這個瘦身成果如何? 看起來正常, 瘦了大概四公斤, 但是….從外觀看不太出來阿~~~(哀嚎) 而且我還得勤勞的每天去健身房報到, 踩腳踏車 跑步機 滑步機 重量訓練 瑜珈 等等 外加被教練操個半死! 所以我那時跟教練抱怨: &lt;strong&gt;怎麼只有這樣阿~ 我都這麼努力了&lt;/strong&gt;~~~&lt;br /&gt;
相比之下, &lt;strong&gt;低GI飲食法&lt;/strong&gt;在瘦身來說真的有效多了~ &lt;strong&gt;低GI/低升糖飲食法&lt;/strong&gt;瘦下來都是看的到, 主要都瘦女生的易胖部位: 腰 肚子 下半身等, 而且價錢可愛多了.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
