Times' Book Fair

Assalammualaikum & Hye ya all :)

The main reason keluar hari ahad haritu adalah nak beli flats (next sem nak pratikum tapi takde kasut langsung nak pakai. haih) & jeans. Our first venue is One Jaya. This is my favourite spot to shop sebab baju-baju sangat lawa. When I'm no longer in Penang, One Jaya is gonna be my next Queensbay. Nak shopping baju je kat sini :p Jumpa flats yang berkenan tapi a bit pricey for me yang hampir kering di hujung tahun. Kalau elaun dah masuk takpe la jugak. teehee. I have to wait next sem till elaun masuk. huhu. Next destination is MJC Batu Kawa sebab nak pergi Green FOS. Dah lama sangat tak pergi situ. Jumpa jugak jeans yang berkenan di hati tapi terpaksa dilupakan sebab harga yang melebihi budget :p

& the next destination is The Hills. This part is actually the main thing I want to blog about ;) We have no at all what is happening there since this is my first time there for this semester break. hehe. selalunya pergi sana sebab nak makan sushi king & carik buku kat Times. masuk-masuk je terus nampak buku. banyak sangat buku! rupa-rupanya Times tengah buat book fair. buku yanga harga RM3 & RM5 pun ada! :O discount apa tah lagi, 70%, 50% etc..

Lenguh kepala sebab tunduk cari buku. Nak tengok2 orang pun tak sempat sebab asyik tunduk je. hehe

Jum2 orang Kuching beli buku. membazir jak buku ya mun sik dibeli :p tapi sik taukla book fair tok sampe bila. sik merati bena2 banner ya ria. my bad.

Hasil tangkapan haritu is buku yang berharga RM3 & RM5 tapi we just need to pay RM6! Murah kan? well not mine actually. buku orang. hasil tangkapan saya sendiri is baju di Button Up :D main agenda nak beli flats & jeans tapi last2 beli baju jugak. ish3 :p

ps: oh terperasan restaurant/cafe yang comel kat The Hills, Fullhouse. this cute cafe ada branch kat KL tapi takde kat Penang lagi. so bila jumpa kat The Hills aritu rasa teruja sikit. haha. next time nak try lah! :p

Assalammualaikum & Hello :)

Sorang-sorang kat rumah makes me malas sangat nak masak especially lauk pauk segala. Tapi kalau tak masak, lapar la pulak. hehe. Dahla I eat like a monster (exaggerate) haha. Earlier today, I just realized ada lebihan spageti (I mean raw spageti. hee) so tanpa melengahkan masa, I google-ed for the recipes & I finally terjumpa recipe spageti hailam. macam menarik. so I've decided to give a try :) dah lapar sangat & takde pilihan so kena masak jugak la. hehe

The funny part is I forgot how mee hailam tastes :p kalau makan kat kedai pun tak pernah order mee hailam because I'm not into noodle. asyik order nasik je :p Pernah rasa sikit2 bila adik or my friend order. I'm not sure sangat rasa this noodle so tadi bila masak main ikut rasa lidah sendiri je ;)

hahahaha. bising je kan? pencuci muka dah habis pun sibuk nak post kat blog. teeheee ;p tapi betul, seriously i need your help. kalau takleh nak tolong pun takpe, dengar je saya merapu (kalau faham la haha)

this goes especially to Sarawakian yang tinggal rah Serian, Kuching or kawasan yang sewaktu dengannya. Hari ya dah try carik pencuci muka St. Ives kat Guardian tapi sikda. scrubs jak banyak. nang sedeh la. huhu. so you guys are my last resort. neytauk one of you pun pake pencuci muka yang sama & tauk cne tempat mok beli benda tok. mun sikda orang tauk or sik jumpa apala pake kmk tok cuci muka. dahla muka nang sik rata (jaik ati sik baca? haha)

Our Chocolate Chips Cookies

Assalammualaikum & Hello :)

Last week I've made myself chocolate chips cookies! Since semua ingredient ada kat rumah, so I've decided to bake cookies together with my sisters. Fyi, this is our first attempt to bake cookies & it turned out well & yummeh! :p & habis dalam masa yang singkat sambil tengok Running Man :D

Since the cookies sangat sedap & easy to bake, here I share you guys the recipe. credit to Periuk Belanga Zarin for the delicious recipe.

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons hot water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts (saya tak letak. my sisters tak nak. hee)
I added 2 teaspoons of golden syrup (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Dissolve baking soda in hot water.
Add to batter along with salt. Stir in flour, chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.
Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.

Our ugly but yummy cookies :p

ps: our grandma loves our cookies so much! dia tak percaya kitorang buat sendiri. hoho (bangga diri sekejap. haha)

Assalammualaikum & Hello!

Sudah 4 hari di rumah & I finally have an urge to update the blog :) Remember this entry where I've told you that I really wanted to visit Logos Hope The Floating Library or Bookstore (or anything you people want to called it)? Yes, I dream came true :p akhirnya berjaya menjejakkan kaki masuk ke dalam kapal. yeay! :D

It was a loooooong que before we managed to get inside the ship! lama tau nak kena berdiri dalam barisan untuk masuk ke dalam kapal. the ship crew are very nice & warm (there's a good looking mat salleh tolong jagakan kawal parking. ada iras-iras Robert Pattison youu. haha) Ingatkan nak beli buku but end up i bought a book in Popular! hehehe

There's no picture taken because I forgot to bring my camera along with me. Camera handphone ade tapi malu la nak ambik gambar :') orang ramai sangat you know! :p

Malamnya pulak ada dinner bersama family. My lil brother nak belanja for his first and last salary bekerja before he's going to futher his study this December. Baik kan adik saya? teeheee

While orang kat rumah menjamu selera dengan laksa sarawak, rendang, kelupis & kek cheese, kak Tina & I menjamu selera di nasi kandar pelita T.T

But dont worry, our raya starts at night. since kedai makan melayu semua tutup, we decided to try something fancy for our dinner. ngee~

This is what we got for raya eve, Subwaayy!

