Woman caught trying to sneak her husband out in suit case

Police say a woman was caught trying to sneak her common-law-husband out of a Mexican prison in a suitcase following a conjugal visit.

A spokesman for police in the Caribbean state of Quintana Roo says staff at the prison in Chetumal noticed the woman seemed nervous and was pulling a black, wheeled suitcase that looked bulky.

Spokesman Gerardo Campos said on Monday that prison guards checked the bag of 19-year-old Maria del Mar Arjona and found inmate Juan Ramirez Tijerina curled up inside in the foetal position.

Ramirez is serving a 20-year sentence for a 2007 conviction for illegal weapons possession.

Arjona was arrested and charges are pending.

Relationships and why they fail

The most important reason that relationships fail today is communication! Communication today is over ruled by passion and what it leads to. The importance of knowing who you are going to share your life with means nothing if a booty call was the foundation for the relationship.

The ideal of building a strong bond with the woman or man of your dreams is something that you must define! When we go through life searching for that mythical male or female, they all seem to fall short. For the true definition of a perfect woman and great relationship is more than words. Unfortunately if your relationship is based solely on the merits of a physical relationship 90% of the time, they just don't last!

The most important thing that we all need is knowledge. That characteristic that we all possess as a man or woman is the ability to connect... You see when you know what you don't want, it makes it easier to find what you need... Relationships built on substance last a lifetime, while those built on minutes of pleasure just don't last! When you take your time and and get to know the person then you have an opportunity to find true happiness...

Now lets face the facts, you have been living your life in the sign of insanity. You base all your relationships on the same script. When you keep doing the same thing and expect different results, that is insanity!

Communication is just not mental, its physical as well. Some men and women go through a life time hoping to change something about their mate and they end up settling for a life of unhappiness. We see it everyday when a man or woman walks away from a relationship that they have 10 or more years in that relationship.

So now that we know why relationships fail, is it safe to say that with time, effort and a laundry list of what we want and don't need would be a key to a successful one?

FDA Has New Graphic Anti-Smoking Labels For Cigarettes

RICHMOND, Va. – In the most significant change to U.S. cigarette packs in 25 years, the Food and Drug Administration on Tuesday released nine new warning labels that depict in graphic detail the negative health effects of tobacco use.

Among the images to appear on cigarette packs are rotting and diseased teeth and gums and a man with a tracheotomy smoking.

Also included among the labels are: the corpse of a smoker, diseased lungs, and a mother holding her baby with smoke swirling around them. They include phrases like “Smoking can kill you” and “Cigarettes cause cancer” and feature graphic images to convey the dangers of tobacco, which is responsible for about 443,000 deaths in the U.S. a year.

Each label includes a national quit smoking hotline number.

The labels will take up the top half — both front and back — of a pack of cigarette packs. Warning labels also must appear in advertisements and constitute 20 percent of an ad. Cigarette makers have until the fall of 2012 to comply.

Mandates to introduce new graphic warning labels were part of a law passed in 2009 that, for the first time, gave the federal government authority to regulate tobacco, including setting guidelines for marketing and labeling, banning certain products and limiting nicotine.

The announcement follows reviews of scientific literature, public comments and results from an FDA-contracted study of 36 labels proposed last November.

In recent years, more than 30 countries or jurisdictions have introduced labels similar to those being introduced by the FDA. The U.S. first mandated the use of warning labels stating “Cigarettes may be hazardous to your health” in 1965. Current warning labels — a small box with black and white text — were put on cigarette packs in the mid-1980s.

The FDA says the new labels will “clearly and effectively convey the health risks of smoking” aimed at encouraging current smokers to quit and discourage nonsmokers and youth from starting to use cigarettes.

“These labels are frank, honest and powerful depictions of the health risks of smoking,” Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said in a statement.

American Cancer Society CEO John R. Seffrin applauded the new labels in a statement, saying they have the potential to “encourage adults to give up their deadly addiction to cigarettes and deter children from starting in the first place.”

The new labels come as the share of Americans who smoke has fallen dramatically since 1970, from nearly 40 percent to about 20 percent. The rate has stalled since about 2004. About 46 million adults in the U.S. smoke cigarettes.

It’s unclear why declines in smoking have stalled. Some experts have cited tobacco company discount coupons on cigarettes or lack of funding for programs to discourage smoking or to help smokers quit.

While it is impossible to say how many people quit because of the labels, various studies suggest the labels do spur people to quit. The new labels offer the opportunity for a pack-a-day smoker to see graphic warnings on the dangers of cigarettes more than 7,000 times per year.

The FDA estimates the new labels will reduce the number of smokers by 213,000 in 2013, with smaller additional reductions through 2031.

Tobacco use costs the U.S. economy nearly $200 billion annually in medical costs and lost productivity, the FDA said. Tobacco companies spend about $12.5 billion annually on cigarette advertising and promotion, according to the latest data from the Federal Trade Commission.

The World Health Organization said in a survey done in countries with graphic warning labels that a majority of smokers noticed the warnings and more than 25 percent said the warnings led them to consider quitting.

While some have voiced concerns over the hard-hitting nature of some of the labels, those concerns should be trumped by the government’s responsibility to warn people about the dangers of smoking, said David Hammond, a health behavior researcher at the University of Waterloo in Canada, who worked with the firm designing the labels for the FDA.

“This isn’t about doing what’s pleasant for people. It’s about fulfilling the government’s mandate if they’re going to allow these things to be sold,” Hammond said. “What’s bothering people is the risk associated with their behavior, not the warnings themselves,”

In places like Canada, Hammond said smokers offended by some of the images on cigarettes packs there started asking for different packs when they received ones with certain gory images, or used a case to cover them up. But smokers said those warnings still had an effect on them.

Canada introduced similar warning labels in 2000. Since then, its smoking rates have declined from about 26 percent to about 20 percent. How much the warnings contributed to the decline is unclear because the country also implemented other tobacco control efforts.

The legality of the new labels also is part of a pending federal lawsuit filed by Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Reynolds American Inc., parent company of America’s second-largest cigarette maker, R.J. Reynolds; No. 3 cigarette maker, Greensboro, N.C.-based Lorillard Inc.; and others.

Tobacco makers in the lawsuit have argued the warnings would relegate the companies’ brands to the bottom half of the cigarette packaging, making them “difficult, if not impossible, to see.”

