;b&gt;forum, social network, liste di abbonati ad un provider&lt;/b&gt; e, in genere, dati presenti sul web per altre finalità.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
E' obbligatorio, poi, raccogliere il consenso degli interessati per poter usare &lt;b&gt;i dati presenti negli elenchi telefonici&lt;/b&gt;. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Anche per l'uso di dati relativi a simpatizzanti o a persone già contattate per &lt;b&gt;singole iniziative&lt;/b&gt;, come ad esempio in occasione di raccolte di firme per referendum o proposte di legge, è necessario aver ottenuto preventivamente il consenso degli interessati. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In generale, comunque, i cittadini devono essere sempre informati sull'uso che si fa dei loro dati. Partiti, movimenti politici, sostenitori e singoli candidati possono prescindere da questo obbligo di informativa &lt;b&gt;sino al 31 agosto 2013&lt;/b&gt;, se il materiale propagandistico inviato è di dimensioni così ridotte da non consentire di inserirvi una informativa, anche sintetica.&lt;br /&gt;

Realizzata con la consulenza dell'agenzia di advertising &lt;b&gt;Saatchi &amp;amp; Saatchi&lt;/b&gt; che ha impiegato &lt;b&gt;Joystick Interactive&lt;/b&gt; per l'implementazione, l'app permette ai consumatori di costruire la loro perfetta macchina dei sogni, porre domande online agli addetti vendita e portare gli amici alla prova di guida virtuale.&lt;br /&gt;

Il tutto in un &lt;b&gt;Hangout&lt;/b&gt;, il sistema di messaggistica Google+ che consente conversazioni di gruppo utilizzando anche foto e videochiamate gratuite.  &lt;br /&gt;

Novità in arrivo per inviare messaggi su Facebook.&lt;br /&gt;
Finora, quando gli utenti volevano scrivere nuovi messaggi, appariva una finestra in sovrapposizione all'intero schermo.&lt;br /&gt;
Pare che adesso il social network, sulla base dell'user experience, stia testando un modo per rendere meno intrusivo il processo di creazione di una nuova conversazione.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quando gli utenti cliccheranno sull'icona dei messaggi, nella barra in alto a sinistra, si aprirà una &lt;b&gt;nuova mini finestra nella parte inferiore dello schermo&lt;/b&gt;, dove si tengono le conversazioni di chat.&lt;br /&gt;
In questo modo, gli utenti potranno continuare a vedere le notizie e interagire con i post mentre scrivono, contemporaneamente, nuovi messaggi.&lt;br /&gt;

Lo annuncia &lt;a href="http://www.ft.com/intl/cms/s/0/d64419a6-b30b-11e2-95b3-00144feabdc0.html#axzz2SupRXKZv"&gt;Financial Times&lt;/a&gt;, secondo cui la mossa del popolare social network è un tentativo di &lt;b&gt;sfruttare il budget per il marketing &lt;/b&gt; che le aziende spendono in televisione piuttosto che in pubblicità online. &lt;br /&gt;

I nuovi annunci video saranno visualizzati a partire da luglio con &lt;b&gt;video avviati in automatico ma senza alcun suono&lt;/b&gt;; gli utenti avranno quindi la possibilità di attivare l'audio e, in tal caso, il video ripartirà dall'inizio. &lt;br /&gt;
Ogni annuncio sarà limitato a &lt;b&gt;massimo 15 secondi&lt;/b&gt; di airplay e, per offrire una più potente esposizione al marchio, Facebook si assicurerà che gli utenti possano visualizzare contenuti video di un unico inserzionista al giorno.&lt;br /&gt;

Sembra che molti dei &lt;b&gt;marchi globali&lt;/b&gt;, come Nestlé, Ford, Diageo, American Express e Coca Cola, parteciparanno alle prove iniziali.  &lt;br /&gt;

Gucci ha perso la sua battaglia legale contro Guess in Italia.&lt;br /&gt;
Ne dà notizia Guess sul suo sito, in un &lt;a href="http://investors.guess.com/phoenix.zhtml?c=92506&amp;amp;p=irol-newsArticle&amp;amp;ID=1815153&amp;amp;highlight="&gt;comunicato stampa&lt;/a&gt; in cui annuncia che "&lt;i&gt;il secondo capitolo della disputa sul marchio tra Gucci e Guess si è concluso in Italia il 2 maggio scorso, dopo che il Tribunale di Milano, in una sentenza di 83 pagine, ha respinto tutte le domande proposte dal marchio fiorentino contro Guess. Inoltre, il Tribunale ha disposto la rimozione dei marchi Gucci aventi il motivo "a diamante" con logo G ed il disegno "Flora", escludendo altresì qualsiasi diritto all'esclusiva di Gucci su un logo a quattro G&lt;/i&gt;".&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
La saga ha avuto inizio nel 2009, quando Gucci, dopo aver avviato un'azione legale contro Guess a New York, ha intentato una analoga causa a Milano, la capitale europea della moda. Le successive azioni sono state depositate a Parigi e a Nanjing, in Cina. &lt;br /&gt;
Le contestazioni comprendevano &lt;b&gt;violazione di marchio, contraffazione e concorrenza sleale&lt;/b&gt;. &lt;br /&gt;
La causa pendente a New York si è conclusa nel 2012, con il riconoscimento a Gucci di danni monetari e l'ingiunzione a Guess di non imitare alcuni loghi. &lt;br /&gt;
Ora, &lt;b&gt;la Corte di Milano ha totalmente respinto le richieste di Gucci&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Il verdetto di Milano&lt;/i&gt; - si legge nel comunicato stampa - &lt;i&gt;è una decisione importante non solo perché emesso in Italia, il luogo di nascita del marchio Gucci, ma anche perché la Corte ha condiviso praticamente tutti le principali argomentazioni di Guess, stabilendo che &lt;b&gt;il modello a diamante e i motivi floreali sono comuni nel mondo della moda&lt;/b&gt; e, in particolare, che &lt;b&gt;il popolare logo a quattro G di Guess non ha nulla a che fare con il modello a doppio incastro delle G&lt;/b&gt;, uno dei principali contestazione fatte da Gucci. I simboli del &lt;b&gt;Punk&lt;/b&gt; convivono con le creazioni haute couture nella mostra &lt;b&gt;"Punk: Chaos to Couture"&lt;/b&gt;, in scena al &lt;b&gt;Metropolitan&lt;/b&gt; Museum of Art di New York, per indagare sul contributo che il movimento esploso nel 77 tra Regno Unito e Stati Uniti ha fornito alla moda degli ultimi trent'anni.&lt;br /&gt;
La mostra, che accoglie i visitatori con la riproduzione del bagno del &lt;b&gt;CBGB&lt;/b&gt;, storico club newyorchese che ha ospitato il primo punk americano, è articolata in 7 sezioni in cui l'estetica punk si ritrova nelle creazioni di designer quali Dior, Dolce &amp;amp; Gabbana, Chanel, John Galliano, Alexander McQueen, Moschino, Prada, Versace e Vivienne Westwood.&lt;br /&gt;

