I’ve been very much inspired by vintage recently, so I’m excited to explore what the Hamptons has to offer.

This outfit is another play on material mixing. A little leopard denim, with a little real denim and a pinch of neon silk, and you’ve got yourself an outfit.

Two days and counting until vacay! The BF and I have been planning it meticulously. Can't wait!

Sunday's are my favorite. It's all about relaxing and watching Once Upon A Time. This week's episode was AMAZING. I'm so glad that I have a decent (non-reality show) to watch.

The fur that I'm wearing was my grandmother's. Definitely one of my favorite pieces in my closet. I also ADORE these Penumbra pants. I saw them in this photograph on Kate Ciepulch and thought, "I must own those babies". It's one of those photos I could never get out of mind... talk about inspiration! So, in typical Gaby style, I stalked Shopbop until they went on sale and pounced. Were they worth the pounce, you ask?

Yay, it's Friday! You know what that means? Vacay in t-minus 4 days! I honestly can't wait. Although we're not really going too far (the Hamptons) we've pledged to make this the best vacation ever. This is what a shopping addiction and minimal budget does to you... vacays at your own house.

When I saw this heart sweater at J. Crew I knew we were meant to be. I absolutely love how big the graphic is, and like always, I'll take a statement piece any day.

It is BEYOND incredible outside. I wish work were like college and I could take a laptop outside and work under the sun. I guess I'm destined to stay white as paste forever. The BF and I have begun counting down the days till vacay time. I can't wait to sleep in and eat good food. Sounds like a dream.

BTW, biggest news EVER, I'd like to welcome in to this world my nephew (sort of) Henry! He is the most adorable thing in the world and I can't wait to get my hands on him when I go to Florida. I know I won't be able to let him go.

This has easily become my favorite coat. I bought it in September or so when it went on flash sale (thinking it would just be a show piece). Boy was I surprised when I found out it's actually warm! I honestly can't take it off. It's like a portable blanket.

I had been lusting after these Dannijo earrings for quite some time and the BF graciously promised to get them for me for Valentines day. Well, he kept his promise, and my dreams came true! I absolutely love them. He chose the color on his own and told me that he picked red because it matched my lipstick. Does he know me? Or does he know me? That right there is love.

As usual the weekend has come and gone too quickly. However, I did find some goodies at my fave vintage store which I can't wait to share with all of you. Speaking of vintage, I'm working with a wonderful Canadian vintage store called Shoppalu. They have some great items in their store and I was able to snag this awesome Pamela Love-esque necklace from them. Although at times the skull somewhat scares me (when I look down at work I actually gasp), it reminds me so much of Pamela's jewelry I just couldn't resist.

Also, the BF and I cooked tonight for dinner! I'm so proud because we haven't cooked in quite some time and a home made meal is both money conscious and delicious. Hopefully we'll have many more to come. I was also able to make a delicious dip for lunch (recipe c/o a good friend). I can't wait to dig into it tomorrow, especially because I'm generally ravenous at lunch time.

TGIF! Have any fun plans for this weekend? The BF and I have packed the next couple of days full of goodness... a little thrift shopping, a little decadent brunch, a little pretending to be rich on 5th ave. You know how it goes.

Barbs bought me this skirt for Xmas 2010. Pretty amazing, seeing as mustard is still the talk of the town. She's freaking clairvoyant, my mother (although it was on my very specific list so perhaps I'm the psychic).

I honestly cannot believe how wonderful American Eagle has been recently. These shoes are not only stunning but comfortable as well. Oh, and let's not forget that they were affordable. It doesn't get better than that.

I saw fringe, and I jumped at the chance to own this beauty. Paired with my fave chunky sweater, you really can't go wrong.

Today, at work, we had waffles with nutella and whipped cream as a snack. Yes, you read that correctly... I ate that at work. It really doesn't get much better than nutella covered waffles. I think my diet thinks otherwise, oh well!

I mean, how did I not know printed pants existed before this season? They are GENIUS. They make every outfit and I'm in love. I could never own enough. Pink floral pants, green floral pants, black floral pants... I'll take them all! It's like my fashion heart was opened when they came into my life. Ugh, this is bliss.