Get Rich or Die Tryin' has been certified 8 times platinum by the RIAA^[2] and has sold over 15 million copies worldwide.^[3] His album The Massacre has been certified 5 times platinum by the RIAA^[2] and has sold 11 million copies worldwide.^[4] Both albums sold more than twenty-six million copies combined.^[5]

50 Cent is one of the richest hip hop performers, having a gross worth of $440 million in 2008. On December 11, 2009, 50 Cent was ranked as the 6th best artist of the 2000-2009 decade by Billboard Magazine. 50 Cent began drug dealing at the age of twelve during the 1980s' crack epidemic.[3] After leaving drug dealing to pursue a rap career, he was shot nine times in 2000. After releasing his album Guess Who's Back? in 2002, 50 Cent was discovered by rapper Eminem and signed to Interscope Records. With the help of Eminem and Dr. Dre—who produced his first major commercial successes—he became one of the world's highest selling rappers. In 2003, he founded the record label G-Unit Records, which signed successful rappers such as Young Buck, Lloyd Banks, and Tony Yayo.

Jackson was born July 6, 1975, grew up in the South Jamaica neighborhood of Queens in New York City. He grew up without a father and was raised by his mother Sabrina Jackson, who gave birth to him at the age of fifteen. Sabrina, a cocaine dealer, raised Jackson until the age of eight, when she was murdered. Twenty-three at the time, she became unconscious after someone drugged her drink. She was then left for dead after the gas in her apartment was turned on and the windows shut closed.[4][5] After her death, Jackson moved into his grandparents' house with his eight aunts and uncles.[1][6][7] He recalls, "My grandmother told me, 'Your mother's not coming home. She's not gonna come back to pick you up. You're gonna stay with us now.' That's when I started adjusting to the streets a little bit".[8] Jackson grew up with his younger cousin, Michael Francis, who earned the nickname "25 Cent" for being his younger counterpart. Francis raps under the stage name "Two Five".[9]

Jackson began boxing around the age of eleven. At fourteen, a neighbor opened a boxing gym for local kids. "When I wasn't killing time in school, I was sparring in the gym or selling crack on the strip", he recalled.[10] In the mid 1980s, he competed in the Junior Olympics as an amateur boxer. He recounts, "I was competitive in the ring and hip-hop is competitive too... I think rappers condition themselves like boxers, so they all kind of feel like they're the champ".[11] At the age of twelve, Jackson began dealing narcotics when his grandparents thought he was at after-school programs.[12] He also took guns and drug money to school. In the tenth grade, he was caught by metal detectors at Andrew Jackson High School. He later stated, "I was embarrassed that I got arrested like that... After I got arrested I stopped hiding it. I was telling my grandmother [openly], 'I sell drugs.'"[8]

On June 29, 1994, Jackson was arrested for helping to sell four vials of cocaine to an undercover police officer. He was arrested again three weeks later when police searched his home and found heroin, ten ounces of crack cocaine, and a starter gun. He was sentenced to three to nine years in prison, but managed to serve six months in a shock incarceration boot camp where he earned his GED. Jackson said that he did not use cocaine himself, he only sold it.[1][13][14] He adopted the nickname "50 Cent" as a metaphor for "change".[15] The name was derived from Kelvin Martin, a 1980s Brooklyn robber known as "50 Cent". Jackson chose the name "because it says everything I want it to say. I'm the same kind of person 50 Cent was. I provide for myself by any means".[16]

50 Cent started rapping in a friend's basement where he used turntables to record over instrumentals.[17] In 1996, a friend introduced him to Jam Master Jay of Run-DMC who was organizing his label Jam Master Jay Records. Jay taught him how to count bars, write choruses, structure songs, and make a record.[18][19]

50 Cent's first official appearance was on a song titled "React" with the group

Onyx on their 1998 album Shut 'Em Down. He credited Jam Master Jay as an influence who helped him improve his ability to write hooks.[11] Jay produced 50 Cent's first album, however it was never released.[4] In 1999, after leaving Jam Master Jay, the platinum-selling producers Trackmasters took notice of 50 Cent and signed him to Columbia Records. They sent him to a studio in Upstate New York where he produced thirty-six songs in two weeks.[5] Eighteen were included on his unofficially released album, Power of the Dollar in 2000.[20] He also started the now-defunct Hollow Point Entertainment with former G-Unit affiliate Bang 'Em Smurf.[21][22]

50 Cent's popularity started to increase after the successful but controversial underground single, "How to Rob", which he wrote in half an hour while in a car on the way to a studio.[15][23] The track comically explains how he would rob famous artists. He explained the reasoning behind song's content as, "There's a hundred artists on that label, you gotta separate yourself from that group and make yourself relevant".[15] Rappers Jay-Z, Big Pun, DMX, and the Wu-Tang Clan replied to the song[23] and Nas, who received the track positively, invited 50 Cent to travel on a promotional tour for his Nastradamus album.[7] The song was intended to be released with "Thug Love" featuring Destiny's Child, but two days before he was scheduled to film the "Thug Love" music video, 50 Cent was shot and confined to a hospital due to his injuries.[24]

On May 24, 2000, 50 Cent was attacked by a gunman outside his grandmother's former home in South Jamaica, Queens. He went into a friend's car, but was asked to return to the house to get jewelry. His son was in the house while his grandmother was in the front yard.[5] On returning to the back seat of the car, another car pulled up nearby. An assailant then walked up to 50 Cent's left side with a 9mm handgun and fired nine shots at close range. He was shot nine times—in the hand (a round hit his right thumb and came out of his pinky), arm, hip, both legs, chest, and left cheek.[4][8][25] The face wound resulted in a swollen tongue, the loss of a wisdom tooth, and a small slur in his voice.[7][8][26] His friend also sustained a gunshot wound to the hand. They were driven to the hospital where 50 Cent spent thirteen days. The alleged shooter, Darryl "Hommo" Baum, was killed three weeks later.[27] Darryl Baum was also Mike Tyson's close friend and bodyguard.[28]
Mike Tyson, offered $50,000 towards a "hit" on two members of a violent gang suspected of killing Darryl Baum. The allegation was made by Dwayne Meyers, another former member of the Cash Money Brothers (CMB), a Brooklyn street gang accused of drug trafficking, kidnapping and murder.
Meyers, who along with several CMB members was indicted in 2005 for drug dealing and murder, made the claims as he testified at the trial of Abubakr Raheem.[29]

50 Cent recalled the incident saying, "It happens so fast that you don't even get a chance to shoot back... I was scared the whole time... I was looking in the rear-view mirror like, 'Oh shit, somebody shot me in the face! It burns, burns, burns.'"[8] In his memoir, From Pieces to Weight: Once upon a Time in Southside Queens, he wrote, "After I got shot nine times at close range and didn't die, I started to think that I must have a purpose in life... How much more damage could that shell have done? Give me an inch in this direction or that one, and I'm gone".[1] He used a walker for the first six weeks and fully recovered after five months. When he left the hospital, he stayed in the Poconos with his then-girlfriend and son. His workout regimen helped him attain his muscular physique.[4][8][30]

