Writing this blog is stepping out of my comfort zone, BIG TIME!!! I've always heard it's good to step out of your comfort zone but never thought I would. I'm actually having fun writing my blogs and hope everyone is enjoying them.

When I told a friend, Theresa, that I was stepping out of my comfort zone, she said, "Well if it was easy, EVERYONE would be doing it, just keep reminding yourself that Majority settle and believe what is suggested and that is why they feel the way they do and are where they are." She then found this

What great advice she had! The last thing I want to do is look back and say I wish I just tried one more time. I don't like where I am in my life, it doesn't match the seed God planted deep in me, and I'm the only one who can change this!

If you stop at 1000 no's, who's to say 1001 would not be a yes?

For me success is not an option, it's a must!

Many entrepreneurs say

But are they ready to do what it takes to be successful? Are they ready to hear from many, including family and friends, "That will never work" or "That's funny", or "Don't you think it's time to give up?" It's not that these people don't love or care for you, THEY are just scared that you will fail. Just because THEY are scared doesn't mean it's not going to work out.

And if it doesn't work out? Try again! NEVER, NEVER GIVE UP! If you do give up, you will spend the rest of your life wondering WHAT IF, and worse than that, you will be stuck right where you are for the rest of your life. Now, that is a waste of a life!

How to stop a wondering mind

My mind is always wondering. I do one thing and at the same time I'm thinking of another thing. Some times I wish I wouldn't do that. Times like when I'm trying to fall asleep or when I'm praying and try to wait to hear from God.

I've been waiting to hear from God about a very important situation I'm going through right now. When something happens I think that's a sign but then I second guess myself and wonder if it is really a sign. This morning when I started to wake up, I felt myself starting to worry about my situation. I thought this is not how I want to start my day Lord. My mind started to wonder about a few other things, then I heard a voice that said, "What do you want?" I said what I wanted. Then I thought was that God talking to me? If so, I want to hear more about what he has to say. Then I started to feel like I was coming out of it(what ever it was). I kept trying to go back to it but couldn't. Then I thought if it was God why did I tell him only that one thing, when there was so much more connected to that one thing? My God is a BIG God, he can handle the whole situation plus some. Of course, I then started second guessing myself, was that really God or was it just my mind wondering so fast everything kind of overlapped, like in a dream. What do you think?

I also have a hard time praying without my mind wondering. It's not that I don't want to concentrate on just the Lord, I just don't know how to get my mind to stop thinking about everything else that's going on. So how do you stop your mind from wondering while praying?

Is this just a far fetched dream?

Some may think this is a far fetched dream. My own daughter laughed when I showed her my last post and said "Ok mom". I love my daughter so much and her opinion does matter, so this could have brought me down, but it doesn't. This just makes me stronger. I told her you just wait and see!

Why am I so confident this is not a far fetched dream? As Joel Osteen said, "God has planted seeds in you that will bring abundance: gifts, talents, skills, ideas, creativity, favor." God has put in me the desire and the perseverance to succeed. We all have something that is our thing, that just describes us. Alot of my friends are CNA's and nurses. Over the years they have tried to convince me to also become a CNA or nurse but that just wasn't me. Now business, that is me!

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you, and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Joel Osteen also said, " When God puts a dream in your heart, it may look impossible, but don't get discouraged. There is no obstacle too big for you, no dream too great."

Now with all this said it doesn't mean it will be easy.

And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

My Passion=Business

As I said in my last post, my passion is business. Business is on my mind 24/7............

I picture myself owning an enterprise. I can see my enterprise located in a high rise building.

My office would have large floor to ceiling windows featuring a beautiful view!

Faith, Passion, & Business

After deciding to start a blog I had to figure out what to write about. See I'm not good at writing, as you will see. There is so much going on in my life right now I just couldn't pick one topic to write about. So I thought about what makes my mind race. Faith, passion, and business.

Faith:

I have always been a Christian but I didn't go to church, read the bible or have my mind on Jesus 24/7. I believe the Lord has wanted my attention and did so by, shaking up my business. Well, it worked, he got my attention. I go to church every Sunday, I'm trying to get better at reading the bible and praying. Many may have noticed(and may be annoyed)by all my Facebook postings. Lately I have spent alot of time on Facebook and by posting the things I post it helps me keep the Lord at the forefront of my mind. This is working for me because I feel something good inside of me, not to say I don't get depressed, I do but it doesn't last long.

Passion:

My passion and business go hand in hand. My passion is business.

Business:

Recently a friend of mine asked me what my passion(business wise)was. I told her I'm an entrepreneur, I want more than one(successful)business, I want an enterprise!
