Hello boys and girls. How's life treating you? I'm doing pretty good for a man with something on his mind. I guess you'll hear about it soon but for now I'm going to tell you about everyone else's stuff

Remember when Zack arrived at the Glen? How bout that little boy named after the guys who helped bring him into the world? Little Benjamin Maximus Moran to be exact. We've got a blast from the past for you with the RR from the Ben and Liana Wade wedding reception gracing our pages. Enjoy folks. It'll give you some prospective on things that are going on now.

We're going to start off with a little tale about the over protective Bud White and his lovely lady Marie. Marie wants a girls day out but that means the boys have to watch little Katie Marie. The big cop may be able to handle a full grown woman but how's he going to deal with one that hasn't got her wisdom teeth yet?

Next, Hando does what he does best. A little verbal fun with Jean leaves her panting and drooling like a Pavlov dog. How does he do that and if they can bottle it, I'll buy a case.
Steve Moran has his hands full when Brookie turns into Regan from the Exorcist. Whatever she has, I don't want so I'm not buying that stock. Millie sure makes his day though. Read on.

Richie is missing Nonnie. How bout that huh? As a guy I can relate to his antics but there's always one female you want to keep at home, barefoot
scratch that. Richie is missing Nonnie.

We haven't heard from Jason Morgan in a while. It's about time we met one of his friends, or whatever she is. I get the feeling we'll be hearing more from Natasha Scott but I would rather wait until she is over whatever is ailing her. She may have that Brook Moran disease or maybe it's what Millie's got.
Are Kim and Cara ready to take the plunge? Into the housing market that is. They're outgrowing the flat but there's something else buried under this arrangement. I like the feeling of it too.

Poor Captain Aubrey. He's fallen into a rabbit hole by the sounds of it. Whatever is plaguing a few residents at the Glen, and one in Sydney, has got him by the short hairs. Thank goodness for the kindness of new friends, Robin and Julie, old friends, Maximus and Joimus and his worrying wife Bridgid.

Good thing that JJ is not John Biebe's type or he'd be stuck in that tender trap. Of course he does something nice for her, well after he did something not so nice.
Bringing up the rear, we're about to find out what happened to Libby. (I was on tender hooks myself but we'll keep that quiet)

She's not in good shape and Richie jets to her side. What happened is awful but how will Nonnie handle Richie going to help Libby? After all she does have a brother but who knew? This is an edge of seat piece folks so take your time and digest. There's a bit of heartburn here.

Where the hell am I , anyhow? Ah, there you all are. Yep the press woke me up. It must have been the sound of all of those spider webs falling off of it or maybe it was the rust. Whatever it was, Colleen has brought me a cup of joe and I'm all bright eyed and bushy tailed about this issue.

Lots of things have happened since this old man fell asleep by a tree. Rip Van has nothing on me though as I look better with a scruffy beard than that old fart.

C'mon ladies. You know you agree with me.

Do I hear crickets? Well shit, I guess maybe you'll say something nice after you read this issue of the Glen times.

First off, Sheriff Biebe is back with a bang. Okay, I don't mean literally or even figuratively but maybe eventually he'll get lucky with the biker babe he's come across. She's certainly got my attention.

Down boy!

Next...

Can you imagine Sid with a kid? Can that blue blood share Kate with a baby? Who knows? Maybe some day we'll be talking about Sid and Kate with eight.

Onward...

What's Aubrey gotten into this time? There may be horses for carts but Aubrey is best suited standing on planks. It's Robin to the rescue along with his lovely companion Julie. The General and Bridgid bring up the rear but it may be more than a horse that's put the captain on his backside.

And then there's....

Jeffrey and Meggie on a shopping trip. He seems to be feeling some melancholy as he and Meggie buy some bootie for the girls. He'll have some splainin' to do for sure.

There are more purchases for the couple on the horizon and Nonnie's store is just the spot for everyone from grown up men like Jeffrey to all of the booming baby population in the Glen.

But...

Meggie exposes a dream to Jeffrey, sort of. Life may not be a bowl of cherry blossoms for our favorite romantic couple but I have a good feeling about them. sort of.

We move on to....

Wedding preparations for Toni and Travis. Their families are there for the happy couple and daddy and mommy are there for Cole right now. Things are good but what will tomorrow bring?

A wedding perhaps?....

Yes, they're tying the knot. Travis and Toni are taking the plunge and its a beauty of a day. Morning coats and garden party dresses, a few close friends and family witness the I doose and the likes. Little Cole will not be going along on the honeymoon but someone else beside the bride and groom will be. Guess who?

Onward to...

Richie's son Michael has arrived, changed slightly since the last time his dad saw him. Michael has more on his mind than girls though it does look like the apple has not fallen too far from the tree. The kid's a real bulldog lawyer in the making.

Oh, then....

What, besides their line of work, do March and Nonnie have in common? Read on and maybe you'll raise a glass to it.

Last but surely not least....

Colin is doing some searching and the least of which he's looking into is his soul. What does Sid stand for anyway? Sure isn't Daddy?

So there you are folks. It's about time we let you in on our little secrets at the Glen again. I sure hope they keep you hungry for more about our town. I'm sure someone would be happy to feed your curiosity here at the Glen Times.

Fair Winds By Atonia

part 1 - 3 Amongst survivors from The Accolade, a British ship recently sunk by an American privateer, is one Lt. Henry Aubrey. Admiral Jack Aubrey is delighted to see him safe and well. Henry is now a few days short of his 21st birthday, and on the allotted day, with a heavy heart Jack hands him the package he has carried with him since Catty died, terrified that Henry will never forgive him when he learns the truth. Making an unscheduled stop at the spice islands, Jack gives Henry the choice of revealing his true identity to his natural father.

part 2 - King John promotes the sheriff to Lord High Sheriff of Nottingham, his main duty to find and dispatch Robin. Timothy, meanwhile is starting his quest to find the camp in Sherwood, but is caught by the Sheriff and his men. Not believing he has nothing to do with the outlaws, he is about to be strung up, when he is rescued by a group of men who appear out of nowhere.

part 3 - Timothy admits the real reason why he's joined the outlaw band, and Robin opens his heart to Marion.

part - 4 Robin plans a raid on the barn at Peper Harrow, deciding to rid the sheriff of some of his flour stock, flour that rightfully belonged to Marion. Safely back at the camp, he decides that they need to prepare for winter, upgrading their shelters and strengthening their defences.

He explains to Henry why he and Catty never married, but assures him that he loves him just as much, if not more, than his twin daughters. When his orders finally arrive, Henry accompanies him down to Portsmouth, making an unscheduled stop on his way back to Meadowfields which will surprise Jack when he hears of it.

Part 5 - Jack has to leave both his 'wives' when he receives his new orders. After 18 long months at sea he can't wait to get back to Catty. He arrives to find a surprising new addition to his second family due to some underhand work involving Judith.

Part 6 - Jack is away for five years. When he next sees his 'son' he is seven years old. Jack realises that he loves Catty more than any other woman that has been in his life, even Sophie. It tears him apart when he has to leave for Ashgrove to stay with Sophie and the twins before his next orders arrive. How long will he be able to cope with his double life.