While in the hospital, 50 Cent signed a publishing deal with Columbia Records. However, he was dropped from the label and "blacklisted" in the recording industry after it was discovered he was shot. Unable to find a studio to work with in the U.S, he traveled to Canada.[31][32] Along with his business partner Sha Money XL, he recorded over thirty songs for mixtapes, with the purpose of building a reputation. 50 Cent's popularity rose and in 2002, he released material independently on the mixtape, Guess Who's Back?. Beginning to attract interest, and now backed by G-Unit, 50 Cent continued to make songs. They released the mixtape, 50 Cent Is the Future, revisiting material by Jay-Z and Raphael Saadiq.[20]

In 2002, Eminem listened to a copy of 50 Cent's Guess Who's Back? CD. He received the CD through 50 Cent's attorney, who was working with Eminem's manager Paul Rosenberg.[24] Impressed with the album, Eminem invited 50 Cent to fly to Los Angeles, where he was introduced to Dr. Dre.[4][18][24] After signing a one million U.S. dollar record deal,[18] 50 Cent released the mixtape, No Mercy, No Fear. It featured one new track, "Wanksta", which was put on Eminem's 8 Mile soundtrack.[20] He was also signed to Chris Lighty's Violator Management and Sha Money XL's Money Management Group.

Interscope granted 50 Cent his own label, G-Unit Records in 2003.[38] He signed Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo, and Young Buck as the established members of G-Unit. The Game was later signed under a joint venture with Dr. Dre's Aftermath Entertainment.

In March 2005, 50 Cent's second commercial album, The Massacre, sold 1.14 million copies in the first four days—the highest in an abbreviated sales cycle[35]— and peaked at number one on the Billboard 200 for six weeks.[39] He became the first solo artist to have three singles on the

Billboard top five in the same week with "Candy Shop", "Disco Inferno",

and "How We Do".[40]

Rolling Stone noted that "50's secret weapon is his singing voice - the deceptively amateur-sounding tenor croon that he deploys on almost every chorus".[41]

After The Game's departure, 50 Cent signed singer Olivia and rap veterans Mobb Deep to G-Unit Records. Spider Loc, M.O.P., and Young Hot Rod later joined the label.[42][43] 50 Cent expressed interest in working with rappers outside of G-Unit, such as Lil' Scrappy of BME, LL Cool J from Def Jam, Mase from Bad Boy, and Freeway of Roc-A-Fella, some of whom he recorded with.[44] In September 2007, he released his third album Curtis, which was inspired by his life before Get Rich or Die Tryin'.[45] It debuted at number two on the Billboard 200, selling 691,000 units in the first week.[46]

50 Cent has established himself in a wide variety of fields outside music. In November 2003, he signed a five year deal with Reebok to distribute a G-Unit Sneakers line as part of his G-Unit Clothing Company.[47][48] He provided the voice-over as the protagonist in the video game, 50 Cent: Bulletproof, which was released for PlayStation 2, Xbox, and the PlayStation Portable. Its sequel, 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand, is set for a 2008 release.[49] He worked with Glacéau to create a Vitamin Water drink called Formula 50. In 2007, Coca-Cola purchased Glacéau for US$4.1 billion. Forbes estimated 50 Cent, who owns a stake in the company, to have earned $100 million after taxes.[50] He has teamed up with Right Guardto launched a body spray called Pure 50 RGX Body Spray and a condom line called Magic Stick Condoms,[51][52][53] in which he planned to donate part of the proceeds to HIV awareness.[54] He also plans to release a female sex toy line. 50 Cent has signed a multi-year deal with Steiner Sports to sell his memorabilia.[55]

In 2005, 50 Cent made a cameo appearance on The Simpsons episode "Pranksta Rap", in which he makes light of his legal troubles. The same year, he starred alongside Terrence Howard in the semi-autobiographical film Get Rich or Die Tryin'.

He starred in the 2006 film, Home of the Brave, as a soldier returning home from the Iraq War, traumatized after killing an Iraqi woman.[56] 50 Cent is working on a role as a fighter in an Angola State Prison in Spectacular Regret alongside Nicholas Cage, and is set to star opposite Al Pacino and Robert De Niro in 2008's Righteous Kill,

a movie regarding a police death.[57] He also started the film production companies G-Unit Films in 2007 and Cheetah Vision in 2008.[58][59] In August 2007, 50 Cent announced plans to launch a dietary supplement company in conjunction with his movie Spectacular Regret.[60]

On October 13, 1997, 50 Cent's then-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins gave birth to a son, Marquise Jackson.[3][63] The birth of his son changed his outlook on life, "when my son came into my life, my priorities changed, because I wanted to have the relationship with him, that I didn’t have with my father".[64] He credited his son for inspiring his career and being "motivation to go in a different direction".[65] 50 Cent has a tattoo of "Marquise" with an axe on his right biceps. "The axe is 'cause I'm a warrior. I don't want him to be one, though",[32] he explains. He also has "50", "Southside",

and "Cold World" inscribed on his back because "I'm a product of that environment. It's on my back, though, so it's all behind me".[32] 50 Cent dated actress Vivica A. Fox in 2003.

After a few months, he announced their split up on the The Howard Stern Show when pictures from a photo shoot they did ended up on the cover of Today's Black Woman magazine without his knowledge.[66][67]

50 Cent expressed support for President George W. Bush in 2005 after rapper

Kanye West criticized him for the slow response in assisting the Hurricane Katrina victims.[68] If his felony convictions did not prevent him from voting, he claimed he would have voted for Bush.[69] He later stated that Bush "has less compassion than the average human. By all means, I don’t aspire to be like George Bush".[70] Despite his frequent use of anti-gay slurs in music and speech 50 Cent claims not to be homophobic, saying, "Absolutely. I say faggot all day...That don't mean it's bad," and implying that he loves his lesbian or bisexual mother[71]

In 2007, Forbes recognized 50 Cent for his wealth, placing him second behind Jay-Z in the rap industry.[72]

He resides in Farmington, Connecticut, in the former mansion of ex-boxer Mike Tyson.[73] He put the mansion for sale at US$18.5 million to move closer to his son who lives in Long Island with his ex-girlfriend.[74] On October 12, 2007, the Mayor of Bridgeport, Connecticut declared it "50 Cent Curtis Jackson Day". He was honored with a key to the city and an official proclamation.[75] One of his homes in New York purchased for 2.4 million dollars in January 2007 and at the center of a lawsuit between 50 Cent and ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins caught fire on May 31, 2008 while he was out of town filming for a movie in Louisiana. [76]

