just as we talk to friends about our boredom or unhappiness....and feel better after sharing our thoughts ...similar is the effect of writing something ...you can keep a diary or blog...and write your daily experiences ...sharing your views to the world while hiding your identity is fun ...

sharing your thoughts with the world will make you understand that there is little difference between us and we all are more or less same when it comes to thoughts and human nature.... ask people about their opinions on sex and marriage..and share yours with them,.... its funny to see how different people give you almost similar answers..

Try talking bout sensitive and serious issues....its mind blowing and a great boredom killer.

We Feel bored when we don't have questions in our mind..when we are not curious about anything
So, GO AND ASK QUESTIONS TO YOURSELF, BE CURIOUS...think about things you wanted to know or don't understand. go talk to people about your interest and find like minded people on facebook etc. explore yourself.....
I like instrumental music alot and always wanted to learn guitar as i find it very cool and sounds pleasing ...but was not getting the right kind of tutor and friends to company me, one fine day i met a friend's friend who was a pro guitar player..and was staying near my place only... we fixed meeting and next day ...i went to but a new guitar with him...i bought a beginner's guitar and very soon..started to strum the strings with...
1n 2n 3n 4n ....A minor , E major... D G F chords etc etc ... mind boggling complexity but
its was a long awaited wish come true.. i was very happy. i m still learning ...and enjoying everyday.

At times we all feel bored to death, this is because of our limited capacity to entertain ourselves and manage our time...

A very good idea to overcome that is to roam in unfamiliar places, go to new places, shops, restaurants and cities.

Try doing things differently like explore a new short cut to your office... try mixing coffee with cold drink and taste it ;) talk to a strangers on street, call a random number and talk ;)
take a break from work, go for a roller-coaster ride...do something wild and weird and you will definitely feel better...

SEX ( interaction with opposite sex, romance and flirting etc. )

some things are very essential to sustaining happiness, FOOD and SEX is one of them.

we get bored assuming that the day is boring, things are not working the way you want it or its just a bad phase of time but just think again with logic, with rational thoughts. is it really the reason you are bored ??? or is it because you are not improving anything.

if things/ people / feelings are not changing or improving over time, it gets boring.

so ITS THE INERTIA WHICH CREATES BOREDOM... INERTIA OF THOUGHTS AND ACTION creates boredom. so, wats the solution ???

BREAK THE INERTIA AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

for example...if you feeling bored sitting on the couch facing TV...get up and go out for a walk or visit a friend's place ... go for a superhit movie...or shopping..JUST GET OUT OF THE STATE IN WHICH YOU ARE NOW and it will immediately take your boredom away from you...

Remember how much better we used to feel walking out of the classroom of a long boring lecture..as the school bell rings..

apply the same principle and see the results :)

BOREDOM is a result of lack of quality food for your brain..or sometimes to your body as well :p

when you don't have anything fresh to think about your brain feels numb and exhausted..but when you start asking questions to other people you instantly get different thought, unpredictable answers and opinions and eventually it builds up to create something interesting for brain.. thats why people enjoy a debate or series of talks and arguments.

the KEY is to bring in more diverse opinions and thoughts to your brain so you don't feel shortage of fresh ideas and excitement ..

At times, we complain about places, people or products that they are VERY BORING, I DONT WANT THIS, THAT, HIM / HER OR A PARTICULAR PLACE, actually there is no problem with the product, place or person, its our perspective or understanding to see that person, place or product.. think of a place which is boring to your or a person who is boring to you and then think of his best qualities or think what is good about it. START THINKING FROM A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE .and YOUR BOREDOM WILL DISAPPEAR.
like if u think going to GYM is boring ...think of the the benefits of going to GYM, think about those people who have great body, think about their routine and GYM schedules.. talk to a person who loves to go to gym and ask him his thoughts about GYM.

TALK TO PEOPLE WHO THINK VERY DIFFERENT FROM YOU AND SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS, THATS THE SURE SHOT WAY TO KILL BOREDOM AND BRING IN NEW IDEAS AND THOUGHTS IN YOUR LIFE.

Buying any new gadget and exploring it will shift your focus on new things in life and will keep you interested and occupied in some fun activity for a month atleast for example buy a new mobile phone, buy the latest ipad or gizmos like a WACOM tablet ( plus sketch book pro software ) which allow your to write or draw precisely on your computer and then start exploring it ..that will keep you miles away from boredom...and will increase your productivity as well.

Find something that resonates with your heart, something that you love doing anytime, singing dancing, chatting, cooking, eating, walking, reading, sleeping, writing, photographing, playing guitar etc. find out what you can do anytime or most of the time…just for fun and then explore it as your hobby or career… that will cure your boredom forever. i enjoy photography so i keep shooting and editing pictures. yesterday...

i took a photo of my washbasin and did some editing in

and see the change after 5 minutes of editing

PHOTOSHOP is addictive if you like playing with pictures.

Did you notice this ?? we stop playing outdoor games once we got jobs or get into higher studies..

not doing any physical work makes our bodies lethargic and weak, we loose the stamina as well as the fun part of playing with team spirit and enthusiasm.

Sometimes we wake up and feel completely exhausted and demotivated, there is no sign of excitement or good emotions..

it may be because we are perpetually tensed or worried about something, our brain is not relaxing even in sleep, so the brain gets exhausted after a while and becomes numb or less efficient after a while...and results into our inability to think ahead of our problems and leads to boredom.

we end up saying " nothing is working, i am quitting or don't wanna do anything ".

so the key here is to let the brain relax so that it can function in its most efficient state.

and how the hell will i be able to make my brain relax..what a crazy idea...

just think about the problems and worries you had 5 or 10 years back and HOW SIGNIFICANT THEY ARE NOW ??

THOSE PROBLEMS FEELS SO STUPID AND TRIVIAL NOW , RIGHT ????

Similarly, the challenges you have now are very insignificant and not worth the worries. definitely you should work hard to achieve it but don't make it too important...do not let it kill your peace of mind and happiness...