Curata da &lt;b&gt;Andrew Bolton&lt;/b&gt;, l'esposizione sarà aperta al pubblico dal 9 maggio al 14 agosto. Ieri si è tenuta l'attesa serata di gala.&lt;br /&gt;

La fondazione &lt;a href="http://www.anar.org/"&gt;&lt;b&gt;ANAR&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, l'equivalente spagnola di Telefono Azzurro, al numero telefonico &lt;b&gt;116 111&lt;/b&gt;, si è posta il problema di comunicare i propri messaggi ai bambini vittime di abusi, anche nel momento in cui sono accompagnati dal loro aggressore.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;GREY&lt;/b&gt; ha risposto a questa esigenza sfruttando la tecnologia &lt;b&gt;lenticolare&lt;/b&gt;, che consente di ottenere immagini che cambiano a seconda dei diversi angoli di vista.&lt;br /&gt;
Utilizzando tale stampa, sono stati prodotti così dei manifesti con &lt;b&gt;due differenti messaggi&lt;/b&gt;; uno visibile dagli adulti, di promozione della marca; l'altro visibile ai bambini, con un'altezza media di 1,35 metri, in cui c'è il numero a cui è possibile rivolgersi per chiedere aiuto,  &lt;br /&gt;
Un messaggio &lt;b&gt;solo&lt;/b&gt; per bambini.&lt;br /&gt;

Così come da programma è andata in onda ieri, 6 maggio, la prima puntata di &lt;a href="http://gooddesignsociety.blogspot.it/search?q=carosello"&gt;Carosello Reloaded&lt;/a&gt;, riedizione dello storico spazio dedicato dal servizio pubblico italiano alla pubblicità.&lt;br /&gt;
Di Nutella, Wind, Eni, Conad i quattro spot trasmessi della durata di circa 70 secondi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
La sola Nutella ha ripreso un vecchio carosello (il celebre Gigante Amico) nella prima parte, al quale ha fatto seguito uno spot recente, operando una mera divisione del tempo; le altre marche hanno optato per la trasmissione di spot che sono apparsi pressoché identici a quelli solitamente in programmazione, tradendo la vecchia caratterizzazione del programma.&lt;br /&gt;
Staremo a vedere se le aziende decideranno di investire nella realizzazione di prodotti ad hoc,  in grado di divertire e intrattenere il pubblico. &lt;br /&gt;

La &lt;a href="http://gooddesignsociety.blogspot.it/2011/10/100-canali-per-la-nuova-youtube-tv.html"&gt;notizia&lt;/a&gt; risale al novembre 2011, quando già si parlò della introduzione su Youtube di 100 nuovi canali televisivi dedicati a 5 categorie: moda, musica, sport, film, talk show.&lt;br /&gt;

Adesso ci siamo: secondo il &lt;a href="http://www.ft.com/intl/cms/s/c27c9856-b3fd-11e2-b5a5-00144feabdc0,Authorised=false.html?_i_location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ft.com%2Fcms%2Fs%2F0%2Fc27c9856-b3fd-11e2-b5a5-00144feabdc0.html&amp;amp;_i_referer=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.infowars.com%2Fgoogle-set-to-unveil-subscriptions-for-specialist-youtube-videos%2F#axzz2SWp6bJPp"&gt;Financial Times&lt;/a&gt;, Google annuncerà questa settimana la &lt;b&gt;lista dei canali video specializzati disponibili&lt;/b&gt; in abbonamento su Youtube.&lt;br /&gt;
Contrariamente alle primi voci, il servizio sarà infatti &lt;b&gt;a pagamento&lt;/b&gt; e servirà a finanziare una serie più ampia di contenuti differenziati.&lt;br /&gt;
Si aggiunge dunque una ulteriore fonte di guadagno, rispetto agli introiti pubblicitari, per il leader di mercato dei video digitali.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Interfaccia semplificata con la rimozione di alcune funzionalità ormai sorpassate; un nuovo &lt;b&gt;editor CSS&lt;/b&gt; visuale che dovrebbe facilitare la generazione di codice web-standard e l'applicazioni di proprietà tipiche di CSS3 quali sfumature e ombre; miglioramenti per il responsive design con &lt;b&gt;nuove griglie&lt;/b&gt; per layout fluidi e l'integrazione di &lt;b&gt;PhoneGap Build&lt;/b&gt; che consente di costruire app native per iOS e Android all'interno dell'applicazione.&lt;br /&gt;