Before signing with Interscope, 50 Cent engaged in a well-publicized dispute with rapper Ja Rule and his label Murder Inc. Records. The rappers engaged in mixtape "disses". 50 Cent claimed the feud began in 1999 after Ja Rule spotted him with a man who robbed him of his jewelry.[66] However, Ja Rule claimed the conflict stemmed from a video shoot in Queens because 50 Cent did not like seeing him "getting so much love" from the neighborhood.[77]

In March 2000, while at The Hit Factory studio in New York, 50 Cent had an altercation with Murder Inc. associates. He was treated for three stitches after receiving a stab wound.[66][78] Rapper Black Child claimed responsibility for the stabbing, saying he acted in self-defense because he thought someone reached for a gun.[79]

An affidavit by an IRS agent suggested that the label had ties to

Kenneth "Supreme" McGriff, a New York drug lord who was suspected of being involved in the

murder of Jam Master Jay and the shooting of 50 Cent. An excerpt of the affidavit read:
The investigation has uncovered a conspiracy involving McGriff and others to murder a rap artist who has released songs containing lyrics regarding McGriff's criminal activities. The rap artist was shot in 2000, survived and thereafter refused to cooperate with law enforcement regarding the shooting. Messages transmitted over the Murder Inc. pager indicate that McGriff is involved in an ongoing plot to kill this rap artist, and that he communicates with Murder Inc. employees concerning the target.[31]

Before releasing The Massacre, 50 Cent recorded a song, "Piggy Bank", which was leaked before the album's release. The song takes aim at rappers including Fat Joe, Nas, and Jadakiss.[80] Fat Joe responded with a song, "My Fo, Fo", accusing 50 Cent of taking steroids, hiding in his home, and being jealous of The Game. Jadakiss also responded with a song, "Checkmate", and said that 50 Cent was trying to "create a buzz for his new album".[81] The "Piggy Bank" music video portrays animated caricatures of Jadakiss (as a Ninja turtle), Fat Joe (as an overweight boxer who receives a knockout), Nas (as a kid chasing a "milkshake" truck in a Superman costume), and The Game (as Mr. Potato Head).[82]

50 Cent spoke negatively about Bad Boy Entertainment mogul Sean Combs and recorded a song, "Hip-Hop", revealing the reasons behind his negative feelings: primarily, a contract dispute over Mase. In the song, he implied that Diddy knew about The Notorious B.I.G.'s murder and threatened to expose him through former associates.[83] The feud was resolved, with both rappers appearing on MTV's TRL and Sucker Free, respectively, stating that there were no longer problems.[84]

On February 1, 2007, Cam'ron and 50 Cent had a live argument on The Angie Martinez Show on Hot 97 radio. 50 Cent commented that Koch Entertainment was a "graveyard", meaning major record labels would not work with their artists.[85] Cam'ron then ridiculed the record sales of G-Unit members

stating that Jim Jones outsold their albums despite being signed to an independent label and that his group, The Diplomats, had a distribution deal from several labels.[85] Both rappers released "diss" songs with videos on YouTube. 50 Cent suggested in "Funeral Music" that Cam'ron is no longer able to lead The Diplomats and that Jim Jones should take his place. Cam'ron responded with "Curtis" and "Curtis Pt. II", in which he makes fun of 50 Cent's appearance, calling him "a gorilla, with rabbit teeth".[86] 50 Cent responded by releasing "Hold On" with Young Buck.[87]

In early 2005, 50 Cent began a feud with The Game, whom he was close to before releasing his debut album The Documentary. After its release, 50 Cent felt The Game was disloyal for saying he did not want to participate in G-Unit's feuds with other rappers and even wanting to work with artists they were feuding with. Too Much TV Raises Risk of Diabetes, Heart Disease and Death

TUESDAY, June 14 (HealthDay News) -- Couch potatoes beware: All those hours in front of the TV may be making you sick, or even killing you.

Watching television for two to three hours or more per day is linked to significantly higher risks of developing diabetes and heart disease and dying from all causes, according to a new analysis from the Harvard School of Public Health.

Noting that Americans watch an average of about five hours of TV per day -- the most common daily activity aside from working and sleeping -- researchers analyzed data from eight studies done between 1970 and 2011 on the association between TV viewing and incidence of type 2 diabetes, fatal or nonfatal cardiovascular disease and all-cause mortality.

Two hours of daily television watching was tied to a 20 percent greater risk for diabetes, a 15 percent higher chance of cardiovascular disease and a 13 percent elevated risk for all-cause deaths, according to the new Harvard meta-analysis, a type of research that pools data from different studies on an issue and analyzes them to look for statistical trends.

The findings are published June 15 in the Journal of the American Medical Association.

"The results really are not surprising at all. We already know that people who watch a lot of TV are more likely to eat an unhealthy diet and be obese," said senior study author Dr. Frank B. Hu, a professor of nutrition and epidemiology. "The message is actually quite simple . . . those who watch a lot of TV should cut back on TV watching and do more of something else."

Americans are hardly extraordinary in being glued to the tube. Hu pointed out that many people around the world structure their days in a similar fashion, with Europeans and Australians respectively spending an average of 40 percent and 50 percent of their daily free time watching television.

Prior research has established the negative health effects of TV viewing, including associations with less physical activity and unhealthy eating, such as higher consumption of fried foods, processed meat and sugar-sweetened beverages and lower intake of fruits and vegetables. Cancer incidence has not typically been studied in relation to TV watching, Hu said.

"There's no question this paper draws attention to the number of studies now that all seem to show the same thing," said Dr. Martin Abrahamson, chief medical officer of the Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston. "There are always limitations to these meta-analyses, but I think they're telling us a message we need to take heed of."

Based on disease incidence in the United States, Hu and his colleague, Anders Grontved, estimated that each two-hour increment of TV watching each day was linked to an absolute risk of 176 new cases of type 2 diabetes, 38 new cases of fatal cardiovascular disease and 104 new cases of all-cause mortality among 100,000 people per year.

Abrahamson and Hu agreed that the particularly ominous influence that TV has on diabetes incidence is due largely to its link to obesity, one of the biggest contributors to diabetes.

They also said that those who spend several hours per day exercising may be able to offset the negative health effects of prolonged TV watching, but that few tend to split their time equally between the two disparate activities.