Subway is now in a list of my favourite fast food :> Mine is Roast Chicken & cookies for my submeal. Meanwhile Kak Tina's is Tuna, her favourite la macam biasa :)

Malam ni pulak, we decided to try PappaRich. Our first time here & it actually remind us of Kopitiam, Changlun. tapi kat sini lagi fancy & cantik la. hehe

My second raya haji away from home. Last time beraya kat rumah Efa. Masa tu baru nak start exam tib-tiba exam diumumkan postponed pulak sebab banjir. hehe. This time around, sambut in the middle of exam week. tak pegi mana-mana pun. sambut raya kat bilik hostel. sedeh kan? but I dont mind at all. Raya Haji memang tak sambut sangat pun. Plus, this raya haji may be my last raya as a student kat maktab ni. Cherish the moment jaklah. betol sik? hee. still sedeh a little bit la sebab orang kat rumah prepare some laksa sarawak & rendang for their raya dishes. mok makan laksa :( nevermind lah nanan, next saturday bila sampai Kuching, nak ajak diorang breakfast laksa kat Satok. mesti. wajib. :)

Since I only have 2 more weeks before I fly to home (flying dengan airasia di pagi2 buta :p) I've made a lot of plans on what to do for my one months & a half holidayyy :D

Benda pertama nak buat ofcourse la nak pergi peluk, cium & picit the twins. rinduuuu~ :)

Benda kedua pulak nak buat cheese tart :) since I dah addicted cheese tart yang dekat King's so why dont I try baking it myself kan? teeheee

Lepas tu nak try buat pavlova pulak. My twin dah buat haritu and dia kata sedaaaapp sangat. so nampaknya balik ni memang kena buat. hoho You can check yang dia dah buat kat sini. tempting sangatt! ;p

Next one is The Logos Hope! This floating bookstore dah sampai Kuching till 15 Nov. Hari tu kapal tu baru je berlabuh kat Penang tapi tak sempat nak pergi :( Jadi ingat nak try pergi la yang kat Kuching nanti, InsyaAllah..

Respect her.

No girl deserves to be treated badly or treated like she’s nothing ever. Every girl, no matter who they are should be respected and treated like a human, not like an object. If you love her then you should respect her and treat her like a princess, rather then put her down and make her feel sad. If she means something to you then why hurt her?, I mean you put all this effort into trying to get her to be your girlfriend, so why ruin all that by neglecting her or treating her badly right?, Treat her with respect and love her before another guy comes along and does the job you should of done. Cherish the heart that she trusts you to hold, take care of her and assure her that you will be there for her through the bad times and good times of the relationship rather then leave when things get rough. Put effort in the relationship and show her she means as much to you just as you mean something to her you know? So all I’m trying to say is treat her right, protect and respect her.

This year alone, two of my sistas were having their convocations at two different places. Sorang kat Putrajaya and sorang lagi kat UTP. The saddest part is, i wont able to go ANY of their convocations :( Saya sangat jauh dari semua orang & loads of assignmentssss to complete :(

Next year lagi ramai yang grad including myself! InsyaAllah, mun sikda aral melintang :)

After 4 years living in Penang, now I admit that I love Penang. teeheee. I love the places (the shopping malls especially :p) the food, the culture etc :> but dont worry Sarawakians, Sarawak still in the first place. Penang fall on 2nd place. hehehee.

Though I've been living here for 4 years, last 2weeks I finally menjejakkan kaki ke Bukit Bendera aka Penang Hill :'> thanks to bestfriends yang sudi bawak saya melancong ke sini :p It was a nice experience though. Naik train walaupun gayat. nasib baik train yang baru ni laju, kalau masih train lama yang lembap tu taktau la camne keadaan diri sendiri dalam tu. tutup mata macam naik cable car kot. heeeheehee

& then we went to Kek Lok Si Temple. That was my 2nd time there. A very good place for tourist to shop and you can easily bargain the price till 4 to 3ringgit! I'm going to bring my parents here one day. they'll sure will love this place! :D

“I don’t love you anymore.” It’s one of the worst sentences anyone can hear, especially when it comes out of the blue in the midst of what you thought was a good relationship. You don’t have screaming or horrible fights. There’s no abuse of any kind. You thought things were moving along nicely and suddenly he/she hits you with the revelation that he/she’s not that into you anymore.

They fall out of love because they are bored. One major reason why he/she falls out of love is boredom. When you’re in a long-term, committed relationship, it’s easy to start taking things for granted and slipping into a routine that is comfortable and boring.
They fall out of love because you neglected him/her. You may think that you’re doing enough to make your special someone feel appreciated and loved, but unfortunately they may be feeling differently.
They fall out of love because they met someone else.Sometimes it’s hard to pinpoint exactly what makes a them fall out of love with her partner, but in the case of The Other Man/The Other Woman, the reason is clear.
They fall out of love because you two grew apart. We all change as time goes by. Sometimes the person you got together with becomes someone you don’t recognize after. It’s possible that the reason they’re falling out of love is simply that their needs, priorities and goals are different than they were when you started the relationship.

Occasionally, relationships just end for no particular reason. The love just isn’t there anymore. This can be frustrating and confusing, since there’s no obvious cause for the two of you drifting apart. You may not be fighting constantly, but if one or both of you are not happy, you have to put in the effort to fix things — or walk away.
