Couldnt punch a hole through a paper bag but he sure will try with gusto - very competitive, obsessive even, about winning geo-cache hunts. [MINDY KEEFE] Female; Caucasian; 18-21; Our victim; A brown haired, sweet faced girl with a wild child personality and a body to back it up. She was from a loving family but from the wrong side of the tracks, liked to party and date the bad boys to match and began working for an escort service to help her meet the richest ones. She was growing fond of the Manhattan lifestyle and had no problem being the mistress of many men including Vance Shepard. TV's favorite inmate is on the other side of the law now.

"Prison Break's" Wentworth Miller will guest star on the season premiere of "Law & Order: SVU," reports TV Guide magazine.

Miller will play Nate Kendal, an NYPD officer who saves a rape victim and interacts with Det. Elliot Stabler and Olivia Benson, both of whom will be back since Christopher Meloni and Mariska Hargitay just signed contracts to return for at least one more season.

So, not to offer an "Prison Break" spoilers -- if you have yet to watch the finale (and why haven't you?) -- but we're very happy to see Miller alive and well and in blue this time around.

"Law & Order: SVU" moves to Wednesdays this fall and premieres on Sept. 23 at 9 p.m. ET/PT

The wait is over. After months of negotiations, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit stars Mariska Hargitay and Chris Meloni have renewed their contracts for two more years, a spokesperson for NBC confirms to us.

The two will be back for season 11, which begins Sept. 23, but the network is not commenting on the details of their deals. Also returning next season is...

Christine Lahti, who will be guest starring for the first four episodes of the season as an assistant district attorney. Stephanie March also returns to the show as ADA Alexandra Cabot in episode five for a 10-episode arc.

Dyan in San Diego: Any word on who's coming back to Law & Order: SVU next season?
NBC just confirmed that Mariska and Chris will return. Killer CSU tech Dale Stuckey (Noel Fisher) definitely won't be back in season 11, but it isn't for a lack of trying. We caught up with Noel at the Hung premiere party, and he told us he's planning on pestering the producers into having Dale in the background when the district attorneys venture to the prison.

Lahti will appear in next season's first four episodes, after which she'll pass the rotating ADA baton back to the returning Stephanie March.

He has fallen a long way from his former job on Wall St. Mark is beyond misogynistic, with an unapologetic hatred for women. He doesnt see them as women, more as objects for his amusement, using rape and violence as ways to punish them. At first he proclaims his innocence with bravado, but when our detectives have indisputable evidence, he sings about all his many brutal crimes without remorse or shame. Jail seems too good a deal for this criminal, so when he falls to his death no one sheds too many tears. (GUEST STAR)

[RENA WEST] Female, Caucasian; Mid 20s-Mid 30s, Fragile; jittery; feisty, frightened; broken and devastated rape victim. Rena is found beaten and bloody, roaming the streets in a bedsheet. After she was beaten and raped by a "John" 10 years earlier she got her act together; went to school and turned her life around. He sees Mark as a disappointment, but even feeling that, he fears for the life of his son. (One Scene, 8-10 Lines)

[GAIL FOSTER] Female, African American; Late 20s-Mid 30s, Crack head former battered wife of our rapist Marc Foster. Jittery and glassy eyed, her many years of crack use is clearly evident in her appearance as well as her attitude and mannerisms. Possibly the worst mother in the world, she blatantly smokes crack in front of her 6 year old daughter, and neglects to wash or feed the child. Detectives hope to get help from her regarding Marc, but when they realized shell say anything for money, their hopes fade. (One Scene, 5 Lines)

Seriously, Parsons' work has been praised by too many and too loudly for it to get overlooked, so hopefully at least one member of the category's old guard will "step aside" and let the boy onto the playing field. Now, should Big Bang also secure a Best Comedy nom, my reaction will be not unlike Sheldon's as he regarded Spock's soiled napkin.

Any news on SVU's ADA situation? Is there any chance they'll bring Diane Neal back? It could at least make up for the horrible send-off they gave her character. — Alex
MICKEY: I'm hearing that Dick Wolf & Co. are casting a very wide net for the new ADA position, even embracing the idea of a male ADA. But as for Neal returning, don't count on it.

How about a scoop on the upcoming Stargate Universe? — Aled, in Wales
MATT: When SGU debuts on Sci Fi Channel Oct. 2 — at which point, remember, Sci Fi will be known as SyFy — viewers will be quick to pick up on the special something that sets this Stargate apart from any predecessors. As one source tells me, "Death is a big part of this show." So, I'd tread very, very carefully when getting attached to people you think will be series regulars.

Can you give us any scoop on the three new shows that the CW picked up — Melrose Place, The Vampire Diaries, and The Beautiful Life? — Fernando
MICKEY: My take on Melrose is here (keep in mind that I chose not to spoil the pilot's big reveal like He Who Must Not Be Named did). I thought Vampire Diaries looked promising, with two handsome, compelling male leads and the same fetid, woodsy atmospherics that both Twilight and True Blood have brought to the genre. The Beautiful Life, on the other hand, looked neither beautiful nor alive, as all I remember about it is the wooden performance of Mischa Barton as an out-of-control model. It was hard to focus on the screen, what with all the eye-rolling going on.

Do you have any info for the second season of Legend of the Seeker? When? Where? What? Who? — Sandra
TIM: When: Soon. (Season 2 hasn't officially been scheduled, but preparations are well underway.) Where? We left off with Richard successfully defeating Darken Rahl, but it remains to be seen whether he succeeded long-term. What? Defeating Rahl opened a rift into the underworld, which means Richard must contend with a war waged on the living. Who? You, Sandra, are sitting pretty with your question answered to your complete satisfaction, we hope. Why? Because we like you.