"Certainly any physical activity would be beneficial regardless of the amount of TV you watch," Hu said. "But the reality is that people spend almost five hours a day watching TV. How much exercise do they do? There is a huge imbalance."

Embattled Rep. Anthony Weiner reportedly has told friends he will resign from Congress, amid growing pressure from top Democrats after he admitted to having sexually charged relationships with women on Facebook and Twitter.
The New York Times and CNN are reporting the news, citing unnamed sources. The report also has been confirmed by the Associated Press.
It is possible that Weiner, a New York Democrat first elected in 1998, will speak publicly later this morning.
The New York lawmaker, once touted as a leading candidate for New York City mayor, has admitted sending lewd photos of himself and lying about it for several days. The online sex scandal has rocked the U.S. House for the past three weeks, distracting Democrats who had been trying to bring attention to GOP plans to revamp Medicare ahead of next year's elections.
CNN says Weiner called Rep. Steve Israel, chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, of his plans last night.
House Democratic leaders were planning to meet today to discuss Weiner's fate and possibly oust him from his post on the powerful Energy and Commerce Committee if he continued to rebuff the calls to step down.
The House earlier this week granted Weiner a two-week leave of absence, after he said this weekend that he'll enter a treatment facility. The House ethics committee has also begin a preliminary inquiry into Weiner's actions.
Weiner decided to go into treatment after House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, national party chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz and campaign chairman Steve Israel called on him to resign. President Obama also has said Weiner should step aside, saying the congressman has "embarrassed" himself.
Weiner reportedly told friends he was waiting for his wife, Huma Abedin, to return from an overseas work trip before deciding his next step. Abedin, an aide to Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, returned early Wednesday.

Why Miami Lost to Dallas

Many questioned what happened to the Miami Heat and how did they loose to the Dallas Mavericks! The basketball world was some what shocked that the best defensive team of the East lost to the best offensive team of the West! I guess it took a couple of days for it to sink in what really happen, but this is how I saw it. The Heat wore themselves down and the Mavericks 3 point shooting won!

The truth is the Heats constrictive defense that demolished the the Bulls and the Celtics, rattle the Mavericks for 2 or 3 games, but that was not enough for an offensive juggernaut. The Mavericks did not hang their hat on defense, but they could hold there own with the best of them! Although when you look at the Mavericks team, anyone could see that they were a seasoned with a lot of fire power...

When you look at the first three games of the series, it was a defensive battle, with an occasional burst of offense... Three games in the low 90's showed that Heat defense was invincible. Even when the Mavericks stole game 2! Then the Heat stole game 3 back and I knew this was going to be a good series. Although something happened in game 4 that turn the whole series around, the Heat's fatigue begin to show and the defense was not the same and it opened up the 3 pointing shots for the Mavericks.

The Heat could not not find their second wind... Now that once crushing defensive was against the rope to an exceptional offense! The three point shooting from Kidd, Terry, Barea and Marian was to much.

The reason that the Heat lost to the Mavericks is a good offense beat a good defense!

Dr. Dre Settles Lawsuit Over trademark infringement

LOS ANGELES — Dr. Dre won’t be behind the microphone at a federal courthouse after all – the rapper settled a lawsuit over damages from unauthorized online sales of his album “The Chronic” a day before trial.

Attorneys for the rap superstar, whose real name is Andre Young, filed a notice of settlement in a Los Angeles federal court late Monday afternoon. He had been expected to testify during the weeklong trial, which would have decided whether Young was entitled to 100 percent of the profits from online sales of the rap album, which also helped launch the career of Snoop Dogg.

No details of the settlement, which is not yet finalized, were filed with the court.

In April a judge ruled that WIDEawake Death Row Records didn’t have the proper permission to sell Young’s music online or repackage it on new CD releases. The label purchased the holdings of original Death Row Records, which launched the careers of several rappers, out of bankruptcy.

He sued WIDEawake Death Row in 2010 for breach of contract, trademark infringement and misappropriation of his likeness.

Young was a co-founder of the label, but negotiated a deal to leave the company that required Death Row to obtain his permission before selling his music digitally. On Monday, “The Chronic” was no longer available for download on Apple’s popular music service iTunes.

There was no immediate comment from attorneys for either Young or WIDEawake Death Row.

Sometimes being the best is not good enough

After watching the Miami Heat win game one against the Dallas Mavericks 92-84. The hype about one team being better than the other is just that... Lets face it, their can only be one champion and no matter how close the margin, someone is going to loose and someone is going to win... If you look back at sports over the past 30 years, you would see exactly what I am talking about.

When they induct you into the Hall Of Fame do they ask if you were a winner, or a looser? The truth is, they ask the same question about each player every time, did he impact the game, and if the answer is yes, then you are inducted in! Even, if you did 'nt win a Championship!

I can never forget 4 consecutive years in a row that I watch the Buffalo Bills go to the Super Bowl and loose 1 Super Bowl games because the kicker missed a field goal. They were the best in their conference but regardless of how good they were they could not win a Super Bowl. That Buffalo Bills will always be great, but not in the way that the teams that beat them were, they won the Super Bowl!

Then came the Utah Jazz and the New Jersey Nets, both teams played consecutive years in the NBA Finals but could not win the title! Several members from both teams will automatically be inducted in to the Hall Of Fame because of the stamp that they left on the game. They were winners but they lost the ultimate prize, the Championship! They were compensated for their efforts, but lets look at it from this prospective do you think that if they would have won, that they would have been more deserving of the prizes that they received?

Unfortunately being the best is not good enough, being the greatest is what makes a Champion a Winner on any level of sports! Michael Jordan is the greatest to ever play the game, but Karl Malone scored over 30,000 point making him the second leading scorer of all time behind Kareem Abdul-Jabbar... Why isn't Malone mention as being great? If he would have won a Championship, would he have been great then?

Maria Shriver is calling it quits

The latest news blast is that Maria Shriver has been miserable in her marriage for years and she decided to file for divorce when she heard the news of Arnold Schwarzenegger's love child who is 14.

The first question that always comes to mind is why would he cheat on her??? I mean she rich, a great lady and a wonderful mother and loyal wife. Okay all those qualities make a good wife resume, but a woman who refuse to suck this or lick that might be asking for trouble!

Arnold cheated 2 decades ago, and that is the straw that broke the camels back. Sometimes everything that glitters is not gold. The smiles of love may have once been but the smiles for the camera are what they are!

I am curious to see what will happen when the dust clears, believe me there is more to this story that meets the eye.

Do smart women let beautiful woman clean their home and think everything is okay. To take it a step farther they were both pregnant at the same time and this was all surprise to her???

Maybe Arnold cheating with the maid was more than she could handle right?

