&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Passe os filés no suco de limão, escorra e tempere com sal, pimenta e alho,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cubra com filme plástico, leve à geladeira e deixe marinar por pelo menos uma hora,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Abra os filés e distribua sobre eles o tender (ou bacon) e a mussarela ralada,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Dobre ao meio e prenda com palitos,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Passe na farinha de trigo, no ovo batido e na farinha de rosca,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coloque em uma assadeira untada, cubra com papel alumínio e leve ao forno pré-aquecido em temperatura média, por 30 minutos,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Retire o papel alumínio e cubra com a mussarela, o molho de tomate e o parmesão,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Volte ao forno até o queijo derreter e sirva a seguir.&lt;/li&gt;
