Buddha Painting in Oil on Canvas

This Buddha portrait is one of my most admired works in oil painting. Through calm brushwork and soft tones, I aimed to capture the peaceful essence of Buddha – a face filled with silence, serenity, and inner strength. The painting gained worldwide attention and appreciation, with many people connecting deeply to the tranquility it represents. For me, this work is not only about technique but also about emotion – the expression of peace that inspires calmness in those who view it. Every stroke of this painting was created with patience and devotion, reminding us that true art reflects not only what we see, but also what we feel within.

Sharon Painting

Sharon Hays Passed away on Monday, 6 Feb., 2012 after suffering a stroke. She lived a full and happy life as a mother and entrepreneur. Later in life she pursued her passion for painting and writing, then fulfilled her dream of becoming a published author. I came to know sharon through our mutual love for art. As our relationship grew she became a mentor and was like a mother to me. Her words of encouragement and never ceasing inspiration will forever remain in my heart. Our work together on creating An Opulent Tableau of Essence was one of the greatest experiences of my life and I am so grateful to have learned from, and to have worked with such a talented, warm and loving person. Sharon is deeply loved and I will miss her and think of her every day in my life