Blood Clots/Stroke - They Now Have a Fourth Indicator, the Tongue

During a BBQ, a woman stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that she was fine (they offered to call paramedics) ..she said she had just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes.

They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food. While she appeared a bit shaken up, Jane went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening

Jane's husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital -
(at 6:00 pm Jane passed away.) She had suffered a stroke at the BBQ. Had they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps Jane would be with us today. Some don't die. They end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead.

A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke....totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough.

Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke..

Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions:

S Ask the individual to SMILE.

T Ask the person to TALK and SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently)

(i.e. It is sunny out today.)

R *Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS.

If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call emergency number immediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.

NOTE: Another 'sign' of a stroke is this: Ask the person to 'stick' out his tongue.. If the tongue is 'crooked', if it goes to one side or the other, that is also an indication of a stroke. CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY!

Man Escapes Prison to Avenge His Mother Being Shot police-say-mass-man-escapes-prison-avenge-mother-shot

A convict in Springfield, Mass., who escaped from prison and allegedly went on a shooting rampage Saturday, killing one and wounding two police officers, apparently escaped to avenge the recent shooting of his mother, MyFoxBoston.com reported.

Tamik Kirkland, who is accused of taking part in at least three shootings, escaped the MCI Shirley, a minimum-security state prison about 50 miles from Boston, by stuffing a dummy in his bed during the head count on Monday.

Kirkland, who stood eligible for parole next February. Police are investigating how the victims in the shooting Saturday may be connected to the shooting of Kirkland's mother.

Kirkland, described as a gang member, served jail time in 2003 on charges of intent to distribute cocaine and carrying firearms.

Some lawmakers criticized how Kirkland was in a minimal security prison.

“That’s absolutely ludicrous,” Assistant House Minority Whip Elizabeth A. Poirier (R-North Attleboro) said, according to the Boston Herald. “He should be in a more maximum, secure situation. He shouldn’t be under minimum sec- urity. Why do we do this?’’

Two plainclothes police officers responded to a duplex where a running car had been backed into the driveway. They called for more officers and a nearby state trooper arrived.

As police approached, a man dived into the trunk of the car. Police blocked the car and took the driver, an unidentified woman, into custody. When they opened the trunk, Kirkland popped out and opened fire on the officers, police said.

The state trooper and one of the local officers were each shot once in the chest before they returned fire, police said. Kirkland was shot several times and is in serious condition at Baystate Medical Center, police say.

The officers were wearing bullet-proof vests and were not seriously injured.

Police said the shootings occurred so quickly they did not realize until later that a 6-month-old girl was in the back seat of the car. She was not harmed.

State Police said Kirkland had forced his way into the woman's home as he fled the barbershop. He was serving 2 1/2 to 4 years and was being held in the lowest-security section of the medium-security prison.

He was charged Saturday night with murder, armed assault with intent to murder, armed home invasion, assault with a dangerous weapon and illegal possession of a firearm.

State police identified the man fatally shot as 24-year-old Sheldon R. Innocent of Wilbraham.

The other victim, a 48-year-old barber whose name was not released, was in critical condition.

Through all the issues which he had no control, he has managed to gradually start to shape things up in the United States. Donald Trump made a political blunder when he challenged the President citizenship. The only problem with Trumps display of confidence to look like a hero, instead became a issue when he looks like a fool, when the President produced his birth certificate!

Now the President was able to do something that the Bush Administration could not do... Kill Osama Bin Laden.

Obama is not a man that rants and raves about what he is going to do, but a man that lays out his plan and puts it into action. At one point the conservative believe that President Obama was a fool. Although as we look at the big picture everything is starting to happen exactly as he spoke it into existence.

Tanya McDowell arrested for wanting her child to get a good education

Education can be expensive, but for Tanya McDowell, ensuring her son receives a good education could cost her her freedom.

The Connecticut woman has been charged with larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny for allegedly stealing $15,686 from Norwalk Public Schools for enrolling her son in an elementary school even though she didn’t have a permanent address in the city. If convicted, she could face up to 20 years in prison.

Tanya McDowell, 33, was arraigned in Norwalk, where she was arrested April 14 on felony charges of committing and attempting to commit first-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $25,000 bond.

Prosecutors say McDowell used her baby sitter’s address to enroll her son in Norwalk schools in the fall but should have registered the boy in nearby Bridgeport, a significantly poorer urban district and the location of her last permanent address.

McDowell told police she was living in her van and sleeping at a Norwalk shelter, or staying at a friend’s Bridgeport apartment when she enrolled her son in Norwalk last September.

I find it interesting that this law-abiding mother, who simply wanted a better life for her son, finds herself forced to go through life with a arrest over her head, having the nightmare of trying to do the right thing for your children makes you wonder!

He revived gossip about Obama’s citizenship – which, had it been true, would have made him ineligible for the White House.

Obama has already had to produce a “certificate of live birth” – the standard official document – when he was first challenged during the election campaign in 2008.

But hardcore Republicans always claimed it was fake and the flames were fanned by Trump.

So Obama, 49, finally instructed his lawyers to obtain the original, long-form birth certificate from a health department vault in Hawaii.

Yesterday aides posted it on the internet and sent copies to the media. A clearly irritated Obama added: “We do not have time for this kind of silliness, we’ve got better stuff to do.”

He said he was puzzled by how the issue had been kept going for more than two years.

Doubters had formed a groundswell of opinion known as the “Birther” movement. Some claimed the original certificate could show that Obama was not born in the US and that he was a Muslim.

The birth certificate revealed yesterday for the first time stated clearly that Barack Hussein Obama was born on August 4 1961 at a maternity hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii, at 7.24pm, to his white mother from Kansas and his namesake black father from Kenya.

There was no mention of religion, but Obama has repeatedly insisted he is Christian. Asked for his response yesterday property tycoon Mr Trump said: “I would like to see it, I hope it’s true, I hope it checks out beautifully.”

So now that these fools that live on idiot street have egg on their face, I wonder what their claim will be now???

Never judge someone.....

I looked to the front of the line to see what the hold up was and saw A well dressed, young woman, trying to get the machine To accept her credit card. No matter how many times She swiped it, the machine kept rejecting it.

'It's one of them welfare card things. people
Need to get a job like everyone else,' said the man
Standing behind me.

The young woman turned around to See who had made the comment.

It was me,' he said, pointing to himself.

The young lady's face began to change expression.
Almost in tears, she dropped the welfare card onto the
Counter and quickly walked out of the store. Everyone
In the checkout line watched as she began running to
Her car. Never looking back, she got in and drove way.

After developing cancer in 1977 and having had to use

Here is a wonderful explanation!

A daughter is telling her Mother how everything is going wrong, she's failing algebra, her boyfriend broke up with her and her best friend is moving away. Meanwhile, her Mother is baking a cake and asks her daughter if she would like a snack, and the daughter says, 'Absolutely Mom, I love your cake.' 'Here, have some cooking oil,' her Mother offers. 'Yuck' says her daughter.. 'How about a couple raw eggs?' 'Gross, Mom!' 'Would you like some flour then? Or maybe baking soda?' 'Mom, those are all yucky!' To which the mother replies:

'Yes, all those things seem bad all by themselves. But when they are put together in the right way, they make a wonderfully delicious cake! God works the same way. Many times we wonder why He would let us go through such bad and difficult times. But God knows that when He puts these things all in His order, they always work for good! We just have to trust Him and, eventually, they will all make something wonderful! God is crazy about you.

He sends you flowers every spring and a sunrise every morning.

Whenever you want to talk, He'll listen. He can live anywhere in the universe,

Poem to MOM

My son came home from school one day,
With a smirk upon his face.
He decided he was smart enough,
To put me in my place.

'Guess what I learned in Civics Two,
that's taught by Mr. Wright?
It's all about the laws today,
The 'Children's Bill of Rights.'

It says I need not clean my room,
Don't have to cut my hair
No one can tell me what to think,
Or speak, or what to wear.

I have freedom from religion,
And regardless what you say,
I don't have to bow my head,
And I sure don't have to pray.

I can wear earrings if I want,
And pierce my tongue & nose.
I can read & watch just what I like,
Get tattoos from head to toe.

And if you ever spank me,
I'll charge you with a crime.
I'll back up all my charges,
With the marks on my behind.

Don't you ever touch me,
My body's only for my use,
Not for your hugs and kisses,
that's just more child abuse.

Don't preach about your morals,
Like your Mama did to you.
That's nothing more than mind control,
And it's illegal too!

Mom , I have these children's rights,
So you can't influence me,
Or I'll call Children's Services Division,
Better known as C.S.D.'

Mom 's Reply and Thoughts

Of course my first instinct was
To toss him out the door.
But the chance to teach him a lesson
Made me think a little more.

I mulled it over carefully,
I couldn't let this go.
A smile crept upon my face,
he's messing with a pro.

Next day I took him shopping
At the local Goodwill Store.
I told him, 'Pick out all you want,
there's shirts & pants galore.

I've called and checked with C.S.D ..
Who said they didn't care
If I bought you K-Mart shoes
Instead of those Nike Airs.

I've canceled that appointment
To take your driver's test.
The C..S.D. Is unconcerned
So I'll decide what's best. '

I said 'No time to stop and eat,
Or pick up stuff to munch.
And tomorrow you can start to learn
To make your own sack lunch.

Just save the raging appetite,
And wait till dinner time.
We're having liver and onions,
A favorite dish of mine.'

He asked 'Can I please rent a movie,
To watch on my VCR?'
'Sorry, but I sold your TV,
For new tires on my car.
I also rented out your room,
You'll take the couch instead.

Just a roof over your head.

Black people can be loyal as hell or fickle

As a self employed black man I encourage business with black business. The point that I hate is that black people can be loyal as hell or fickle! Their ideal of loyalty is that they will hang with you to the end...Then comes the fickle person, he is the person who is with you for what ever he can get, then he is out...

Hey, don't call me a a hypocrite, but with out fail if you deal with 5 black folks, 2 of them have figured out a way to try and get over ...

Trust is the main reason that black people don't band together! Black people have a crab mentality that if you get to far ahead they want to pull you back down. The truth is that the world could not function with out the off the cuff thinking of the black men and women of the world.

Trust is earned with sweat equity remember that everything that glitters is not gold... Doing business is like a relationship you have to know who you are dealing with to make it to the next level!

I believe that with any person that you do business with, you have to go in with an open mind... When we learn to ban together and create a united force of unity then there is nothing we can not do!

The 'birther' bill - can not be retroactive

The birther bill, is the new attempt to get President Obama to show his Birth Certificate. The conservative ideal is to make him show it!! This started 3 year ago when Phillip Berg started this frivolous attack on President Obama for not being a citizen of the United States. Although Berg is an Attorney every claim he has filed has been thrown out of Court, claiming no merit!

Now Donald Trump is making the same claim, except he wants law makers to pass a new birther bill to make the President show that he is a Citizen of the United States. I keep hearing Trump and many others keep singing the same song, they only want to see the presidents birth certificate.

Unfortunately the Birther Bill, will not help them to see the president birth certificate... The bright individuals who came up with this law, can not make it retroactive. There is a law called the Grand Father Clause which basically says that any law passed today does not become retroactive. That simply mean that if you were going to pass the law with the attempt to see the birth certificate it will not work!!!

So this conspiracy theory for Obama 50 years ago to make him the first black president by hiding his true birth place, is deep! Will someone tell me, were black people still getting lynched in the 60's? Go figure...

America – he’s your president for goodness sake!

There was a time not so long ago when Americans, regardless of their political stripes, rallied round their president. Once elected, the man who won the White House was no longer viewed as a republican or democrat, but the President of the United States. The oath of office was taken, the wagons were circled around the country’s borders and it was America versus the rest of the world with the president of all the people at the helm.

Suddenly President Barack Obama, with the potential to become an exceptional president has become the glaring exception to that unwritten, patriotic rule.

Four days before President Obama’s inauguration, before he officially took charge of the American government, Rush Limbaugh boasted publicly that he hoped the president would fail. Of course, when the president fails the country flounders. Wishing harm upon your country in order to further your own narrow political views is selfish, sinister and a tad treasonous as well.

Subsequently during his State of the Union address which is pretty much a pep rally for America, an unknown congressman from South Carolina, later identified as Joe Wilson, stopped the show when he called the President of the United States a liar. The president showed great restraint in ignoring this unprecedented insult and carried on with his speech. Speaker Nancy Pelosi was so stunned by the slur she forgot to jump to her feet while clapping wildly, thirty or forty times after that.

Last spring President Obama took his wife Michelle to see a play in New York City and republicans attacked him over the cost of security for the excursion. The president can’t take his wife out to dinner and a show without being scrutinized by the political opposition? As history has proven, a president in a theatre without adequate security is a tragically bad idea.

Remember: “Apart from that Mrs. Lincoln, how did you enjoy the play?”

At some point the treatment of President Obama went from offensive to ugly and then to downright dangerous.

The health care debate which looked more like extreme fighting in a mud pit than a national dialogue revealed a very vulgar side of America. President Obama’s face appeared on protest signs white-faced and blood-mouthed in a satanic clown image. In other tasteless portrayals, people who disagreed with his position distorted his face to look like Hitler complete with mustache and swastika.

Odd, that burning the flag makes Americans crazy, but depicting the president as a clown and a maniacal fascist is accepted as part of the new rude America.

Maligning the image of the leader of the free world is one thing, putting the president’s life in peril is quite another. More than once men with guns were videotaped at the health care rallies where the president spoke. Again, history shows that letting men with guns get within range of a president has not served America well in the past.

And still the “birthers’ are out there claiming Barak Obama was not born in the United States, although public documentation proves otherwise. Hawaii is definitely part of the United States, but the Panama Canal Zone where his electoral opponent Senator John McCain was born? Nobody’s really sure.

Last month a 44-year-old woman in Buffalo was quite taken by President Obama when she met him in a chicken wing restaurant called Duff’s. Did she way something about a pleasure and an honor to meet the man or utter encouraging words for the difficult hob he is doing? No. Quote: “You’re a hottie with a smokin’ little body.”

Lady, that was the President of the United States you were addressing, not one of the Jonas Brothers! He’s your president for goodness sakes not the guy driving the zamboni at “Monster Trucks On Ice.” What’s next, “Take Your President To A Topless Bar Day.”

In President Barack Obama, Americans have a charismatic leader with a good and honest heart. Unlike his predecessor, he’s a very intelligent leader. And unlike that president’s predecessor he’s a highly moral man.

In President Obama, Americans have the real deal, the whole package and a leader that citizens of almost every country around the world look to with great envy. Given the opportunity, Canadians would trade our leader, hell, most of our leaders for Obama in a heartbeat.

What America has in Obama is a head of state with vitality and insight and youth. Think about it, Barack Obama is a young Nelson Mandela. Mandela was the face of change and charity for all of Africa but he was too old to make it happen. The great things Obama might do for America and the world could go on for decades after he’s out of office.

America, you know not what you have.

The man is being challenged unfairly, characterized with vulgarity and treated with the kind of deep disrespect to which no previous president was subjected. It’s like the day after electing the first black man to be president, thereby electrifying the world with hope and joy, Americans sobered up and decided the bad old days were better.

President Obama may fail but it will not be a Richard Nixon default fraught with larceny and lies. President Obama given a fair chance will surely succeed but his triumph will never come with a Bill Clinton caveat – “if only he’d got control of that zipper.”

Please. Give the man a fair, fighting chance. This incivility toward the leader who won over Americans and gave hope to billions of people around the world that their lives could be enhanced by his example, just naturally has to stop.

Believe me, when Americans drive by the White House and see a sign on the lawn that reads: “No shirt. No shoes. No service,” they’ll realize this new national rudeness has gone way, way too far.

Obama birth certificate, why don't he show it???

Obama birth certificate, why won't he show it??? Why does he need to show it now? I am sure he showed it when he went to college, got his first drivers license, and got his pass port. Several claim that they "just want to see it"... I am tired of a select few who are taking advantage of peoples ignorance for profit. Phillip Berg is the biggest sham I have ever seen. He saw an opportunity to challenging Obama citizenship, and he has been riding this horse for 2 years and refuses to give in no matter how many times the courts throw out his frivolously claim!

Now these lets forget the fact that Berg is an attorney who still is practicing law. He believe that he can yell from the roof tops that Obama is not a citizen, and wala, poof, it is so! "Mean while back at the ranch" There are 2 points that need to be made.

Now here is another thing that a legal scholar such as Berg never consider when he decided to make his citizenship claim, that you need proof of identity, proof of citizenship (birth certificate), a social security number to get a drivers license, pass port or to enroll in grade school, high school and college.
That Obama is an automatic citizen of the United States if:

At least one parent is a citizen.
The person was born on the country's territory.
The person marries a person holding the citizenship.
The person was adopted from another country as a minor and at least one adoptive parent is a citizen

Sometimes it is better to keep your mouth shut and let people guess you are a fool than to open your mouth and prove it!

My prediction is that Jacob Lusk is the Next American Idol...

American Idol has a different Buzz to it this year, his name is Jacob Lusk... This Maestro of the mike is taking
singing to a different level. He is one of a few artist to make me look forward to each week to see what is he going to sing next.

Jacob interpretation of the music leaves me with no doubt that he is the one to beat. God Bless the Child left me saying wow, then I heard Your All I need and I was thinking he is good!

Hey who am I kidding, there are a couple who are worth mentioning, but lets keep it real... Its like watching Michael Jordan play Charles Barkley; Barkley is good but he never could pass Michael!

No matter how I look at it, Jacob Lusk is the real deal. I am going to go out on a limb this year and say that I know that Jacob Lusk will be the next American Idol... If you don't believe me listen to him hear and tell me what you think then. Listen to Jacob Lusk hear.

The Secret Millionaire, ideal is paying it forward

The Secret Millionaire is "paying it forward". The term is used to describe the concept of giving, with no expectations. The overall goal is that the gift you gave creates a (action) that creates a (reaction) from the person that receive the gift to want to give as well. The ideal of paying it forward merely applies the concept that you give a stranger a gift, and the person that received the gift

instead of paying back the debt, he pays it forward by giving the gift to someone he choose and that person should repeat the cycle!

The Secret Millionaire is paying it forward in a different way, you see the show kind of skips the cycle, because the millionaire finds people that have already been giving or (paying in) and they jump in the cycle and (give a monetary gift) and pay it forward!

In 2008 when I first watched the Secret Millionaire, I loved the show and the concept. Unfortunately when it was cancelled, I figured that many people just did not get show…

Now 2011 ABC bring back the Secret Millionaire. The show did not lose anything when it transferred from FOX to ABC except it probably gained a few more fans. One thing that always stands out is that the Secret Millionaire finds people that have dedicated their lives to helping others and blessed them.

The motivational speaker James Malinchak was the latest millionaire to appear on SM. Through all the shows that I have seen, James by far paid it forward on a different level!!! The light that was shined on Gary, Indiana, showed that it was a depressed town with a high crime rate… Coach Tony and his wife had dedicated themselves to their basketball program to help young girls. The other family that they showed story were all dedicated to the same cause, and that was helping someone!

James broke the mold when he paid it forward; he gave Tony and his wife $50,000 dollars to help with their sport program. As I watched James fight back the tears I found myself fighting back tears as well! Then James called Tony a friend and gave him an additional $25,000 dollars for himself.
